Abstract

Based on the observations SDN 07 Lasi Tuo that students get to learn a  result. The purpose  this study was to  the use cooperative learning approach type Numbered Head Together (NHT) to improve student learning  education in the elementary school classroom V 07 Lasi Tuo, District Canduang, Agam District This study used a qualitative approach and quantitative approach to the shape the  study to look at the use the cooperative learning approach Numbered Head Together (NHT) in learning Civics. This study was conducted SDN 07 Lasi Tuo with subjects is a class V SD. Data were analyzed using qualitative data analysis. The results showed in student learning of preliminary tests before the study  is 40. After the first of the increased to 74 meetings and meetings of 2 to 75.67. After the  improving student learning  with the class average to 87. Abstract

Background: Schizophrenia is a psychotic disorder characterized by major disturbances in thoughts and emotions. Patients with schizophrenic disorders have disturbances in cognitive function characterized by disturbances in the cognitive system, so metacognitive training therapy is needed. Metacognitive Training Therapy is a combination of psychoeducation, cognitive remediation therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy aimed at reducing the overall severity of symptoms and improving several neurocognitive subdomains and social cognitive functions.Purpose: This study aims to identify metacognitive training interventions in patients with schizophrenia.Method: The databases used were EBSCOhost (Cinahl) and Pubmed and 159 articles were found.Results: Stage through the initial selection obtained 32 articles. Then, articles were selected based on inclusion criteria in the form of publications in the last 10 years (2013-2023), national and international journals in Indonesian and English, articles with full text, and 5 peer-reviewed articles. Next, articles were selected based on research title, country, research objectives, research methods, population and sample, and research results.Conclusion: This study found that participants who had quite severe symptoms at the start of training were greatly helped in reducing the overall severity of symptoms by the metacognitive therapy they underwent.Keywords: Metacognitive; Schizophrenia; Training.Pendahuluan: Skizofrenia merupakan gangguan psikotik yang ditandai dengan gangguan utama dalam pikiran dan emosi. Pada pasien dengan gangguan skizofrenia memiliki gangguan dalam fungsi kognitif ditandai dengan adanya gangguan sistem kognitif sehingga diperlukan terapi Metacognitive Training. Terapi Metakognitif Training merupakan gabungan dari psikoedukasi, terapi remediasi kognitif dan terapi kognitif perilaku bertujuan untuk menurunkan keparahan gejala secara keseluruhan serta memperbaiki beberapa subdomain neurokognitif dan fungsi kognitif sosial.Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi intevensi metacognitive training pada pasien dengan skizofrenia.Metode: Database yang dilakukan adalah EBSCOhost (Cinahl) dan Pubmed dan ditemukan sebanyak 159 artikel.Hasil: Tahap melalui seleksi awal diperoleh 32 artikel. Kemudian, artikel diseleksi berdasarkan kriteria inklusi berupa terbit 10 tahun terakhir (2013-2023), jurnal nasional maupun internasional yang berbahasa Indonesia dan Inggris, artikel dengan full text, dan artikel yang peer reviewed didapatkan sebanyak 5 artikel. Selanjutnya, artikel diseleksi berdasarkan judul penelitian, negara, tujuan penelitian, metode penelitian, populasi dan sampel, dan hasil penelitian.Simpulan: Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa peserta yang memiliki gejala-gejala yang cukup parah pada awal pelatihan sangat dibantu dalam menurunkan keparahan gejala secara keseluruhan oleh terapi metakognitif yang dijalani.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tindakan pembedahan merupakan salah satu intervensi medis yang umum dilakukan untuk mengatasi berbagai kondisi kesehatan. Namun, prosedur ini sering kali menimbulkan berbagai respons psikologis pada pasien dan keluarga, salah satunya adalah kecemasan. Kecemasan  adalah respons emosional yang ditandai dengan perasaan khawatir, tegang, dan takut, yang dapat mempengaruhi kondisi fisik dan mental. Salah satu intervensi non-farmakologis yang efektif untuk mengatasi kecemasan adalah terapi relaksasi autogenik. Kegiatan penyuluhan  kesehatan ini dilaksanakan di Ruang Inap Rubi Bawah RSUD dr. Slamet Garut dengan melibatkan 13 keluarga pasien. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penyuluhan pada keluarga pasien mengenai intervensi non farmakologis yang bisa dilakukan di rumah sakit.  Pada kegiatan ini menggunakan metode penyuluhan dan demonstrasi kepada keluarga pasien tentang terapi relaksasi autogenk. Setelah dilakukan penyuluhan, keluarga memahami tentang terapi non farmakologis untuk mengurangi kecemasan selama menunggu pasien di rumah sakit, serta bisa melakukan secara mandiri. Dari hasil pre dan postest ada peningkatan dari 65% menjadi 75%. Disarankan untuk peneliti berkutnya melakukan penelitian yang sasarannya lebih banyak lagi dan menggunakan terapi non farmakologis yang lainnya. Kata Kunci: Kecemasan, Keluarga Pasien, Penyuluhan Kesehatan, Relaksasi Autogenik.  ABSTRACT Surgical procedures are one of the common medical interventions used to address various health conditions. However, this procedure often elicits various psychological responses in patients and families, one of which is anxiety. Anxiety is an emotional response characterized by feelings of worry, tension, and fear, which can affect physical and mental well-being. One effective non-pharmacological intervention for managing anxiety is autogenic relaxation therapy. This health education activity was conducted in the Lower Ruby Ward of Dr. Slamet Garut Regional General Hospital, involving 13 patient families. This activity aims to educate patients' families about non-pharmacological interventions that can be done in the hospital. This activity uses educational and demonstration methods for patient families regarding autogenic relaxation therapy.  This activity uses educational and demonstration methods for patient families regarding autogenic relaxation therapy and guided imagery.  From the results of the pre and post-tests, there was an increase from 65% to 75%. It is recommended for future researchers to conduct studies with a larger target group and utilize other non-pharmacological therapies. Keywords: Anxiety, Patient's Family, Health Education, Autogenic Relaxation

