Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of the STAD type learning model, discussion and learning interest on social studies learning outcomes in elementary school. This type of research is an experimental study comparing student learning outcomes between the experimental and control classes. This study took place at SDN Kedoya Utara 01 Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta. The population in this study were all fifth grade students at SDN Kedoya Utara 01 with 64 students. The sample in this study is not students as individuals but classes. The level sample was determined by purposive sampling for fifth grade students. The data were obtained through instrument and documentation questions. The data analysis techniques are r test analysis and t test. Based on the analysis, conclusions are obtained. There is a significant effect on the STAD type cooperative learning model, discussion and interest in learning together have an effect on learning outcomes for social studies subjects with Fcount = 23,444% Sig = 0.0000 <0.05. Then there is a significant effect on the STAD type of cooperative learning model that affects the learning outcomes of social studies subjects with t = 5.961% and Sig = 0.0000 <0.05. Furthermore, there is an insignificant effect on the perception of the Discussion-type cooperative learning model and interest in learning together to influence the learning outcomes of social studies subjects with Fcount = 3.444% Sig = 0.0000 <0.05. 4. So that it can be concluded that there is a simultaneous influence between the STAD cooperative learning model, discussion with learning interest on social studies learning outcomes.

Abstract

Panduan pelatihan parakonselor dalam menghadapi stres akademik santri dibuat dalam bentuk buku yang berisikan teknik-teknik konseling yang berkaitan dengan aspek stres akademik. Panduan pelatihan ini digunakan oleh musyrifah yang setelah dilatih konseling menjadi parakonselor. Tujuannya adalah agar musyrifah memiliki kompetensi dan skill konseling dalam menghadapi stres akademik. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan Design Based Research (DBR) dengan menggunakan model Borg and Gall. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling, yaitu kelas XII berjumlah 29 orang santri dan 19 orang musyrifah. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan angket (kuesioner). Uji analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu menjabarkan hasil pengembangan dari produk. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan pada uji validasi memperoleh skor persentase rata-rata 86.36% untuk uji ahli media dengan kriteria “sangat layak”, 85% uji materi dengan kriteria “sangat layak” dan 86.25% dengan kriteria “sangat layak”. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa panduan pelatihan parakonselor bagi musyrifah dalam menghadapi stres akademik santri yang dikembangkan memiliki kriteria layak/valid dan menarik untuk digunakan sebagai panduan dalam menghadapi stres akademik santri.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi telah mengubah kehidupan dunia begitu juga dengan dunia konseling. Pengembangan dari teknologi komunikasi di era 4.0 menjadikan konselor lebih mengenal, memanfaatkan dan menerapkan media konseling online. Perkembangan komunikasi teknologi menuntut konselor untuk berinovasi, terutama dalam memberikan layanan e-counseling sebagai wadah bagi konselor untuk memberikan alternatif pemecahan masalah yang dihadapi konseli,. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan layanan konseling online abad 21 serta memberikan gambaran dan pemahaman di beberapa kalangan. Adapun dalam teknik pengumpulan data dengan memakai metode dokumentasi berupa jurnal-jurnal ilmiah yang di muat dalam penerbit nasional dan internasional yaitu google scholer. Sedangkan kajian analisis data yang diterapkan adalah dengan analisis  isi. Hasil yang di dapat dari penelitian ini di antaranya, 1) etik pelaksanaan layanan konseling online, 2) implementasi layanan konseling online.

Abstract

Watching (screen viewing) has become a common activity carried out in early childhood. Generally, children aged 2-5 years do watching activities for about 3 hours more a day. This study aims to see how watching activities together can increase attachment between parents and children. This study uses a qualitative approach that produces descriptive data in the form of written words or messages from people and observed behavior and uses observation, interview, or document review methods. Observations were made on co-viewing activities carried out by a child and his parents at home because this activity was found to have an impact on the attachment relationship between the two parties. The selected respondent is one of the parents of a 3-year-old child (G) (Mrs. B). Data collection was carried out at the residence of Mrs. B and G for several weeks. The data collection techniques used were interviews and observations. The results show that watching activities together has a positive impact on the attachment between parents and early childhood. This can be seen from the characteristics of the safe attachment that children have after watching the activities together, after previously the attachment they had characterized as an avoidant attachment. It can also be seen how parents have a big role in the formation of this secure attachment. Abstract

Penulisan artikel bertujuan untuk menyajikan pentingnya perilaku disiplin dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Metode dalam artikel ini adalah metode kepustakaan dengan pengumpulan information melalui telaah dan/atau eksplorasi beberapa jurnal, buku, serta sumber-sumber information yang terkait dengan artikel. Dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, disiplin penting untuk peserta didik membangun karakter positif. Pembangunan karakter sesuai dengan tujuan pendidikan yaitu kepribadian yang bertanggung jawab. Pelanggaran perilaku disiplin peserta didik bisanya dipengaruhi oleh dua faktor, baik faktor eksternal maupun faktor internal peserta didik. Peserta didik biasanya akan merasa bersalah setelah mendapatkan sanksi dari pihak sekolah dan akan menjadi catatan pelanggaran bagi peserta didik tersebut dan akan berdampak pada pembelajaran.

