Abstract

This study aims to determine the average difference between the financial performance of PT Jasa Marga Tbk before and after go public. Type of research is descriptive research study with case study approach. Analysis of data using a quantitative approach. Variables used consisted of liquidity ratio (current ratio and cash ratio), the solvability ratio (the ratio of total equity to total assets), and the ratio of profitability (ROE and ROI). Object of study is PT. Jasa Marga Tbk periods 2004-2006 and 2008-2010. The results showed that the performance of the company did go public after experiencing a significant increase, but also decreased compared to before going public. This is evident from the ratio of solvability tend to have drastic downs after go public. While liquidity ratios and profitability ratios tended to increase after go public than before go public. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial performance of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk which is listed on the IDX for the period 2013-2020 through its liquidity and profitability ratios. This research method uses secondary data, namely the annual financial statements of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk for the year 2013-2020 the number of research data is 26. This can be see from the result of the everage ratio as measured by a quick ratio of 1,2 times and the current ratio of 1,5 times which can be said to be less good becaused it is below the industry standard average . The average return on assets of 7% and return on equity of 14% can be said to be not good becaused they arw below the industry standard average

Abstract

The general purpose of this activity is to assist the PAUD unit to find out how to make website which is a medium of information dissemination and communication between paud units and related parties. With the PAUD unit website, there are several benefits, including being present in providing positive content for the public to realize a healthy internet, encouraging paud units to present positive and creative paud unit activity information, child guardians and the public can know various things about PAUD units directly, and foster public confidence in paud units. Kec.Pasarwajo there are many PAUD units both public and private. Implementation of assistance in 14 kindergartens of Pasarwajo Subdistrict. The problem does not yet have a PAUD unit website. So it is considered necessary to carry out assistance to paud units, especially in pasarwajo subdistrict.  The activity begins with exposure to free website creation through wordpress and continues with direct practice assistance. The results of the activity showed that paud units in pasarwajo district of buton regency with participants of PAUD unit operators totaling 14 PAUD units in pasarwajo districts had been able to create a free website through wordpress. In addition, assistance has an impact on the spirit of operators in pasarwajo sub-district.

Abstract

Optimizing the empowerment of Labanan Jaya village, KKN students of Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Tarbiyah Muhammadiyah Tanjung Redeb (henceforth STITM Tanjung Redeb) carry out community service to provide experiences including science, technology, art, and religion which are useful for providing direction to solve problems appropriately. In terms of economic potential, the leading sectors of Labanan Jaya village are still dominated by agriculture, trade, and plantations. Using an analysis and observation approach in the field, it is known that Labanan Jaya village has many agrotourism sites where each RT has at least 1 agro-tourism site called Dasawisma. There is even one of the Dasawisma who was able to win an award at the provincial level. Therefore, training in digital marketing was carried out to provide material related to the use of the Canva application which is very useful for society in promoting their production. Besides, KKN students of STITM Tanjung Redeb also carry out a program in education, including teaching students of kindergarten, elementary/MI, and high school/MA in Labanan Jaya village. There are also additional programs provided, namely teaching TPA children to read the Al-Qur'an and additional lessons such as Fiqh and Aqidah Akhlak.

Abstract

Pregnancy represents a profound physiological and psychological transition, often accompanied by significant discomfort, particularly during the third trimester. This discomfort, in turn, frequently triggers heightened levels of anxiety among expectant mothers. Pregnancy-related anxiety is a pervasive psychological condition, as highlighted by data from the WHO in 2015, which indicated that approximately 10% of pregnant women and 13% of postpartum women worldwide experience mental health disorders, including trauma and depression. Elevated anxiety during pregnancy poses considerable risks to both maternal and fetal health. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of self-hypnosis in reducing anxiety levels among third-trimester pregnant women. A pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest approach was applied, involving 40 pregnant women experiencing anxiety. Statistical analysis using the Wilcoxon signed-rank test revealed a significant reduction in anxiety levels following the self-hypnosis intervention (p = 0.000; p < 0.05). These findings highlight self-hypnosis as an effective, non-invasive, and accessible therapeutic approach for improving maternal psychological well-being, with potential benefits for both maternal and fetal health.

AbstractA decomposition of a graph P into a family Q consisting of isomorphic copies of a graph Q is (a,b)-Q-antimagic if there is a bijection φ:V(P)∪E(P)→{1,2,3,4…,v_P+e_P} such that for all subgraphs Q’ isomorphic to Q,   the Q-weightsφ(Q’ )=∑_(v∈V(Q^' ))▒φ(v) + ∑_(e∈E(Q^'))▒〖φ(e)〗constitute an arithmetic progression a,a + b,a + 2b,…,a + (r - 1)b where a and b are positive integers and r is the number of subgraphs of P isomorphic to Q. Abstract

Social–emotional maturity in early childhood is shaped through interactions across home and school. This study aims to examine how teachers and parents collaboratively support social–emotional development through structured communication and reinforcement. Using a qualitative descriptive design, data were collected from teachers, parents, and school leaders through interviews, observations of classroom behaviors, and analysis of communication documents. The findings show that teachers strategically initiate collaborative structures, consistent reinforcement between home and school strengthens children’s emotional regulation shown by 82% success in routine-following and 76% non-aggressive conflict resolution and communication barriers reduce the continuity of collaborative developmental support. The study contributes a model positioning teachers as drivers of collaboration, rather than passive partners, in emotional development. The practical implication suggests that schools need systematic and reciprocal communication cycles to sustain parental engagement and prevent fragmented reinforcement of emotional competencies.
