Abstract

This study investigates the growing phenomenon of thrifting (second-hand shopping) on TikTok Shop, examining how price, perceived value, and lifestyle influence purchasing decisions in this emerging social commerce platform. The research addresses a critical gap in understanding digital-native consumption patterns, particularly in developing markets where thrifting represents both an economic choice and lifestyle statement. Using an explanatory research design, data was collected from 100 active TikTok Shop users through purposive sampling, with validated questionnaires measuring key variables. Analysis involved rigorous statistical testing including multiple linear regression and coefficient of determination. The findings reveal that all three factors significantly impact thrifting purchases: price sensitivity demonstrates strong influence, followed by perceived value and lifestyle congruence. Notably, these variables collectively explain a substantial portion of purchase decision variance, highlighting their interconnected effects in social commerce environments. This study contributes novel insights by being among the first to explore thrifting behavior specifically within TikTok Shop's unique ecosystem, revealing how traditional economic factors interact with contemporary lifestyle values in digital marketplaces. The results advance theoretical understanding of sustainable consumption in social commerce contexts while offering practical guidance for marketers seeking to engage the thrifting demographic through platform-specific strategies that balance affordability, value perception, and lifestyle alignment.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of raw material planning, raw material control, and raw material quality on the production process at the Tofu Home Industry in Kaliwates District, Jember Regency. This study used a sample of 106 Tofu Home Industry employees in Kaliwates District, Jember Regency, who were selected using a census technique. The method used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that the three factors had a significant effect on the production process. This study has a novelty by focusing on the Tofu Home Industry and integrating three main variables in the analysis of the production process. The suggestions from this study provide practical direction for employees so that the industry always pays maximum attention to raw material planning, including monitoring its quality and quantity, to ensure that the production process runs smoothly and produces good quality products. Thus, the industry can meet market needs and increase customer satisfaction. Theoretically, this study contributes to the development of production process theory in small industries and opens up opportunities for further research.

Abstract

A company to achieve its goals depends on how the company controls the market because market control depends on the company whether the company can anticipate every opportunity and threat that will come to the company such as changes in its marketing environment and anticipate every change that occurs in the environment and use the right information in making purchasing decisions. The decision to purchase a product will be more effective if assisted by several strategies, namelycelebrityendorsement, brand image, and social media marketing. This study aims to analyze the influence ofcelebrityendorsement, brand image, and social media marketingtoConsumer purchasing decisions at the Larissa Aesthetic Center Clinic Jember. This study uses a quantitative research method with a descriptive approach. The population in this study were consumers of the Larissa Aestethic Center Jember Beauty Clinic. The number of samples in this study was 100 respondents. This study used a non-probability sampling technique. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially the variablescelebrityEndorsement, brand image, and social media marketing have a positive and significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions at the Larissa Aesthetic Center Clinic, Jember.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi korelasi antara pengembangan karir dan kepuasan kerja pada karyawan rumah sakit umum daerah (RSUD). Metode penelitian digunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan penggunaan kuesioner sebagai instrument kumpulan data. Responden yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan RSUD yang dipilih secara acak. Hasil analisis data menunjukan adanya korelasi positif yang signifikan antara pengembangan karir dan kepuasan kerja pada karyawan RSUD. Ini menunjukan bahwa karyawan yang mengalami pengembangan karir yang baik cendurung memiliki tingkat kepuasan kerja yang lebih tinggi. Temuan ini mengindikasikan pentingnya upaya pengembangan karir yang sistematis dan berkelanjutan dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan RSUD. Studi ini memberikan pemahan yang lebih baik tentang hubungan antara pengembangan karir dan kepuasan kerja dilingkungan RSUD, memberikan landasan bagi menejem RSUD untuk merancang program pengembangan karir yang lebih efektif guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Wuluhan is a sub-district located in the south of Jember Regency. The location of Wuluhan District is close to Ambulu, Puger and Balung Districts. The government center is in Dukuh Dempok Village. There are seven villages in Wuluhan District, namely: Lojejer, Ampel, Dukuh Dempok, Taman Sari, Glundengan, Tanjungrejo and Kesilir. MSMEs in Kesilir Village are starting to try to get back on their feet after being affected by the Covid pandemic. The development that must be carried out by MSMEs is through marketing strategies and strengthening business legality (NIB, PIRT, Halal). Activities agreed upon between the implementation team and partners include: First, emphasizing training and assistance in determining and determining marketing strategies, and the second priority scale is emphasizing training and assistance regarding strengthening business legality (NIB, PIRT, Halal).

