Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis disparitas pembangunan ekonomi dan hubungannya dengan investasi di Provinsi Jambi tahun 2002 – 2014. ketimpangan antardaerah menunjukkan terjadinya perbedaan tingkat pembangunan tingkat kesejahteraan. Ketimpangan antar daerah sering kali menjadi permasalahan serius. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yaitu data runtut waktu (Time Series) dari tahun 2002 - 2014. Berdasarkan Model Indeks Williamson, maka diketahui Di Provinsi Jambi pemerataan pembangunan Berada antara 0,341 – 0,566, bahwa ketimpangan di Provinsi Jambi tergolong menegah Berdasarkan hasil uji korelasi Person menunjukkan hubungun yang cukup lemah antara variabel disparitas dengan PMDN, dengan arah positif, peningkatan PMA menyebabkan peningkatan disparitas pembangunan ekonomi di Provinsi Jambi, namun, berdasarkan nilai signifikansi hasilnya tidak ada korelasi antara PMDN dan PMA. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan bahwa: (1) menganalisis pengaruh nilai tukar rupiah per US$ dan ekspor terhadap Penanaman Modal Asing di Indonesia; dan (2) menganalisis pengaruh Penanaman Modal Asing terhadap nilai tukar rupiah per US$. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda dan regresi linier sederhana, uji F untuk pengujian secara simultan dan uji t untuk pengujian secara parsial. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa: (1) secara simultan nilai tukar rupiah per US$ dan ekspor secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Penanaman Modal Asing di Indonesia, dan secara parsial nilai tukar rupiah per US$ dan ekspor juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Penanaman Modal Asing di Indonesia; (2) secara parsial Penanaman Modal Asing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai tukar rupiah per US$. This study (1) to obtain an overview of the characteristics of customers choosing conventional banks and Islamic banks in the city of Jambi. (2) to find out and analyze what factors influence the customer to choose at a conventional bank in the city of Jambi. (3) to find out and analyze what factors influence the customers to choose the Islamic Bank in the City of Jambi.Based on the results of data analysis, (1) Most of the customer respondents chose conventional banks and syaraih banks participating in this study were male sex as many as 97 respondents. Judging from the most recent training, the Diploma was 45 people. The marital status of the most married is 101 respondents.. The income characteristics of 1,000,000-5,000,000 are 63 respondents. The old characteristics of being a customer of 5-10 years as many as 53 respondents. 2) Based on the results of the study that the variables of knowledge, religious, reputation and service have a significant effect on customers choosing conventional banks while products and promotions have no effect on customers choosing conventional banks. (3) Based on the results of research that the product, promotion, religious and reputation variables have a significant effect on customers choosing Islamic banks while knowledge and services have no effect on customers choosing Islamic banks.

This study aims to: 1) To analyze the development of grant spending and social assistance spending on poverty levels through economic growth in Jambi City during 2001-2019. 2) To analyze the effect of grant spending and social assistance spending on economic growth in Jambi City during 2001-2019. 2019.3) To analyze the effect of grant spending and social assistance spending on poverty levels through economic growth in Jambi City during 2001-2019. The research model used in this study is the Path Analysis model. The contribution of the influence of Grant Expenditure and Social Aid Expenditure on Economic Growth in Jambi City during the period 2001-2019 simultaneously has an effect on economic growth. While partially the two independent variables, namely grant spending has a negative effect on economic growth and the social assistance expenditure variable has a positive and significant impact on economic growth in Jambi City.The contribution of the influence of Grant Expenditure and Social Aid Expenditure on the poverty level through economic growth in Jambi City during the period 2001-2019 can be concluded that the independent variables of Grant Expenditure and Social Aid Expenditure simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the poverty level through the intervening variable, namely economic growth.

