Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaki hubungan antara leverage factor dan penggunaan hutang bank guna menganalisis pengaruh monitoring dan pengawasan bank pada struktur modal optimal dengan mengetahui perbedaan perusahaan dengan hutang bank dan tanpa hutang bank dalam hal karakteristik perusahaan serta pengaruhnya terhadap leverage factor. Sampel dlambil dari 60 perusahaan go pubic yang terdiri dari 30 perusahaan dengan hutang bank dan 30 perusahaan tanpa hutang bank. Hipotesis yang diuji adalah ada perbedaan leverage factor antara perusahaan dengan hutang bank dan tanpa hutang bank dan ada pengaruh karakteristik perusahaan terhadap leverage factor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan leverage factor antara peru1ahaan dengan hutang bank dan tanpa hutang bank. Variabel lndependen marjin laba dan profitabilitas secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap leverage factor baik pada perusahaan dengan hutang maupun tanpa hutang bank.Sedangkan variabel independen volatilitas, dan penjualan hanya berpengaruh terhadap leverage factor perusahaan dengan hutang bank dan tidok berpengaruh terhadap perusahaan tanpa hutang bank.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi struktur keuangan pada industri manufaktur di Indonesia. Model penelitian ini merupakan modifikasi dari penelitian sebelumnya yang dilakukan oleh Johnson (1997-b), Rajan Van Zingales (1995), Barclay dan Smith (1995-a), Homaifar, Ziets dan Benkato (1994), Berger, Ofek dan Yermack (1997) serta Ghosh, Cai dan Li (2000). Penelitian ini juga mempertimbangkan pengaruh faktor-faktor tersebut setiap tahunnya dalam periode penelitian.Penelitian ini mencoba untuk memberikan kontribusi pada literature mengenai struktur keuangan dalam dua hal. Pertama, data penelitian menggunakan sampel perusahaan manufaktur di Indonesia di mana kondisi pasar modalnya kurang stabil dibandingkan dengan pasar modal di Amerika Serikat. Kedua, periode saat penelitian dilakukan berada dalam keadaan yang tidak dapat diprediksi atau terjadi krisis ekonomi, hal ini berbeda dengan penelitian sebelumnya yang dilakukan dalam keadaan yang lebih normal.Analisis secara cross section dilakukan untuk menguji hubungan antara sembilan variabel indeoenden (fixed asset ratio, market-to-book ratio, firm size, corporate tax rate, non-debt tax shields ratio, profitability, firm age, volatility memberikan hasil yang tidak konsisten pada delapan persamaan regresi. Sedangkan, non-debt tax shields ratio dan asset uniqueness tidak terbukti berpengaruh terhadap keputusan struktur keuangan.

Abstract

This study aims to analysis and obtain empirical evidence of factors that affected the end user’sacceptance of SIPKD in Semarang Regency by using UTAUT 2 model. Sistem InformasiPengelolaan Keuangan Daerah (SIPKD) is an integrated application as a tool of localgovernment to improve the effectiveness of the implementation of regional financial managementregulations. This application is based on efficiency, economical, effective, transparent,accountable, and auditable principles. The independent variables in this study consisted ofperformance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, hedonicmotivation, and habit. The dependent variable consists of behavioral intention and use behavior.The relationship between independent variables to dependent variable was moderated by age,gender, and experience.Population variable in this research is SIPKD user or operator in 46local area of Government of Semarang Regency that is 331 user of SIPKD. The technique ofdetermining the sample using proportionate stratified random sampling method so that thesample in this study as many as 207 users of SIPKD. The data used were primary data collectedusing questionnaire survey method. The hypothesis of the research was tested by using PartialLeast Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis with SmartPLS applicationv.3.2.7. The results showed that hedonic motivation and habit influence the behavioral intentionto use SIPKD, the higher the level of pleasure and habits of using SIPKD then the intention touse SIPKD will be stronger. Facilitating conditions, habit and behavioral intention have an effecton Use behavior. The better the conditions that facilitate, the higher the use of SIPKD, and theintention to use the stronger the higher the SIPKD usage behavior often. The results of the test ofage, gender, and experience variables showed no moderate effects on behavioral intention anduse behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze how time budget pressure affect audit quality by ethical culture and how ethical culture mediate an indirect effect of time budget pressure on audit quality.In this study, the form of primary data collected by using questionnaire that shared for auditor in Semarang. Fifty samples are used in this study. Data analyzed with the quality data test, classic assumption test, and the examination of the hypothesis using model of multiple linear regression, path analysis.The results show that time budget pressure does have negative impact to the audit quality and also ethical culture. The ethical culture is found to have positive impact to the audit quality. From this results can be concluded that the ethical culture does not mediate in indirect effect of time budget pressure on audit quality.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to provide empirical evidence on the association of audit quality with audit tenure which would support the argument for auditor rotation being prescribed by regulation in Indonesia. Audit tenure is measured having regard to both the duration of relations between the lead audit partner and client firm management (person to person relations), as well as the duration of the audit firm’s engagement by the client (firm to firm). Using the setting of when Indonesia firm were adopting the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). We examine 79 publicly listed Indonesia firms period of 2011. By using regression analysis technique, the results show that evidence of a negative association between the length of tenure between the lead audit partner and client firm management (person-to-person relations) and audit quality. Conversely we find a negative relation between audit firm engagement by the client (firm-to-firm) and audit quality.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of the CAMEL ratio to predict Indonesian Banks’s financial distress. The CAMEL ratio consist of CAR (capital adequacy ratio), NPL (non performing loan), ROA (return on asset), ROE (return on equity), LDR (loan to deposit ratio), and BOPO (operating expense to operating income). The sample of this research was extracted using purposive sampling method, comprising 120 banks taken from Infobank magazine for the period of 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012. From sample, there are 85 banks, consist of 80 nontrouble banks and 5 trouble banks. The statistic methods used to analyze the hypothesis of this research is logistic regression. The resulst of this research show that CAR, NPL, ROA, and ROE have no significant effect on probability of banks’s  financial distress. LDR and BOPO have significant influences on probability of banks’s financial distress.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang muncul dalam penelitian ini adalah lemahnya mahasiswa PGSD dalam membaca notasi musik balok pada mata kuliah Pendidikan Seni Musik. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan subjek penelitian mahasiswa PGSD FKIP Untan. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh hasil bahwa pada setiap siklus selalu mengalami peningkatan. Pada siklus I tingkat keberhasilan yang dicapai 67,88 %, sedangkan pada siklus II tingkat pencapaiannya 94,12 %. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan lagu model dalam pembelajaran musik dapat meningkatkan keterampilan membaca notasi balok mahasiswa PGSD FKIP Untan. Abstract

