This study aims to determine the degree and behavior of red chili market integration within the red chili market region of Lampung Province through descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach using vector autoregression (VAR) method. This study uses secondary data provided by the Badan Pusat Statistik. There is a long-term relation between producer-level red chilli prices in Lampung, consumer-level big red chili prices in Bandar Lampung, consumer-level big red chili prices in South Sumatra, and consumer-level big red chili prices in Bengkulu. There is a one-way relation between producer-level red chili prices in Lampung and consumer-level big red chili prices in South Sumatra. There is also a one-way relationship between big red chili prices at the Bandar Lampung consumer level and big red chili prices at the Bengkulu and South Sumatra consumers levels.

This study aims to determine the consumer characteristics, consumer attitudes, and consumer satisfaction of branded and unbranded tempeh in Bandar Lampung. The research is conducted at Pasir Gintung Market. The research samples are 78 people chosen by nonprobability sampling. The data is analyzed by descriptive qualitative, The Multi-attribute Fishbein Models, Customer Satisfaction Index and Importance Performance Analysis. The results showed that the branded and unbranded tempeh consumers were mostly housewives aged 36-50 years old with family income ranging from Rp3,500,000.00-5,000,000.00/month. More than 50 percent consumers were Javanese living in distance of 0-3 km from the market and bought tempeh in the morning. The results showed that consumer gave the highest attitude scored to the cleanliness attribute of branded tempeh and the taste attribute of unbranded tempeh. The level of consumer satisfaction of branded tempeh and unbranded tempeh were 79.39 percent and 80.47 percent included to the satisfied categories. The performance of product attributes of branded tempeh has beed in accordance with the wishes of consumers. Whereas, the attributes of product cleanliness and product purity of the unbranded tempeh was needed to be improved.Key words: attitude, consumers, satisfaction, tempeh

This research aimed to find out consumption pattern and level of satisfaction of household consumers on “Palas” rice. The research was done in South Lampung with a survey method. The data was collected in Mei 2018. The technique used for sampling was nonprobability sampling with 40 respondents. The analysis methods used were descriptive analysis, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The research showed that the household consumers of “Palas” rice consumed 9.12 kg per month. They consume “Palas” rice because the quality of “Palas” rice is quite good such as the color, the cleanliness, and the price. The CSI value obtained is 73,60 percent which is in satisfying category. According to the results of IPA attributes that should be top priorities are taste and texture of rice.Key words: Consumption, Customer Satisfaction, “Palas” rice

This research aims to analyze the income and welfare level of rice farming households. The purposive choice of Batanghari District in East Lampung Regency as the research's location. The survey approach was applied to this research, which was carried out between November 2022 and December 2022. The sample for this research consisted of 54 rice farmers taken using the simple random method. This research employed descriptive quantitative data analysis. The results show that rice farming conducted by rice farmers is financially successful because of the R/C value is 2.37 in the rainy season (MH) and 2.35 in the dry season (MK), indicating that the farm is financially successful and practicable with an R/C value of greater than one. Rice farmer household income consists of several sources of income, rice farm income, non rice income, off farm income, and non farm income with a total average income of IDR 30,813,218.52/year. Farmer household expenditure is for food expenditure of IDR 7,833,004.37/year, while non-food expenditure of IDR 21,314,555.56/year. The results are categorized as sufficient according towelfare level of rice farmer promoted by Sajogyo with a percentage of 70.37%, and included in more prosperous criteria based on Good Serivice Ratio’s welfare level with GSR <1 and the total percentage of 92.59%. This resarch aims to analyse income and house hold welfare of Etawa goat milk farmers in Sungai Langka Village, Gedong Tataan of Pesawaran District. The location was chosen purposively by the consideration that most farmers are Etawa goat. Primary and secondary data were collected in May - August 2018. Data are analyzed using quantitative and qualitative descriptive analyses. The research results showed that Etawa goat milk farming provided monthly income of Rp1,283,800.00. The farming is profitable with the R / C value of 3.17 over cash cost and 1.28 over total cost. Farmers’ welfare is included in prosperous category.Key words :Etawa goat, farmers, income, milk

