Abstract

Akreditasi rumah sakit adalah proses penilaian dan penetapan kelayakan rumah sakit berdasarkan standar pelayanan yang telah ditetapkan oleh lembaga independen dengan tujuan meningkatkan mutu pelayanan dan keselamatan pasien. keselamatan pasien salah satunya diukur degan kuesioner Hospital Survey On Patient Safety Culture (HSOPSC). Tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh akreditasi rumah sakit terhadap budaya keselamatan pasien. Penelitian systematic review, artikel diambil dari database pubmed, ebsco, scielo, sciencedirect, dan web of science dengan kata kunci “accreditation” or “hospital accreditation” and “hospital survey”, and “patient safety culture”. Kriteria inklusi yang digunakan adalah artikel jurnal dalam rentang sepuluh tahun penerbitan, menggunakan bahasa inggris, merupakan full paper , dan artikel menggunakan kuesioner survei Hospital Survey On Patient Safety Culture (HSOPSC) dalam penilaian budaya keselamatan pasien. Sebanyak 10 artikel direview dalam penelitian ini. terdapat 8 artikel menunjukan bahwa akreditasi rumah sakit memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap budaya keselamatan pasien. rumah sakit yang sudah terakreditasi mempunyai persepsi mengenai budaya keselamatan pasien yang lebih baik secara keseluruhan termasuk dalam hal pelaporan insiden atau kecelakaan. terdapat 2 artikel yang menunjukan bahwa akreditasi rumah sakit memiliki hubungan yang lemah dan hampir tidak ada pengaruhnya terhadap budaya keselamatan pasien. Akreditasi rumah sakit memberikan pengaruh persepsi positif tenaga kesehatan terhadap budaya keselamatan pasien.

Abstract

The infant mortality rate is the important things to measure health status and achievement of Sustained Development Goals (SDGs). It can be used to audit the cause of perinatal death and used to planning program to prevent the death. In addition, data on perinatal deaths must be recorded in terms of population administration. The problem is underreported perinatal death so that data not valid. This is because many government stakeholder such as Health Office, Administrative Village, Family Empowerment and Welfare (PKK), and the Information and Communication Department has reported and recorded perinatal death themself but not integrated. This study aims to develop a concept of integrated perinatal death report and record. This research is qualitative research with following steps advocation, initial assessment, and development models through interview, observation, and Focus Group Discussion methods. The result of this study is existing condition and concept model that can integrate of perinatal death record and reported. The concept model in Semarang City, Indonesia can be done in two ways. First, data comes from the Health Office (SIM-KIA). Second, data comes from Administrative Village and Family Empowerment and Welfare (PKK). All of the data forwarded to the Integrated Data Integration System (SIDADU) in Information and Communication Service in Semarang City. To support the validity of data, the Health Office should identify all public and private health facilities related to perinatal care. The local government should release Circular Letter concerning the notification of services regarding the recording and reporting of perinatal deaths in Administrative Village.

Abstract

Inventory control is important in managerial activities because it involves investment and is hospitals' most significant expenditure component. The Aisyiyah Bojonegoro Hospital requires a logistics management system that can maintain the safety and effectiveness of the use of drugs for the smooth running of hospital pharmaceutical services in the long term. This analytical observational study analyzes management elements in controlling antibiotic inventory by simulating the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) and Minimum-Maximum Stock Level (MMSL) methods. Determination of the sample purposively, i.e., 17 types of antibiotic drugs category A from the results of the ABC analysis, with the inclusion criteria being high cost, high volume, clinically important drugs for antibiotic drugs that are included in the 2020 Hospital Formulary and the exclusion criteria are drugs with inadequate supply. The analysis technique used the Mann-Whitney test and the Kruskal-Wallis test. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that. Applying the EOQ and MMSL methods has been proven to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the supply of category A antibiotics at Aisyiyah Bojonegoro Hospital.

Abstract

Kesehatan remaja merupakan hal yang krusial untuk diperhatikan. Kelurahan Bulusan Kota Semarang telah mengaktifkan posyandu remaja sejak tahun 2022. Meskipun demikian, penggalakan kegiatan sosialisasi dan edukasi mengenai hidup sehat baik fisik, mental maupun sosial pada remaja perlu untuk dilakukan. Oleh karena itu dilakukan pelaksanaan pengabdian untuk penggerakan hidup sehat (healthy lifestyle) pada remaja dengan melibatkan lintas sektor seperti Forum Kesehatan Kelurahan, Kelurahan, dan Kecamatan. Pelaksanaan pengabdian ini dilakukan pada bulan September hingga November 2023. Dalam pelaksanaannya dilakukan koordinasi perizinan, pengembangan media edukasi, pelaksanaan sosialisasi, dan evaluasi. Penguatan kesehatan fisik, mental, maupun sosial perlu dilakukan dan diperlukan dukungan dari berbagai pihak, tidak hanya sektor kesehatan tetapi juga non kesehatan.

