Abstract

Solusi terbaik bagi mitra pada Program Kemitraan Masyarakat Stimulus ini lebih difokuskan pada kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada mitra tentang: 1)  Manajemen terpadu atau mengintegrasikan Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia, Manajemen Operasional, Manajemen Pemasaran dan Manajemen Keuangan terutama tentang pemasaran dan akuntansi atau pencatatan keuangan pada BUMDes melalui kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan: a) Bagaimana menempatkan Sumber Daya Manusia sesuai dengan keahliannya. b) Kegiatan operasionalnya yang teratur dan terencana. c) Melakukan pengemasan, menentukan harga, dan melakukan promosi yang dapat menarik perhatian konsumen. d) Pencatatan bukti-bukti transaksi baik pengeluaran dan penerimaan, Pembuatan jurnal umum, Posting ke buku besar dan neraca saldo, Pembuatan jurnal penyesuaian, Pembuatan laporan keuangan berupa neraca, laba rugi, perubahan modal dan arus kas. e) Kewirausahaan yang bertujuan agar semua elemen dalam BUMDes bekerja secara professional, yakni dengan cara melatih semua sumber daya manusia dalam BUMDes agar memiliki pola pikir dan tindakan kewirausahaan, serta mendampingi bagaimana bekerja dengan berdasarkan pola pikir dan tindakan kewirausahaan sehingga BUMDes dapat terus maju meski terdapat pandemi Covid 19 saat ini. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan sistem keselamatan kerja, kesehatan kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di pabrik pengolahan getah pinus, yakni Pabrik Gondorukem dan Terpentin Garahan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, dengan menerapkan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Keselamatan kerja, kesehatan kerja, dan disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di pabrik tersebut, baik secara bersama-sama maupun secara terpisah. Diharapkan, penelitian ini dapat membantu dalam memastikan pemenuhan hak-hak pekerja terkait jaminan kesehatan, keselamatan, dan kesejahteraan (K3). Lebih lanjut, perusahaan diharapkan terus meningkatkan disiplin kerja bagi semua pekerja agar menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang aman dan nyaman. Dengan demikian, karyawan akan lebih termotivasi dan memiliki semangat kerja yang tinggi, yang pada akhirnya akan meningkatkan kinerja mereka.

Mitra merupakan Kelompok UMKM Keripik Rahayu dengan alamat dusun Krajan 2 RT 03 RW 08 Desa Karangduren Kecamatan Balung,Kabupaten Jember, yang beranggotakan 5 UMKM Keripik, dipimpin oleh Ibu Yayuk Wahyuningsih. Kelompok UMKM Keripik Rahayu beranggotakan ibu ibu rumah tangga yang memiliki usaha pembuatan keripik. persoalan prioritas yang disepakati antara tim pengusul dengan mitra antara lain Skala prioritas pertama ditekankan pada pelatihan dan pendampingan membuat Financial Planning. Skala prioritas kedua ditekankan pada pelatihan dan pendampingan mengaplikasikan marketing mix dalam menjalakan usaha. Guna menyelesaikan persoalan yang dihadapi oleh mitra usaha, maka metode pendekatan yang digunakan dalam Program Kemitraan Masyarakat Stimulus ini adalah dengan menggunakan pendekatan problem solving dan partisipatif

Abstract

Haircut is a necessity for people every month, men are no exception. To fulfill these needs, haircut services have sprung up that offer haircuts to special men's hair care. The form of business for men's haircut services is a barbershop. This study aims to analyze and test the role of lifestyle, brand image and service quality on customer satisfaction at Den Bagoes Barbershop Tanggul. The type of data in this study uses quantitative data in the form of online questionnaires. The sample population used in this study was 140 respondents with a non-probability sampling technique. Data collection techniques include primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using a Likert scale. The analytical tool in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis supported by instrument testing, classical assumption testing and hypothesis testing. The results of this study prove that lifestyle has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Brand image has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The coefficient of determination in the variable model is 0.631. From these values ​​it can be concluded that lifestyle, brand image and service quality have a contribution of 63.1% to the formation of variations in customer satisfaction values, while the remaining 36.9% is explained by other factors outside the model.

Abstract

A high level of purchase of a product is proof that a business is growing well. So a company is required to always be innovative in marketing products at affordable costs that are attractive to consumers. Similarly, because of the rise of similar businesses, O'ocong Pancing, which is engaged in trade, must plan an appropriate strategy. Therefore, this research was conducted to examine the appropriate strategy for the company. The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of the marketing mix and service quality on purchasing decisions. There are five dimensions used for the marketing mix, namely: (X1) product, (X2) price, (X3) place, (X4) promotion, and (X5) service. The research uses quantitative methods, and 130 samples are involved with the criteria of consumers of O'ocong Pancing. After the data is collected, it is tested using multiple linear regression with the T test as a hypothesis test. The results showed that there was a significant positive effect of service on purchasing decisions. Promotion, place, price, and product dimensions do not significantly affect the partial decision.

