Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mendorong peningkatan penggunaan media sosial di kalangan remaja, yang membawa dampak positif sekaligus tantangan baru terhadap perkembangan sosial dan emosional mereka. Penyuluhan literasi digital ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran siswa SMK Multi Mekanik Masmur tentang penggunaan media sosial secara bijak, aman, dan bertanggung jawab. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan melalui pendekatan partisipatif yang melibatkan presentasi interaktif, diskusi, quiz, dan mini games. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa siswa sangat antusias mengikuti penyuluhan dan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman terhadap isu-isu literasi digital, seperti privasi daring, risiko cyberbullying, dan pentingnya etika dalam bermedia sosial. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah perlunya program literasi digital berkelanjutan yang melibatkan kolaborasi antara sekolah, orang tua, dan komunitas, guna membentuk generasi muda yang cerdas digital dan beretika.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), Earning Per Share (EPS), Return on Equity (ROE) dan Debt Equity Ratio (DER) terhadap Nilai Saham baik secara parsial dan simultan pada Perusahaan terdaftar LQ-45 periode Tahun 2020 sampai dengan 2024. Sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling total jumlah sampel yang diteliti sebanyak 120 observasi selama lima tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel EPS berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai saham namun untuk variabel DPR, ROE, dan DER tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai saham. Terdapat nilai F hitung 36,771 > F Tabel 2,46 dan nilai adjusted R Square 56,1% sehingga sisanya 43,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

The enactment of Law Number 6 of 2023, concerning the Stipulation of Government Regulations in Lieu of Law Number 2 of 2022 on Job Creation, introduced the Individual Company as a legal entity designed to empower Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs). This provision enables the establishment of a company by a single individual, a departure from the traditional requirement of at least two shareholders. The Job Creation Law, supported by Government Regulation Number 8 of 2021, outlines that an Individual Company is created through a Statement of Establishment, without the need for a Notary Deed, in line with the provisions for MSEs as stipulated in Government Regulation Number 7 of 2021. However, this legal framework creates challenges when an Individual Company exceeds the MSE criteria or gains more than one shareholder. In such cases, the company must transition into a Limited Liability Company (LLC), a process that requires the drafting of a notary deed and registration through the Ministry of Law and Human Rights’ online AHU system. This research focuses on advocating for legal certainty in the status transition of Individual Companies to Limited Liability Companies, which currently involves the dissolution of the original entity before the new LLC can be formed. The lack of a clear, comprehensive legal mechanism for this transition causes significant legal uncertainty. This paper examines the gaps in the existing legal framework and proposes solutions to streamline the conversion process, eliminating the need for dissolution. By advocating for legal certainty in the status transition, this research contributes to the broader discourse on improving the General Legal Administration system, ensuring that the legal status of businesses aligns with their evolving needs, and facilitating smoother business expansion and growth.

Abstract

The rapid growth of online lending platforms in Indonesia has introduced significant challenges, particularly regarding predatory lending practices, lack of consumer awareness, and insufficient regulatory oversight. These challenges have raised concerns about consumer protection, the exploitation of borrowers, and the need for stronger legal frameworks to ensure fair and transparent lending practices. This paper explores the key legal and regulatory actions necessary to address these pressing issues. It examines the role of Indonesia's Financial Services Authority (OJK) in regulating online lenders and proposes potential improvements in licensing, supervision, and enforcement. The paper also suggests the introduction of clearer lending standards, such as interest rate caps and transparent fee structures, alongside stronger consumer protection laws to prevent harassment and over-indebtedness. Data privacy and security concerns are addressed, with a call for more robust protections around borrower data. Additionally, the paper advocates for financial literacy programs to empower borrowers with the knowledge to make informed decisions. The research contributes to the existing body of knowledge by providing an in-depth analysis of the legal gaps within Indonesia’s online lending market, offering comparative insights from other countries like India and the Philippines, and proposing actionable legal solutions. It also emphasizes the importance of integrating technology into the regulatory process to enhance oversight and consumer protection. Ultimately, this study aims to inform policymakers, regulators, and stakeholders in Indonesia’s fintech industry about the necessary legal reforms to create a more transparent, equitable, and secure online lending environment.

Abstract

This study primarily aims to identify the consumer protection portal application based on POJK RI No. 31 /Pojk.07/2020 and, secondary, how the Financial Services Authority may settle consumer disputes and safeguard customers in the financial services industry. The need for this research is urgent since it is the first to address consumer protection in the financial services industry, consumer protection portal applications, and Financial Services Authority consumer dispute resolution. The normative juridical technique is the research methodology used in this study. The explanation above leads one to conclude that Law No. 21 of 2011 establishing the Financial Services Authority's mission is why the consumer protection portal application is available. In the financial services industry, disputes are settled either out-of-court or via the Financial Services Institution first if a settlement cannot be achieved. The recommendations state that, because APPK is still used generically, an upgrade to the system is required to maximize the application of legal protection through the principles of information openness and transparency.   Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari bagaimana portal perlindungan konsumen digunakan sesuai dengan POJK RI No. 31 /Pojk.07/2020, dan bagaimana perlindungan konsumen di Sektor Jasa Keuangan dan Penyelesaian Sengketa Konsumen Oleh Otoritas Jasa Keuangan. Penelitian ini sangat penting karena penelitian sebelumnya belum membahas topik ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan yuridis normatif. Adapun kesimpulan dari diskusi di atas, undang-undang No. 21 tahun 2011 tentang Otoritas Jasa Keuangan memungkinkan portal perlindungan konsumen. Jika sengketa di sektor jasa keuangan tidak diselesaikan melalui Lembaga Jasa Keuangan, mereka akan dilanjutkan dengan penyelesaian di pengadilan atau di luar pengadilan. Rekomendasi mengenai praktik APPK masih banyak digunakan, dan sistem harus diperbarui untuk memaksimalkan penerapan perlindungan hukum melalui prinsip keterbukaan dan transparansi informasi.

