Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari penerapan pembelajaran berbasis proyek (PJBL) berbasis cloud computing untuk meningkatkan keterampilan pemecahan masalah dan keterampilan share hosting. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasi eksperimen dengan desain eksperimen control group pretest posttest design. Subjek penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 72 siswa kelas XII di SMK Negeri 1 Kras Kabupaten Kediri yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok. Kelompok pertama adalah kelompok eksperimen yang dilakukan pemebelajaran dengan PJBL berbasis cloud computing sebanyak 36 siswa dan kelompok kontrol yang dilakukan pembelajaran menggunakan PJBL secara konvensional sebanyak 36 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes untuk mengukur keterampilan pemecahan masalah dan angket untuk mengukur keterampilan share hosting. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah MANOVA. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh penerapan PJBL cloud computing dalam meningkatkan ketermapilan pemecahan masalah dan keterampilan share hosting. Perolehan nilai p pada uji MANOVA sebesar 0,000 pada keterampilan pemecahan masalah dan nilai p sebesar 0,000 pada keterampilan share hosting. Perolehan nilai keterampilan pemecahan masalah dan share hosting siswa yang dibelajarkan menggunakan PJBL cloud computing lebih baik dibanding dengan siswa yang tidak dilakukan pembelajaran dengan PJBL cloud computing.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat dan mengembangkan aplikasi berbasis web sebagai alat pembelajaran, serta mengukur dampak Pembelajaran Berbasis Proyek dalam Meningkatkan Kemampuan Siswa dalam memasang jaringan serat optik pada mata pelajaran Jaringan Luas (WAN). Pendekatan Penelitian dan Pengembangan (R&D) digunakan dengan desain kuasi-eksperimental pretest-posttest satu kelompok dalam penelitian ini. Data diperoleh dari populasi siswa kelas XI TKJ 2 di SMK Negeri 1 Cerme, yang berjumlah 30 siswa, dan melibatkan validator ahli dari dosen dan guru. Analisis validasi menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran, bahan ajar, soal ujian, dan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP), masing-masing memperoleh nilai validitas yang sangat tinggi, yaitu 85%, 94%, 96%, dan 86%. Rata-rata keseluruhan mencapai 90,25%, menunjukkan bahwa media ini sangat layak untuk digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran. Nilai signifikansi yang dicapai, menurut temuan uji hipotesis, adalah 0,001 > 0,05, ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang sangat kuat antara penggunaan aplikasi berbasis web dan peningkatan kinerja siswa dalam tes psikomotor. Dengan demikian, disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan aplikasi ini dengan pembelajaran berbasis proyek akan berhasil meningkatkan keterampilan psikomotor siswa dalam instalasi jaringan serat optik.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the contribution of entrepreneurial knowledge, internship experience, and creativity to the entrepreneurial readiness of TGG Vocational School students in East Java. The research design uses a quantitative approach. The number of samples used is as many as 200 students. Data was collected by means of a questionnaire instrument. Data analysis consisted of descriptive, prerequisite test, and regression. The results showed: (1) the contribution of entrepreneurial knowledge to entrepreneurial readiness was 60.1%; (2) the contribution of internship experience to entrepreneurship readiness is 51.8%; (3) the contribution of creativity to entrepreneurship readiness is 51.7.7%; and (4) the contribution of entrepreneurial knowledge, internship experience, and creativity to entrepreneurship readiness simultaneously is 63.2%.

Abstract

The learning process and traditional teaching materials include activities that require memory and memorization. Most students are trained to follow this low-level thinking pattern in schools including vocational schools. When computers take over the routine tasks at work, a number of employees will be involved in tasks that require them to be more flexible and creative in solving problems. For this reason, the vocational school learning system must encourage students to become critical thinkers, through appropriate learning strategies. The purpose of this study was to test the validity of the Plan-Do-Review-Share-Happy (Plandoresh) strategy stages in the development for critical thinking of vocational students. This study used a descriptive method with the aim of obtaining the validity of the Plandoresh strategy stages from vocational school teachers with a random sample of 62 respondents. The results showed that: 1) Plan stage is valid with r count > r table of 0.845 > 0.254, 2) Do stage is valid with r count> r table of 0.889, 3) Review stage is valid with r count > r table of 0.866, 4) Share stage is valid with r count > r table of 0.880, 5) Happy stage is valid with r count > r table of 0.920. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the stages of the Plandores strategy are valid to be applied as a learning strategy for vocational students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: (1) the impact of locus of control on mechanical engineering students' willingness to work; (2) the impact of practical experience on the work willingness of mechanical engineering students; and (3) the simultaneous influence of locus of control and practical experience on the willingness to work of mechanical engineering students. This study uses ex post facto methods through a quantitative data approach using research question instruments distributed for vocational students. Data was obtained from 72 students as samples selected for analysis using regression. The results of this study found: (1) there is a positive effect between locus of control on students' willingness to work in mechanical engineering skills; (2) there is a positive effect between practical experience on students' willingness to work in mechanical engineering skills; and (3) there is a positive effect between locus of control and practical experience simultaneously on students' willingness to work in mechanical engineering competencies.