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh persepsi harga, kepercayaan konsumen, dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan kunjungan parsial Glen Coffee & Resto Glenmore Banyuwangi. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori manajemen pemasaran, teori persepsi harga, kepercayaan konsumen, dan teori kualitas pelayanan dan keputusan pelanggan. Riset dilakukan oleh konsumen Glen Coffee & Resto Glenmore Banyuwangi. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 90 responden. Sifat penelitian ini adalah penjelasan. Alat uji yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, dengan software SPSS versi 20.00. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Persepsi harga secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Berkunjung, Kepercayaan konsumen secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Berkunjung, Kualitas pelayanan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Berkunjung ke Glen Coffe & Resto Glenmore Banyuwangi.

Abstract

Coconut oil is one of the vegetable oils widely used in the food, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical industries due to its high content of saturated fatty acids, particularly lauric acid. This study was conducted on the effect of coconut oil processing methods on the characteristics of the resulting coconut oil. Three processing methods were applied: non-heating, fermentation, and direct heating. A transesterification step was carried out to determine the fatty acid profile and its derivatives. The characterization of coconut oil compounds included measurements of density, acid value, peroxide value, and ester value, as well as analysis of fatty acid compounds using Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS). The results showed that the best method for producing coconut oil was the non-heating process, with the following physicochemical properties: yield of 13.5%, acid value of 0.20 mg KOH/g, peroxide value of 2.00 meq/kg, and ester value of 223.28 mg KOH/g. The main components identified from the transesterified coconut oil were dodecanoic acid methyl ester (methyl laurate), methyl tetradecanoate, and hexadecanoic acid methyl ester.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Content creation, Conten sharing dan Connecting Terhadap wirausaha butik Nisa di kecamatan Patrang Jember. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif jenis penelitian kausalitas. Populasi penelitian ini adalah konsumen butik Nisa yang menjadi follower instagram butik Nisa Jember. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 136 follower di Instagram.Tehnik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Penyebaran kuesioner melalui online yang disebarkan melalui google form kepada seluruh followers agar lebih efisien dan efektif dalam pengumpulan data yang dibutuhkan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, dan uji t parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel content creator berpengaruh signifikan terhadap wirausaha. variabel content sharing tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap wirausaha. Connection berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Wirausaha.

Abstract

Purchasing choices are shaped by the distinctiveness of the product assessed in relation to its intended use, and for sustainable marketing, the firm must effectively navigate the market landscape. This research aims to examine the impact of advertising and product quality on purchase choices about Lip Tint Glossy Stain Emina in Bandung City. This research employs a descriptive and verification strategy with a quantitative approach. Sampling using non-probability sampling methods. A sample of 100 respondents was acquired by administering questionnaires to customers of Lip Tint Glossy Stain Emina in Bandung City. The used data analysis procedures include validity and reliability assessments, normality evaluations, and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests, and determination tests, all conducted using SPSS version 29. The findings of this study's hypothesis test indicate that both Advertising and Product Quality positively influence Purchasing Decisions regarding Emina Lip Tint Glossy Stain Products. The coefficient of determination reveals that the independent variables account for 84.6% of the variance in the dependent variable, with the remaining 15.4% attributed to other variables.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan minimarket membuat persaingan semakin ketat, sehingga minimarket disarankan menciptakan customer experience secara positif kepada para konsumennya salah satunya dengan menerapkan Experiential Marketing Berbasis Syariah. Obyek penelitian adalah minimarket berlandaskan Islam di Kabupaten Jember. Di pilih minimarket berlandaskan Islam di Kabupaten Jember karena kabupaten jember telah berdiri banyak minimarket yang berlandaskan Islam. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pembeli minimarket berlandaskan Islam di Kabupaten Jember. Penelitian ini terdapat kuesioner yang sebanyak 285. Teknik sampel adalah metode purposive sampling. Variabel bebas adalah Sense dan Feel. Variabel intervening dalam penelitian ini adalah kepuasan konsumen. Variabel endogen yaitu Loyalitas Konsumen. Teknik analisis yaitu SEM AMOS 23,0. Hasil penelitian hipotesis diterima, terdapat pengaruh signifikan Sense dan Feel pada Loyalitas Konsumen baik langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui Kepuasan Konsumen.
