Abstract

Pasien yang terdiagnosis Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) berpotensi mengalami gangguan pada fungsi pernapasan yang dapat menyebabkan penurunan kadar saturasi oksigen dalam darah, sehingga menyebabkan terjadinya hipoksia. Diperlukan upaya untuk meningkatkan saturasi oksigen dalam darah, melalui penerapan latihan pernapasan atau Breathing Exercise sebagai salah satu intervensi nonfarmakologis yang efektif dalam memperbaiki oksigenasi. Salah satu teknik latihan pernapasan adalah Pursed Lip Breathing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat efektifitas latihan pernafasan Pursed Lip Breathing pada pasien COVID- 19 dan Non COVID-19. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah penelusuran sistematik literatur yang dilakukan secara sistematis melalui berbagai basis data daring dengan kata kunci “Breathing Exercise AND Pursed Lip Breathing AND COVID-19”. Artikel yang dipilih adalah artikel lengkap yang diterbitkan pada tahun 2019- 2021 dalam bahasa Inggris. Hasilnya ditemukan 243 artikel dan 6 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Hasil sintesis berbagai literatur telah menunjukkan efek positif latihan pernapasan Pursed Lips Breathing dalam mengurangi gejala persisten dan peningkatan saturasi oksigen pada pasien COVID-19 dan non COVID-19.

Abstract

Masjid, sebagai pusat kegiatan kegamaan dan peradaban Islam, mengalami penyempitan peran dalam konteks modern, di mana fungsinya sering terbatas pada ritual semata. Fenomena ini berdampak pada menurunnya partisipasi anak dan remaja, yang berakibat pada kurangnya kedekatan generasi muda dengan lembaga keagamaan. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkonseptualisasikan sebuah program solutif bernama "Masjid Ramah Anak" sebagai upaya revitalisasi fungsi masjid. Program ini mengintegrasikan pendekatan edukatif, kreatif, dan Islami yang dirancang sesuai dengan psikologi perkembangan anak dan remaja. Metodologi program meliputi tahapan observasi, perancangan, pelaksanaan serangkaian kegiatan (seperti Tahfidz Kreatif, Klub Literasi Islami, dan Workshop Seni), serta evaluasi. Luaran yang diharapkan tidak hanya berupa peningkatan partisipasi anak, tetapi juga terbentuknya ekosistem masjid yang inklusif, pengembangan kompetensi mahasiswa sebagai fasilitator, dan dihasilkannya modul serta dokumentasi yang dapat direplikasi. Program ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model bagi masjid-masjid lain dalam mengembalikan peran strategisnya sebagai pusat pembinaan untuk generasi muda.

Abstract

Pelatihan musik Tebah Unop sebagai salah satu musik tradisional Dayak di Kalimantan Barat dilakukan sebagai wujud dari program kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang menjadi agenda periodikal dengan tujuan untuk menyebarluaskan seni tradisi yang dimiliki oleh Kalimantan Barat kepada masyarakat. Alasan kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah sebagaimana masyarakat lintas daerah di Kalimantan Barat juga dapat memiliki pengalaman untuk mempraktikkan dan mengembangkan musik tradisional Tebah Unop. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan dengan proses kegiatan mencakup dua tahap yakni sosialisasi materi musik Tebah Unop dan pelatihan musik Tebah Unop. Sasaran pihak mitra pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah Sanggar Muara Talino dan Malahiya sebagai representasi masyarakat Ambawang di Desa Lingga. Hasil kegiatan adalah bahwa masyarakat Ambawang dan peserta dari Sanggar memberikan apresiasi dan mendukung pelatihan musik Tebah Unop. Bentuk apresiasi adalah dilakukannya pertunjukan kolaborasi dari peserta dan tim pengabdian dalam memainkan musik Tebah Unop sedangkan, dukungan pelatihan disampaikan oleah Dewan Adat Dayak Ambawang maupun perangkat Desa yang berharap dari tim pengabdian dapat memberikan pelatihan seni-seni tradisi yang lain sehingga masyarakat Ambawang dan umumnya masyarakat Kalimantan Barat dapat mengetahui dan mempalajari kesenian tradisional yang dimiliki di tiap daerah serta dapat melestarikannya.

