Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of price perception on brand switching among consumers of Aqua and Le Minerale bottled water. Research through hypothesis testing, where in the description contains descriptions but the focus lies on the influence between variables. The data analysis method used in this research is quantitative, with SPSS 25 data processing tools. with a sample size of 127 people. The results of hypothesis testing show that the price perception variable has a positive and significant effect on brandswitching of Aqua and Le Minerale bottled water for consumers.

Abstract

The Integrity Zone was created to eliminate fraud, and one of the channels to prevent fraud was the whistleblowing system. This research aims at obtaining an overview of the implementation of the Whistleblowing System at Legal Entity State Universities (PTNBH) and the impact of its implementation on preventing fraud. The urgency of this research was to find out how much influence the whistleblowing system had as a mechanism for preventing fraud. This research methodology used a qualitative approach using in-depth interviews, the human resources used were the leaders of SPI ITB, IPB, and UGM, and then the data was analyzed using source triangulation and data triangulation. The results of this research found that with strong internal controls at the three PTNBHs, the whistleblowing system was not the main mechanism for preventing fraud. However, a whistleblowing system was still needed as public/stakeholder control to create good university governance.

Abstract

This community service program aims to empower the community of Watang Bacukiki Village, Parepare City, through optimizing cow manure waste and local shrimp potential to enhance technical skills, environmental management, and entrepreneurial capacity. The implementation method used was extension, training, and direct practice (demonstration), involving 24 participants, consisting of farmer groups, housewives, and community leaders, conducted on August 29, 2025. The results show a significant increase in participants' knowledge and skills in processing waste into environmentally friendly organic fertilizer and successfully creating processed shrimp cracker products with attractive packaging and various flavors. The shrimp cracker product was successfully marketed through the KKN exhibition, indicating high potential as a new MSME. This intervention successfully addressed the local community's environmental and economic challenges and paved the way for the sustainability of the empowerment program.Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan masyarakat Kelurahan Watang Bacukiki, Kota Parepare, melalui optimalisasi limbah kotoran sapi dan potensi udang lokal guna meningkatkan keterampilan teknis, manajemen lingkungan, dan kapasitas kewirausahaan. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan, pelatihan, dan praktik langsung (demonstrasi), yang melibatkan 24 orang peserta, terdiri dari kelompok tani, ibu-ibu, serta tokoh masyarakat, dilaksanakan pada 29 Agustus 2025. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta dalam mengolah limbah menjadi pupuk organik yang ramah lingkungan dan sukses menciptakan produk olahan kerupuk udang dengan kemasan menarik dan varian rasa. Produk kerupuk udang telah berhasil dipasarkan melalui pameran KKN, menunjukkan potensi tinggi sebagai UMKM baru. Intervensi ini berhasil menjawab tantangan lingkungan dan ekonomi masyarakat lokal dan membuka jalan bagi keberlanjutan program pemberdayaan.

Abstract

Romantic breakup is a common interpersonal stressor during emerging adulthood and is frequently associated with emotional distress. However, psychological recovery trajectories vary substantially across individuals, highlighting the role of internal psychological mechanisms. This systematic review aimed to synthesize empirical evidence on cognitive, emotional, and identity-based mechanisms involved in psychological recovery following romantic breakup among emerging adults. A systematic review was conducted in accordance with PRISMA guidelines. Quantitative and mixed-methods studies examining psychological mechanisms related to post-breakup adjustment in emerging adult populations were synthesized narratively. The synthesis identified rumination, emotion regulation, and self-concept clarity as key mechanisms associated with recovery trajectories. Rumination was linked to more persistent emotional distress, whereas adaptive emotion regulation strategies, particularly cognitive reappraisal and higher self-concept clarity were associated with more adaptive psychological adjustment. Psychological recovery following romantic breakup is a dynamic, multilayered adaptation process shaped by interacting cognitive, emotional, and identity-based mechanisms.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kompetensi guru serta tenaga kependidikan dalam pembuatan dan pemanfaatan website sebagai media pendukung proses pembelajaran formal, pengelolaan tahfizh Al-Qur’an, dan promosi sekolah. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan persuasif melalui Forum Group Discussion (FGD) yang mengadopsi metode training–conversation–practice, dengan tahapan persiapan, pelaksanaan, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di MTsS Mutiara Rokan dengan peserta guru dan tenaga kependidikan dari sekolah-sekolah se-Kecamatan Tanah Putih. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap urgensi dan etika penggunaan teknologi, meningkatnya keterampilan guru dalam memanfaatkan website untuk pembelajaran formal, pencatatan dan monitoring tahfizh, serta promosi sekolah, baik melalui platform tanpa coding maupun berbasis bahasa pemrograman. Simpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah bahwa pembuatan dan pemanfaatan website terbukti efektif sebagai solusi integratif dalam mendukung pembelajaran digital, penguatan program tahfizh, serta peningkatan citra dan identitas digital sekolah secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyse the role of innovative leadership styles in driving organisational performance across various sectors in Indonesia, based on a review of 20 national journals published between 2021 and 2025. The results of the literature review show that innovative leadership consistently has a positive effect on improving employee performance, organisational culture, and innovation capabilities in the education, health, government, and creative industries sectors. Leaders with innovative leadership styles are characterised by their ability to adapt to change, encourage member participation, create an open work climate, and initiate creative solutions. In addition, innovative leadership has been proven to strengthen cross-sector collaboration and is a key factor in the success of organisations facing the challenges of the digital era. These findings reinforce that the development of innovative leadership styles needs to be a strategic priority in efforts to strengthen the competitiveness of organisations in Indonesia.
