Abstract

Financial administration during the Work From Home (WHF) policy at Stasiun Televisi Republik Indonesia (TVRI) Bali has undergone changes, particularly in the recording, verification, and reporting processes, which must be carried out remotely. The Work From Home (WFH) implementation has presented challenges such as limited work equipment, internet disruptions, difficulties in document verification, and differences in employee technology skills. Financial management processes can continue through adjustments such as the use of digital documents, electronic contract signatures, and virtual coordination. Financial administration continues during Work From Home (WHF), but requires strengthening digital systems and improving employee competencies to optimize accountability and work effectiveness.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) dengan judul “Sosialisasi UU ITE untuk Mencegah Hoax pada Pemilu 2024 di Desa Sumerta Kauh, Denpasar, Bali merupakan inisiatif yang bertujuan agar masyarakat dapat memilih berita hoax dan mengetahui dampak negatif hoax, serta memperkenalkan Undang-Undang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik (UU ITE) sebagai instrumen hukum dalam memerangi penyebaran informasi palsu. Melalui pendekatan kolaboratif antara mahasiswa, masyarakat, dan pemerintah desa, program ini mengimplementasikan serangkaian kegiatan sosialisasi yang meliputi pemaparan materi dan forum diskusi bersama KPU Kota Denpasar dan Desa Sumerta Kauh. Hasil dari kegiatan KKN ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman masyarakat tentang UU ITE sebesar 75% dan kemampuan peserta dalam mengidentifikasi hoax sebesar 80%. Rencana keberlanjutan program telah dirancang untuk memastikan dampak jangka panjang dari inisiatif ini, melalui pengembangan kapasitas masyarakat, integrasi program ke dalam rencana pembangunan desa, serta kolaborasi yang berkelanjutan dengan berbagai stakeholder.Abstract: The Real Work Lecture (KKN) entitled "Socialization of the ITE Law to Prevent Hoaxes in the 2024 Election in Sumerta Kauh Village, Denpasar, Bali is an initiative that aims to enable people to choose hoax news and know the negative impact of hoaxes, as well as introduce the Electronic Information and Transactions Law (ITE Law) as a legal instrument in combating the spread of false information. Through a collaborative approach between students, the community, and the village government, this program implements a series of socialization activities which include material presentation and discussion forums with the KPU Denpasar City and Sumerta Kauh Village. The results of this KKN activity showed a significant increase in public understanding of the ITE Law by 75% and the ability of participants to identify hoaxes by 80%. The program's sustainability plan has been designed to ensure the long-term impact of this initiative, through community capacity building, integration of the program into village development plans, as well as ongoing collaboration with various stakeholders.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of digital marketing supported by a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system in enhancing customer loyalty at Kioskaos Balinesia Konfeksi in Denpasar, Bali. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation involving 12 informants consisting of internal company staff and customers, selected using purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the implementation of digital marketing through Instagram, integrated with a CRM system, improves communication effectiveness, service quality, and long-term relationships with customers. The structured involvement of all company divisions in CRM implementation enables more responsive and personalized customer management. Furthermore, adequate production infrastructure and well-targeted digital marketing strategies contribute to market expansion and increased customer loyalty. This study provides practical insights for MSMEs in optimizing CRM-based digital marketing strategies to achieve sustainable customer loyalty.Keywords: digital marketing, customer relationship management, customer loyalty, MSMEsPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi digital marketing yang didukung oleh sistem Customer Relationship Management (CRM) dalam meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan pada Kioskaos Balinesia Konfeksi di Denpasar, Bali. Studi ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif dan deskriptif. Dengan menggunakan metode sampling purposive, dua belas informan yang terdiri dari pihak internal perusahaan dan pelanggan diobservasi, diwawancarai, dan didokumentasikan untuk mengumpulkan data. Model interaktif Miles dan Huberman digunakan untuk melakukan analisis data, yang mencakup penyajian, penarikan kesimpulan, dan reduksi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi digital marketing melalui platform Instagram yang terintegrasi dengan sistem CRM mampu meningkatkan efektivitas komunikasi, kualitas pelayanan, serta hubungan jangka panjang dengan pelanggan. Penerapan CRM yang melibatkan seluruh divisi perusahaan memungkinkan pengelolaan hubungan pelanggan yang lebih terstruktur, responsif, dan personal. Selain itu, dukungan infrastruktur produksi dan strategi pemasaran yang tepat sasaran turut memperluas jangkauan pasar dan meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi UMKM dalam mengoptimalkan digital marketing berbasis CRM guna membangun loyalitas pelanggan secara berkelanjutan. Kata kunci: digital marketing, customer relationship management, loyalitas pelanggan, UMKM

