Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between the variables (1) Organizationscultural with teacher performance, (2) work motivation with teachers performance, (3)Organisational culture and motivation to work together with the performance of teachers.Respondents were teachers high schools in the District Singingi Hilir Regency Kuantan amount75 Singingi the people, and the number of total population sampled or sampling teaching. Datawere collected through questionnaires intrument. Then the data were analyzed using descriptiveanalysis, inferential statistical analysis and hypothesis testing. Instrument reliability coefficientis calculated using Cronbach alpha. The results showed a positive relationship betweenorganizational culture with a performance of 0,384 teachers, and there is a positive relationshipbetween work motivation with teachers performance of 0.379. While simultaneously the resultsshowed a positive relationship between organizational culture and work motivation with teachersperformance of 0.670.

Abstract

The risk of falls in the elderly increases with age. Even though there are many complications that occur if the elderly fall, Tai Chi exercise is one of the best fall prevention exercises, compared to other exercise programs that focus on muscle strength. Aims: This study aims to summarize studies on the effectiveness of Tai Chi Exercises to reduce falls in the elderly. Methods: a literature review using three databases (Pubmed, Google Scholar, and Sciendirect) for previous studies published from 2017 to 2022. The CASP format PRISMA guidelines and the PICOT framework were used to assess study quality assist in article selection, and define criteria—research inclusion. Results: A total of 5 articles from 65 studies were included in the review process. The results showed that Tai Chi exercise significantly reduced the risk and fear of falling in the elderly. The gentle and coordinated Tai Chi movements can increase the flexibility of the lower extremities. Conclusion: Tai Chi exercise can be ascertained as an activity for healthy elderly has many benefits, mainly to prevent the risk of falling.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk-bentuk ketidaksantunan ujaran kebencian dalam media sosial instagram yang dibagi menjadi 2 yaitu Ketidaksantunan Positif dan Ketidaksantunan Negatif, serta implikasinya terhadap pendidikan karakter di SMA. Dalam media sosial terutama di instagram banyak menemukan ketidaksantunan dalam berkomentar hal ini dapat mempengaruhi pembaca terutama pada remaja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yaitu dengan tipe deskriptif yang artinya menggambarkan permasalahan yang ada di dalam media sosial instagram berupa kata-kata dan kalimat yang biasa digunakan oleh pengguna instagram. Sumber data berasal dari akun gosip instagram berupa status dan kolom komentar yang wujud datanya adalah ketidaksantunan ujaran kebencian dalam berkomentar di instagram. Identifikasi data dalam penelitian ini berupa bentuk strategi ketidaksantunan ujaran kebencian yang akan dibagi menjadi 2 yaitu ketidaksantunan positif dan ketidaksantunan negatif. Teknik pengumpulan data hasilnya berupa screenshoot dari akun gosip instagram dengan menggunakan metode simak dan teknik catat. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode padan pragmatis yaitu metode yang alat penentunya lawan atau mitra tutur.

Abstract

Insomnia in the old people needs more attention. This problem wiil influences their physicsability, cognitive ability and their guality of live, The aim of this research to find out the factors of insomnia influences to the old people. This research using analitycal survey with cross sectional design. The sample in this research are the old people who lives in panti tresna werdha “ILOMATA” Gorontalo city. The data collecting by guestionary and chi square as data analyzes. This research found : (1) has influences the illness response to insomnia p=0,002, it means value more less from value of p=0,005. (2). This research has influences between environment of people toward to insomnia with result of p=0,006 it means more less from p value =0,005 (3). Has influences between insomnia and desperation toward ages and life style result of p=0,004 it means more less from p=0,005 (4) there is has not influences of ages and life style to insomnia with p result more than p value =0,005. The conclusion of this research is the illness response, environment, and desperation of old people has significant influences toward insomnia,  in other hand ages and life style has not significant influences toward insomnia. The researcher has several suggestion to the keeper of that panti tresna werdha for give more attention to the old people who lives there, and for the department who has responsibility of this case for giving the seminars about the quality live of the old people.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Hipertensi menempati proporsi terbesar dari semua penyakit tidak menular (PTM). Hipertensi diobati dengan dua cara: farmakoterapi dan non-farmakoterapi. Pengobatan non farmakoterapi adalah memberikan terapi komplementer yaitu terapi rendam kaki air hangat yang dikombinasikan dengan terapi murottal Al-Quran.Tujuan: mengetahui efektivitas terapi kombinasi rendam kaki hangat dan murottal Al-Qura’an dalam menurunkan tekanan darah Metode: Metode penulisan tinjauan sistematis ini menggunakan narasi tinjauan sistematis dengan memilih artikel yang diterbitkan melalui enam basis data ilmiah, yaitu PubMed, EMBASE, Cochrane, CINAHL, Scopus, dan Google Scholar menggunakan kata kunci yang sama dan diterbitkan dalam lima tahun terakhir (2018–2022 ). Hasil: Melalui hasil penelitian sebelumnya, tujuan dari tinjauan sistematis ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menilai Pengaruh Kombinasi Perendaman Kaki Air Hangat dan Terapi Murottal Al-Qur'an Terhadap Penurunan Tekanan Darah. Empat artikel yang relevan diperoleh berdasarkan hasil analisis menggunakan 11 pertanyaan CASP. Kesimpulan: Kombinasi rendam kaki air hangat dan Terapi Murottal Al-Qur'an berhasil menurunkan tekanan darah pada pasien hipertensi, menurut kesimpulan semua artikel. Saran dari hasil penelitian ini antara lain adanya standar operasional prosedur (SOP) terapi agar mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal.

