Penelitian ini menganalisis sentimen ulasan pengguna aplikasi Blibli dengan metode Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers (BERT). Analisis mencakup tiga aspek utama: usable, valuable, dan credible. Dataset diperoleh dari Google Play Store melalui proses scraping. Pra-pemrosesan data dilakukan dengan menghapus tanda baca, mengubah teks menjadi lowercase, dan menghilangkan stopwords. Pelabelan aspek menggunakan kombinasi model BERT dan KMeans clustering, serta validasi semantik. Hasil menunjukkan konfigurasi terbaik diperoleh pada learning rate 5e-6 dan batch size 128 dengan akurasi 97,27%, F1-score 96,46%, dan nilai loss 0,1328. Aspek credible memiliki sentimen positif tertinggi (86,4%), diikuti aspek valuable (92,3%), sedangkan aspek usable menunjukkan distribusi sentimen yang lebih seimbang. Penelitian ini membantu Blibli meningkatkan kualitas layanan berdasarkan persepsi pengguna. Kata kunci: analisis sentimen, ulasan pengguna, BERT, KMeans clustering, learning rate, batch size, usable, valuable, credible.

The entrance selection test is the starting gate to find out the ability of prospective students. Student performance, measured by the Academic Achievement Index and the length of study, are two factors that measure the quality of a department or faculty. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the effect of the entrance test results on student performance. The Faculty of Computer Science at Brawijaya University has various types of tests that prospective students must take in order to be accepted into the Computer Science Master's Program. Broadly speaking, these types of tests consist of Interview Tests, Academic Potential Tests, TOEFL Tests, Field Ability Tests, Psychological Tests, and S1 GPA. Regression analysis using the Multiple Linear Regression method is applied in the first 4 semesters of lectures. Tests conducted on the regression model resulted in a Mean Square Error value of 0.0321 in the first semester, 0.0273 in the second semester, 0.015 in the third semester, and 0.031 in the fourth semester, and 1.5301 for the graduation semester. While the K- Fold Cross Validation score resulted in a score of -0.044 in the 1st semester, 0.2838 in the second semester, 0.9037 in the third semester, and 0.9011 in the fourth semester, and -0.2786 in the graduation semester. In addition, dashboard visualization gets an average score of 68.33, which means it can be accepted and can be used by the Academic Team for the Master's Program in Computer Science at Brawijaya University.

One of the e-commerce in Indonesia is Shopee. Feedback from users is needed to improve the quality of e-commerce services and user satisfaction. This research process includes data scraping, labeling, text pre-processing, TF-IDF, aspect, and sentiment classification. The novelty of this research is using the SVM method with SGD to classify Indonesian language application reviews based on aspect categories consisting of 7 dimensions of service quality and sentiment so that the website created in this research can display the aspects and sentiments of the input reviews. This research also builds an Indonesian normalization dictionary to optimize the terms used to increase model accuracy. The test in aspect classification resulted in a precision value of 90%, recall of 88.73%, accuracy of 88.57%, and f1-score of 89%. Meanwhile, the sentiment classification resulted in a precision value of 96.15%, recall of 91.91%, accuracy of 94.28%, and f1-score of 93.98%. In addition, the test results (accuracy, f1-score, precision, recall) show that the lemmatization process is better than stemming and term weighting using the TF-IDF method is better than other methods (raw-term frequency, log-frequency weighting, binary-term weighting).

Studentsâ€™ learning process analysis normally involves massive amount of data. This study explores the pattern and relationship of studentsâ€™ learning process data in an interactive learning media to identify their learning process patterns to ease the needs of sophisticated data analysis for class instructors and educational researchers. This study focuses on the development of a web-based software application that creates a visual representation of studentsâ€™ learning process in a learning media. The result of this software is a visualization of studentsâ€™ activity sequence. This result is then used to infer studentsâ€™ learning patterns as well as identifying their learning behavior and to create a better feedback via the learning instructors. As a case study, this research uses the data log of Monsakun, a digital learning environment that focuses on the subject of mathematic for grade school students on the topic of arithmetic using story-based question and problem-posing approach. Investigation result shows four distinct learning activity patterns which are: smart pattern, adventure pattern, peer pattern and cyclic pattern. Each pattern requires different feedback to optimize learning progression, by using this web-based application, appropriate feedback to specific learning pattern is then applied to each student based on its learning activity pattern.

Landslides is the top rank disaster in the number of incidents in Batu City. Currently, the handling of landslides in Batu City still lack preparation in preparedness phase. In preparedness phase, as an early step before a landslide take place, need a systematic disaster management. The disaster management refers to the use of a framework as a guideline to understand disasters that will occur. Batu City have developed a framework as a guideline for landslide management, but the quality and maturity are questionable. Therefore, this study proposes an evaluation of conceptual framework for landslides natural disaster management. The specific objective is to know the quality of proposed framework, find the weakness and strength. Evaluation is held by using featured based analysis which using seven criteria i.e. background, goal, model, content, legitimation, implementation and contribution. The result shows that the framework Â is feasible to use as a guideline to manage the landslide management in preparedness phase in Batu City.

One of the most fatal natural disasters in Batu City was a landslide. The percentage of casualties if directly affected by landslides is 47%. This number is quite large when compared to other natural disasters. Even though the potential of the tsunami is the biggest, when compared to the intensity of the occurrence, landslides are the most common and most often cause fatalities. One of the causes of many fatalities in natural disasters is the lack of preparedness management. For that reason the need to develop a technology that can support to reduce fatalities in landslides is needed. One of the technologies used to prevent the number of fatalities caused by natural disasters is to use multi-agent system. One of the advantages of an agent is use Belief-Desire-Intention (BDI) models for building the Muiti-Agent Systems (MAS). The specific objective of this study was to model a simulated natural disaster landslide using the Prometheus Methodology. Evaluation is done by generating a model using jackCode and implementing it using the Java Agent Development Framework. The results of this study indicate that a model made using the Prometheus Methodology can be used as a simulation of natural disaster preparedness for landslides.
