Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of dribbling skills in futsal games in extracurricular players of female Himajas at Dehasen University, Bengkulu with a quantitative descriptive research type with a sample of 20 players. The data collection instrument uses a standardized dribbling skills test. The results of the study show that the futsal dribbling skills of female Himajas players obtained the fastest value of 8.76 and the lowest value of 17.23 with an average of 13.03 in the moderate category. Futsal dribbling skills of female Himajas players are in the good and moderate categories with data acquisition in the "Very Good" category there are none, the "Good" category is 9 people and 6 people with a percentage of 43% and 29%, the "Moderate" category is 12 people and 8 people with a percentage of 57% and 38%, the "Poor" category is none shooting and in dribbling there are 7 people with a percentage of 33% and there are no players in the Very Poor category.

Abstract

Inclusive physical education still faces challenges in practice in regular schools. This study aimed to identify the main barriers and effective strategies in its implementation. Researchers selected a total of 245 physical education teachers from various school levels in Pekanbaru, Indonesia, using purposive sampling based on their experience teaching students with disabilities. Validated for the Indonesian setting, the PEATID III (Physical Educators' Attitudes Towards Teaching Individuals with Disabilities III) questionnaire was used for data collecting with great dependability (α = 0.88). According to results, 68% of teachers reported exclusive attitudes from non-disabled students, 59% had never attended inclusion training, and 68% encountered limits of disability-unfriendly facilities. Implementation of inclusive strategies—such as curriculum customisation, the use of assistive technology, and parent collaboration—strongly connected teachers' favourable opinions with This study validates the need for synergy among instructors' pedagogical preparedness, easily available infrastructure, and school and family social support to provide fair and significant physical learning. The findings of this study significantly help Indonesia's inclusive physical education policies and practices to be developed.

Abstract

The Impactful Campus Program (Kampus Berdampak) is an implementation of the role of higher education institutions in community service aimed at addressing social and environmental issues. One of the environmental problems commonly found in communities is inadequate waste management and low collective awareness of environmental cleanliness. This program was conducted in RT 12 RW 03, Sawah Lebar Subdistrict, with the aim of increasing community knowledge, awareness, and participation in waste management through environmental education and mutual cooperation activities. The implementation methods included educational sessions on household waste sorting and management, interactive discussions, and collective environmental clean-up activities. The results showed an improvement in the community’s understanding of proper waste management and the growth of collective awareness and cooperation in maintaining environmental cleanliness. The Impactful Campus Program is expected to serve as an initial step in fostering sustainable environmentally friendly behavior and strengthening collaboration between universities and local communities.

Abstract

Program Kuliah Kerja Nyata Tematik (KKNT) Kelompok 27 Universitas Dehasen Bengkulu dilaksanakan di RT 02 Kelurahan Pematang Gubernur, Kecamatan Muara Bangkahulu, pada periode 22 Desember 2025 hingga 19 Januari 2026. Berdasarkan pemetaan awal, ditemukan permasalahan utama berupa nomor rumah warga yang tidak runtut, lingkungan pemukiman yang kurang bersih, serta kurangnya kegiatan pembinaan pendidikan keagamaan bagi anak, khususnya pembelajaran mengaji dan pemahaman ibadah. Solusi program disusun dalam tiga kegiatan utama, yaitu pendataan dan penomoran ulang 101 rumah warga secara door to door, gotong royong bersama masyarakat pada area masjid dan lingkungan rumah warga, dan pembelajaran agama Islam berupa mengaji, hafalan surah pendek, serta praktik sholat bagi sekitar 15 anak selama tiga minggu. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan administrasi wilayah lebih tertata, kebersihan lingkungan meningkat, dan partisipasi warga serta motivasi anak mengikuti pembinaan keagamaan semakin tinggi. Program ini membuktikan bahwa kolaborasi mahasiswa dan masyarakat mampu meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan pada tingkat komunitas.