AbstractThis research was motivated by the uniqueness of vocal melodies in Jepin Rotan dance accompaniment. The purpose of this study was to describe the analysis of musical accompaniment of Jepin Rotan dance in Pontianak. The theory used was about the structure of music, elements of music, musicology, rhythmic patterns, musical forms and chords. The method used in this research was analytic descriptive method with qualitative research form. The approach used in this research was the musicology approach. Data obtained from interviews and observations about the accompaniment of Jepin Rotan dance in Pontianak. Data collection tools used in this study were researcher as the main instrument, interview guidelines and observation guidelines. Checking the validity of the data of this study was used the extension of observation and triangulation techniques. Data analysis techniques in this study were data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicated that Jepin Rotan dance accompaniment was a musical composition with one part and has two sentences. The tempo used was between 90 and 120. In the vocals there was also some ornaments or twists on the accompaniment song of the Jepin Rotan dance. Jepin Rotan dance accompaniment had a form that included two sentences, two phrases and two motifs. Based on the results of this study are expected to reactivate traditional artists, especially those in the Pontianak, West Kalimantan.  Key words: Analysis, Music Accompanied of Jepin Rotan

Abstract

AbstractLearning was a process of someone to gain knowledge but, it required a stimulus that help in the process. The stimulus could be obtained from formal and non-formal type of education. Music course was one of non-formal typed of education which can improve student?s talents and skills in playing musical instruments, for example was Yamaha Music Square (YMS). Yamaha Music Square (YMS) had a unique characteristic in the curriculum of classical guitar learning so that was used to distinguish it from other courses. This study aim to describe the classical guitar leraning in Yamaha Music Square (YMS) Pontianak City. The subjects of this study was classical guitar teachers at YMS Pontianak. This research was focused on classical guitar learning at Yamaha Music Square (YMS) Pontianak City. The method used in this research was descriptive method and qualitative?s form research. Data obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data validity technique was obtained through triangulation. The result showed that in learning classical guitar at YMS used a curriculum from Japan, otherwise known as an international curriculum with more attractive packaging. Learning methods used in classical guitar learning at YMS were interactive methods, demonstration methods, drill or drill methods and assignment methods. The material given in classical guitar learning at YMS is to recognize guitar parts, playing techniques for the right hand (apoyando and al-aire), finger numbers and symbols, tuning, melody exercise, scale C major and chord exercise. For the evaluation of classical guitar learning at YMS, each meeting was conducted through assignments given in the previous meeting and various events which are considered as benchmarks of student success. But the most important evaluation is that the test for grade upgrading is held twice a year. Keywords: yamaha music square, learning, classical guitar

Abstract

Abstract This research was motivated by the unique sound and function of Senggayong music. The method used in this research is qualitative method. Sources of data in this study was Senggayong conservationists, who understand the ins and outs of Senggayong. The main data collection tool in this study is the researcher himself as a key instrument. Based on the results of an intraesthetic study, the Senggayong musical instrument consists of three pairs, namely Senggayong anak,induk, and kaul. There are two timbre of Senggayong music namely dong and ket. In Senggayong music, there are several titles of Senggayong music that are commonly played, including mogak,anjing nyalak, timang buah, pangkut and hujan deras. Based on studies of extraesthetic research Senggayong music has several functions including as a means of communication, education and entertainment. Senggayong music includes traditional music because it fulfills the characteristics of traditional music such as not having a notation, the players are not specified, are learned verbally, involve more local musical instruments and are part of the culture of the community. This research is expected to provide knowledge about traditional music in North Kayong district so that the community will help preserve it.Keywords: Senggayong Music, Intraesthetic Study, Extraesthetic Study
