Abstract

The Special Capital Region of Jakarta, located on the north coast of Java Island, is a low-lying sedimentary area crossed by 13 rivers, making it highly vulnerable to flooding from river overflows and sea level rise intensified by climate change. Flooding has been a persistent issue since the Dutch colonial era, driven by rapid urban growth, inadequate development management, the emergence of slums, and poor water resource management. Major floods occurred in 2002 and 2007, and annual floods continued until 2020. Several key factors contribute to flooding, including slope, rainfall, and land cover, while in West Jakarta the problem is further exacerbated by land subsidence and sea level rise. To address this, a flood vulnerability analysis was carried out using a GIS-based multi-criteria analysis approach. Unlike the BNPB reference, which considers only slope, rainfall, and land cover, this study incorporated six parameters: land cover, rainfall, drainage density, slope, land subsidence, and sea level rise. Each parameter was weighted based on its contribution to flooding risk, and spatial data were processed through overlay and reclassification to produce a flood vulnerability map. The results categorize West Jakarta into four classes: Not Vulnerable, Slightly Vulnerable, Vulnerable, and Highly Vulnerable. The majority of the area falls into Not Vulnerable (39.62%) and Slightly Vulnerable (36.30%), while only Kembangan District is dominated by the Highly Vulnerable category. Validation was conducted by comparing the vulnerability map with historical flood data from 2016 to 2023. The comparison shows a strong positive correlation between mapped vulnerability levels and the frequency of actual flood events. This alignment confirms the validity of the method and highlights its value for improving flood risk management and mitigation planning in West Jakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of group counseling services using the assertive training technique in improving the self-confidence of tenth-grade students at SMA Negeri 6 Pandeglang in the 2025/2026 academic year. Self-confidence is an individual's belief in their ability to face various situations and challenges. This research employed a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method using a nonequivalent control group design. The sample consisted of 20 students divided into experimental and control groups. The experimental group received group counseling treatment using the assertive training technique, while the control group received no treatment. The self-confidence questionnaire used had a reliability coefficient of 0.958. Data were analyzed through normality, homogeneity, and t-tests. The results showed a significance value of Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.000 < 0.05, indicating a significant difference between the experimental and control groups. Therefore, the assertive training technique is effective in improving students’ self-confidence.

Abstract

Learning motivation is the drive from both internal and external sources of students that makes them enthusiastic about learning, striving to achieve achievements, and able to overcome obstacles in the learning process. The research design used in this study is the "One Group Pretest-Posttest Design." This study aims to determine the effect of group guidance strategies using self-management techniques on increasing the learning motivation of eleventh-grade students at SMA Negeri 6 Pandeglang for the 2025/2026 academic year. The population in this study consists of eleventh-grade students at SMA Negeri 6 Pandeglang, sample in this study consisted of 79 students who were given a learning motivation questionnaire; the selected students for the experimental group then received treatment with group guidance using self-management techniques. The data collection technique used was a learning motivation questionnaire prepared by the researcher, while the data analysis technique employed normality tests, homogeneity tests, and T-tests. The research results showed that after the treatment, there was a difference in the average pretest and posttest scores. Hypothesis testing using the T-test results yielded a sig (2-tailed) value of 0.001 < 0.05, which means Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. This proves that there is a significant difference in learning motivation before and after the treatment. Therefore, students' learning motivation increased after being provided with group guidance services using the self-management technique to enhance students' learning motivation. Abstract

This study aimed to assess the validity and effectiveness of a Teaching Factory (TEFA) model based on scientific creativity in enhancing students’ soft skills and fostering sustainable entrepreneurship. The TEFA approach was validated through expert evaluations and tested through two production processes involving 15 university students. The research focused on improving soft skills such as communication, teamwork, creativity, leadership, and time management, alongside sustainable entrepreneurship skills like opportunity identification, resource utilization, and entrepreneurial action. Data were collected using observation sheets and analyzed through descriptive statistics and ANOVA to compare students' performance across the two production processes. The results showed significant improvements in students' soft skills and sustainable entrepreneurship, with the TEFA approach based on scientific creativity proving highly effective. Average soft skill scores increased from "Poor" to "Good" after the intervention, and similar improvements were observed in sustainable entrepreneurship scores. The structured pedagogical cycle employed—encompassing need identification, curriculum development, implementation, evaluation, and reflection—successfully bridged the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application in entrepreneurship education. However, a limitation of the study was its small sample size, indicating the need for further research with larger and more diverse populations. These findings suggest that the TEFA approach based on scientific creativity can be a valuable addition to university entrepreneurship programs, better preparing students for the challenges of the global business landscape.

