Abstract

Populasi  penelitian adalah siswa kelas III SDN Kebon Jeruk 11 Pagi Jakarta Barat. Pengambilan sampel penelitian dilakukan sampel tujuan dengan jumlah sampel adalah 32 siswa kelas III A  sebagai kelas kontrol dan 32 siswa kelas III B sebagai kelas eksperimen. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes, angket dan lembar observasi. Penelitian dilakukan selama dua bulan pada November dan Desember 2019. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain faktorial 2x2. Variabel pada penelitian ini adalah penggunaan media manipulatif sebagai variabel bebas, kepercayaan diri sebagai variabel moderator dan hasil belajar Matematika sebagai variabel terikat. Analisis data menggunakan uji-F dan uji-t dengan ANOVA dua jalur.  Hasil Penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa 1) terdapat pengaruh penggunaan media manipulatif terhadap hasil belajar Matematika. 2) terdapat pengaruh kepercayaan diri terhadap hasil belajar Matematika. 3) terdapat pengaruh interaksi penggunaan media manipulatif pada pembelajaran Matematika dan kepercayaan diri terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas III SDN Kebon Jeruk 11 Pagi Jakarta Barat Kata Kunci : media manipulatif, kepercayaan diri, matematika ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine: 1) the effect of using manipulative media on mathematics learning outcomes, 2) the effect of self-confidence on mathematics learning outcomes, 3) the interaction effect between the use of manipulative media on mathematics learning and self-confidence on the learning outcomes of third grade students at SDN Kebon Jeruk 11 am West Jakarta. The population of the study was the third grade students of SDN Kebon Jeruk 11 Pagi, West Jakarta. The sampling of the research was carried out by the objective sample with the number of samples being 32 students of class III A as the control class and 32 students of class III B as the experimental class. The instruments used in the form of tests, questionnaires and observation sheets. The research was conducted for two months in November and December 2019. The type of research used is a quantitative approach using an experimental method with a 2x2 factorial design. The variables in this study were the use of manipulative media as an independent variable, self-confidence as a moderator variable and mathematics learning outcomes as the dependent variable. Data analysis used F-test and t-test with two-way ANOVA. The results of the study show that 1) there is an effect of using manipulative media on mathematics learning outcomes. 2) there is an effect of self-confidence on mathematics learning outcomes. 3) there is an interaction effect of using manipulative media on mathematics learning and self-confidence on the learning outcomes of third grade students at SDN Kebon Jeruk 11 Pagi West Jakarta  Keywords: manipulative media, self-confidence, mathematics

