Abstract

Empowerment and Family Welfare, as an organizational institution, aims to increase the role of the community, one of which is the active role of women. Especially in the PKK organization in Lubang Buaya, which is actively involved in empowering women. In this case, the PKK organization in Lubang Buaya prioritizes increasing women's productivity by creating work programs in various fields. Like the creative econ-omy. Thus, this study aims to explain the role of Empowerment and Family Welfare (PKK) in Lubang Buaya Village, East Jakarta City, in the implementation of empowering women, especially as SMEs in the Creative Economy sector. This study uses a qualitative research approach with a case study research method. Observation, interviews, and documentation carried out the study's data collection process. Using analytical techniques ranging from data reduction and presentation to drawing conclusions. Researchers also use data triangulation techniques for data validity. The results of the research show that there is a role for PKK organizations, such as organizing training programs and MSME bazaar activities to encourage women in Lubang Buaya Village to produce work and start their businesses. Activities for empowering women entrepreneurs of MSMEs are also channeled through social media. Thus, the PKK organization of Lubang Buaya Village is proven to be optimal in accommodating women, and MSME actors, especially in the creative economy.

Abstract

Latar belakang studi ini adalah adanya perilaku perundungan di SMA Negeri. Tujuan penelitian adalah menyampaikan hasil evaluasi pelaksanaan bimbingan klasikal terhadap perilaku perundungan di sekolah menengah atas. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian evaluasi. Komponen konteks yang terdiri dari empat indikator yaitu asesmen kebutuhan, tugas perkembangan, tujuan program serta rancangan program dikatakan masih belum sesuai dengan kriteria, karena tidak berdasarkan asesmen kebutuhan. Pada komponen input, yang terdiri dari tujuh indikator yaitu rasio guru BK, kualifikasi guru BK, sarana dan prasarana, metode, materi, media dan anggaran masih ada yang belum sesuai dengan kriteria karena strategi yang dirancang belum dapat memenuhi kebutuhan siswa dan harapan lingkungan dalam mencapai tugas perkembangannya.

Abstract

Diperlukan adanya pada layanan konseling individu yang dilakukan di tempat rehabilitasi korban penyalahgunaan narkotika, psikotropika, dan obat terlarang (NAPZA). Tujuan artikel ini adalah menunjukkan teori dan pelaksanaan evaluasi secara formatif (proses) dan sumatif (hasil) pada layanan konseling individu dalam wilayah rehabilitasi NAPZA. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah landasan teori dan pelaksanaan evaluasi terhadap layanan konseling individu baik secara secara proses juga hasil dalam upaya untuk meningkatkan pelayanan dan tercapainya tujuan dari layanan yang direncanakan terelaborasi.

Abstract

One of the talents that students must have to face rapidly developing global problems is generic skills. Therefore, it becomes important to measure generic skills in students. The method used in this study is a systematic literature review using the PRISMA diagram. The database used to search for literature utilized two digital libraries, namely Google Scholar and Scopus. In order to make the selected literature relevant, the search used the keyword "generic skills". Furthermore, screening was carried out to obtain scientific article publications from 2010 to 2023 that discuss generic skills. The results of the search for scientific articles contained thirty articles that would be analyzed and synthesized. The analysis technique used is the narrative method by grouping the extracted data. This study is expected to collect student generic skills measurement instruments.

Abstract

This literature review is conducted based on an empirical phenomenon that describes the use of technology in the education sector due to the demands of increasingly advanced developments. It aims to explain the role of using a learning management system (LMS) in increasing the digital literacy level of educators who use LMS to support the learning process. It adopted the PRISMA analysis technique. The results of the literature review show that efforts to increase educators' digital literacy may come from their own will (internal) or others' encouragement or help (external). In addition, the learning management system in the learning process may also be one way to increase educators' digital literacy through the intense interaction between educators and using the learning management system.