This study aims to: (1) To analyze the long-term and short-term relationship between economic growth, government spending and human development index in districts/cities in Jambi Province. (2) To analyze the causal relationship between economic growth, government spending and human development index in regencies/cities in Jambi Province. The data used is panel data from 11 districts/cities in Jambi Province during the period 2010-2020. Analysis of the data used is the Panel Vector Error Correction Model (PVECM) and the Granger panel causality test. The results of the study conclude that: (1) There is a positive long-term relationship between the human development index, government spending on education and health on economic growth. In the short term, there is a negative relationship between economic growth, spending on education and health on the human development index. Then there is a positive relationship between government education and health and economic growth. (2) Causality test Granger's results state that there is a two-way causality between economic growth and the human development index, then between government competition and HDI. Furthermore, there is a one-way causality (unidirectional causality) between the government contest and economic growth.

This study analyzes how the case method improves learning innovation among students by improving critical thinking skills in International trade technique. This is motivated by the large number of students with various problems related to the ability to be critical and active in each lecture. Therefore, towards students' critical thinking skills in international trade engineering courses through the application of a discussion-based participatory learning model to solve cases or problems or case-based methods. The design used in this study is a One-Shot Case Study experimental design. Where in the implementation of the International trade technique course, students of the Development Economics Study Program use learning using the case method. After observing the results in the form of students' critical thinking skills in class, it can be seen that there is a student's desire to help sharpen, think critically, conduct discussions, communicate with friends and lecturers in solving problems that are appointed as case studies. The results of this study indicate that through the application of the case method learning model or case study it is able to encourage students' creative and critical thinking skills in solving cases from various different points of view so as to bring up the best solution.

The purpose of this study is to try a method that is useful for improving students ' critical thinking skills towards students surrounding problems, the method is a case study method. Students can actualize and practice Microeconomics 1 in analyzing markets types well. With the learning outcomes of this course , the implementation of the Semester Learning Plans (RPS) with the Outcomes Based Education (OBE) model in the Development Economics study program, Faculty of Economics and Business, will be even better in the future . For this reason , it is necessary to change the OBE- based course learning system with a project-based learning approaches in the form of a case method outside the classroom. Microeconomics 1 course, in fact, encounter many problems , namely , in general, students perceive the subject of supplies and demand relations US boring and less attractive to students. In addition, students are less capable to express opinions systematic both orally and in writing and students are also less accustomed to differing opinion , debating and making the best decisions for themselves and others . The results of the analysis of the findings prove that the use of the cases study method in the micro economics relations course can improve students ' critical thinking skills , the cases study method can increase students enthusiasm in attending supplies and demand relations courses, and the use of the case studies method can create a democracy atmosphere in international relations course.

This study aims to analyze the development of Gross Regional Domestic Product, Capital Expenditure, Population Growth and Investment in Jambi Province in 2000-2019, analyze the Effect of Capital Expenditure, Population Growth and Investment on Gross Regional Domestic Product in Jambi Province in 2000-2019. The data used in this study is secondary data with the type of Time series 2000-2019 data originating from the Central Statistics Agency. This study uses the Error Correction Model Analysis, and by using the E-Views 8.0 tool. The research variable is stationary in the second difference test, then the long-term estimation shows that the variables of capital expenditure, population growth and investment have a significant effect on gross regional domestic product. While the results of the short-term estimation of capital expenditure and investment variables have a significant effect on gross regional domestic product, but population growth does not have a significant effect on gross regional domestic product, this is because in the short term new born residents and new residents have not carried out economic activities in new places so they do not affect the gross regional domestic product in the short run.

This study aims to analyze the development of interest rates, exchange rates, economic growth and government spending in Indonesia in 1990-2020. To analyze the effect of Exchange Rates, Economic Growth, and Government Expenditures on Interest Rates in Indonesia in 1990-2020. The data used in this study is secondary data which was analyzed using the Eviews tool, with the Error Correction Model analysis method. During the period 1990-2020. Based on the results of testing interest rates in Indonesia during the period 1990-2020 using the ECM method, the results show that simultaneously in the long and short term, the variables of Exchange, PE, and Government Expenditures have a significant effect on Interest Rates. Meanwhile, based on the partial test results in the long term, economic growth has a significant effect on interest rates in Indonesia. The exchange rate variable partially in the long term and short term has a significant effect on interest rates, while the Indonesian government's spending in the long term period 1990-2020 has a significant effect, and the short term is not significant.
