The purpose of this research is to identify the role of Work overload, work environment, work-family conflict and work stress on job performance in Public Facilities and Infrastructure Handling Officers on South Jakarta. The sample used in the study was 130 respondents of Public Facilities and Infrastructure Handling Officers on Jakarta. The data collection techniques in this research used primary data by distributing questionnaires to Public Infrastructure and Facilities Handling Officers in Jakarta with data collected by 130 respondents using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis supported by SPSS 24 and AMOS 21. The results of this study indicate that 1) Work overload has a positive and significant effect on Job Stress. 2) Work Environment has a negative and significant effect on Job Stress. 3) Work Environment has no influence on Job Performance. 4) Work Environment has no influence on Job Performance. 5) Work Stress has no effect on Job Performance. 6) Work-Family Conflict has no effect on Job Performance. 7) Work Stress is proven to be a variable that intervenes between Work Overload and Job Performance. 8) Work Stress is proven to be a variable that intervenes between Work Environment and Job Performance.

The purpose of this study was to measure the strategy implementation of cost leadership and differrentiation to its competitive advantage in the SMEs culinary business. The design or method which is used in this study is a multiple linear regression statistical analysis by the independent variable (X) products Nasi Bakoel as Cost leadership (X1) and product Dimsum as Differrentiation (X2). While the dependent variable (Y) Total Sales as its competitive advantage. The findings of this study is simultaneously cost leadership and differentiation positive and significant impact on the competitive advantage, while individually the effect is greater than the cost leadership differentiation to competitive advantage. This research is also expected to be a reference for further studies with similar problems in the future.

The implementation of effective internal control contributes broadly to improving the implementation of corporate governance and performance. This study aims to confirm and describe how implementing effective internal control can improve company performance. Data were collected based on the respondents' perceptions, namely the internal control units of nine selected companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. A multiple regression approach processed the data. The test results proposed that the dimensions of internal control, namely monitoring activities, communication and information, control activities, risk assessment, and control environment, have a positive and significant influence on efforts to improve company performance. The board of commissioners must continue to direct and motivate management to implement effective internal control to improve company performance.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris adakah pengaruh komunikasi internal dan disiplin kerja yang diterapkan untuk mewujudkan kinerja karyawan Penelitian ini menggunakan metode desktiptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengambilan data yaitu observasi dan penyebaran kuesioner/angket. Pengaruh Komunikasi Internal (X1) dan Disiplin Kerja (X2) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan yang dapat dilihat dari hasil uji F berdasarkan hasil uji F maka dapat diketahui fhitung sebesar dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 kemudian degree of freedom (df) sebesar (k-1) atau derajat pembilangnya dan (n-k) untuk derajat penyebutnya dimana n = jumlah observasi dan k = jumkah variabel, maka diperoleh F tabel sebesar 3,99. Sehingga nilai fhitung lebih besar dari ftabel (242,696 > 3,99). Dengan demikian hasil pengujian menunujukan Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa secara bersama-sama (simultan) variabel bebas (komunikasi internal dan disiplin kerja) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variabel terikat (kinerja).

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh personal selling dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian yang berdampak pada loyalitas pelanggan pada PT. Lautan Surga di Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini Personal selling berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 39,6%, uji hipotesis diperoleh signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 37,6%, uji hipotesis diperoleh signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Personal selling dan harga secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 49,6%, uji hipotesis diperoleh signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Keputusan pembelian berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan sebesar 39,6%, uji hipotesis diperoleh signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi dan store atmosphere terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Pigeonhole Coffee di Bintaro Tangerang Selatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen sebesar 42,0%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (8,247 > 1,986). Store atmosphere berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen sebesar 36,7%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (7,390 > 1,986). Promosi dan store atmosphere secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan persamaan regresi Y = 12,134 + 0,377X1 + 0,327X2 dan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 48,8%, uji hipotesis diperoleh F hitung > F tabel atau (44,290 > 2,700).

This study aims to determine the effect of auditors' competence and professionalism on audit quality at the public accounting firm in South Jakarta. The method used is explanatory research with analysis techniques using statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study, competence has a significant effect on audit quality by 53.1%, the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table or (7,746> 2,006). Professional auditors have a significant effect on audit quality by 43.8%, hypothesis testing is obtained t count> t table or (6.433> 2.006). The competence and professionalism of auditors simultaneously have a significant effect on audit quality with the regression equation Y = 7,236 + 0.430X1 + 0.393X2 and the influence contribution is 63.1%, the hypothesis test is obtained F count> F table or (44.431> 2.780).

This study aims to determine the effect of Net Profit Margin and Debt to Equity Ratio on stock prices at PT. Arwana Citramulia, Tbk Period 2010-2019. The method used is explanatory research with analytical techniques using statistical analysis with regression, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study Net Profit Margin has no significant effect on stock prices of 27.0%, hypothesis testing obtained a significance value (Sig.) 0.123 > 0.05. Debt to Equity Ratio has a significant effect on stock prices of 59.0%, hypothesis testing obtained a significance value (Sig.) 0.009 <0.05. Net Profit Margin and Debt to Equity Ratio simultaneously have a significant effect on stock prices with the regression equation Y = 781.144 + 19.436X1 - 8,776X2 and the contribution of the effect is 67.0%, hypothesis testing is obtained Significance value (Sig.) 0.021 < 0.05 .

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Current Ratio dan Return on Asset Terhadap Struktur modal Pada PT. Mayora Indah, Tbk. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini Current Ratio berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Struktur modal sebesar 40,2%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (2,320 > 2,306). Return on Asset tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Struktur modal sebesar 14,6%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung < t tabel atau (-1,168 < 2,306). Current Ratio dan Return on Asset secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Struktur modal diperoleh persamaan regresi Y = -114,935 + 1,272X1 - 5,856X2 dan nilai determinasi sebesar 69,2%, uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai F hitung > F tabel atau (7,850 > 4,350).

Melalui upaya ini diharapkan keluarga-keluarga yang masih tergolong Pra sejahtera dan sejahtera mampu berusaha dalam rangka meningkatkan ekonomi dan pendapatan kelurga. Kegiatan pemberdayaan ekonomi keluarga ini juga dapat meningkatkan akses pada berbagai sumber daya yang dibutuhkan agar dapat meningkatkan kualitas usahanya, antara lain dalam pengembangan modal produksi pemasaran dan peningatkan ketrampilan.