Abstract

Pelayanan kesehatan publik merupakan salah satu bentuk pelayanan dasar yang menjadi tanggung jawab pemerintah dalam mewujudkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Tingkat kepuasan masyarakat terhadap pelayanan kesehatan menjadi indikator penting dalam menilai kualitas pelayanan serta keberhasilan penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik.. Hal ini karena masih adanya kesenjangan antara harapan dan persepsi masyarakat terhadap pelayanan menjadi indikator penting dalam mengevaluasi mutu layanan . Perspektif pasien juga menunjukkan bahwa aspek empati, komunikasi, dan profesionalisme tenaga kesehatan berkontribusi signifikan terhadap kepuasan layanan . Oleh karena itu, peningkatan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan publik harus dilakukan secara komprehensif melalui perbaikan sistem pelayanan, peningkatan kompetensi sumber daya manusia, serta penguatan sarana prasarana guna meningkatkan kepuasan masyarakat secara berkelanjutan.Metode dan material: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Sumber yang digunakan adalah Google Scholar dengan menggunakan kata kunci pencarian adalah kepuasan masyarakat, pelayanan kesehatan publik, mutu pelayanan. Hasil penelitian: penelitian ini ingin mengetahui kepuasan masyarakat terhadap pelayanan kesehatan publik.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan informasi secara jelas pengaruh model inkuiri terbimbing terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa pada matakuliah Teknik penulisan karya ilmiah dan untuk mengetahui respon mahasiswa terhadap penggunaan model inkuiri terbimbing. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa semester 4 Undikma Mataram dan sampel penelitian ini kelas E dan F. Kelas 30 orang dan kelas F berjumlah 28 orang. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa tes tulis dan angket, kemudian data tersebut dianalisis melalui SPSS untuk uji normalitas data dan manual untuk uji homogenitas dan hipotesis. Hasil uji statistik ditemukan bahwa thitung > ttabel yaitu 3,50 > 1,67 dengan demikian Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh model inkuiri terbimbing terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dan siswa memberikan tanggapan yang positif terhadap model inkuiri terbimbing dengan rata-rata persentase setuju 64,92 % dan sangat setuju 29,47 %. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa model inkuiri terbimbing merupakan salah satu pembelajaran yang bagus dan efektif untuk diterapkan pada pembelajaran Teknik penulisan karya ilmiah dikarenakan mahasiswa dapat berperan aktif dan mengembangkan daya pikirnya.

Abstract

The main problem addressed in this study is the high level of communication anxiety experienced by Grade XI students, particularly when speaking in public or expressing opinions in class. This condition negatively affects students’ self-confidence, learning process, and social interactions. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of group counseling services with a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach in reducing students’ communication anxiety. The type of research used is quantitative with a quasi-experimental approach, employing a one-group pretest-posttest design. The population of this study consisted of all Grade XI students, while the sample was determined through purposive sampling, namely students with a high level of communication anxiety. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires, and analyzed using normality testing and the Wilcoxon test. The results showed a significant difference in communication anxiety scores between the pretest and posttest. The Wilcoxon test revealed a significance value of 0.007 (< 0.05), indicating that there was a meaningful reduction in communication anxiety after the treatment. Thus, the research hypothesis was accepted. In conclusion, group counseling services using the CBT approach are effective in reducing students’ communication anxiety. The implementation of this service contributes to increasing self-confidence, enhancing public speaking skills, and supporting students’ academic success.

