Abstract

Through the educational formal, students are expected to experience changing positive vibes. Nevertheless, many factors appeared in the process of learning. One of them is learning motivation. Following the researcher, salient factors are peer social support and students’ perceptions of teachers’ pedagogic with learning motivation. For that, the research interested to do the research. The study aimed to investigate the correlation between peer social support and students’ perception of teachers’ pedagogic with learning motivation. The statistical technique to test a hypothesis with multiple regression. The result of the analysis is proven that there was a positive correlation between peer social support and students’ perceptions on teachers’ pedagogic with learning motivation which showed that value  = .497; p= 0,000. There was a significant positive relationship between peer social support with learning motivation (r=0.527; F=57.66; p<0,01), and there was a positive significance between students’ perceptions of teacher’s pedagogic with learning motivation  (r=0,469; F=36,639; p=0,000 or p<0,01), with the effective contribution independent variable peer social support and students’ perceptions on teacher’s pedagogic with learning motivation of 27.8%. The conclusion of this research showed that there was a positive correlation between peer social support and students’ perceptions of teachers' pedagogic with learning motivation. There was a positive correlation between peer social support and students’ perceptions of teacher’s pedagogic with the learning motivation, and there was a positive significance between students’ perceptions of teacher’s pedagogic with learning motivation.Keywords: Peer Social Support, Students’ perceptions on teacher’s pedagogic, Learning motivation.  Melalui pendidikan formal, peserta didik diharapkan mengalami perubahan yang lebih positif. Namun demikian, akan ada banyak faktor yang muncul dalam proses pembelajaran. Salah satunya yaitu motivasi belajar. Menurut peneliti faktor yang dominan adalah dukungan sosial teman sebaya dan persepsi siswa terhadap cara mengajar guru. Untuk itulah peneliti tertarik untuk membuktikannya lebih lanjut. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui ada korelasi dukungan sosial teman sebaya dan persepsi siswa terhadap cara mengajar guru dengan motivasi belajar. Teknik statistik untuk menguji hipotesis dengan mengunakan regresi ganda. Hasil analisis data terbukti bahwa ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara dukungan sosial teman sebaya dan persepsi siswa terhadap cara mengajar guru dengan motivasi belajar yang  ditunjukkan oleh nilai r= 0.497; p= 0,000. Ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara dukungan sosial teman sebaya dengan motivasi belajar (r=0.527; F=57.66; p<0,01), dan ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara persepsi siswa terhadap cara mengajar guru dengan motivasi belajar (r=0,469; F=36,639; p=0,000 atau p<0,01), dengan sumbangan efektif variabel bebas dukungan sosial teman sebaya dan persepsi siswa terhadap cara mengajar guru sebesar 27,8%. Adapun kesimpulan penelitian Ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara dukungan sosial teman sebaya dan persepsi siswa terhadap cara mengajar guru dengan motivasi belajar. Ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara dukungan sosial teman sebaya dengan motivasi belajar, dan ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara persepsi siswa terhadap cara mengajar guru dengan motivasi belajar.Kata Kunci: Dukungan Sosial Teman Sebaya, Persepsi Siswa terhadap Cara Mengajar Guru, Motivasi Belajar

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana gambaran eksistensial pada penderita penyakit kronis dalam hal ini kanker. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk memberikan deskripsi mengenai studi deskriptif eksistensial pada penderita penyakit kronis (kanker). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak semua orang yang mengidap penyakit kronis dalam hal ini kanker akan kehilangan eksistensinya dalam waktu yang panjang, hal ini dapat diatasi dengan memberikan terapiutik dan juga peran serta dukungan dari keluarga untuk penderita kanker

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries which has a lot of cultures. Nowadays, multicultural education is very much a provision for students with a high level of intercultural sensitivity. In this case, an educator should has more mastery in intercultural sensitivity to actualize appropriate multicultural education for the future generation. This study aimed to know how the intercultural sensitivity of prospective teachers at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang and IAIN Curup in a quantitative approach. Then, to know how the factors underlie the intercultural sensitivity of prospective teachers in a qualitative approach. The participants in this study were 1000 prospective teachers at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang and 800 prospective teachers at IAIN Curup. The data was collected using a very precise questionnaire to get an accurate percentage toward a level of intercultural sensitivity for prospective teachers. Also, the data is continued with descriptive statistic analysis. The finding revealed that the prospective teachers of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang and IAIN Curup had the same high level of intercultural sensitivity, with the following details: the domain of interaction engagement based on 9 factors, the domain of respect for cultural differences based on 4 factors, the domain of interaction confidence based on 7 factors, the domain of interaction enjoyment based on 5 factors and the domain of interaction attentiveness based on 4 factors.