Abstract

ABSTRAK Donor darah merupakan  proses pengambilan darah dari seseorang secara sukarela untuk disimpan di bank darah untuk kemudian dipakai pada transfusi darah. Siswa SMA/sederajat yang menjadi pendonor darah pertama adalah contohpositif yang dapat memotivasi teman-temannya dan generasi muda lainnya untuk turut serta dalam kegiatan donor darah. Walaupun menjadi pendonor darah pertama di kalangan siswa SMA memiliki banyak manfaat, ada beberapa tantangan yang perlu diperhatikan. Beberapa siswa mungkin merasa takut atau khawatir tentang prosedur donor darah serta kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai manfaat donor darah dapat menjadi tantangan. Edukasi pendidikan kesehatan mengenai donor darah dan dukungan emosional agar para siswa mengetahui manfaat donor darah serta saling memotivasi untuk melakukan donor darah. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan menggunakan metode ceramah dan diskusi yang disertai oleh pembagian media berupa leaflet yang berisi informasi mengenai donor darah. pendidikan kesehatan diberikan kepada  50 peserta yang hadir dan mengikuti kegiatan dengan antusias. Peserta mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan terkait donor darah. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari peserta mampu menjawab pertanyaan yang diajukan pemateri terkait apa saja yang diperlukan sebelum donor darah, dan menjelaskan manfaat dari donor darah. Edukasi tentang donor darah di MA YPI Baiturohman tercapai dengan adanya peningkatan nilai  sebesar 40,58 point , dan siswa siswi diharapkan mau melaksakan donor darah secara rutin dengan bekerjasama pihak sekolah dan PMI Garut  Kata Kunci: Donor Darah, Edukasi, Harapan  ABSTRACT Blood donation is the process of taking blood from someone voluntarily to be stored in a blood bank for later use in blood transfusions. High school/equivalent students who become the first blood donors are positive examples who can motivate their friends and other young people to take part in blood donation activities. Although being the first blood donor among high school students has many benefits, there are several challenges that need to be considered. Some students may feel afraid or worried about the blood donation procedure and a lack of knowledge regarding the benefits of blood donation can be a challenge. To provide health education regarding blood donation and emotional support so that students know the benefits of blood donation and motivate each other to donate blood. The method of carrying out activities uses lecture and discussion methods accompanied by the distribution of media in the form of leaflets containing information about blood donation. Health education was provided to 50 participants who attended and participated in the activity enthusiastically. Participants experienced increased knowledge regarding blood donation. This can be seen from the participants being able to answer questions asked by the presenters regarding what is needed before donating blood, and explaining the benefits of donating blood. Education about blood donation at MA YPI Baiturohman was achieved with an increase in scores of 40.58 points, and students were expected to be willing to carry out blood donations regularly in collaboration with the school and PMI Garut. Keywords: Blood donation, Education, Hope

Abstract

During emerging adulthood, the difference between the ideal body standard and one’s actual body often leads to body-shaming treatment. Persistent experiences of body shaming can significantly harm an individual’s body image. This study aims to identify the association between body-shaming acts and body image in university students. The study population consisted of students aged 18-25 who had experienced body shaming (n = 841). Using a non-probability total sampling method, 448 respondents were included. Data were collected using a body-shaming acts questionnaire and the MBSRQ-AS questionnaire, then analyzed with univariate and bivariate analysis employing the Chi-square test. The results showed a significant relationship between body-shaming acts and body image. Most students received body-shaming treatment at a low level (50.9%), while most body image categories were negative (50.9%). These findings highlight the importance of health workers’ involvement in preventing body-shaming acts and improving students’ body image.