Abstract

This study examined the effect of target-game training using Zig-Zag Goal and Bolbal Shoot on shooting accuracy in Kerembong FC futsal players. A quasi-experimental two-group pretest-posttest design was used with 30 active players divided into two training groups of 15 participants each. The intervention lasted six weeks with a frequency of three sessions per week, and shooting accuracy was measured before and after the program using a goal-target shooting test. Data were analyzed through descriptive statistics, normality and homogeneity testing, and paired-samples t-tests. The results showed that both groups improved significantly. The Zig-Zag Goal group increased from 65% at pretest to 85% at posttest, while the Bolbal Shoot group increased from 60% to 78%. Assumption tests showed that the data were normally distributed and homogeneous (p > 0.05). These findings indicate that both training methods positively affected shooting accuracy, but Zig-Zag Goal produced a larger descriptive gain. Therefore, Zig-Zag Goal can be prioritized as a more effective training alternative for improving shooting accuracy in the context of club-based futsal training. Penelitian menggunakan desain kuasi eksperimen two-group pretest-posttest dengan melibatkan 30 pemain aktif yang dibagi ke dalam dua kelompok latihan, masing-masing 15 orang. Program latihan dilaksanakan selama enam minggu dengan frekuensi tiga kali per minggu, sedangkan ketepatan shooting diukur melalui tes shooting ke sasaran sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif, uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji t berpasangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua kelompok mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan. Kelompok Zig-Zag Goal meningkat dari 65% menjadi 85%, sedangkan kelompok Bolbal Shoot meningkat dari 60% menjadi 78%. Uji prasyarat menunjukkan bahwa data berdistribusi normal dan homogen (p > 0,05). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa kedua metode latihan sama-sama memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap ketepatan shooting, tetapi Zig-Zag Goal menghasilkan peningkatan deskriptif yang lebih besar. Dengan demikian, Zig-Zag Goal dapat diprioritaskan sebagai alternatif latihan yang lebih efektif untuk meningkatkan ketepatan shooting pada konteks pembinaan futsal di klub.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of physical education teachers in the implementation of the School Health Movement (GSS) in SMP Negeri Se-Kecamatan Praya, Central Lombok, during the 2023/2024 academic year. A descriptive survey design was used, and data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 12 physical education teachers from selected schools. The results showed that the role of physical education teachers in implementing GSS was significant, with an average score of 90.58%, categorized as "Excellent". Teachers played a crucial role in promoting healthy living habits, monitoring student hygiene, and ensuring a healthy school environment. The study found that while there was a significant contribution in promoting healthy behaviors, areas such as observing student behavioral abnormalities and recognizing signs of infectious diseases still need improvement. The study suggests that physical education teachers play an essential role in fostering health and wellness in schools, contributing to the overall success of the GSS program. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran guru olahraga dalam pelaksanaan Gerakan Sekolah Sehat (GSS) di SMP Negeri Se-Kecamatan Praya, Kabupaten Lombok Tengah, pada tahun pelajaran 2023/2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain survei deskriptif, dan data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 12 guru olahraga dari sekolah yang terpilih. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran guru olahraga dalam pelaksanaan GSS sangat signifikan, dengan rata-rata skor 90,58%, yang dikategorikan dalam kategori "Baik Sekali". Guru olahraga berperan penting dalam menanamkan kebiasaan hidup sehat, mengawasi kebersihan siswa, dan memastikan lingkungan sekolah yang sehat. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa meskipun kontribusi dalam mempromosikan kebiasaan hidup sehat sangat besar, beberapa area seperti pengamatan terhadap kelainan tingkah laku siswa dan mengenali tanda-tanda penyakit menular masih perlu diperbaiki. Penelitian ini menyarankan bahwa guru olahraga memainkan peran penting dalam membina kesehatan dan kesejahteraan di sekolah, yang berkontribusi pada keberhasilan program GSS secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the role of Islamic Education (PAI) teachers in religious social activities in Payakumbuh Barat District, focusing on how PAI teachers carry out their roles within the community both directly and indirectly, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors affecting their performance. This research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach, using data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, with data validity tested using source triangulation. The findings show that PAI teachers make tangible contributions to the community's religious social activities, encompassing ten roles based on Djamarah's theory: corrector, inspirator, informant, organizer, motivator, initiator, facilitator, guide, demonstrator, and mediator. Supporting factors include community support and a religious environment, while inhibiting factors involve time constraints and administrative burdens. School and government policies also play a role, with varying views among PAI teachers regarding the scope and legitimacy of their roles beyond the classroom. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening synergy between educational institutions, the community, and government bodies to support the strategic role of PAI teachers in fostering religious development within society.
