This research aims to explore the role of financial management at the Cilegon 02 State Elementary School (SDN) in increasing financial innovation in the education sector. Through a qualitative approach, data was collected from in-depth interviews with school administrators and analysis of related documents. The findings show that effective financial management at SDN Cilegon 02 has a positive impact in increasing financial innovation, enabling wise allocation of funds and increasing the efficiency of use of financial resources. These results strengthen understanding of the importance of transparency, accountability and thorough financial planning in improving the quality of education. The implications of this research include encouraging the adoption of effective financial management practices in other schools as well as strengthening policies that support transparency and accountability in the management of education funds

This research aims to analyze the role of human resource management (HR) in improving performance at Gedong Dalem 03 State Elementary School (SDN), Cilegon City. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method to explore in-depth information about HR management practices implemented at the school. This research involved interviews with school administrators, teachers, and administrative staff to understand how HR management is implemented in basic education. In addition, analysis of documents such as HR policies, training programs and performance evaluations is also carried out to gain a comprehensive understanding. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide insight into the effectiveness of the role of HR management in improving performance at SDN Gedong Dalem 03, Cilegon City. The implications of the findings of this research can make a positive contribution to improving human resource management in basic education institutions and provide recommendations for improvement and development of better policies. Thus, it is hoped that this research can become a reference for related parties in improving the quality of education through optimizing human resource management

When it comes to managing change from a human perspective, an approach called change management can be used. Change management has evolved and evolved over the last fifty years. The term "change" refers to the process in which something changes from an initial state to a different or altered state. Changes, problems, and models are discussed in this research. A literature review was used. The results of this study show how important it is to change everyday life. Additionally, changes must take into account the current problems for which the appropriate model is designed, engineered, and managed.

This research is in-depth about “Organizational Change Management: Effective Strategies in Facing Global Challenges.” Through the literature study method, this research examines more deeply how to implement an effective change management strategy to face an era of boundless global competition characterized by rapid changes in the business environment and advances in communication and information technology. Currently the Family Computer store already has 3 branches and for sales matters it implements an offline and online system. But at this time the store still uses an offline system in terms of service matters such as: Warranty Claims, Service, and Current Status Checks.For this reason, research was carried out which aims to create a program to provide services online so that users when there are problems can provide easier access.This research was made after passing observations and interviews from local parties. Making this program uses the Android Studio application to create an Android application where almost everyone has an Android cellphone, and uses the Firebase Cloud Messagging feature from Google to provide service access to users so that users can monitor and get the latest information from the program without having to come to the store. or notify the admin at the store

This research examines the influence of leadership style, job satisfaction, and academic supervision on teacher performance at the Raudhatul Athfal School, Cibeber District, Cilegon City. Some of the problems faced regarding teacher performance include the teacher's inability to prepare lessons, manage the class well, and use varied learning strategies, which leads to boring learning for students. The purpose of this research is to determine and test the influence of: (1) leadership style on teacher job satisfaction, (2) leadership style on teacher performance, (3) job satisfaction on teacher performance, (4) academic supervision on teacher job satisfaction, and (5) academic supervision of teacher performance. This research uses quantitative methods with a correlational approach, and data is collected through questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out using SmartPLS 3.2 and structural equation modeling (SEM) techniques. The results of the research show that: (1) leadership style has a positive effect on teacher job satisfaction, (2) leadership style has a positive effect on teacher performance, (3) job satisfaction has a positive effect on teacher performance, (4) academic supervision does not have a positive effect on satisfaction teacher work, and (5) academic supervision has a positive effect on teacher performance. The implications of this research indicate that improving leadership styles and effective academic supervision can contribute to improving teacher performance, although academic supervision does not directly affect job satisfaction.

Education is essential for human development and the progress of the Indonesian nation in various fields, including science. An effective school principal must view the school as a unique entity and fulfill their leadership role adeptly. Teachers are crucial to education quality, and elements like transformational leadership, work environment, and commitment significantly enhance their performance. Transformational leadership inspires and empowers educators, fostering a supportive work atmosphere that boosts their satisfaction and motivation. High levels of teacher commitment, shown through dedication to educational activities, also improve performance. This study uses a quantitative survey method conducted in State Junior High Schools in Cilegon, with a sample of 85 teachers selected from a population of 546. The findings highlight the importance of effective transformational leadership by principals in enhancing organizational commitment within schools. Furthermore, the significant direct influence of the principal's transformational leadership on teacher performance at SMPN in Cilegon indicates that enhancing the principal's transformational leadership is crucial for improving teacher performance. Lastly, the significant direct effect of the work environment on teacher performance at SMPN in Cilegon further emphasizes the importance of a supportive work environment.

Multi Layer Perceptron (MLP), one of the deep learning algorithms, has been widely used in classification problem research because it has advantages over other conventional classification methods. This study takes 15 articles that have been published in research journals regarding the application of the multi-layer perceptron algorithm to prediction and classification problems. From the results of the analysis carried out, the results show that the lowest performance value of this algorithm is 62.89%, the highest performance value of this algorithm is 100% and the average performance value of this algorithm is 91.98%. From these values, it can be concluded that the multi layer perceptron algorithm is very good and feasible to be used in solving prediction and classification problems

Sampai saat ini, perkembangan teknologi informasi telah merambah ke berbagai sektor termasuk di sektor kesehatan yang mampu membantu dalam mendiagnosa penyakit melalui gejala yang diberikan serta dapat memberikan solusi penanganan penyakit. Salah satu penyakit yang dapat dilakukan diagnosa dengan adanya perkembangan teknologi komputer adalah penyakit gusi. Penyakit gusi adalah penyakit infeksi yang menyerang pada jaringan di sekitar gigi. Kondisi ini merupakan penyebab utama dari gigi yang lepas pada orang dewasa. Perawatan gigi merupakan salah satu usaha penjagaan untuk mencegah kerusakan gigi dan penyakit gusi. Penyakit gusi dapat menyerang siapa saja baik menyerang bayi, balita, remaja bahkan menyerang orang dewasa. Menurut jurnal penelitian dari Mubasyiroh, dan Andayasari (2017:141) berpendapat bahwa Penyakit gigi dapat berupa kerusakan gigi (karies) dan penyakit gusi. Penyakit gigi dan mulut (termasuk karies dan penyakit periodontal) merupakan masalah yang cukup tinggi yang dikeluhkan oleh masyarakat. Adapun cabang ilmu komputer yang dapat melakukan diagnosa untuk mengetahui penyakit gusi adalah sistem pakar.Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan diatas, maka didapatkan jawaban B1, B2, B3 sampai dengan B9 gejala penyakit berdasarkan pilihan pertanyaan yang dipilih, itu menandakan, bahwa sistem pakar dengan metode forward chaining dapat mengatasi penyakit gusi dengan tingkat kepercayaan 89%