Abstract

This article examines the criticism of the political model of humanity, namely a critique of the political activities carried out by Twitter NU Garis Lucu against intolerant groups and the government that ignores human values. This twitter displays a style of criticizing and introducing new models of political values on social media, namely through witty sentences and humor across religions, ethnicities, and cultures. This model of politics becomes very important at a time when social sedia is filled with negative and provocative comments and narratives that endanger human values. As a result of this narrative, people are trapped in a rigid understanding, cannot accept differences, and easily judge other Muslims to be wrong when the latters opinions do not align with ones own. This attitude in turn leads to an understanding of identity politics based on religion, one that rejects the teaching and symbols of the state, which are in turn considered contrary to the teachings of the sharia. This research is a descriptive and a qualitative analysis of the many reactions against the NU Garis Lucu twitter handle. The first part relates to the Twitter critique of NU Garis Lucu towards intolerant groups[NP1] . The second relates to the critique that the NU Garis Lucu received with regards to its stance against government and politicians. The results of the study show that the humanitarian politics developed by Twitter NU Garis Lucu by criticizing textual Islamic groups that have the potential to divide the harmony of Islamic society and the birth path of radicalism groups that aspire to uphold Islamic law kaffah. His criticism are manifested in dialogical, witty sentences, with an approach to Islamic teachings that are friendly, tolerant, and accept diversity in religious understanding. He also criticized government policies that were detrimental to the community and politicians who often raised identity politics and ignored its substance in fighting for the interests of the community. Artikel ini mengkaji kritik model politik kemanusiaan yaitu suatu kritik terhadap kegiatan politik yang dilakukan oleh Twitter NU Garis Lucu terhadap kelompok-kelompok anti-toleransi dan pemerintah yang mengabaikan nilai-nilai kemanusiaan. Twitter ini menampilkan gaya cara mengkritik dan memperkenalkan nilai-nilai politik model baru di Media Sosial, yaitu melalui kalimat-kalimat jenaka dan humor lintas agama, suku, etnis dan budaya. Politik model seperti ini menjadi sangat penting pada saat media sosial dipenuhi komentar dan narasi-narasi negatif dan provokatif yang membahayakan nilai-nilai kemanusiaan. Akibat dari narasi tersebut, masyarakat terjebak pada pemahaman yang kaku, tidak bisa menerima perbedaan, dan mudah memvonis orang Islam lain salah ketika tidak sesuai dengan pemahamanya, yang merembet pada pemahaman politik identitas yang berdasarkan agama yaitu suatu paham yang menolak ajaran dan simbol-simbol negara yang dianggap bertentangan dengan ajaran syariat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif untuk untuk mengungkapkan hasil temuan. Pertama berkaitan dengan kritik twitter nu garis lucu kepada kaum intoleran. Kedua berkaitan dengan kritik Twitter NU Garis Lucu terhadap pemerintahan dan politisi. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa politik kemanusiaan yang dikembangkan oleh Twitter NU Garis Lucu dengan melakukan kritikan atas kelompok Islam tekstual yang mempunyai potensi memecah belah kerukunan masyarakat Islam dan jalan lahirnya kelompok radikalisme yang bercita-cita menegakan syariat Islam secara kaffah. Kritikan-kritikanya diwujudkan dengan kalimat bersifat dialogis, jenaka, dengan pendekatan ajaran Islam yang ramah, toleran, dan menerima keberagaman dalam pemahaman agama. Ia juga mengkritik terhadap kebijakan pemerintah yang merugikan masyarakat dan para politikus yang sering mengangkat politik identitas dan mengabaikan subtansinya dalam memperjuangkan kepentingan masyarakat.

Abstract

The turnover phenomenon of professional accountants has become an important issue both amongpractitioners and academics. This study investigates the phenomenon of turnover by using constructsmultidimensional organizational commitment and job satisfaction is seen as a factor affecting theturnover, as well as using constructs of intention to leave as a proxy for turnover. Two theoreticalmodels are confirmed: Theoretical Model 1 puts multidimensional organizational commitment asantecedents to job satisfaction, and Theoretical Model 2 is the construct of job satisfaction as an antecedentto multidimensional organizational commitment. Turnover intention is the final output onboth models. This employed 107 professional accountants from various public accounting firms inIndonesia and these were analyzed by means of structural equation model (SEM). It shows that theTheoretical Model 2 is better than Theoretical Model 1. The parameter estimates indicate that a positiverelationship between job satisfaction and affective commitment. There were negative relationshipbetween job satisfaction and low alternative commitment, between job satisfaction and high sacrificecommitment, and between job satisfaction and affective commitment with intention to leave.