Abstract

In accordance with the Constitutional Court's decision Number 97/PUU-XI/2013, the Constitutional Court is no longer empowered to adjudicate disputes regarding regional election results, as Article 236 C of Law Number 12 of 2008 is deemed inconsistent with the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. In response to the Constitutional Court's ruling, Law Number 8 of 2015 was enacted, which designates a specialised judicial body as the authority for resolving disputes about regional head election results in Article 157. The objective of this study was to determine whether a state institution is suitable for adjudicating disputes regarding the outcomes of regional head elections in the future. This study employed a normative legal research methodology, utilising secondary sources and analysing them through qualitative descriptive techniques. The findings of this analysis indicate that the creation of a specialised judicial entity to adjudicate election result disputes is the optimal resolution to the legal issues that arise. To avoid generating additional issues with the establishment of new state organisations and to enhance efficiency, the body responsible for adjudicating disputes about regional head election outcomes would henceforth be Bawaslu. The present Bawaslu has evolved into an entity tasked with a specific judicial duty, namely adjudicating complaints about regional election results as stipulated in Article 157 of Law Number 10 of 2016 concerning the Election of Governors, Regents, and Mayors

Abstract

Nagari Jawi-Jawi is one area that has a very rich artistic, cultural and literary potential. This is evidenced by the stretching of the activities of cultural arts centers which are held almost every month. To become a developed Cultural Village and tourism destination, there should be attention from the local government, universities, and the private sector to develop its potential. The target to be achieved from the implementation of this program for the people of Nagari Jawi-Jawi, is Services and Training. The approach to help partners, in this case Nagari Jawi Jawi in the effort to be Cultural Village, is conducted in form of counseling and training carried out by the method of lecture and demonstration.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kualitas produk dan citra merek (brand image) terhadap keputusan pembelian sepatu converse di Tigaraksa Kabupaten Tangerang baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode non probability sampling. Sampel yang diambil dari populasi tersebut adalah komunitas pengguna sepatu Converse di Tigaraksa Kabupaten Tangerang yang berjumlah 97 orang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan skala likert dan data kuesioner yang diujikan pada statistik dengan versi 18. Metode analisa yang dipakai yaitu uji instrument, uji asumsi klasik, uji koefisien korelasi, uji koefisien determinasi, uji regresi linier dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji-t (parsial) dan uji-f (simultan). Hasil pada pengujian yaitu variabel kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 65,9%, citra merek (brand image) terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 67,3%, sedangkan secara simultan pengaruh kualitas produk dan citra merek (brand image) terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 77,2%. Adapun uji t dan uji f kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian 13,559 > 1,661, citra merek (brand image) terhadap keputusan pembelian 13,997 > 1,661, sedangkan uji f simultan 158,767 > 2,36. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan peneliti dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara uji t dan uji f kualitas produk dan citra merek (brand image) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Abstrak Pada prinsipnya peneilitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui serta memahami terwujudnya iktikad baik dalam pelaksanaan restrukturisasi kredit pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Iktikad baik itu sendiri merupakan suatu tindakan serta niatan yang diwujudkan serta dituangkan melalui tindakan-tindakan yang responsive, positif, dan bertanggung jawab, sehingga seluruh tujuan awal dari kredit antara para pihak dapat tercapai dan terlaksana dengan baik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu yuridis normative yang memfokuskan terhadap hukum positif berdasarkan peraturan-peraturan, jurnal-jurnal, buku-buku yang secara langsung berkaitan dengan penelitian ini. Hasil kajian penelitian ini diharapkan berguna untuk mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa serta berdampak langsung terhadap dunia perkreditan. Abstract In principle, this research aims to identify and understand the realization of good faith in the implementation of credit restructuring during the Covid-19 pandemic. Good faith itself is an action and intention that is realized and poured through responsive, positive, and responsible actions, so that all the initial goals of credit between the parties can be achieved and carried out properly. The method used in this research is normative juridical which focuses on positive law based on regulations, journals, books that are directly related to this research. The results of this research study are expected to be useful for the intellectual life of the nation and have a direct impact on the world of credit.

Abstract

Desa Pete adalah salah satu daerah di kecamatan Tigaraksa yang memiliki berbagai macam kearifan lokal dan usaha masyarakat. Banyak usaha masyarakat di desa Pete yang belum memiliki nomor ijin berusaha (NIB) sebagai legalitas usaha. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan pendampingan pembuatan NIB kepada para pelaku usaha di Desa Pete agar mereka memiliki legalitas usaha yang jelas dan dapat menjalankan usaha dengan nyaman dan aman. Kegiatan pendampingan dilakukan di Bum Desa Pema Bersama yang diikuti oleh para pelaku usaha yang tergabung dalam anggota inkubasi usaha masyarakat. Narasumber kegiatan adalah dosen Universitas Insan Pembangunan Indonesia dan sebagai pendamping kegiatan adalah dosen sebanyak 26 orang dimana satu orang didampingi oleh satu sampai dua orang dosen. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pemahaman dan pembuatan NIB sebagai legalitas. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan metode ceramah dan praktek langsung. Monitoring dan evaluasi dilakukan setelah kegiatan selesai dengan memberikan pertanyaan kepada peserta dan semua peserta mengatakan bahwa kegiatan ini sangat membantu para pelaku usaha di Desa Pete. Kelanjutan kegiatan kedepannya akan dilakukan pelatihan, pendampingan dan sosialisi mengenai pachaging, Haki, dan terakhir ditutup dengan pameran produk UMKM desa Pete.
