Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of customer orientation and product innovation on fashion business performance with competitive advantage as a mediator. The sample in this research was 50 respondents who were determined using a purposive sampling technique. The data collection method uses a questionnaire that is distributed directly. The analytical tools used in hypothesis testing are Outer Model analysis, Inner Model analysis and hypothesis testing with the t test. The results of this research prove that: (1) Customer Orientation has a positive and significant effect on Business Performance. (2) Product Innovation has a positive and significant effect on Business Performance. (3) Competitive Advantage has a positive and significant effect on Business Performance. (4) Customer Orientation has a positive and significant effect on Competitive Advantage. (5) Product Innovation has a positive and significant effect on Competitive Advantage. (6) The role of Competitive Advantage is able to mediate the influence of Customer Orientation on Business Performance. (7) The role of Competitive Advantage is able to mediate the impact of Product Innovation on Business Performance.

Abstract

The development of the Islamic banking industry encourages service providers to be oriented towards creating customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service quality, marketing mix and customer value on customer satisfaction of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk Madiun Branch Office. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling with a total sample of 100 customers. Research respondents are customers who use banking services directly at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk Madiun Branch Office. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study prove that: service quality and customer value have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, while the marketing mix has no significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyze the influence of discipline, work ability and job design on the work performance of PT Telkom Access Pugeran Yogyakarta. This type of research is quantitative research using descriptive and inferential statistical tools. The sampling technique uses quota sampling with a total sample of 55 employees. The results of this study indicate that work ability has a positive and significant effect on employees of PT Telkom Akses Pugeran Yogyakarta while discipline and job design do not have a significant effect on the work performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of experiential marketing, service quality and shopping motivation in influencing repurchase intention at X Coffee & Eatery in Yogyakarta. The method used in this research is causal associative using a quantitative approach. Sampling was done by non-probability sampling method using a purposive sampling technique with a total of 100 respondents. The results showed that experiential marketing plays a positive and significant role in influencing repurchase intention, service quality does not play a significant role in influencing repurchase interest, shopping motivation plays a positive and significant role in influencing repurchase intention.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Work Motivation, Self-Efficacy, and Job Satisfaction on Organizational Commitment at Qayla Jewelry Company. The research method used is a quantitative approach. The population used in this study were 48 employees who worked at the Qayla Jewelry company. Data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires. The data analysis tool uses multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment at Qayla Jewelry Company. (2) Self-Efficacy has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment at Qayla Jewelry Company. (3) Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment at Qayla Jewelry Company.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of Job Insecurity, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction on Turnover Intention at Yellow Star Hotel Yogyakarta. The following research uses a quantitative approach. The sample of this study was all 83 employees of Yellow Star Hotel Yogyakarta. The results of this study indicate that job insecurity has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. It also shows that the higher the job insecurity, the higher the turnover intention. Furthermore, organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. The results of this study indicate that the higher the organizational commitment of employees will reduce the level of turnover intention. In addition, job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. The results of this study indicate that the higher the employee's job satisfaction, the lower the level of turnover intention. The result of this study are expected to be one of the bases for evaluation in human resources management.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Citra Merek, Customer Experience dan Kepercayaan terhadap Keputusan pembelian nasabah BSI KCP Yogyakarta FE UII. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 100 responden dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling.  Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi berganda dan uji hipotesa dengan uji t dibuktikan bahwa: (1) Citra Merek tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian nasabah BSI KCP Yogyakarta FE UII. (2) Customer Experience berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian nasabah BSI KCP Yogyakarta FE UII, dan  (3) Kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian nasabah BSI KCP Yogyakarta FE UII.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of organizational support and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior using organizational commitment interventions. The sample for this research consisted of 40 respondents who were CV employees. Dear Cloudfoam. The data collection technique used is a survey method using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The variables used in this research are organizational support, satisfaction, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship. and organizational citizenship behavior. The outcome of this research provide confirmation for the CV. Cloudfoam Baby is designed to further increase organizational support and job satisfaction for organizational citizenship behavior as well as organizational support for organizational commitment so that it can influence organizational citizenship behavior and organizational commitment.

Abstract

The hotel industry is increasingly developing after the Covid-19 pandemic along with the development of tourism. This situation also has an impact on the level of competition in the business. This study was conducted at Patra Malioboro Hotel to analyze the significant impact of brand image, brand trust and service quality on brand loyalty. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with 100 domestic guests who used the services of The Patra Malioboro Hotel as the research sample. The data analysis tool uses Multiple Regression Analysis. Hypothesis testing proves that brand image, brand trust and service quality has a major impact on brand loyalty of The Patra Malioboro Hotel. Brand trust is the dominant factor influencing brand loyalty.

Abstract

This inquire about points to evaluate the impact of Experiential Marketing, Electronic Word of Mouth, and Brand Image on Client Dependability for Everwhite excellence items. The sampling technique used a questionnaire technique with the number of research samples was 100 respondents. Speculation test comes about demonstrate that Experiential Marketing, Electronic Word of Mouth, and Brand Image have a positive and critical impact on customer loyalty for Everwhite beauty products. These show that the stronger the Experiential Marketing, Electronic Word of Mouth, and Brand Image, the more client dependability for Everwhite beauty products will increase. The comes about of coefficient of assurance (r²) test gotten an r square coefficient (r²) esteem of 0.523, which suggests that Experiential Marketing, Electronic Word of Mouth, and Brand Image contribute to client dependability by 52.3%. Therefore, these there variables together will have a positive and noteworthy impact on client dependability for Everwhite magnificence items.