Abstract

Maternal and infant mortality rates are one of the health problems in Indonesia, including at the village level. Currently, the Village has its own authority to manage village funds in an effort to prosper the community. The purpose of the study is analysis the role and support stakeholders in the Maternal and Child Health (MCH) Program through optimizing village funds, with a quantitative design and analytical descriptive approach. The study analyzes the role of stakeholders (attitudes, influencing power, and interests), with respondents, namely village level stakeholders in Tegal Regency who were selected by purposive sampling technique and analysis by Rank Spearman Test. Education has a significant relationship with power of influencing stakeholders (p value= 0.002; CC = 0.561) Stakeholder attitudes and perceptions (p-value = 0.047, CC = 0.379) and power of influence (p-value = 0.017, CC = 0.449) has strong correlation towards optimizing village funds for MCH program. Stakeholder interests (p value=0.003, CC=0.534) have a strong correlation with the implementation of the MCH program in the village. In optimizing allocation village funds, support and the role of stakeholders are needed, especially the attitude and power in making decisions, planning strengths and formulating allocation policies. Likewise, the role of stakeholders in the interests of the MCH program for community welfare will increase multi-sectoral cooperation.Abstrak: Angka Kematian Ibu dan Bayi menjadi salah satu permasalahan kesehatan di Indonesia termasuk di tingkat Desa. Saat ini Desa memiliki wewenang sendiri untuk mengelola dana desa sebagai upaya mensejahterakan masyarakatnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah analisis peran dan dukungan stakeholder dalam Program KIA melalui optimalisasi dana desa, dengan desain kuantitatif dan pendekatan deskriptif analitik. Penelitian menganalisis peran stakeholder (sikap, kekuatan memepengaruhi, dan kepentingan), dengan responden yaitu stakeholder tingkat Desa di Kabupaten Tegal yang dipilih berdasarkan teknik purposiv sampling dan dianalisis dengan uji Rank Spearman. Pendidikan memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan kekuatan mempengaruhi stakeholder (p value=0.002, CC=0,561) Sikap dan persepsi stakeholder (p value=0.047, CC=0.379) dan kekuatan mempengaruhi (p value=0.017, CC=0.449) memiliki korelasi yang kuat terhadap optimalisasi dana desa untuk program KIA. Kepentingan stakeholder (p value=0.003, CC=0.534) memiliki korelasi yang kuat terhadap pelaksanaan program KIA di Desa. Dalam optimalisasi alokasi dana desa sangat dibutuhkan dukungan dan peran stakeholder terutama sikap dan kekuatan dalam membuat keputusan, merencanakan kekuatan dan merumuskan kebijakan pengalokasian Begitupun dengan peran stakeholder terhadap kepentingan program KIA bagi kesejahteraan masyarakat akan meningkatkan kerjasama multisektor.

Abstract

Health services marketing is an integrated strategy that comprises of marketing concepts based on scientific techniques that primarily concentrate on health promotion and service recipient satisfaction by guaranteeing the congruence of customer demands and service offered characteristics. Consumers want services from firms that are accountable and market-oriented, as well as customer-friendly. Additionally, the customer is now perceived differently, as a hybrid of the conventional patient and the contemporary consumer, with much greater information about the healthcare system, an openness to innovation, and an active participation in determining diagnosis, treatment, and health improvement. This research uses a narrative review approach, with many articles on the same problem. Articles are taken from a database from Scopus, Science Direct, ProQuest, SpringerLink, Google Scholar, Nature, JSTOR, and Emerald Insight with a total of 23 articles used. The purpose of this study is to determine whether management has a significant influence in decision making. decisions in hospitals with strategic support systems such as human resource development, program selection, marketing, and facility growth.  Abstrak: Pemasaran jasa kesehatan merupakan strategi terpadu yang terdiri dari konsep-konsep pemasaran berdasarkan teknik ilmiah yang terutama berkonsentrasi pada promosi kesehatan dan kepuasan penerima layanan dengan menjamin kesesuaian permintaan pelanggan dan karakteristik layanan yang ditawarkan. Konsumen menginginkan layanan dari perusahaan yang akuntabel dan berorientasi pasar, serta ramah pelanggan. Selain itu, pelanggan sekarang dianggap berbeda, sebagai hibrida dari pasien konvensional dan konsumen kontemporer, dengan informasi yang jauh lebih besar tentang sistem perawatan kesehatan, keterbukaan terhadap inovasi, dan partisipasi aktif dalam menentukan diagnosis, pengobatan, dan peningkatan kesehatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan narrative review, dengan banyak artikel tentang masalah yang sama. Artikel diambil dari database Scopus, Science Direct, ProQuest, SpringerLink, Google Scholar, Nature, JSTOR, dan Emerald Insight dengan total 23 artikel yang digunakan. Abstract

The quality of health services can be measured using standard criteria starting from the aspects of the structure, process and results of a health service institution. In addition, the quality of health services is also related to patient satisfaction where patient satisfaction is a measure of the success of the quality of health services, while patient dissatisfaction will be a problem that needs to be considered in improving the quality of health services. The purpose of this article is to analyze the quality of health services as a form of hospital management commitment in increasing patient satisfaction in Indonesian hospitals which was compiled using the literature study method. Articles were selected based on inclusion criteria and keywords through the Google Scholar database, Sinta indexed journals and international journals, and 13 main articles were found to be studied. The results of this study found that the health services provided by hospitals in Indonesia had a significant effect on patient satisfaction. , and has a positive effect on patient behavior and loyalty. In addition, in general the quality of health services has a good category and patient satisfaction in the inpatient unit. The conclusion of this study is that the quality of hospital services can positively affect patient satisfaction. In addition, the quality of health services can be seen from reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangible. Better service quality is very important for every organization, especially in health organizations, especially in health services.