ABSTRAK Masa transisi Dalam konteks pemilihan perguruan tinggi, stres akademik dapat muncul karena kebingungan memilih jurusan, takut salah pilih, kekhawatiran terhadap hasil seleksi, hingga kekhawatiran terhadap pembiayaan dan adaptasi di lingkungan baru. Stres ini, jika tidak dikelola dengan baik, dapat mempengaruhi kesehatan mental, menurunkan motivasi belajar, serta mengganggu proses pengambilan keputusan yang rasional.ini perlu dikaji dan diberikan cara mengatasinya. Fenomena ini menjadi penting untuk dikaji karena stres akademik yang dialami remaja pada masa penentuan perguruan tinggi dapat berdampak jangka panjang terhadap keberhasilan akademik, kepuasan studi, hingga pilihan karier di masa depan. Oleh karena itu, pemahaman yang mendalam mengenai faktor-faktor penyebab stres akademik dalam memilih perguruan tinggi serta upaya penanganannya sangat dibutuhkan, baik oleh siswa, orang tua, maupun lembaga pendidikan.Tujuan PKM  untuk Meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman siswa/siswi  tentang stress akademik,dan cara mengatasinya. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini dengan ceramah , tanya jawab , pretest dan post test , mencakup penyampaian edukasi mengenai stress akademik yang meliputi penyebab, dampak terhadap kesehatan fisik dan mental, serta hubungan antara tekanan akademik, ekspektasi sosial, dan kesejahteraan emosional siswa,membantu dan mendorong siswa lebih peka terhadap gejala stress akademik, mengajarkan strategi manajemen stress yang efektif. Setelah dilaksanakan kegiatan ini  ada peningkatan pengetahuan  dari  siswa /siswi tentang stress akademik, yaitu 30,9 poin , menunjukan kegiatan PKM ini berhasil. Setelah dilakukan Pendidikan Kesehatan jiwa siswa/siswi SMA PGRI memahami tentang stress akademik dan cara mengatasinya.Diharapkan untuk  jangka panjang, program ini  dapat memberikan dampak positif dengan mengurangi  masalah masalah Kesehatan spikologis dan menciptakan generasi yang lebih sehat di masa depan.  Kata Kunci: Mengatasi Stress, Stress, Stress  Akademik.  ABSTRACT Transition period In the context of choosing a university, academic stress can arise due to confusion in choosing a major, fear of making the wrong choice, worries about selection results, and worries about financing and adapting to a new environment. This stress, if not managed well, can affect mental health, reduce motivation to learn, and interfere with rational decision-making processes. This needs to be studied and ways to overcome it. This phenomenon is important to study because the academic stress experienced by teenagers during the college selection period can have a long-term impact on academic success, study satisfaction, and future career choices. Therefore, an in-depth understanding of the factors that cause academic stress in choosing a university and efforts to deal with it is really needed, both by students, parents and educational institutions. The aim of PKM is to increase students' awareness and understanding of academic stress, and how to overcome it. Used in this activity with lectures, questions and answers, pretest and posttest, includes delivering education about academic stress which includes the causes, impact on physical and mental health, as well as the relationship between academic pressure, social expectations and students' emotional well-being, helping and encouraging students to be more sensitive to the symptoms of academic stress, teaching effective stress management strategies. After carrying out this activity, there was an increase in students' knowledge about academic stress, namely 30.9 points, indicating that this PKM activity was successful. After conducting mental health education, PGRI High School students understand academic stress and how to overcome it. It is hoped that in the long term, this program can have a positive impact by reducing psychological health problems and creating a healthier generation in the future.   Keywords: Overcoming Stress, Stress, Academic Stress.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Permasalahan sampah masih menjadi isu lingkungan yang dihadapi masyarakat Desa Cikedung, Kecamatan Cikedung, Kabupaten Indramayu, khususnya rendahnya kesadaran pengelolaan sampah sejak usia dini. Berdasarkan hasil observasi lapangan, ditemukan kebiasaan membuang sampah sembarangan di lingkungan sekolah dan tingginya penggunaan sampah plastik. Kondisi tersebut menunjukkan perlunya upaya edukatif yang terarah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan perilaku peduli lingkungan pada anak-anak sekolah dasar. PKM ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi tentang kesadaran siswa sekolah dasar untuk memelihara lingkungan yang sehat serta pengolahan  sampah plastik menjadi barang yang berguna. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini menggunakan pendekatan edukatif, partisipatif, dan aplikatif melalui kegiatan sosialisasi pengelolaan sampah, edukasi interaktif berbasis permainan, serta workshop daur ulang botol plastik menjadi tempat pensil. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman siswa mengenai jenis-jenis sampah, konsep 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle), serta pentingnya pemanfaatan kembali sampah menjadi barang bernilai guna. Antusiasme dan partisipasi aktif siswa selama kegiatan berlangsung menunjukkan bahwa program CERIA efektif sebagai media edukasi lingkungan hidup di tingkat sekolah dasar. Setelah dilakukan edukasi ini ada peningkatan dari hasil pre dan pos-test, yang tadinya 75 % menjadi 80%, memahami cara memelihara lingkungan yang sehat serta bagaimana pengolahan sampah yang baik terutama sampah plastik. Untuk kepala sekolah diharapkan program ini bisa dilanjutkan agar anak anak sekolah dasar dapat meningkatkan kesadaran tentang pentingnya kesehatan lingkungan serta dapat dilakukan setiap jumat bersih. Untuk pengelolaan sampah bisa dilakukan pada kegiatan ekstra kurikuler. Untuk peneliti selanjutnya dapat meneliti tentang inovasi pengelolaan sampah selain sampah plastik. Kata Kunci: Daur Ulang Sampah Plastik, Edukasi, Lingkungan Sehat.  ABSTRACT The issue of waste remains an environmental problem faced by the community of Cikedung Village, Cikedung District, Indramayu Regency, particularly the low awareness of waste management from an early age. Based on field observations, a habit of littering in the school environment and high plastic waste usage were found. These conditions indicate the need for targeted educational efforts to enhance understanding and environmentally conscious behavior among elementary school children. This community service program aims to educate elementary school students about the importance of maintaining a healthy environment and processing plastic waste into useful items. The implementation of this activity uses an educational, participatory, and applicative approach thru waste management socialization activities, interactive education based on games, and workshops on recycling plastic bottles into pencil cases. The results of the activities show an increase in students' understanding of the types of waste, the 3R concept (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle), and the importance of repurposing waste into useful items. The enthusiasm and active participation of the students during the activities indicate that the CERIA program is effective as a medium for environmental education at the elementary school level. After this education was conducted, there was an increase in the pre and post-test results, from 75% to 80%, in understanding how to maintain a healthy environment and how to properly manage waste, especially plastic waste. For the principal, it is hoped that this program can be continued so that elementary school children can increase their awareness of the importance of environmental health and it can be carried out every clean Friday. For waste management, it can be conducted as part of extracurricular activities. For future researchers, they can study innovations in waste management beyond plastic waste. Keywords: Plastic Waste Recycling, Education, Healthy Environment.