Abstract

This study's main goal is to find out how different aspects of the workplace culture, both tangible and intangible, and transformational leadership affect workers' job satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative methodology to investigate the connections and influences between these variables. The study specifically aims to evaluate how work culture, non-physical environmental factors, physical environmental circumstances, and transformational leadership style affect employees' job satisfaction at CV Dira Kencong Shopping Center and Waterpark in Jember. The research aims to ascertain whether the mentioned characteristics exist and how much of an impact they have on the job satisfaction variable for CV employees at Dira Kencong Shopping Center and Waterpark in Jember. It does this by using quantitative descriptive methodology. The result 3 variable transformational leadership style taken together.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini membahas pelatihan analisis data asumsi klasik menggunakan aplikasi SPSS dalam lingkup Program Kreativitas Mahasiswa (PKM). Pelatihan melibatkan beberapa tahapan, termasuk presentasi materi pelatihan yang mencakup instalasi dan penggunaan SPSS serta langkah-langkah analisis data terkait normalitas, multikolinieritas, heteroskedastisitas, dan linearitas. Mahasiswa diberikan kesempatan untuk melakukan praktek analisis data menggunakan aplikasi SPSS setelah menerima penjelasan materi. Evaluasi dilakukan untuk memantau pemahaman dan partisipasi mahasiswa, dengan anggota tim memberikan pendampingan jika diperlukan. Hasil dan pembahasan dari praktek analisis data memberikan contoh konkret bagaimana mahasiswa dapat mengaplikasikan konsep-konsep ini dalam konteks penelitian mereka. Pelatihan ini bertujuan memberikan pemahaman komprehensif dan keterampilan praktis kepada mahasiswa, memastikan bahwa mereka dapat menerapkan analisis data asumsi klasik secara efektif. Pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam mengelola data dan meningkatkan kualitas penelitian mereka dalam rangka mendukung pengembangan Program Kreativitas Mahasiswa.

Abstract

Employees in the hospitality industry frequently face various challenges that negatively affect their psychological well-being. One of the main issues is a high workload, which often leads to significant levels of stress. This study was conducted at Swiss-Belhotel Samarinda, involving 122 permanent employees as respondents. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire based on validated indicators from previous literature. The data analysis employed a quantitative approach using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method through the SmartPLS software. This technique was selected for its ability to accommodate latent variables and mediating relationships. The results revealed that organizational commitment and employee engagement have a significant direct effect on job satisfaction. Furthermore, job satisfaction was found to mediate the relationship between organizational commitment and employee engagement with psychological well-being. Among the dimensions of organizational commitment, affective commitment had the strongest influence on job satisfaction. Similarly, the dedication dimension of employee engagement contributed most significantly to both job satisfaction and psychological well-being. The study also found that employee engagement has a direct and significant effect on psychological well-being even without the mediation of job satisfaction, highlighting the importance of emotional connection and intrinsic motivation in employees’ work experiences. Theoretically, these findings underscore that organizational commitment encompasses not only structural elements but also psychological and emotional aspects. From a managerial perspective, the results suggest that organizations should actively cultivate a work environment that supports employee engagement and strengthens affective commitment. Strategies such as career development programs, recognition of achievements, and open, supportive communication may serve as effective approaches. This study contributes to the growing body of literature on psychological well-being in the context of the hospitality industry, particularly in Indonesia. The findings are expected to serve as a valuable reference for developing strategic policies aimed at improving employees’ quality of work life, which in turn enhances organizational performance.

Abstract

Coconut oil is one of the vegetable oils widely used in the food, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical industries due to its high content of saturated fatty acids, particularly lauric acid. This study was conducted on the effect of coconut oil processing methods on the characteristics of the resulting coconut oil. Three processing methods were applied: non-heating, fermentation, and direct heating. A transesterification step was carried out to determine the fatty acid profile and its derivatives. The characterization of coconut oil compounds included measurements of density, acid value, peroxide value, and ester value, as well as analysis of fatty acid compounds using Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS). The results showed that the best method for producing coconut oil was the non-heating process, with the following physicochemical properties: yield of 13.5%, acid value of 0.20 mg KOH/g, peroxide value of 2.00 meq/kg, and ester value of 223.28 mg KOH/g. The main components identified from the transesterified coconut oil were dodecanoic acid methyl ester (methyl laurate), methyl tetradecanoate, and hexadecanoic acid methyl ester.

Abstract

Background/problems: Biodiesel from animal fats is vulnerable to metal-catalyzed oxidation that degrades fuel quality because of the unsaturated fatty acid content. This study investigates the oxidative stability and physicochemical changes of chicken fat and its biodiesel upon FeCl₃-catalyzed oxidation. Methods: Chicken fat was transesterified to produce biodiesel; chicken fat (CF) and chicken-fat biodiesel (CF-BD) were then subjected to an FeCl₃ oxidative condition. Acid value (AV), iodine value (IV), peroxide value (PV), kinematic viscosity at 40 °C, and density were determined using standard titrimetric and physical methods; FTIR assessed spectral changes. ANOVA compared group means. Findings: Oxidation significantly increased AV and PV for both matrices, with a marked PV rise in CF-BD (6.17 ± 0.29 to 88.17 ± 5.35 meq/kg), and decreased IV (CF-BD 84.30 ± 4.51 to 48.70 ± 4.32 g I₂/100 g). Viscosity and density increased modestly. Visually, CF-BD shifted from clear yellow-green to brown and turbid with sediment, consistent with polymer formation and methyl-ester degradation. FTIR showed attenuation/shift of ester carbonyl and aliphatic bands. Conclusion: FeCl₃-induced oxidation measurably deteriorates CF-BD quality, breaching key limits in ASTM/SNI for acid value and viscosity. Impact: Results underscore the need to control trace metals and apply antioxidant/metal-deactivator strategies in storage and distribution, and validate the FeCl₃ assay as a practical accelerated-degradation model for stability and additive screening.