Abstract

The use of political humor has transformed the way political communication is conducted in Indonesia, particularly among Generation Z. Stand-up comedy performances by comedians have become an effective form of political communication, where humor is used to deliver social and political critism. The rapid development of information technology and social media also supports the dissemination of such content. This makes political information and political-themed content, such as stand-up comedy addressing political issues, easily accessible to the public. This study aims to examine the influence of political humor on the reputation of comedians, consediering Generation Z’s perception as a mediating variable in the delivery of stand-up comedy. This research uses a quantitative method involving 100 respondents selected through accidental sampling. Data was collected via questionnaires and analyzed using partial least squares. Result shows that political humor has a significant positive influence on the reputation of comedians through the perception of Generation Z. Generation Z’s perception acts as mediator that strenghthens the relationship berween political humor and a comedian’s reputation. These findings highlight the importance of understanding the audience when delivering political humor, as well as its impact on the public image of comedians. This study is expected to provide insights for comedians and entertainment industry players in crafting stand-up comedy material that not only entertains, but also builds a positive reputation among Generation Z.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the e-Performance system in managing employee performance, as well as to identify the driving and inhibiting factors and the efforts made to address implementation challenges at the Human Resources and Human Resource Development Agency of Gianyar Regency. The research adopts a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, involving informants selected purposively, including leaders and administrators responsible for the system. Data analysis applies the Miles and Huberman interactive model, consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, with validity ensured through source and technique triangulation. The findings reveal that the implementation of the e-Performance system has not yet been fully optimal. Key challenges include limited digital competencies among civil servants, insufficient technical understanding in preparing and inputting Employee Performance Targets, low discipline in reporting performance activities, and technical issues within the system. To address these challenges, several measures have been undertaken, such as continuous technical guidance and training, the application of performance-based reward and punishment mechanisms, stricter enforcement of reporting discipline, and the appointment of a Person in Charge (PIC) to handle technical problems. These findings indicate that optimizing the e-Performance system requires not only technological readiness but also improved competencies, stronger policies, and a proactive work culture

Abstract

Isu pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga masih menjadi perhatian serius dalam konteks lingkungan, terutama berkaitan dengan rendahnya kebiasaan masyarakat dalam memilah sampah dari sumbernya. Pengaturan tentang pengelolaan sampah secara formal sudah diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 18 Tahun 2008 mengenai Pengelolaan Sampah dan Undang-Undang Nomor 32 Tahun 2009 tentang Perlindungan dan Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup, yang menekankan pentingnya peran serta masyarakat dalam menjaga keberlanjutan lingkungan. Kegiatan sosialisasi mengenai pemilahan sampah rumah tangga bagi kelompok PKK di Kelurahan Dauh Puri dilakukan melalui penyuluhan secara langsung dengan memakai media presentasi yang berisi informasi tentang pengertian sampah rumah tangga, jenis-jenis sampah organik dan anorganik, cara pemilahan, serta keuntungan bagi lingkungan, kesehatan, dan ekonomi. Hasil dari kegiatan tersebut memperlihatkan peningkatan pemahaman dan kesadaran peserta untuk mulai melakukan pemilahan sampah di rumah sebagai upaya untuk menerapkan hukum lingkungan.

Abstract

The cosmetics sector ranks among the foremost generators of plastic waste globally, encompassing Indonesia as well. In Bali, despite the enforcement of plastic reduction policies, inorganic waste continues to pose a formidable challenge. This research seeks to examine the impact of sustainable marketing and environmental consciousness on purchase intentions for The Body Shop products in Bali, positioning green brand perception as the mediating factor. Employing a quantitative approach, questionnaires were distributed to 170 participants selected via purposive sampling. The gathered data underwent analysis using Partial Least Squares-based Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) via SmartPLS software. Findings reveal that decisions to acquire eco-friendly products are predominantly shaped by green brand image, surpassing the direct effects of sustainable marketing or environmental awareness. Furthermore, eco-brand perceptions effectively act as a bridging mechanism, connecting environmentally focused marketing strategies and green awareness to consumers' buying decisions. In conclusion, firms are urged to prioritize the cultivation of a robust, credible image of ecological responsibility, beyond mere promotional efforts, to drive authentic consumer purchasing actions.

