Abstract

Digital marketing is a promotion activity and market search through digital media online by utilizing various means such as social media. This service program aims to improve knowledge and skills about digital marketing, especially social media, for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) business people to increase sales and profits. Attended by silver craftsman MSME participants in Celuk Village, Sukawati District, Gianyar Regency. The methods used in service program activities, namely; socialization of social media use; sharing experiences and discussions; Next, the practice of creating social media accounts and how to make them attractive to buyers in the form of words, stories, images, and others. The results of service activities show that some business actors actively use social media as a promotional tool and have not separated personal accounts from online store accounts, some MSME participants use it occasionally and the rest of, the participants have never used social media marketing due to lack of technological skills. Overall, participants showed great interest in using social media marketing on an ongoing basis.

Abstract

Rianggede Village is a village located in Penebel District, Tabanan Regency, Bali Province. Small business is one of the sectors that supports the economy of residents in Rianggede Village, however, there are still many small business actors who still do not understand the importance of implementing digital marketing strategies for the products they produce. Digital marketing is the activity of marketing or promoting a brand or product using digital media or the internet to attract consumers or potential customers quickly. The existence of small businesses is expected to be able to boost the economy of the villagers. With the existence of community service activities where the work program activities by conducting socialization activities related to digital marketing to small businesses in Rianggede village, Penebel sub-district, Tabanan district. This socialization activity related to digital marketing aims to make small businesses in Rianggede Village more productive, thriving, and able to compete in the digital era.

Abstract

Consolidated Report is a report that brings together all financial reports made by all related OPDs in one government. In compiling consolidated reports, it is necessary to coordinate in preparing these reports, it is necessary to coordinate so that the reports prepared do not have discrepancies or discrepancies with those contained in the system. Continuous coordination and assistance will result in an efficient work cycle. The stages for preparing the consolidated report are regulated in Permendagri No 77 of 2020, Government Regulation Number 12 of 2019, Articles 189 to Article 193.

Abstract

Complex and extensive communication within an organization will create a pattern of communication that becomes the flow of information being channel. This pattern of communication will make it easier for students to determine appropriate and correct actions and directions. The purpose of this study is to examine how the Green School Bali's pattern of organizational communication is implemented to students of the PKL and MBKM internship programs using Goldhaber's (1986) theory of organizational communication, which describes seven key concepts: process, message, network, interdependence, relationship, environment, and uncertainty. The research method used was a qualitative one involving observations and in-depth interviews with informants, who in this study were supervisors of each department, heads of internships, and student interns for the July-December 2022 period. The results of this study indicate that Green School Bali uses the wheel organizational communication pattern in its implementation for apprentice students in the PKL and MBKM programs.

Abstract

The phenomenon of anime television shows and comic books originating from Japan provides space for the development of Japanese popular culture in Bali. The art of dress in Japanese popular cultures such as Harajuku Style (such as Lolita, Visual Kei, Ganguro and the costume player) has shifted traditional Japanese clothing such as kimono and Yukata. A cospalyer admires a certain anime, manga or costume player character and tries to present the character in several Japanese cultural performances held in the city of Denpasar and Badung Sub-district. The purpose of this research is to study the front stage (backstage) of the costume players. This research is qualitative, using data collection techniques such as observation, interviews and documentation techniques. The result from this research explained that on dramaturgy perspective the existence of stage in human life between the front stage and the backstage of a costume player is two different sides, even contradictory, but some of them had the same character. The Presentation of the Japanese’s fashion styles are very disserving (adapted from the characters) and full of creativities, so all the costume player will be the center of attention in Japanese cultural performances conducted in The Japan Pagelaran of Udayana (D’JaFU), CLAS: H Bali Sakura Matsuri, dan Fella Market Cosplay Competition.

Abstract

Guru memiliki peran yang penting di dalam dunia pendidikan. Menjadi guru memiliki kewajiban dan tanggung jawab yang besar dalam proses pendidikan pada anak. Guru seringkali menghadapi beban kerja yang tinggi. Hal tersebut membuat guru rentan untuk terkena stres. Gejala stres di kalangan guru ditemukan bahwa ada kalanya stres yang dialami guru menyebabkan timbulnya perasaan negatif yang sebenarnya tidak diinginkan seperti kemarahan. Selain itu stres juga membuat guru merasa cemas yang termanifestasi dalam sikap antisipasif, kurang sabar dan cenderung kritikal terhadap siswa. Pada profesi guru, jika kondisi tersebut dibiarkan berkepanjangan maka akan memengaruhi proses belajar mengajar. Stres yang tidak ditangani akan menimbulkan dampak negatif pada kondisi psikologis guru maka dari itu perlu solusi yang tepat untuk meminimalisir dampak negatif tersebut. Hal ini yang mendasari terlaksananya kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan memberikan pelatihan manajemen stres kepada guru di SMP Negeri 4 Banjar Kabupaten Buleleng Bali. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah metode pelatihan dan edukasi. Edukasi yang diberikan terkait dengan stres dan strategi koping. Pelatihan yang diberikan berupa latihan relaksasi dengan menggunakan teknik deep breathing. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini memberikan manfaat bagi guru di SMPN 4 Banjar yakni meningkatkan pemahaman dan memberikan kemampuan yang baru dalam mereduksi stres yang dirasakan sehingga diharapkan mampu melakukan kegiatan mengajar dengan lebih baik.