Abstract

Latar belakang studi ini adalah adanya perilaku perundungan di SMA Negeri. Tujuan penelitian adalah menyampaikan hasil evaluasi pelaksanaan bimbingan klasikal terhadap perilaku perundungan di sekolah menengah atas. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian evaluasi. Komponen konteks yang terdiri dari empat indikator yaitu asesmen kebutuhan, tugas perkembangan, tujuan program serta rancangan program dikatakan masih belum sesuai dengan kriteria, karena tidak berdasarkan asesmen kebutuhan. Pada komponen input, yang terdiri dari tujuh indikator yaitu rasio guru BK, kualifikasi guru BK, sarana dan prasarana, metode, materi, media dan anggaran masih ada yang belum sesuai dengan kriteria karena strategi yang dirancang belum dapat memenuhi kebutuhan siswa dan harapan lingkungan dalam mencapai tugas perkembangannya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengembangan profesi guru pada jenjang anak usia dini melalui aspek teori perkembangan karier Super pada fase establishment. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi sebuah fenomena bahwa guru pada jenjang pendidikan anak usia dini belum sepenuhnya memenuhi kualifikasi guru profesional. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengambilan data melalui wawancara tidak terstruktur dan Focus Group Disscusion. Penelitian  diikuti oleh tujuh orang guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa partisipan memulai profesi sebagai guru dengan pendidikan yang belum menunjang. kesimpulan dari penelitian adalah dengan berbagai keterbatasan, namun guru anak usia dini tetap komitmen berkarier sebagai guru dan berupaya mengembangkan kariernya. Dunia pendidikan anak adalah pembelajaran terbaik bagi para guru, kebahagiaan menyaksikan perkembangan anak dan mendapatkan pengalaman pekerjaan dapat menepikan persoalan salary.

Abstract

 In West Sulawesi, young people face difficulties in finding employment because of employment opportunities are limited. By looking at the portrait of the labor market in West Sulawesi Province, counselors can help them through career counseling by working together with various institutions, such as schools, vocational training centers (BLK), even schools. with various institutions, such as schools, vocational training centers (BLK), and even the West Sulawesi Provincial Regional Government of West Sulawesi Province. The approach in this research approach in this research is descriptive qualitative with the data source of labor market portrait in West Sulawesi Province in 2022. West Sulawesi Province in 2022. The purpose of this research is to explain what can be done by counselors in the labor market in West Sulawesi Province. The result of this research The results of this study describe 1) a portrait of the labor market in West Sulawesi Province in 2022 which presents statistical data that includes statistical data on the labor market in West Sulawesi Province. 2022 which presents statistical data that includes information on job seekers, job vacancies, to the salary offered; 2) Counselors can use portrait of the job market in West Sulawesi Province as occupational knowledge in career counseling.

Abstract

The goal in providing counseling services is to provide conditions which can help clients develop psychological strength to evaluate his behavior now, and can get that behavior now and can get behavior more effective. The process of learning to behave effectively is facilitated by creating warm counseling environment and application of various counseling procedures. To achieve this requires quality interpersonal relationships both between counselor and counselee. Counseling as a profession depicted by the counselor's appearance. A professional counselor is a figure who can present himself as a role model. Among competencies counselor, the most important thing is the personal quality of the counselor, because the counselor used as a person who must be able to display his true identity complete, precise and meaningful, and build good interpersonal relationships so that it becomes the driving force for the success of the service. Personal counselor is wrong one of them is an "instrument" that can determine positive results in counseling process, because the core of the therapeutic process in counseling is the relationship built between the counselor and the counselee. So personal qualities counselor is essential for counselors to achieve their goals optimal in the counseling process.

Abstract

This study aims to look at the performance of guidance and counseling teachers at SMKN 1 Cikarang Utara in the 2023/2024 academic year. This research uses a type of qualitative research with a case study design with a focus on developing an in-depth analysis of the performance of guidance and counseling teachers. Data collection techniques using observation of the environment of SMKN 1 Cikarang Utara, interviews with the head of bk coordination and 3 guidance and counseling teachers and documentation in the form of photos and collection of supporting data. Data validity techniques use validity and credibility tests by triangulation as reinforcement and supporting data. The results showed that the implementation of the classical guidance  program carried out went well in accordance with the objectives to be achieved. There is a change for the better in achieving service goals before and after being given a classical guidance program. These changes were accepted by several students. Changes that occur include changes in behavior, mindset, insight and knowledge.
