The research was conducted to determine the effectiveness of the taxation system, trust in the government, and the perception of corruption in taxpayer compliance with taxpayer awareness as an intervening variable. The data was collected by disseminating a direct questionnaire to the Grobogan Regency MSMEs Taxpayer. This research type is quantitative with the number of respondent a total of 100 Grobogan Regency MSMEs recorded at Primary Tax Office Service in Blora. The data obtained is processed using the assistance of IBM SPSS version 25. The result of this study is that taxpayer compliance can be positively and significantly influenced by the perception of the effectiveness of the tax system and taxpayer awareness of taxpayer compliance. Still, trust in the government and corruption perception cannot influence taxpayer compliance. Taxpayer awareness can be influenced positively and significantly by the perception of the effectiveness of the tax system and trust in the government. Still, the awareness of taxpayers cannot be influenced by the perception of corruption. Taxpayer awareness can mediate the effect of the perception of the effectiveness of the taxation system and trust in the government on taxpayer compliance. In contrast, the awareness of taxpayers is unable to mediate the effect of corruption perception of taxpayer compliance.

Lembaga Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) dan Taman Kanak-Kanak (TK) „Aisyiyah Kota Pekalongan masih mengelola keuangannya dengan manual. Selain itu, dampak pandemi COVID-19 menyebabkan jumlah anak didik mengalami penurunan drastis di seluruh PAUD/TK „Aisyiyah Kota Pekalongan. Hal tersebut berimbas pada penurunan kinerja keuangan lembaga akibat rendahnya sumber pendapatan utama yang berasal dari Sumbangan Pembinaan Pendidikan (SPP). Salah satu langkah efisiensi biaya adalah para guru PAUD/TK merangkap jabatan sebagai pengelola keuangan. Sebagian besar pengelola keuangan belum menguasai bidang akuntansi, sehingga mengakibatkan lemahnya keakuratan, transparansi, akuntabilitas serta kurang efektif dan efisien dalam tata kelola keuangan lembaga. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka penulis membuat program kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berupa pelatihan laporan keuangan berbasis Microsoft Excel. Mitra yang dipilih dalam kegiatan ini adalah Majelis Pendidikan Dasar dan Menengah (Dikdasmen), „Aisyiyah kota Pekalongan dengan ruang lingkup pada lembaga PAUD/TK „Aisyiyah se-kota Pekalongan. Kegiatan pelatihan ini dilaksanakan pada hari Minggu, 17 Juli 2022 di Gedung Dakwah Aisiyah (GDA) Kota Pekalongan. Seminar pelatihan tersebut terdiri dari dua sesi. Pertama, penulis menjelaskan ilmu dasar laporan keuangan. Kedua, penulis melakukan pelatihan pembukuan keuangan dan laporan keuangan menggunakan Microsoft Excel secara garis besar. Melalui pelatihan ini akan diselenggarakan program keberlanjutannya dengan mengadakan pendampingan pelatihan lebih dekat mengenai praktik pengoperasian Microsoft excel, praktik input data keuangan sampai pembuatan laporan keuangan. Target luaran yang hendak dicapai adalah pengelola keuangan bisa bekerja lebih efektif, efisien dan akuntabel dalam menyusun pelaporan keuangan lembaga. Diharapkan keuangan PAUD/TK „Aisyiyah bisa dikelola dengan baik dan tepat sehingga terwujud lembaga yang berkualitas dan tercapai usaha-usaha „Aisyiyah menuju masyarakat madani.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan performa tiga pendekatan analisis sentimen, yaitu Naïve Bayes, Support Vector Machine (SVM), dan Indonesian Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers (IndoBERT), pada layanan IndiHome menggunakan data Twitter. Keterbatasan model tradisional melatarbelakangi penelitian ini dalam mengenali opini positif dan tantangan ketidakseimbangan data yang sering muncul dalam analisis berbasis media sosial. Data penelitian berupa 7393 tweet (Januari 2019–Agustus 2024) yang dilabeli secara manual menjadi sentimen positif dan negatif. Model dievaluasi menggunakan stratified 10-fold cross validation dan data uji, dengan penerapan teknik penanganan ketidakseimbangan berupa Synthetic Minority Oversampling Technique (SMOTE) dan pembobotan kelas (class weighting). Hasil menunjukkan IndoBERT unggul dengan akurasi 0,96 dan F1-score makro 0,95 tanpa penanganan khusus, sedangkan SVM mencapai akurasi 0,95 dengan pembobotan kelas, dan Naïve Bayes meningkat dari akurasi 0,89 menjadi 0,92 setelah SMOTE. Analisis tren sentimen menunjukkan opini negatif mendominasi, terutama terkait kecepatan dan kestabilan layanan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa IndoBERT lebih efektif dalam memahami konteks bahasa Indonesia, sementara teknik penanganan data tetap relevan untuk meningkatkan performa model tradisional. Hasil penelitian ini penting karena memberikan dasar empiris dalam pemilihan model analisis sentimen yang lebih akurat, adaptif terhadap bahasa Indonesia, dan bermanfaat dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan. This study aims to compare the performance of three sentiment analysis approaches, namely Naïve Bayes, Support Vector Machine (SVM), and Indonesian Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers (IndoBERT), on IndiHome services using Twitter data. The limitations of traditional models underlie this study in recognizing positive opinions and the challenge of data imbalance that often arises in social media based analysis. The research data consist of 7,393 tweets (January 2019–August 2024) manually labeled into positive and negative sentiments. Models were evaluated using stratified 10-fold cross validation and test data, with the application of imbalance handling techniques such as Synthetic Minority Oversampling Technique (SMOTE) and class weighting. Results show IndoBERT excels with 0.96 accuracy and 0.95 macro F1-score without special handling, while SVM reaches 0.95 accuracy with class weighting, and Naïve Bayes improves from 0.89 to 0.92 accuracy after SMOTE. Sentiment trend analysis indicates negative opinions dominate, mainly regarding speed and service stability. These findings confirm IndoBERT is more effective in understanding Indonesian context, while data handling remains relevant for improving traditional models. This study’s results are important because they offer an empirical foundation for choosing sentiment analysis models that are more accurate, adaptive to Indonesian language, and useful for improving service quality.