Abstract

In response to the cultural diversity in Indonesia, multicultural education is required to provide the students with a proper level of intercultural sensitivity. However, to prepare for an ideal multicultural education for future generations, teachers must undoubtedly master intercultural sensitivity, even since they are still studying in university, as prospective teachers. Therefore, this study aimed to quantitatively investigate the intercultural sensitivity of prospective teachers at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang and IAIN Curup. As a result, the portrait of prospective teachers’ intercultural sensitivity could be used as references in developing their characters as prospective multicultural educators. The respondents of this study were 1,000 prospective teachers at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang and 800 prospective teachers at IAIN Curup. The data were garnered using a structured questionnaire to obtain accurate percentages of the intercultural sensitivity level of prospective teachers. The data were then analyzed using descriptive statistics. The findings revealed that prospective teachers at the two universities had a high level of intercultural sensitivity. The research’s limitations, implications, and recommendations are provided following the data discussion and conclusion. AbstrakMenanggapi keberagaman budaya di Indonesia, pendidikan multikultural diperlukan untuk syarat dalam mempersiapkan siswa dengan kepekaan antarbudaya yang tepat. Dalam hal ini pendidik harus mempersiapkan pendidikan multikultural yang ideal bagi generasi mendatang, guru tentunya harus menguasai kepekaan antarbudaya, bahkan sejak mereka masih kuliah, sebagai calon guru. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara kuantitatif tentang kepekaan antarbudaya terhadap calon guru di UIN Raden Fatah Palembang dan IAIN Curup. Hasilnya, potret kepekaan antarbudaya calon guru bisa dijadikan acuan untuk mengembangkan karakter mereka sebagai calon pendidik multikultural. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah 1000 calon guru di UIN Raden Fatah Palembang dan 800 calon guru di IAIN Curup. Data dikumpulkan mengunakan kuisioner yang terstruktur guna untuk mendapatkan hasil yang akurat dari tingkat sensitivitas antarbudaya calon guru. Data tersebut kemudian di analisis dengan mengunakan statistik deskriptif.Temuan mengungkapkan bahwa calon guru di kedua universitas mempunyai tingkat tinggi terhadap sensitivitas antarbudaya. Keterbatasan, implikasi dan rekomendasi penelitian disajikan setelah pembahasan dan kesimpulan data.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh imbalan terhadap keadilan organisasi pada guru tetap yayasan Karya Andalas Palembang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi sederhana. Adapun jumlah populasi adalah 32 orang Guru Tetap Yayasan Karya Andalas dan sampel yang diambil pada penelitian ini adalah guru tetap yayasan Karya Andalas yang berjumlah 30 orang. Hasil analisis diperoleh bahawa besaran koefisien pengaruh antara variabel imbalan terhadap keadilan organisasi pada guru tetap yayasan Karya Andalas Palembang adalah 0,573 dengan signifikansi 0,001. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahawa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hal ini dikarenakan p < 0,05 maka hal ini berarti ada pengaruh imbalan terhadap keadilan organisasi. r = 0,573 menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh imbalan terhadap keadilan organisasi, R Square = 0,328 menunjukkan bahwa variabel imbalan memberikan kontribusi terhadap keadilan organisasi sebesar 32,8% dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain atau variabel lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang hubungan konformitas dengan prokrastinasi akademik pada Mahasiswa Bimbingan Penyuluhan Islam Fakultas Dakwah Dan Komunikasi UIN Raden Fatah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara konformitas dengan prokrastinasi akademik pada Mahasiswa Bimbingan Penyuluhan Islam Fakultas Dakwah Dan Komunikasi UIN Raden Fatah. Dengan menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian berjumlah 84 orang. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis product moment. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara konformitas dengan prokrastinasi akademik, hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai hasil koefisien korelasi yang menunjukkan angka 0.411, dengan nilai sig. 0,000 dimana p < 0,01.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between marriage commitment and marriage satisfaction in Mulyo Agung village. The population are 420, and a sample of 204 people are drawn based on the cluster random sampling technique. Data was collected using the marriage satisfaction scale based on aspects of marriage satisfaction according to Olson & Fowers. Also, the scale of marriage commitment based on aspects of marriage commitment according to Adam & Jones. The analytical method used is simple regression analysis which shows the number r of 0.503 with the value r 2 = 0.249 with p = 0,000 where p <0.05. So that the hypothesis is proven that there is a positive relationship between Marriage Commitment and Marriage Satisfaction in Mulyo Agung Village. Researcher suggest to the next researchers to examine other variables that affect marital satisfaction with a larger number samples and complete theories.