This study aimed to investigate the consumers’ characteristics, attitudes and satisfaction toward the attributes of “pecel lele” and the level of consumer’s satisfaction on the restaurant services. This research was conducted at two restaurants, namely MP Asli Hang Dihi and Ibu Safe'i, in Bandar Lampung City. The data was collected in January-March 2016 by a survey method and involving 60 respondents. The data of consumers’ attitudes was analyzed by Fishbein Multiatribute, whereas the level of consumers’ satisfaction was calculated by Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The result showed that consumers of both restaurants were 17-21 years old, most ot them were students of Bachelor (S1) and had monthly income or allowance from their parents ranging from Rp300,000 to Rp700,000 (at MP Asli Hang Dihi) and from Rp800,000 to Rp1,500,000 (at Ibu Safe'i). The score of consumers’ attitudes toward”pecel lele” at Ibu Safe'i was 40.9, while at MP Hang Dihi was 37.9. The level of consumer satisfaction index toward the restaurant services of Ibu Safe'i was 71.52 percent and of MP Hang Dihi was 70.50 percent. The horticultural subsector is still a special concern in the context of developing agribusiness with the development of hydroponic vegetable producers in Bandar Lampung City. However, the supply process experiences constraints related to product inventory, product quality, and unpredictable demand. Supply chain is an approach to solve problems that occur. Based on this description, this study aims to analyze product flow, money flow, information flow, and supply chain conditions of Sahabat Hidroponik and Sayuran Kita. The research was carried out in April - July 2022 using the case study method. Respondents in this study were 18 people consisting of producers (producer farmer partners, Sahabat Hidroponik and Sayuran Kita), retail (supermarkets) and consumers. The data analysis used was descriptive qualitative with the Food Supply Chain Network (FSCN) model. The flow of products, the flow of money and the flow of information that occurs in hydroponic vegetable producers Sahabat Hidroponik and Sayuran Kita are already doing well between producer farmer partners, producers, retailers, and consumers. However, the flow of money to some perpetrators has not been effective. The conditions of the hydroponic vegetable supply chain of Sahabat Hidroponik and Sayuran Kita have shown in quite good conditions. Mosaccha tempeh is a type of tempeh made using an inoculum containing Rhizopus oligosporus inoculum with the addition of Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The addition of Mosaccha tempeh inoculum produces tempeh that is more delicious to eat, more durable, and is expected to have better health benefits because it contains beta-glucan. Analysis of the feasibility of the Mosaccha tempe agorindustrial business needs to be carried out to find out whether the establishment of the business is feasible or not feasible to run. This study aims to determine the feasibility of establishing Mosaccha tempeh agro-industry in Bandar Lampung City based on financial aspects. The research method used is descriptive analysis to describe the design of the Mosaccha tempe industry through the stages of the observation and analysis process of data from observations and interviews. The methods used were observation and interviews. The data used in this research is primary data which is further analyzed using Microsoft Excel and secondary data as a reference in marketing aspects. The financial analysis used is NPV, Net B/C, IRR, and PP analysis. The research results show that the Mosaccha tempeh agro-industry business has a Net Present Value of IDR 2.450.599.432,50 (> 0), an Internal Rate Return value of 76% (> 12%), a Net B/C value of 1.49 (> 1), while the value of Payback Period is 1.67 years, faster than the age of the project. Based on these results, the production of Mosaccha tempeh with a capacity of 200 kg of soybean raw material/day is feasible to be developed in Bandar Lampung City.

The aimed of this research to analyze financial feasibility, the most profitable fish enlargement, and the sensitivity rate of gouramy and nile tilapia fish enlargement. This research was conducted in Pagelaran Sub-District, Pringsewu Regency from February until March 2019 by survey method. The data used are primary and secondary. The samples size of this research were 43 respondents using simple random sampling method. Data analysis were use financial feasibility analysis with five criteria (Gross B / C Ratio, Net B / C Ratio, NVP, IRR, and Payback Periode) and sensitivity analysis. The results showed that (1) the enlargement of gouramy and nile tilapia is financially profitable and feasible to be cultivated, (2) the business of enlarging gouramy is more profitable than nile tilapia, which is shown four values of financial feasibility criteria (Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate) of Return (IRR), Gross B / C, and NetB / C) greater, and (3) sensitivity analysis shows the effect of an increase in production costs of 4,39% and a decrease in production of 5,84% in gouramy rearing, namely It is shown that the sensitivity rate of IRR and Net B / C is more than 1, while in the rearing of tilapia with the assumption of an increase in production costs of 4,39% and a decrease in production of 15,35%, it is sensitive to the calculation of business feasibility shown in the sensitivity rate of IRR and Net B / C of one.

The purpose of this study were to determine the characteristics of consumers towards purchasing Waw coffee drinks at Warkop Waw in Bandar Lampung City, to know consumer attitudes towards purchasing Waw coffee drinks at Warkop Waw in Bandar Lampung City, and to know the level of customer satisfaction with purchasing Waw coffee drinks at Warkop. Waw in the city of Bandar Lampung. The method used in this research was a survey method. The research was conducted at Warkop Waw, Bandar Lampung City. The location selection was carried out purposively with the consideration that Warkop Waw is a coffee place that not only serving delicious coffee to drink but also has many health benefits. Data analysis used in this research was descriptive analysis, validity and reliability test, Fishbein multi-attribute analysis, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), Importance and Performance Analysis (IPA). The results of the analysis of consumer attitudes using the Fishbein multi-attribute model at Waw coffee drinks in Warkop Waw, Bandar Lampung City showed that the efficacy attribute got the highest attitude score and the display attribute got the lowest score. The level of customer satisfaction based on the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) analysis was 83.44%, which means that consumers are satisfied with the performance of Waw coffee drinks in Warkop Waw, Bandar Lampung City.