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Qur'ani Sidogiri Method in improving students' Qur'an reading skills at Kanzus Sholawat Islamic Boarding School, Kandang Jati Kulon, Kraksaan. This qualitative descriptive research uses a case study approach. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The findings show that the method is implemented gradually using a talaqqi system and tiered levels, requiring students to pass evaluations before advancing. This method effectively improves students' reading skills in fluency, makhraj, letter characteristics, and tajweed. Students respond positively; they feel supported, motivated, and better understand the material. Supporting factors include the talaqqi approach, progressive evaluations, and teacher motivation, while challenges include varying initial abilities. The study concludes that the Qur'ani Sidogiri Method is effective when applied adaptively and consistently in the pesantren setting.

This study aims to describe the implementation of the basic learning strategy in shaping students' morality and ethics at MA Nurul Hasan Brani Wetan, as well as to identify the obstacles encountered during its implementation. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that the basic learning strategy is applied through positive habituation, teacher role modeling, integration of values into learning, and reinforcement of Islamic-themed extracurricular activities. This strategy has proven effective in significantly enhancing students' moral and ethical awareness. However, its implementation still faces challenges, such as the lack of parental involvement, the negative influence of social media, and limited teacher capacity in managing character education. The study recommends the need for synergy between schools, families, and communities, as well as regular teacher training to optimize the implementation of value-based character development strategies.

The general purpose of this activity is to assist the PAUD unit to find out how to make website which is a medium of information dissemination and communication between paud units and related parties. With the PAUD unit website, there are several benefits, including being present in providing positive content for the public to realize a healthy internet, encouraging paud units to present positive and creative paud unit activity information, child guardians and the public can know various things about PAUD units directly, and foster public confidence in paud units. Kec.Pasarwajo there are many PAUD units both public and private. Implementation of assistance in 14 kindergartens of Pasarwajo Subdistrict. The problem does not yet have a PAUD unit website. So it is considered necessary to carry out assistance to paud units, especially in pasarwajo subdistrict. The activity begins with exposure to free website creation through wordpress and continues with direct practice assistance. The results of the activity showed that paud units in pasarwajo district of buton regency with participants of PAUD unit operators totaling 14 PAUD units in pasarwajo districts had been able to create a free website through wordpress. In addition, assistance has an impact on the spirit of operators in pasarwajo sub-district.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh mulsa plastik dan dosis petroganik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil padi beras hitam pada sistem irigasi aerobik. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah rancangan Split Plot (petak terbagi) yang terdiri dari dua faktor. Faktor pertama adalah mulsa plastik (M) sebagai petak utama yang terdiri dari (M0= tanpa mulsa plastik dan M1= menggunakan mulsa plastik). Faktor kedua adalah pupuk petroganik (P) sebagai anak petak yang terdiri dari (P0= tanpa pupuk petroganik, P1= petroganik dosis 500 kg/ha, dan P2= petroganik dosis 1000 kg/ha). Kedua faktor tersebut diperoleh enam kombinasi perlakuan, diulang tiga kali sehingga memperoleh 18 unit percobaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, mulsa plastik berpengaruh terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah malai, panjang malai, jumlah gabah berisi, dan hasil berat gabah berisi. Pupuk petroganik berpengaruh terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, akan tetapi hasil tertinggi didapatkan pada perlakuan P0 dibandingkan P1 dan P2. Interaksi terhadap mulsa plastk dan pupuk petroganik memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman padi beras hitam. Kata kunci: Padi Beras Hitam, Mulsa Plastik, Pupuk organik, Petroganik

This study aims to determine the average difference between the financial performance of PT Jasa Marga Tbk before and after go public. Type of research is descriptive research study with case study approach. Analysis of data using a quantitative approach. Variables used consisted of liquidity ratio (current ratio and cash ratio), the solvability ratio (the ratio of total equity to total assets), and the ratio of profitability (ROE and ROI). Object of study is PT. Jasa Marga Tbk periods 2004-2006 and 2008-2010. The results showed that the performance of the company did go public after experiencing a significant increase, but also decreased compared to before going public. This is evident from the ratio of solvability tend to have drastic downs after go public. While liquidity ratios and profitability ratios tended to increase after go public than before go public. This study aims to analyze the financial performance of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk which is listed on the IDX for the period 2013-2020 through its liquidity and profitability ratios. This research method uses secondary data, namely the annual financial statements of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk for the year 2013-2020 the number of research data is 26. This can be see from the result of the everage ratio as measured by a quick ratio of 1,2 times and the current ratio of 1,5 times which can be said to be less good becaused it is below the industry standard average . The average return on assets of 7% and return on equity of 14% can be said to be not good becaused they arw below the industry standard average