Abstract

This community service activity was conducted in RT 28 RW 02 Betungan Subdistrict and Sumber Jaya Betungan to address environmental, health, literacy, and social cohesion issues within the community. The main problems identified included limited green open spaces, low awareness of waste management, restricted access to reading materials, and a lack of collective health activities. The solutions implemented focused on community empowerment programs, such as planting medicinal plants, organizing group exercise activities, providing waste bins, establishing reading corners, installing educational signboards, conducting environmental cleanup activities, and developing a community garden. The methods applied consisted of field observation, participatory planning, program implementation, and joint evaluation with community members. The results indicate increased public awareness of environmental cleanliness and healthy lifestyles, improved access to literacy facilities, and stronger community participation and social solidarity.Therefore, this community service program effectively contributed to problemsolving efforts and supported the sustainability of community-based environmental development.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the contribution of waist muscle flexibility to heading abilities in SMA Negeri 4 Kaur football players. This type of research is correlational research. The research sample is 20 people. The instruments used in this study were the flexion of the trunk test and the heading ability test in soccer games. Where the results of waist muscle flexibility as many as 2 people (10%) have a Good category. As many as 10 people (50%) have the Enough category. As many as 6 people (30%) had the Poor category and 2 people (10%) had the Very Poor category and the results of heading ability as many as 1 person (5%) had the Very Good category. As many as 9 people (45%) have a Good category. As many as 6 people (30%) have the Adequate category and as many as 4 people (20%) have the Poor category. Based on the results of the study above, there is Flexibility of the Waist Muscles Against Heading Ability of 68.00%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of hand-eye coordination and arm muscle strength on smashing ability in students participating in volleyball extracurricular activities at SMP Negeri 25 Seluma. The background of this study is based on the importance of smashing technique in volleyball, which requires a combination of precise coordination and muscle strength. The research method used is associative quantitative research. The study population was 22 students, all of whom were sampled using total sampling technique. The research instruments consisted of hand-eye coordination test, push-up test to measure arm muscle strength, and smashing ability test. The results showed that there was a significant effect of hand-eye coordination and arm muscle strength on students' smashing ability. Based on multiple linear regression test, both independent variables contributed significantly to the improvement of smashing ability, both partially and simultaneously. The average score of smashing test results increased from 15.73 in the pretest to 22.68 in the posttest. The Paired Samples Test produced a significance value of $0.000 < 0.05$ with $t_{count}$ 4.642, which means there was a significant difference between the initial and final test results. It was concluded that hand-eye coordination and arm muscle strength have an important role in improving students' smashing abilities.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pelatihan Manajemen Pengembangan Kompetensi Guru dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Pembelajaran di SD Negeri 132 Kabupaten Seluma dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan profesional guru dalam menghadapi tuntutan pembelajaran abad ke-21. Berdasarkan hasil observasi, ditemukan beberapa permasalahan, yaitu keterbatasan dalam penerapan pembelajaran inovatif, rendahnya pemanfaatan teknologi pembelajaran, kurang optimalnya pengembangan kompetensi secara berkelanjutan, serta belum adanya program pengembangan guru yang terstruktur. Sebagai solusi, dilaksanakan pelatihan yang mencakup manajemen pengembangan kompetensi guru, penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran inovatif, pemanfaatan teknologi pendidikan, penyusunan rencana pengembangan diri, serta monitoring dan evaluasi kompetensi guru. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui tahap persiapan, pelatihan, workshop, pendampingan, dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa guru mengalami peningkatan pemahaman mengenai pengembangan kompetensi profesional, mampu menyusun rencana pengembangan diri, lebih terampil mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran inovatif, serta lebih aktif memanfaatkan teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran. Pendampingan yang diberikan juga meningkatkan kepercayaan diri guru dalam menerapkan hasil pelatihan di kelas. Secara keseluruhan, program ini berhasil mendukung peningkatan kompetensi guru dan berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan mutu pembelajaran di sekolah. Keberlanjutan program perlu didukung melalui pembentukan komunitas belajar guru dan pelaksanaan pengembangan profesional secara berkesinambungan.