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh layanan konseling kelompok dengan pendekatan behavioral melalui teknik relaksasi otot progresif untuk menurunkan tingkat stres akademik pada siswa SMP Negeri 181 Jakarta. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif metode eksperimen one group pretest postest. Subjek dalam penelitian siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 181 Jakarta dengan jumlah sampel 10 siswa dan teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Educational Stress Scale for Adolescent (ESSA) yang dikembangkan Sun (2011). Eksperimen dilakukan sebanyak 6 sesi yang terdiri dari tahap pretest, pembentukan, transisi, penerapan teknik relaksasi otot progresif, penyimpulan, penutup dan postest. Hasil pretest menunjukan bahwa terdapat 3 siswa yang memiliki kategori stres akademik sangat tinggi pada aspek tekanan belajar dan 7 siswa yang memiliki kategori tinggi pada aspek kekhawatiran terhadap nilai. Setelah postest menjadi 3 siswa yang memiliki kategori stres akademik sedang pada aspek kekhawatiran terhadap nilai dan dan 7 siswa yang memiliki kategori rendah pada aspek beban tugas. Jumlah skor keseluruhan yang diperoleh sebelum diberikan perlakuan 68,9%, setelah diberikan perlakuan menjadi 48,5% sehingga terdapat penuruan skor sebanyak 20,4%. Setelah dilakukan proses layanan konseling kelompok dengan behavioral melalui teknik relaksasi otot progresif diperoleh kondisi anggota kelompok menjadi lebih rileks, percaya diri, konsentrasi dan mampu berpikir positif yang dapat mengurangi tekanan belajar pada mata pelajaran sehari-hari. Dengan demikian dapat diartikan bahwa layanan konseling kelompok dengan pendekatan behavioral melalui teknik relaksasi otot progresif dapat menurunkan tingkat stres akademik siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 181 Jakarta. Sehingga implikasi yang dilakukan dalam penelitian adalah teknik relaksasi otot progresif bisa dijadikan sebagai salah satu strategi mengatasi stres akademik yang dirasakan oleh siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan relasi penguasaan kosakata dan pemanfaatan perpustakaan sebagai sumber belajar dengan keterampilan menulis karangan naratif siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey dan teknik korelasi yang dilakukan untuk menjawab hipotesis, yaitu: ada tidaknya (1) relasi penguasaan kosakata dengan keterampilan menulis karangan naratif, (2) hubungan pemanfaatan perpustakaan sebagai sumber belajar dengan keterampilan menulis karangan naratif, (3) hubungan penguasaan kosakata dan pemanfaatan perpustakaan sebagai sumber belajar secara bersama-sama dengan keterampilan menulis karangan naratif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Sampel penelitian yaitu siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kelurahan Ujung Menteng Jakarta Timur dengan jumlah 160 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket dan tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) adanya relasi antara penguasaan kosakata dengan keterampilan menulis karangan naratif, dengan rhitung 0,648 > rtabel 0,155, (2) adanya hubungan antara pemanfaatan perpustakaan sebagai sumber belajar dengan keterampilan menulis karangan naratif, didapat rhitung 0,486 > rtabel 0,155, (3) adanya hubungan antara penguasaan kosakata dan pemanfaatan perpustakaan sebagai sumber belajar secara bersama-sama dengan keterampilan menulis karangan naratif, dengan koefisien korelasi ganda sebesar 0,652 dan koefisien determinasi 0,348 yang berarti besarnya kontribusi penguasaan kosakata dan pemanfaatan perpustakaan sebagai sumber belajar secara bersama-sama dengan keterampilan menulis karangan naratif sebesar 65,2%. Dengan demikian secara umum dapat disimpulkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menulis karangan naratif dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan penguasaan kosakata dan pemanfaatan perpustakaan sebagai sumber belajar.Kata kunci: Interkasi Analitik, Penguasaan Kosakata, Perpustakaan Sebagai Sumber Belajar, Keterampilan Menulis Karangan Naratif

Abstract

Kemampuan berbicara di depan umum adalah hal penting yang mesti dimiliki mahasiswa untuk dapat mengikuti perkuliahan dengan baik. Namun, bagi sebagian mahasiswa yang memiliki kecemasan berlebihan, berbicara di depan umum bukan hal mudah. Penelitian ini adalah tahap awal penelitian pengembangan buku bantuan diri (self-help book) berbasis CBT untuk mereduksi kecemasan berbicara di depan umum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis kebutuhan model buku bantuan diri berdasarkan studi pustaka dan kuisioner untuk menggali persepsi mahasiswa terkait buku bantuan diri. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuntitatif deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui pengisian kuesioner analisis kebutuhan tentang pengembangan buku bantuan diri. Sumber data pada penelitian adalah mahasiswa Jurusan Komunikasi dan Penyiaran islam (KPI) di Sukabumi yang berjumlah 73 0rang. Berdasarkan penelitian disimpulkan bahwa perlunya dikembangkan buku bantuan diri berbasis CBT untuk mereduksi kecemasan berbicara di depan umum bagi mahasiswa yang isi sesuai dengan teknik CBT dan penyajiannya menarik dan mudah difahami. Hasil penelitian ini penting untuk mewujudkan hadirnya pengembangan buku bantuan diri yang menarik bagi mahasiswa.

Abstract

Counseling becomes a necessity, because the essence of counseling is the help of an expert counselor given to someone to solve their problems. In providing these services, a counselor is governed by ethics, attitudes and personal qualities for the counselor to behave. Professional ethical values are very important in the helping profession. The code of ethics for counselors is established by the counselor professional institution. For the Indonesian territory, the code of ethics for counselors is determined by the Indonesian Counseling Guidance Association, which is abbreviated as ABKIN. A code of ethics is a guide or guideline for professional behavior or a moral foundation that is practiced, secured and upheld by counselors as members of professional organizations. The aim of this research is to describe the professional ethics of counselors in counseling guidance services in the digital era. The method used in this research is a literature study with a qualitative descriptive approach. The data source comes from collecting documents in the form of books and previous research originating from various references. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results of this research show that online counseling ethics takes the form of virtual counseling technology, websites, email, video conferences, instant messaging, computers and other social networks. Therefore, online counselors need to be professional in conducting virtual counseling by paying attention to ethics.