Abstract

Many factors affect student participation in the learning process. According to the researcher, two (2) most dominant factors are interest and learning motivation. For that, researchers are interested in proving it empirically. This research aimed to determine the correlation between interest and motivation to learn with student participation. The analysis technique to test the hypothesis by using multiple regression. The data analysis results proved a significant positive relationship between interest and motivation to learn with student participation (r=0.521 :( p<0.01). There was a significant positive relationship between interest and student participation (r=0.516;(<0.01) , and there is a significant positive relationship between learning motivation and student participation (r=0.520; ( p<0.01). Furthermore, the variable of learning motivation is a variable that has a more significant influence on student participation which can be seen from the B value of 0.679 while the interest variable is 0.178.

Abstract

One form of negative human behaviour is smoking behaviour. According to re-searchers, two (2) factors influence smoking behavior: self-discipline and peer groups with smoking behaviour. The purpose of this study is to know the correlation between self-discipline and peers-groups with smoking behavior. Correlational quantitative research method, with data collection technique using a scale of, population and sample of high school students in Palembang.The analyt-ical technique used to test the hypothesis is multiple regression with a simple random sampling technique. The analysis results prove that for the minor hypoth-esis, there is a significant negative relationship between self-discipline variables and smoking behavior (r=-0.541; F=53,741; (p<0.01). The results of the second mi-nor hypothesis prove that there is a significant positive relationship between peer groups variables and behavior. Smoking (r=0.469; F=36,639; (p<0.01). Then, the major hypothesis results indicate a significant negative relationship between self-discipline and peer groups with smoking behaviour (r=-0.662; F=50.349; (p<0.01). In conclusion, all the hypotheses put forward are proven, the implications for school and teachers are to apply stringent rules and discipline in terms of smoking behaviour. Salah satu bentuk perilaku negatif manusia adalah perilaku merokok. Menurut pencari ulang, dua (2) faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku merokok: disiplin diri dan kelompok sebaya dengan perilaku merokok. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui korelasi antara disiplin diri dengan peers-group dengan perilaku merokok. Metode penelitian kuantitatif korelasional, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala, populasi dan sampel siswa SMA di Palembang.Teknik analitik-ical yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah regresi berganda dengan teknik random sampling sederhana. Hasil analisis membuktikan bahwa untuk hipoth-esis minor, ada hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara variabel disiplin diri dan perilaku merokok (r=-0.541; F=53.741; (hlm<0,01). Hasil hipotesis mi-nor kedua membuktikan bahwa ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara variabel dan perilaku kelompok sebaya. Merokok (r=0,469; F=36.639; (hlm<0,01). Kemudian, hasil hipotesis utama menunjukkan hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara disiplin diri dan kelompok sebaya dengan perilaku merokok (r=-0.662; F=50.349; (hlm<0,01). Kesimpulannya, semua hipotesis yang dikemukakan terbukti, implikasinya bagi sekolah dan guru adalah menerapkan aturan dan disiplin yang ketat dalam hal perilaku merokok.

Abstract

The Industrial Revolution 4.0 to become Society 5.0 is a natural movement towards developing increasingly sophisticated information and technology. This study aims to propose a new construction in the field of Islamic education, namely the Islamic education system, to welcome the Era of Society 5.0. This research method is a literature survey combining previous references that follow the discussion. The findings of the researchers are that in welcoming the era of society 5.0, the education system fulfills three criteria for destructive thinking (innovation and creativity in learning), self-driving (hr professionals with a good mentality and open-mindedness, understanding situations quickly and accurately, honest and agile), and reshape or create (taking good experiences for better things).