Abstract

This program aims to improve the understanding and skills of business actors in utilizing social media as an effective marketing tool. In today's digital era, marketing strategies through social media are one of the key elements in increasing business competitiveness, especially for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). This activity is carried out through several stages, starting from planning, socialization, implementation, to mentoring and evaluation in Kelurahan Dauh Puri, Denpasar, Bali. The results of this program show an increase in participants' insight into digital marketing strategies, optimization of promotional content, and utilization of paid advertising features to expand market reach. In addition, this program also has an impact on the growth of participants' businesses, as seen from the increase in customer interaction, the number of social media followers, and online transactions. To ensure the sustainability of its benefits, a digital marketing community was formed that allows participants to continue learning and sharing experiences, and further training is planned in collaboration with local governments and the business community. With this program, it is hoped that business actors can be better prepared to face the challenges of digital marketing and increase their competitiveness in an increasingly competitive market.

Abstract

This study addresses the limited optimization of public literacy spaces in supporting the realization of a smart society in Denpasar. Although container libraries have been introduced as innovative public facilities, their strategic implications and development opportunities in strengthening smart society indicators remain underexplored. Therefore, this research aims to examine the implications and identify the development opportunities of the container library program in supporting smart society development in Denpasar City. The study focuses on two container libraries, namely Janger Library at Taman Janggan Renon and Widya Kumara Library at Lapangan I Gusti Ngurah Made Agung, as urban public literacy spaces. A qualitative descriptive approach was applied. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, with triangulation techniques employed to ensure data validity. Informants were purposively selected and consisted of 12 participants, including government officials, library managers and librarians, volunteers, and service users. The analytical framework integrates the principles of Reinventing Government, catalytic, community-owned, results-oriented, and customer-driven, with smart society indicators, namely community engagement, learning, security, and creativity. The findings reveal that the container library program significantly strengthens public literacy services by transforming urban public spaces into inclusive learning environments that foster community interaction, reading habits, and creative literacy activities. The program also supports the introduction of basic digital literacy and the provision of safe, child-friendly public spaces through cross-sector collaboration. Furthermore, substantial development opportunities exist in integrating digital literacy initiatives, expanding cross-sector partnerships, replicating container libraries in other urban parks, and promoting child-friendly literacy tourism. Overall, the program demonstrates strategic potential in advancing smart society development through the synergy of high-touch public engagement and high-tech digital services.

Abstract

Stunting masih menjadi permasalahan kesehatan masyarakat yang memerlukan upaya edukasi berkelanjutan di tingkat komunitas, khususnya melalui kegiatan Posyandu. Permasalahan yang sering dijumpai adalah penyampaian informasi yang masih didominasi komunikasi verbal tanpa dukungan media visual yang terstruktur, sehingga berpotensi menurunkan pemahaman masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan peran sosialisasi stunting melalui pemanfaatan media komunikasi visual di Posyandu Desa Dauh Puri Kaja, Kecamatan Denpasar Utara, Kota Denpasar, Bali. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi observasi awal, koordinasi dengan kader Posyandu, penyusunan materi edukasi, perancangan media visual berupa leaflet, pelaksanaan sosialisasi, serta evaluasi secara observasional. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media komunikasi visual mampu meningkatkan perhatian, partisipasi, dan pemahaman ibu hamil serta orang tua balita terhadap pengertian, penyebab, dampak, dan pencegahan stunting. Media leaflet juga berfungsi sebagai penguat pesan karena dapat dibaca ulang di rumah. Kegiatan ini menyimpulkan bahwa media komunikasi visual berperan penting dalam mendukung peran komunikasi kesehatan di Posyandu dan berpotensi dikembangkan sebagai strategi edukasi berkelanjutan di masyarakat.