Abstract

New Emerging diseases and re-emerging diseases that are major threats to public health continue to have serious social, political, and economic impacts. In coordination with other sectors, the weak Indonesian health resilience system makes cross-sector involvement with the One Health approach (human, animal, environmental) very important. One Health Training is an effort to raise awareness about the importance of collaboration, coordination, and communication with various sectors regarding human, animal, and environmental health. This study aims to provide an overview of the existence of MOOC learning models for One Health Basic Training. The study uses qualitative research methods with a scoping review approach. This study reinforces the study of MOOCs' learning model for Health Training. This research is limited specifically to articles related to World Health Training that have implemented the MOOC learning model. The findings of this study provide insight into the various factors that need to be considered and the relevance of applying the learning model of MOOCs to One Health Basic Training.

Abstract

The results of this study will provide an understanding of Corporate University how it affects competence, the implementation process is and how knowledge management (KM) is in the implementation of CorpU. The research method used is SLR by identifying, analyzing, based on the results of previous research obtained through google schoolar and scopus. The search process is used to obtain relevant sources to get answer research questions (RQ). The data is in the form of secondary data, The keywords in the literature search are "Corporate University, and Knowledge Management". The results showed that there was an effect of CorpU implementation on employee competence. In building CorpU, there are several stages that can be carried out starting from the preparation stage (organizational diagnosis), providing facilities and infrastructure, building collaboration to implementing CorpU. One of the important pillars in CorpU is (KM) where the important benefit of KM is that it allows knowledge assets to be stored properly and can be reused when needed. CorpU is the right solution in reducing the competency gap. From many studies, CorpU implementation is able to improve organizational performance because learning in the organization is integrated.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship training faces various challenges that affect the success of launching startups. This research  analyzes the implementation of entrepreneurship training in terms of startup pathways: create, system, and grow. The research method used Participatory Action Research (PAR). The study was conducted in Sirnajaya Village, Bogor from October 2022-November 2023. The population was Tourism Awareness Group and the sampling techniques used purposive sampling. The findings indicate that the entrepreneurship training design significantly contributed to the launch of startup ventures. Obstacle in one startup pathway will impact subsequent pathways. This condition persists, even affecting participants who have management competence in business growth strategies. The research also emphasizes the importance of integrating each stage with empowering principles. This study contributes to the entrepreneurship training design that consider startup pathways, empowerment, and entrepreneurial competencies.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi berdampak dan memiliki andil yang sangat besar terhadap dunia Pendidikan, salah satunya terkait perubahan proses pengukuran dan evaluasi. Proses pengukuran dan evaluasi memiliki peranan penting dalam menentukan apakah kualitas yang ditargetkan pendidikan terwujud atau tidak. Alat ukur yang digunakan harus sesuai dengan target atau tujuan yang dikehendaki dan telah direncanakan. Metode penelitian menggunakan studi literatur dengan narrative review. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui keunggulan dan efektivitas penggunaan Computerized Adaptive Testing (CAT) dibandingkan dengan metode lain dalam perkembangan metode pengukuran, serta mengidentifikasi efektivitas penggunaan CAT pada berbagai jenjang untuk mencapai target atau tujuan yang telah direncanakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Computerized Adaptive Testing merupakan inovasi dalam sistem pengujian yang dapat memberikan manfaat signifikan jika diterapkan dan dikembangkan dengan baik. Karena dapat menyesuaikan butir soal dengan tingkat kemampuan peserta tes Oleh karena itu, penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai desain dan implementasi CAT perlu dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas sistem pengujian di Indonesia.

Abstract

This study investigates evaluation instruments that promote critical and futuristic awareness in middle school science through an emancipatory framework. Emphasizing the necessity for students to critically analyze scientific concepts and anticipate future outcomes, this research aims to develop tools that foster reflective thinking and social accountability. The instruments assess students' comprehension of scientific principles while encouraging awareness of social and environmental repercussions. By incorporating emancipatory educational principles, this research seeks to empower students as active learners, equipping them for the complexities of a swiftly evolving world. The findings underscore the importance of innovative evaluation techniques in enhancing science education.