Abstract

 In West Sulawesi, young people face difficulties in finding employment because of employment opportunities are limited. By looking at the portrait of the labor market in West Sulawesi Province, counselors can help them through career counseling by working together with various institutions, such as schools, vocational training centers (BLK), even schools. with various institutions, such as schools, vocational training centers (BLK), and even the West Sulawesi Provincial Regional Government of West Sulawesi Province. The approach in this research approach in this research is descriptive qualitative with the data source of labor market portrait in West Sulawesi Province in 2022. West Sulawesi Province in 2022. The purpose of this research is to explain what can be done by counselors in the labor market in West Sulawesi Province. The result of this research The results of this study describe 1) a portrait of the labor market in West Sulawesi Province in 2022 which presents statistical data that includes statistical data on the labor market in West Sulawesi Province. 2022 which presents statistical data that includes information on job seekers, job vacancies, to the salary offered; 2) Counselors can use portrait of the job market in West Sulawesi Province as occupational knowledge in career counseling.

Abstract

The goal in providing counseling services is to provide conditions which can help clients develop psychological strength to evaluate his behavior now, and can get that behavior now and can get behavior more effective. The process of learning to behave effectively is facilitated by creating warm counseling environment and application of various counseling procedures. To achieve this requires quality interpersonal relationships both between counselor and counselee. Counseling as a profession depicted by the counselor's appearance. A professional counselor is a figure who can present himself as a role model. Among competencies counselor, the most important thing is the personal quality of the counselor, because the counselor used as a person who must be able to display his true identity complete, precise and meaningful, and build good interpersonal relationships so that it becomes the driving force for the success of the service. Personal counselor is wrong one of them is an "instrument" that can determine positive results in counseling process, because the core of the therapeutic process in counseling is the relationship built between the counselor and the counselee. So personal qualities counselor is essential for counselors to achieve their goals optimal in the counseling process.

Abstract

This study aims to look at the performance of guidance and counseling teachers at SMKN 1 Cikarang Utara in the 2023/2024 academic year. This research uses a type of qualitative research with a case study design with a focus on developing an in-depth analysis of the performance of guidance and counseling teachers. Data collection techniques using observation of the environment of SMKN 1 Cikarang Utara, interviews with the head of bk coordination and 3 guidance and counseling teachers and documentation in the form of photos and collection of supporting data. Data validity techniques use validity and credibility tests by triangulation as reinforcement and supporting data. The results showed that the implementation of the classical guidance  program carried out went well in accordance with the objectives to be achieved. There is a change for the better in achieving service goals before and after being given a classical guidance program. These changes were accepted by several students. Changes that occur include changes in behavior, mindset, insight and knowledge.

Abstract

The counselor profession has an important role in helping individuals overcome various emotional challenges and problems. In carrying out their duties, counselors are expected to adhere to a strict code of ethics, which guides their professional behavior. The code of ethics for counselors is established by the counselor professional institution. For the Indonesian territory, the code of ethics for counselors is determined by the Indonesian Counseling Guidance Association (ABKIN). A code of ethics is a guide or guideline for professional behavior or a moral foundation that is practiced, secured and upheld by counselors as members of professional organizations. This article explores aspects of the ABKIN code of ethics, codes of ethics of other counselor professions and compares the ABKIN Code of Ethics with codes of ethics issued by other counselor organizations, such as the American Counseling Association (ACA) in the United States. The method used in this research is a literature study with a qualitative descriptive approach. The data source comes from collecting documents in the form of books and previous research originating from various references. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results of this research provide a better understanding of the importance of ethics in the counselor profession and illustrate how codes of ethics function as a guide to professional behavior for counselors based on regulations issued by several counselor organizations.

Abstract

Mental health is an important component that is closely related to social life, productivity, peace and stability in the environment, contributing to sosial life and economic development in Indonesian society. Mental health literacy is knowledge and beliefs about mental disorders that help to recognize, manage and prevent a person’s mental disorder. Mental helath literacy is also knowledge related to actions to provide mental helath benefits to individuals and others. Mental helath literacy is the ability to gain knowledge or information about mental health for adolescents, understand and can maintain good mental health. Mental health literacy includes the ability to recognize specific mental health disorders, knowing how to seek mental health information, knowledge of risks and causes of health disorders. The aim of this study is to improve mental health literacy in students and meet the criteria for eligibility aspects. This study used Reeves Design Based Research model. The subjects in this study were students of class IX SMP Negeri 2 Kramatwatu. Collecting data using a questionnaire, in the form of an adaption instrument from a mental helath literacy question (MHLq). The results of this study indicate the level of mental health literacy in students obtained a value of 49% which is included in the moderate category.