Abstract

Introduction: Minimum service standards in the health sector, one of which is Diabetes Mellitus (DM). The achievement rate of minimum service standards for diabetes mellitus in Pekanbaru City in 2020 is 38.05% of the target set at 100%.Purpose: This study aims to analyze the implementation of the minimum service standard policy of Diabetes Mellitus service indicators at the PHC in Pekanbaru City AreaMethod: The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach and data collection using interview techniques (in-depth interview) conducted on the heads of Public Health Center (PHC), health workers, and Non-Communicable Disease (NCD) program stakeholders in 4 PHC in Pekanbaru City and stakeholders of the Non-communicable Disease Control and Eradication Program of the Pekanbaru City Health Office.Result: The results of this study show that the minimum service standard target in the health sector has not been achieved in the diabetes mellitus indicator from 6 research indicators consisting of policy standards and objectives, resources, characteristics of implementing organizations, communication between organizations, attitudes of implementers, and environmental, social and political are still found obstacles that hinder the pace of achievement of the target of minimum diabetes mellitus service standards in Pekanbaru CityConclusion:  The Pekanbaru City Health Office and the Pekanbaru City PHC have implemented the policy of minimum service standards for diabetes mellitus indicators quite well. The achievement of minimum service standards in each PHC has not reached the number set by the government of the Pekanbaru City Health Office. This is because there are still several obstacles in the implementation of minimum health service standards on diabetes mellitus indicators.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui optimalisasi peran lintas sektor dalam pelaksanan posyandu remaja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Scoping Review untuk menginvestigasi optimalisasi peran lintas sektor dalam pelaksanaan Posyandu Remaja. Pendekatan ini memungkinkan eksplorasi komprehensif terhadap literatur tanpa pembatasan desain penelitian. Identifikasi permasalahan kesehatan remaja, terutama di Posyandu Remaja, menjadi fokus utama. Pencarian literatur dilakukan dengan kata kunci tertentu di basis data seperti PubMed dan Google Scholar, dengan seleksi literatur berdasarkan kriteria inklusi. Hasil matriks review jurnal menggambarkan beragam temuan penelitian terkait Posyandu Remaja, melibatkan pelatihan kader, optimalisasi peran, pembentukan kader remaja, dan evaluasi program. Penelitian menunjukkan pelatihan kader berdampak positif pada pengetahuan dan keterampilan, membentuk posyandu remaja mandiri. Selain itu, penelitian menyoroti aspek input, proses, dan output pelaksanaan Posyandu Remaja serta dampak positif dan kendala yang dihadapi. Kader Posyandu Remaja memiliki peran penting dalam memberikan informasi kesehatan kepada masyarakat, khususnya remaja. Dengan kerja sama lintas sektor, Posyandu Remaja dapat efektif meningkatkan kesehatan remaja, mencegah stunting, dan memberdayakan masyarakat. Keseluruhan, penelitian ini mencerminkan pentingnya peran lintas sektor dalam mendukung kesuksesan Posyandu Remaja sebagai wadah pemberdayaan dan pencegahan kesehatan remaja.

Abstract

Hospital is one form of health facilities, organized by the community to carry out basic health efforts or health referrals and supporting health efforts. Nurses and employees as one of the professions in the hospital have an important role in the implementation of health services. The main task of a hospital employee is to serve and care for patients to speed up the healing process. Because of its dynamic work, a nurse and employee need to have good body condition, healthy, and have enough energy. Unfavorable body conditions result in a nurse easily discouraged when while working he experienced physical fatigue, emotional exhaustion, and mental fatigue.. Work stress is an emotional and physical response that is disturbing or detrimental that occurs when the demands of the task are not in accordance with the ability, resources, or desires of the worker. The purpose of this study was to look at factors related to work stress events such as workload, work shifts, social support, and out-of-work activities at employees of Diponegoro National Hospital Semarang during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This research uses this type of analytical survey research with cross sectional methods. The population in this study was 83 employees. The total sample size is 83 employees. Data analysis using Chi square correlation test with significance level of 0.05. The results showed that the characteristics of respondents in this study were the majority of respondents with female gender (67.5%), young adulthood (24 - 29 years), Poly Outpatient work (12%), and working life 0-4 years (48.2%). There is a relationship between work stress and workload and work stress with work, while variable social support, and activities outside of work have no significant relationship with work stress in employees of Diponegoro National Hospital Semarang during the Covid-19 pandemic.
