Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak dari inisiasi Bank Sampah dalam menciptakan masyarakat yang peduli terhadap limbah di RT 09 RW 03 Perumahan Putri Tujuh II, Kelurahan Sidomulyo Barat. Metode yang digunakan adalah pengabdian partisipatif dengan melibatkan masyarakat secara aktif dalam pengelolaan sampah. Pengabdian dilakukan selama enam hari, dimulai pada 20 agustus sampai 26 agustus 2023. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa inisiasi Bank Sampah telah berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang pentingnya pengelolaan sampah yang baik. Partisipasi masyarakat dalam kegiatan pengumpulan, pemilahan, dan penjualan sampah meningkat secara signifikan. Terdapat peningkatan dalam jumlah sampah yang berhasil didaur ulang dan dikurangi yang sebelumnya berakhir di tempat pembuangan akhir. Berdasarkan hasil pengabdian, disarankan agar program Bank Sampah terus ditingkatkan dan diperluas ke wilayah lain di Kelurahan Sidomulyo Barat. Peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat tentang pentingnya pengelolaan sampah yang baik juga perlu terus didorong melalui kegiatan penyuluhan dan edukasi. Selain itu, perlu adanya kerjasama yang lebih baik antara pemerintah setempat, lembaga pendidikan, dan masyarakat dalam mengembangkan program Bank Sampah ini. Dengan demikian, pengabdian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam menciptakan masyarakat yang peduli terhadap limbah dan berkomitmen untuk menjaga lingkungan yang hijau dan berkelanjutan di Kelurahan Sidomulyo Barat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS) Provinsi Riau. Penelitian menggunakan metode survei dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada seluruh karyawan BAZNAS Provinsi Riau yang dijadikan sampel penelitian. Analisis data dilakukan dengan regresi berganda melalui uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, serta kepuasan kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Secara simultan, disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja, dan kepuasan kerja bersama-sama memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya manajemen BAZNAS Provinsi Riau untuk memperkuat disiplin kerja, meningkatkan motivasi melalui fasilitas dan kondisi kerja, serta memperhatikan kepuasan kerja melalui upah dan hubungan antar rekan, guna mendorong peningkatan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to test the relationship between nurse performance and inpatient satisfaction at Madani Regional Hospital in Pekanbaru City. The population of this study was inpatients at the Madani Regional Hospital of Pekanbaru City. This study consisted of two variables, including Nurse Performance (X), and Patient Satisfaction (Y).  The samples in this study amounted to 120 samples using the Purposive Sampling method. The analysis method in this study uses Kendall's test or data processing using SPSS (Statistical Package of Social Science) version 25.0. Based on the results of the analysis shows that the Nurse's Performance in the range is quite good and Patient Satisfaction is in the range is quite good in general. The results of the hypothesis test stated that Nurse Performance has a strong relationship with Inpatient Satisfaction at Madani Regional Hospital in Pekanbaru City. This means that the higher the Nurse's Performance, the more Inpatient Satisfaction at the Madani Regional Hospital in Pekanbaru City.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengalaman usaha, teknologi informasi dan keterampilan kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja UMKM sektor industri pengolahan makanan di Kota Pekanbaru pada masa Pandemi COVID-19. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu UKM sektor industri pengolahan makanan yang terdaftar di Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kota Pekanbaru berjumlah 325. Sampel berjumlah 76 menggunakan Rumus Slovin dengan batas kesalahan 10%. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji asumsi klasik. Untuk menguji instrumen menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji F, uji t dan analisis koefisien determinasi menggunakan program SPSS versi 25. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meganalisis pengaruh Kompetensi, Pelatihan dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior terhadap Kinerja Guru SMA Negeri 1 Kampar Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan populasi yang terdiri dari seluruh guru SMA Negeri 1 Kampar Timur, berjumlah 59 orang. Sampel penelitan diambil dengan metode sampel jenuh, sehingga seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel, yaitu 59 responden, dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 995 orang dan status akreditasi sekolah adalah sangat baik. Analisis data dalam penelitan ini dilakukan menggunakan metode analisis statistik deskriptif, uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, serta uji hipotesis. Pengolahan data dibantu oleh perangkat lunak SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi, pelatihan dan organizational Citizenship behavior memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Berdasarkan koefisien determinan (), ketiga variabel bebas tersebut secara bersama-sama membarikan kontribusi sebesar 46,8% terhadap variabel terikat, sedangkan sisanya 53,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian.

Abstract

This research was conducted with purpose to determine the effect of principal leadership and competence on teacher performance through job satisfaction at SMAN 5 Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all civil servant teachers at SMAN 5 Pekanbaru. The number of samples in this study was carried out by means of saturated sampling technique (census), namely making all members of the population into samples, so that the number of samples in this study was members of the population into a sample, so that the number of samples in this study was 55 teachers. The data analysis method of this research uses analysis method Structural Equation Modelling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS software version 4.1.1.3. The results showed that principal leadership has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Competence has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Principal Leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Competence has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Principal Leadership has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance through job satisfaction. Competence has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

Work readiness reflects how well an individual is physically, mentally, and experientially prepared to perform tasks relevant to their field of expertise. In theory, soft skills, career interests, and hard skills are considered influential factors in students’ work readiness when facing the challenges of the professional world. This study aims to examine the relationship between these three variables and the work readiness of 2022 cohort students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Riau, who feel prepared to enter the workforce after completing their education. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach with a survey method, which involved distributing questionnaires to 259 respondents selected based on work readiness criteria. The data were analyzed using the Bivariate Pearson correlation test with the assistance of SPSS version 27. The results indicate that soft skills, career interests, and hard skills have a positive and significant impact on students’ work readiness. These findings contribute theoretically by strengthening empirical evidence on the significance of these three factors and offer practical implications for educational institutions and employers in designing learning and training strategies that comprehensively support students’ career readiness.

Abstract

Higher education institutions continually strive to improve the quality of graduates to ensure their competitiveness in the workforce. Therefore, they strive to equip students with a variety of skills, both hard and soft. Hard and soft skills development is embedded in courses within a competency-based curriculum, incorporating case-based and project-based learning.In addition to the knowledge of hard and soft skills acquired in college, students are also given the opportunity to gain practical experience through internships. Undergraduate Management students undertake internships in their seventh semester as part of the required coursework to earn a Bachelor of Economics degree. In the 2025-2026 academic year, 260 students from the class of 2022 will undertake internships. They will be placed in departments aligned with their respective concentrations, including human resources, marketing, finance, or operations.Students are now actively seeking internships, both in government and private institutions, through various programs offered, through MBKM internships, or through independent internships. Students entering the workforce, particularly through internship programs, often face challenges in understanding and applying professional ethics in the workplace, often in a work environment that is unfamiliar to them. This lack of understanding can negatively impact performance, interpersonal relationships, and the institution's image.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of green training on corporate sustainable performance, as well as the role of green transformational leadership as a moderating variable at PT. Angkasa Pura Indonesia Pekanbaru Branch Office. This study uses a quantitative approach with a questionnaire distribution method. The population in this study are employees at PT. Angkasa Pura Indonesia Pekanbaru Branch Office, with a sampling technique using Proportional Stratified Random Sampling. The data were analyzed using a moderation regression test with the help of SPSS 27. The results showed that green training had a partial positive and significant effect on corporate sustainable performance. In addition, green transformational leadership was proven to moderate this effect.
