Abstract

This research discusses the dynamic relationship between political configuration, the character of legal products, and the role of the digital society in Indonesian legal politics post the Fourth Amendment of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. Two classical views on the relationship between law and politics, between law as a social controller and law as a product of societal dynamics, serve as a foundation for understanding contemporary realities. Mahfud MD's findings on the relationship between political configuration and the character of legal products indicate that political changes have direct consequences on the orientation of the regulations that emerge. However, this study highlights that the current political configuration is no longer solely determined by elites and formal structures, but also by a new force: the digital society. The emergence of actors such as influencers, online activists, and political buzzers marks a shift in the way the public participates and influences the course of legislation. On the other hand, the open digital space also presents threats in the form of polarization, disinformation, and digital oligarchy. Through a qualitative approach and literature study, this research finds that Indonesia's legal politics today are becoming increasingly complex, full of challenges, but also hold new hope for broader and more meaningful public participation. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of adaptive legal reforms, paying attention to digital dynamics, and strengthening media ethics as part of the Indonesian legal political ecosystem that upholds decency.

Abstract

Covid-19 is a disease that spreads across continents across countries and even Indonesia. The Covid-19 pandemic has become a challenge for the business world, including banks such as Conventional BNI (BNIK) and Sharia BNI (BNIS). In its implementation, financial performance is an important measure of whether in the company there is an increase in the company's finances or vice versa. This study aims to compare the financial performance of profitability ratios, namely ROA, ROE, and BOPO Conventional BNI (BNIK) and Sharia BNI (BNIS) before and during covid-19. This research is included in quantitative research with comparative nature. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the official website of the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The statistical tool used is SPSS Version 21 using the Mann-Whitney test. Research result Shows that before Covid-19 there were differences in the financial performance of the two banks, namely Conventional BNI (BNIK) and Sharia BNI (BNIS) and it appears that financial performance from the ROA, ROE, and BOPO aspects of Conventional BNI (BNIK) is still better than Sharia BNI (BNIS) before covid-19. Then during covid-19, there was no difference in the financial performance of the two banks, namely Conventional BNI (BNIK) and Sharia BNI (BNIS) and it was seen that the Covid-19 pandemic certainly had an impact on financial performance in terms of ROA, ROE, and BOPO aspects, both conventional and sharia bank.

Environmental and cultural education is advanced through community involvement, signage, and traditional performances such as Degungan and Kecapi Suling music at the Amphitheater. The suspension bridge and additional attractions are sustainably maintained through regular safety assessments. Community empowerment is manifested through local engagement in tourism activities, cultural conservation, and infrastructure administration. The study concludes that Situ Gunung effectively incorporates TIES concepts, harmonizing tourism development with environmental and cultural sustainability. The report advocates for the enhancement of cultural preservation programs and the implementation of transparent revenue management to bolster the long-term sustainability of ecotourism. Situ Gunung exemplifies sustainable ecotourism, illustrating the utilization of natural and cultural resources for community empowerment and environmental preservation.

Abstract

Digital transformation has encouraged Islamic banking in Indonesia to integrate financial technology (Fintech) to improve efficiency and competitiveness. This study aims to examine the application of fintech in Islamic banking, its impact on sharia compliance, and evaluate the effectiveness of supervision in the digital age. This study uses a library approach with qualitative content analysis, as well as the theoretical framework of diffusion of innovation and Islamic financial law. The study found that although Fintech facilitates the implementation of Sharia principles through profit-sharing/buying and selling schemes and contract transparency, there are tensions between digital automation and Sharia accountability that could potentially lead to violations of Islamic principles if oversight is not strict. Therefore, the study concludes that there is an urgent need to develop a digital Sharia audit framework that is capable of performing a Sharia-compliant test directly on the system's source code, as well as encouraging collaborative innovation to embed compliance tools into the core of the technology.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation and effectiveness of the talqin strategy in strengthening Qur’anic memorization in non–full tahfidz Islamic boarding schools. Qur’anic memorization remains a core element of Islamic education, yet many pesantren face limited instructional time and systemic constraints that undermine the quality of memorization. These conditions necessitate adaptive pedagogical strategies that maintain accuracy, retention, and student engagement. This research employed a qualitative multi-site case study conducted at two pesantren, using observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed through an interactive thematic model to capture cognitive, affective, and systemic dimensions of learning. The findings reveal that talqin significantly enhances the cognitive and technical quality of memorization by strengthening auditory encoding, retention stability, and recitational accuracy. It also positively influences students’ affective domain by increasing confidence, motivation, and learning readiness through guided correction and emotional reassurance. Furthermore, the effectiveness of talqin is powerfully shaped by instructional systems, teacher supervision, student preparedness, and institutional learning culture. These results demonstrate that talqin functions as a system-dependent pedagogical strategy rather than a standalone technique. This study contributes theoretically by offering a holistic model of Qur’anic memorization and, practically, by recommending a structured, supervised, and context-sensitive implementation of talqin in pesantren with limited tahfidz programs.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze in depth the marketing management of Islamic financial services in the digital era, which is currently at a historical crossroads due to the acceleration of digital transformation and the Industrial Revolution 4.0. This study uses a qualitative approach with the method of Systematic Literature Review (SLR). The results of the analysis indicate that adaptation to the Sharia digital marketing mix (7PS), such as technology-based products and physical evidence that transform into digital evidence, must be integrated with strict Sharia compliance. Managerial success depends on Shariah-compliant innovation, strengthening cybersecurity, and Human Resource Investment with dual competencies, with the Sharia Banking-as-a-Service model proposed as a solution to address inequalities in the digital infrastructure of SMEs.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the strategic role of Sharia Fintech implementation in overcoming gharar elements in e-commerce transactions in order to ensure Sharia compliance and increase transaction certainty in Indonesia's digital economy ecosystem. Gharar in e-commerce often occurs due to non-conformity of goods, quality uncertainty, and lack of transparency of information, where buyers cannot physically verify the goods. Using a qualitative descriptive approach through literature studies, it was found that Sharia fintechs offer mitigation solutions through innovations such as Sharia smart contracts that automate clear contracts, Sharia escrow systems that hold funds until goods are received, and blockchain-based halal traceability technology for product transparency. The results of the study show that the adoption of this technology significantly minimizes ambiguity, reduces the risk of disputes, and increases consumer confidence, but the main challenges still include low Sharia digital literacy and not yet optimal integration across e-commerce platforms.