Abstract

Media pembelajaran ialah suatu alat dan subjek yang mampu dimanfaatkan sebagai penghubung dalam meraih tujuan pendidikan. Video tutorial ialah suatu metode yang digunakan untuk memproyeksikan suatu ilmu pengetahuan dalam format yang bergerak. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengukur ketidaksanakaan nilai hasil belajar dari siswa yang masih memakai model pembelajaran konvensional dan siswa yang memakai media pembelajaran video tutorial memakai website dengan model pembelajaran PJBL. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode RnD memakai model pengembangan ADDIE, pengukuran hasil belajar siswa dilakukuan dengan latihan soal pretest dan posttest, serta pembuatan prototype desain grafis. Hasil dari posstest siswa variabel eksperimen memiliki nilai rerata sebesar 88,03 dan hasil posttest siswa variabel kontrol memiliki nilai rerata sebesar 85,64. Hasil posttest desain siswa variabel eksperimen mempunyai nilai rerata sebesar 85,64 dan hasil posttest desain siswa variabel kontrol memiliki nilai rerata sebesar 74,70. Dari hasil uji hipotesis yang sudah dilaksanakan didapati level signifikansi .sig=0,00>0,5 maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Berdasarkan uji independent t-test sample diketahui bahwa nilai data untuk Latihan soal dan desan prototype memiliki nilai siginifikansi sebesar 0,000<0,0,05 yang mempunyai makna bahwa H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Maka kesimpulannya bahwa siswa variabel eksperimen yang memakai media pembelajaran video tutorial berbasis website memiliki nilai hasil belajar yang unggul dibandingkan siswa variabel kontrol yang masih memakai metode pembelajaran konvensional

Abstract

This study aims to design, development, and evaluate the effectiveness of the "Edupro" website-based plugin on the Moodle platform in enhancing the object-oriented programming competency of Software Engineering (RPL) students at SMK Negeri 1 Surabaya. The plugin was developed using a Project-Based Learning (PjBL) approach and the ADDIE development model, designed to support active learning and the development of students' cognitive and psychomotor skills. Expert evaluations indicated excellent validity levels for the media (98%), lesson plans (82%), materials (91%), and evaluation questions (92%), suggesting that the media is highly suitable for learning. The results of the paired sample t-test evaluation showed a significant improvement in students' cognitive and psychomotor understanding, with average posttest scores higher than pretest scores (77.63 > 54.3 for cognitive and 78.88 > 55.83 for psychomotor). The hypothesis testing using a paired sample t-test with a Sig.(2-tailed) value of 0.000 (<0.05) confirms that the use of the "Edupro" website-based plugin can improve object-oriented programming learning outcomes for XI grade Software Engineering (RPL) students at SMK Negeri 1 Surabaya.

Abstract

This study aims to ascertain the impact of problem solving on the knowledge, attitudes, and skills of pupils acquiring mathematics in Bojonegoro's technology and engineering vocational schools. In accordance with the study's objectives, the Structural Equation Modeling analysis revealed that the effect of problem solving on knowledge aspects of mathematics learning for Vocational High School students was significant, whereas the effect of problem solving on attitudes in mathematics learning at Vocational High Schools in technology and engineering was insignificant. whereas the effect of problem solving on talents is notably positive. The implication of this study is that the effect of problem solving in applied mathematics learning can enhance the cognitive abilities and skills of vocational high school students in the concentration of motorcycle business engineering expertise, and can assist mathematics teachers in integrating mathematics material with the concentration of student expertise in order to meet the learning needs of students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using augmented reality media in learning achievement especially psychomotor domain at computer assembling subject of X Multimedia students in SMKN 10 Surabaya. Quasi-Experimental design has been used which consists of experimental class (augmented reality media) and control class (powerpoint slides media). Each class consists of 30 students. Data was analized by using independent sample t-test on SPSS software version 24. The data showed that psychomotor domain of the experimental class were higher than the control class.

Abstract

The main problem in formal learning today is the low absorption of students in understanding the material. This can be seen from the average student learning outcomes which are always still low. Low learning outcomes are indicated because the learning conditions are still conventional (lectures, practicums, and discussions). This study aims to determine the effect of pair programming learning models on learning outcomes of vocational high school students. This research was conducted through a literature review and relevant research results and was continued through a Focus Group Discussion (FGD). From the research it was found that there was a significant positive influence between the variable pair programming learning model and student learning outcomes, which means that student learning outcomes can be improved through the application of the pair programming learning model.