Abstract

The research objective is to analyze the peer education method using the comprehensive school health model concept in the centre of sexting information program. This type of research is an explorative study with a mixed approach. The location of this research is conducted in South Tangerang City for 1 year. Determination of the sample in this study using purposive sampling technique. The samples in this study are the Mayor's Health Expert Staff, the Public Health Center Health Service, and the school as a management study. Then school students and families as community studies. The instrument in this study is an open interview sheet for qualitative and quantitative using a closed interview sheet before the intervention is given and after the intervention is given. The results of the study and solving management problems starting from the arrangement of the Mayor's Expert Staff, the Health Office, Public Health Center, and School, there are several recommendations including planning including the preparation, development, and socialization of reproductive health programs with sexting in adolescents at the Department Level, Public Health Center, and School. The results of nursing care carried out to 6 foster families with the main problem of sexual behavior in adolescents with sexting in adolescent families showed a change in behavior status, attitudes and knowledge experienced by adolescent families and the level of family independence in dealing with adolescents with sexting.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has changed the fabric of the world community. In order to prevent the spread of the corona virus outbreak, people are encouraged and even forced to stay at home. School, work and even worship are recommended to be done at home. Work requires us to always apply the new nomal style, including in the world of education. So it takes creativity and innovation in designing learning. Based on the problems with PAUD teachers throughout the City of Tegal, a solution needs to be given. One of the solutions offered is training in writing posters based on the Canva application. Poster writing training to provide knowledge or insight related to education, as well as practice on images and appropriate color selection.

Abstract

Jumlah pengguna jaringan telekomunikasi pada kawasan perkantoran jalan Central Perdana yang semakin meningkat khususnya pada jaringan 4G milik PT. Indosat Ooredoo, oleh karena itu bila traffic yang diberikan tidak bisa mencukupi karena banyak nya pengguna berakibatkan jaringan mengalami kegagalan koneksi, untuk mengatasi hal ini perlu di lakukan perhitungan dan pengawasan terhadap jaringan. Sehingga dapat menghsilkan jaringan dengan kualitas yang baik. Pada skripsi ini dilakukan pengukuran terhadap data MRTG yang mempresentasikan trafik data pada software Cacti Metro Ethernet yang terhubung pada BTS 4G 16PTK142_CTRL_PERDANA_PTK_PL. Data yang di amati ialah data MRTG yang di dapat selama 2 minggu. Selain data MRTG penelitian juga dilakukan dari sisi pelanggan dengan melakukan pengujian terhadap jaringan dengan melakukan tes kecepatan data download kemudian di lakukan tes terhadap signal power dan Ping TTL. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa kondisi traffic pada jaringan 4G dalam keadaan normal, total traffic belum melewati 70% dari total toleransi, peningkatan traffic tertinggi terjadi pada 7 juni 2021 sebesar 61.96 Mbps dimana nilai hampir melewati batas toleransi tetapi masih dalam batas aman karena belum melewati batas toleransi sebesar 70%. Pada pengujian intermittent dapat disimpulkan bahwa durasi pengunduhan data pada jump traffic membutuhkan waktu yang lebih lama. Dari hasil pengamatan kondisi traffic¬ masih dalam batas aman, walaupun demikian untuk mencegah terjadinya kegagalan dalam traffic lebih baik pihak Indosat Ooreedoo membuat jalur backup transmisi di karenakan kegagalan traffic juga dapat disebabkan oleh putusnya kabel optic menuju transmisi Metro Ethernet dan juga dapat dilakukan penambahan terhadadap kapasitas traffic pada Metro Ethernet agar kondisi jaringan tetap dalam kondisi baik

Abstract

This study aims to determine the ability of students to understand and apply the knowledge and skills of students in dealing with natural disasters through the role of geography learning in schools. This type of research is quantitative using a descriptive method approach. The sample and population in the study were all 118 students in class XI IPS at SMA Pembangunan Negeri Padang State University. The data collection methods were observation, questionnaire, interview and document study. The results of this study indicate that geography learning has a role in providing students' understanding of disaster mitigation. This can be seen the percentage shows 77%. In addition to geography learning, support from the school is very helpful in the form of supporting facilities for learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tindak tutur komisif di kalangan pedagang dan pembeli pasar tradisional Trayeman, Kabupaten Tegal dan  mendeskripsikan implikasi hasil penelitian terhadap pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia di SMA. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Data penelitian ini berupa penggalan-penggalan tuturan antara pedagang dan pembeli yang berbentuk kata, frase dan kalimat komisif. Teknik penyediaan data yang digunakan yaitu metode simak, teknik yang digunakan yaitu teknik SLBC, teknik rekam, dan teknik catat. Analisis data menggunakan metode padan dan teknik pilah unsur penentu. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tindak tutur komisif pada pedagang dan pembeli pasar tradisional Trayeman Kabupaten Tegal terdapat 33 data tindak tutur komisif. Ketiga puluh tiga data tersebut terbagi menjadi tiga tindak tutur, yaitu tindak tutur komisif menawarkan (17 data), tindak tutur komisif penolakan (12 data), tindak tutur komisif menjanjikan (3 data). Hasil penelitian dapat diimplikasikan dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia di SMA kelas X (Sepuluh) materi teks negosiasi pada saat pendahuluan dan kegiatan inti pembelajaran, karena dalam teks negosiasi peserta didik dapat memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi secara efektif dan efisien sesuai dengan etika yang berlaku.
