Abstract

Abstrak. The purpose of this study was to develop a Mixed Reality (MR)-based training model for Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) in vocational education, specifically for students of the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Negeri Makassar. This development research employed the Research and Development (R&D) approach, consisting of the stages of needs analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The MR training model was developed through the creation of interactive simulation scenarios that integrate real and virtual environments to support students' understanding of OHS procedures. Expert validation was conducted to assess the model’s feasibility, followed by limited trials involving vocational students to obtain empirical feedback on usability and learning effectiveness. The results of expert validation indicated that the MR-based training model was categorized as highly valid, with an overall mean score of 3.82 across indicators including construction, content, language, interactivity, technical performance, and procedural accuracy. Student responses also showed highly positive perceptions, where more than 90% of participants agreed or strongly agreed that the implementation of Mixed Reality enhanced their understanding of OHS procedures, improved readiness before practice, facilitated independent learning, and increased engagement during training sessions. The MR simulations provided a safe, immersive, and risk-free learning environment that supported the development of OHS competencies. In conclusion, the Mixed Reality–based training model developed in this study is feasible, effective, and recommended for broader implementation in vocational education. The model significantly improves students’ comprehension of OHS concepts, strengthens risk identification skills, and supports active and independent learning. It is also recommended that institutions enhance supporting infrastructure and expand scenario development to maximize the benefits of MR-based training in OHS programs.Kata Kunci: Mixed Reality, Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3), Pendidikan Vokasi, Model Pelatihan, Simulasi Interaktif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis implementasi strategi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dalam pendidikan jasmani pada materi permainan bola voli. Tujuan khusus meliputi: mengidentifikasi dimensi diferensiasi pembelajaran, menganalisis dampaknya terhadap hasil belajar, dan merumuskan rekomendasi praktis. Metode penelitian menggunakan desain narrative literature review terhadap publikasi ilmiah periode 2021-2025 dengan teknik analisis tematik. Hasil kajian menunjukkan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dapat diimplementasikan melalui tiga dimensi utama: diferensiasi konten dengan modifikasi kompleksitas keterampilan dan peralatan, diferensiasi proses melalui integrasi model pembelajaran kooperatif dan berbasis permainan, serta diferensiasi produk melalui variasi penilaian autentik. Implementasi strategi ini terbukti meningkatkan ketuntasan belajar secara progresif, motivasi belajar, dan kebugaran fisik siswa. Tantangan implementasi meliputi keterbatasan waktu, sumber daya, dan kompetensi pedagogis guru. Kesimpulan menegaskan bahwa pembelajaran berdiferensiasi merupakan pendekatan efektif untuk menciptakan pembelajaran bola voli yang inklusif dan responsif terhadap keberagaman karakteristik siswa, dengan rekomendasi pengembangan model implementasi yang lebih praktis dan dukungan pengembangan profesional guru berkelanjutan

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui hasil pengembangan aplikasi absensi kehadiran berbasis Android pada sekolah, (2) mendeskripsikan kelayakan aplikasi yang dikembangkan, (3) mengetahui respon pengguna terhadap aplikasi, serta (4) mengukur tingkat keefektifan aplikasi dalam mendukung proses absensi kehadiran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang meliputi lima tahap, yaitu analisis, perancangan, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan angket untuk mengetahui respon tenaga pendidik dan siswa terhadap aplikasi. . Proses validasi dilakukan oleh validator ahli dengan meninjau tiga aspek, yaitu aspek software/program, aspek content/isi, dan aspek instrumen. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian oleh validator, diperoleh nilai rata-rata pada aspek software/program sebesar 4,70 dengan persentase 94%, aspek content/isi sebesar 4,90 dengan persentase 98%, dan aspek instrumen sebesar 4,86 dengan persentase 97,27%. Seluruh hasil tersebut berada pada kategori Sangat Layak, yang menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi absensi kehadiran berbasis Android yang dikembangkan dapat digunakan dengan baik. Uji coba lapangan melibatkan 41 responden yang terdiri atas kepala sekolah, guru, staf tata usaha, dan siswa.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi absensi kehadiran berbasis Android yang dikembangkan dinyatakan sangat layak dan mendapatkan respon positif dari pengguna. Selain itu, hasil analisis efektivitas menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi berada pada kategori sangat efektif sehingga dapat dijadikan alternatif solusi dalam meningkatkan efisiensi proses absensi di sekolah.Kata Kunci: Aplikasi, Absensi kehadiran, Android

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of understanding independent teaching on teacher teaching readiness, the effect of work motivation on teacher teaching readiness, the effect of facilities and infrastructure on teacher teaching readiness and the effect of understanding teaching, work motivation and facilities and infrastructure on teacher teaching readiness together. This research is a type of quantitative research with a survey approach. This study because the population is not more than 100 respondents, the researcher took 100% of the population in the data of productive TKJ SMKN Makassar City teachers, which is 19 respondents. Data collection uses observation, documentation and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The prerequisite test uses the normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. The results of the descriptive analysis show that Understanding Independent Teaching, Work Motivation, Facilities and Infrastructure and Teacher Teaching Readiness of SMKN Makassar City have high criteria. Hypothesis testing uses simple linear regression and multiple linear regression tests. The results of this study indicate that (1) There is an influence of understanding independent teaching on the teaching readiness of TKJ teachers at SMKN Makassar City. (2) There is an influence of work motivation on the teaching readiness of TKJ teachers at SMKN Makassar City. (3) There is an influence of facilities and infrastructure on the teaching readiness of TKJ teachers at SMKN Makassar City. (4) There is an influence between understanding independent teaching, work motivation and facilities and infrastructure on the teaching readiness of TKJ teachers at SMKN Makassar City. So that the research hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

The accuracy of smash in volleyball is influenced by various components of physical fitness, but the specific contribution of each component to physical education students has not been widely studied. This study aims to identify the contribution of leg muscle explosiveness, eye-hand coordination, and agility to the accuracy of volleyball smash. The research uses a correlational quantitative approach involving forty students of the Physical Education Study Program, Pamulang University who were selected through purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out through a vertical jump test, a ball throw to a wall test, an Illinois agility test, and a validated smash accuracy test. The data was analyzed using simple regression analysis and multiple regression with a significance level of five percent. The results showed that the explosiveness of the leg muscles contributed 55.1%, eye-hand coordination 66.6%, and agility 38.8% to the accuracy of the smash. Simultaneously, all three components contribute 77.1% to the accuracy of volleyball smash. Hand-eye coordination proved to be the most dominant predictor. These findings provide practical implications for the design of exercise programs that focus on developing physical fitness components holistically to optimize the smash abilities of physical education students.