Abstract

Schizophrenia can cause negative symptoms such as delusions, hallucinations, disorganized speech or behavior, and impaired cognitive abilities. So that many people with schizophrenia get stigma from their families and society. This makes people with schizophrenia experience chronic low self-esteem, that is, they feel they are worthless and do not have any talents or abilities. One of the non-pharmacological therapies to reduce chronic low self-esteem is gratitude therapy. The purpose of writing this case study is to illustrate the giving of gratitude therapy to chronic low self-esteem in schizophrenic patients. This research uses a sample of patients who are being treated at a mental rehabilitation house. The patient in this case study was diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia and experienced chronic low self-esteem, characterized by patients who are difficult to communicate with and say they are worthless. This study used a case study descriptive method in patients with schizophrenia with chronic low self-esteem. After being given the gratitude therapy intervention for 5 days and interspersed with several interventions, namely yoga and butterfly hugs, the patient seemed to be more cheerful and active. This is evidenced by the patient looking willing and inviting other people to communicate, and starting to be confident to appear in front of others. Gratitude therapy can reduce chronic low self-esteem in schizophrenic patients. Therefore, giving gratitude therapy interventions is recommended for health workers, especially the psychiatric nursing team as a non-pharmacological intervention in reducing chronic low self-esteem in schizophrenic patients. Suggestions for further research, so that you can apply gratitude therapy interventions with more samples and carry out follow-ups in sufficient time. So it is hoped that in the future more and more nurses will use gratitude therapy interventions as evidence-based practice to overcome chronic low self-esteem in patients with mental health problems.