Abstract

Brand Barenbliss menggunakan TikTok sebagai sarana komunikasi pemasaran. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan model pemasaran AISAS (Attention, Interest, Search, Action, Share). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui model komunikasi pemasaran AISAS berdasarkan penyajian konten TikTok produk Barenbliss. Pendekatan pada penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara semi tertruktur dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Barenbliss sudah baik memanfaatkan TikTok sebagai sarana komunikasi pemasaran dengan membuat konten, berkomunikasi dengan konsumen melalui live streaming. Attention Barenbliss mampu menyajian konten menarik untuk membentuk perhatian dan kesadaran. Tahap interest mampu membentuk ketertarikan dari segi keunggulan dan keunikan produk. TikTok memiliki berbagai sumber untuk mengumpulkan pencarian informasi, konten Barenbliss dan content creator sebagai sumber pendukung. Tahap action Barenbliss memberikan kemudahan masyarakat untuk membeli produknya dengan mencantumkan link di bio media sosial. Tahap share masyarakat memberikan feedback untuk meningkatkan citra brand Barenbliss. Kontribusi penelitian ini mengenai implementasi model AISAS suatu brand dengan penyajian konten TikTok menjadi hal yang utama Barenbliss memasarkan produk hingga orang membagikannya.

Abstract

Permasalahan sampah di Bali yang mencapai 1,1 juta ton per tahun menegaskan pentingnya penguatan edukasi dan komunikasi keberlanjutan. EcoBali Recycling menjadi salah satu pihak yang aktif menjalankan program Corporate Social Responsibility melalui kampanye edukatif, kegiatan komunitas, dan komunikasi digital yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan kepedulian masyarakat terhadap isu lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan memahami bagaimana masyarakat memaknai pesan komunikasi persuasif CSR EcoBali Recycling menggunakan pendekatan Elaboration Likelihood Model dengan menelusuri operasi jalur sentral dan jalur periferal. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Temuan penelitian mengidentifikasikan bahwa jalur sentral muncul ketika audiens memproses pesan berdasarkan data faktual, argumentasi logis, relevansi isu, serta pengalaman langsung dalam kegiatan edukasi. Pada saat yang sama, jalur periferal bekerja melalui visual yang menarik, gaya komunikasi santai, emosi positif, dan kredibilitas komunikator. Kedua jalur ini berkontribusi pada peningkatan pemahaman dan mendorong munculnya perilaku pro-lingkungan seperti memilah sampah, mengurangi plastik sekali pakai, dan terlibat dalam kegiatan edukasi lingkungan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas komunikasi CSR sangat dipengaruhi kemampuan perusahaan menghadirkan pesan yang informatif sekaligus persuasif sehingga mampu mendorong perubahan perilaku masyarakat.

Abstract

Social media has become an important platform in everyday life and a strategic tool for companies to build brand image, which is crucial for customer loyalty and business success in a competitive market. However, there is still a gap in understanding how this platform comprehensively affects brand loyalty and the specific mechanisms behind it. This study aims to analyze consumer perceptions of Starbucks' use of social media in shaping its brand image, using a descriptive qualitative method with in-depth interviews with nine informants. The results show that social media is effective in building Starbucks' image as a symbol of modern lifestyle, with content that is perceived as attractive and professional, increasing awareness and purchase intent. However, consumer interactions tend to be passive (lurking) due to content overload, social media fatigue, and preferences for other platforms. In conclusion, Starbucks needs to innovate in its content and distribution strategies to transform passive consumption into active engagement amid increasingly fierce competition. Further research is recommended to explore brand loyalty across various social media platforms and its driving factors.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini membahas optimalisasi sistem pengadaan berbasis digital di CV. Bhumimi Sejahtera Abadi sebagai langkah strategis dalam meningkatkan efisiensi operasional perusahaan. Sistem pengadaan manual yang sebelumnya digunakan menimbulkan berbagai kendala, seperti keterlambatan proses, pencatatan yang tidak akurat, serta kurangnya transparansi dan akuntabilitas. Melalui penerapan e-procurement dan sistem manajemen inventaris berbasis digital, proses pengadaan menjadi lebih cepat, terintegrasi, dan minim kesalahan. Kegiatan dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis terhadap proses operasional yang sedang berjalan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengadaan digital dapat mempercepat alur kerja, meningkatkan pengendalian stok, dan mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang lebih terinformasi. Selain itu, pelatihan karyawan sangat penting untuk implementasi sistem yang efektif dan berkelanjutan.