Abstract

Discourse is language in context referring to language in action, while a text is written record of interaction or communicative event that brings together language, the individual producing the language and context within which language used.  So, this research aims to conduct discourse analysis of the student’s difficulties to practice self-directing learning in writing procedure text. The subjects of this research are the total students (25 students) of grade 9 MTS UnggulanNurul Islam Jember with 10 students as the samples of the data. The data collection was conducted by using a random sampling method. The data was categorized according to Donald Aryet all (2010, 8th edition). The approach of this research design was descriptive qualitative that used interactive and humanistic multiple methods to present the data gained from analyzing, observation, literature study, in-depth interviews and documentation study. From the research, it was found that the students did some faulty actions in understanding the description and orders from the teacher especially the language features of procedure text, vocabulary, grammatical and organizational error. Consequently, as the research objectives this eventually will give a positive contribution to the teacher to follow up the difficulties

Abstract

Based on informal interview with the English teacher and preliminary study test of SMP Madrasah Tsanawiyah Miftahul Ulum Suco Lor had problem in speaking and it was shown by the average score of the preliminary test is 37% student get score more than 65. This study aimed to determine the learning process and the learning outcome of student’s speaking ability during the English conversation. The type of research is classroom action research (CAR). The Procedure used is the model cycle. Based on the results of the study, the percentage of students in the first cycle of activity individually obtained 58,5% and in the second cycle students’ activity individually obtained 95%. While the daily test results of students in the first cycle obtained average value 78,26% and 95,65% in the second cycle. It is proved that the learning process is a fan of student learning outcomes can be improved with the use of speech recognition application.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know how using contextual teaching and learning (CTL) method can improve the eighth-grade students’ reading comprehension at SMP Negeri 2 Mayang Jember. The design of the research is Classroom Action Research: which uses test as the instrument of the research. The research subject is the eighth-grade students is 38 students. The result of reading test data in cycle 1 showed that 12 from 38 students, who have scored ≥ 70 were 31,57%. It means the result did not achieve the target. The researcher needs to revise the plan or technique in cycle 2. All activities done with the partner both defining difficult word and discussion. in cycle 2 there were 30 from 38 of the students who scored ≥ 70 were 78,94%. It means the target score in reading test achieved the target score. The action was stopped because requirement 75% students reading test could achieve the target score. It can be concluded by using contextual teaching and learning (CTL) method could improve the students’ reading comprehension at SMP Negeri 2 Mayang

Abstract

This research was purposed to found and explained the kinds of imagery in three poetries by Edgar Allan Poe. All of content poetry is true story of Edgar Allan Poe’s life. The poetry that was taken by researchers are “To My Mother, Serenade, and Spirits of the Dead”. The researcher analyzed seven types of imagery as follows: visual imagery, auditory imagery, olfactory imagery, gustatory imagery, tactile imagery, organic imagery, and kinesthetic imagery. The method was regarded qualitative as research design. The researcher used documentation technique in collecting the data. Analysis data in this research implied content analysis approach. The result of this research showed forty-seven imageries in the three poetries of Edgar Allan Poe. The imagery found as follows;23 visual, 4 auditory, 2 olfactory, 2 tactile, and 16 organics. The researcher found five types of imagery in three poetries, but the visual imagery is very dominant raised of each poetry.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to investigate pre-service teachers' perceptions about the incorporation of the Glossary as serve a role in area of translation as a supporting tool that is used in translation efforts where they are used to clarify meaning in the translation classroom at one of the private universities in East Java. The researchers conducted a narrative inquiry using a qualitative approach. Three EFL pre-service teachers who had finished a translation course participated in semi-structured interviews to gather data for this study. The results of this study show that technical and non-technical complexity affect how the Glossary is used in the Translation class. Along with to the complexity, the research declares that participants saw a notable influence following active use of the Glossary. The information provided leads to the conclusion that any technological integration should be viewed from various angles, as demonstrated in this study in the pedagogical aspect in translation classrooms.
