Abstract

: Sumber daya manusia adalah investasi terbesar bagi suatu organisasi. Tujuan penelitian untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja, kompetensi terhadap kepuasan kerja, gaya kepemimpinan terhadap produktivitas kerja, kompetensi terhadap produktivitas kerja, gaya kepemimpinan terhadap produktivitas kerja melalui kepuasan kerja, kompetensi terhadap produktivitas kerja melalui kepuasan kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja. Analisis saat ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metodologi pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan 75 responden. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan CV ABC Mojokerto, dan metode analisisnya menggunakan software Smart PLS. Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja, Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap Produktivitas kerja, Kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja, motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, Motivasi berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja. Simpulan adalah Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, Kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, Kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, Produktivitas kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja dan Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja

Abstract

Competition world's work is getting sharply due to the era of globalization. Many examples around prove that the person who had a degree of higher education not necessarily successful actively involved in the work force. Activity students in organization very influential on the development of emotional intelligence. Independent variables in this study is that emotional intelligence consists of self-control (X1), motivation (X2), and social skills (X3). While the dependent variable is Student Learning Achievement (Y). The population in this study were students of Economics Faculty of Management Prodi class 2008, 2009 and 2010 because the students were considered to have had a GPA that shows the results of their final semester who had traveled during the study as many as 84 students. The sampling technique used in this study using proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Data analysis techniques used in this study is the multiple linear regression. The results obtained in this study are variables Self-Control, Motivation and Social Skills simultaneous effect of Learning on Student Achievement Management Faculty of Economics, University of Surabaya Bhayangkara because FHitung value (70 708) greater Ftabel (2.72). The results also showed that Self-Control (X1), motivation (X2) and Social Skills (X3) partially significant effect on Student Achievement Study Management Faculty of Economics, University of Surabaya Bhayangkara. The results also showed that Self-Control (X1), motivation (X2) and Social Skills (X3) partially significant effect on Student Achievement Study Management Faculty of Economics, University of Surabaya Bhayangkara. Variable that has a dominant influenceon the Student Learning Achievement Management Faculty ofEconomics, University of Surabaya is Bhayangkara motivation variable (X2).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of prices, service quality, and repeat purchases on product sale decisions simultaneously, partialy, and significantly. And to determine which variables have a dominant influence. Methods of research using quantitative methods in the study population are consumers Gamis Afifathin Surabaya. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling and accidental sampling with a sample size of 95 respondents to the formula Slovin. Technique uses multiple linier regression analysis. The variable is the prices, service quality, repeat purchases, product sale. Result were obtained value of F count 41,563 with a significance of 0,000, t value of each variable of prices 1,094 > 1,98638, variable service quality 10,757 > 1,98638, and variable repeat purchases 0,437 > 1,98638 Based on the result of research in Product Gamis Afifathin Surabaya to the simultaneous effect of three independent variables, partial and significant impact on Product sale. The Independent variable of Service Quality has a dominant influence on the Product Sale which has a Beta value of 0,597.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has forced everyone to do all activities at home, therefore the telecommunications business has become a business that is quite profitable and promising in accordance with the online WFH system in Indonesia. Based on this situation, the research was conducted to determine the marketing strategy in increasing sales of Hikvision CCTV in Surabaya. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing and analyzing marketing strategies in increasing Hikvision CCTV sales in Surabaya in the midst of the Covid19 pandemic. The results of the SWOT analysis can be used as a basis for companies to determine marketing strategies to increase sales volume. The method used in this research is descriptive research with a SWOT analysis approach. The techniques used in data collection are basic observations and interviews and are related to marketing strategies including product, price, place, and promotion strategies that are used to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats with SWOT analysis. The results of the SWOT analysis show that Hikvision CCTV is in quadrant II, which means that despite facing various threats, Hikvision CCTV still has internal strength. The strategy that should be implemented is to use strengths that take advantage of long-term opportunities by means of a diversification strategy (product or market).

Abstract

Sejak pandemi COVID-19, ekonomi global dipertaruhkan, menyebabkan masalah besar bagi hampir setiap perusahaan di dunia. Perusahaan perlu keluar dari krisis ini, pulih darinya, memecahkan berbagai jenis masalah seperti kinerja karyawan. Barna Amkuti Jaya Surya di Surabaya. Populasi dalam survei ini adalah karyawan PT. Hingga 45 orang di Surabaya, Barna Amkuti Jaya Surya. Seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel karena pengambilan sampelnya menggunakan metode sampling jenuh. Pengukuran variabel tipe data skala Likert dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Hasilnya, pada uji simultan (Uji F) ditemukan bahwa budaya organisasi (X1), gaya kepemimpinan (X2), dan motivasi (X3) berpengaruh besar terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Pada uji parsial (uji-t), budaya organisasi (X1), gaya kepemimpinan (X2), dan motivasi (X3) diketahui memiliki pengaruh individu yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Oleh karena itu, P.T. Baruna Amukti Jayasurya di Surabaya perlu memperhatikan gaya manajemen karyawannya agar semua pekerjaan dilakukan secara terstruktur.

Abstract

The development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology has brought significant changes in various aspects of life, including in the practice of Human Resource Management (HRM). This study will use a qualitative approach with an explanatory case study design to investigate in depth the impact of the application of AI on Human Resource Management (HRM) practices in various organizations This research reveals that the application of Artificial Intelligence technology has had a significant transformative impact on Human Resource Management practices in organizations. AI-based sentiment analysis has enabled organizations to better understand employee satisfaction and engagement levels, aiding in performance management-related decision-making. Organizations need to develop clear policies and procedures for managing the use of AI, including mechanisms to address potential bias and protect employee privacy. In the context of hiring and selection, AI has substantially improved process efficiency by automating resume screening and performing predictive analytics to identify the most suitable candidates. Nonetheless, the study also identifies several challenges in the application of AI in MSDM. In a broader context, the application of AI in MSDM also has implications for legal and regulatory aspects.
