Abstract

This study aims to obtain an overview of the influence of salafi Islamic boarding school education management on student achievement in MA Al-Islah. The educational background of children at salafi Islamic boarding schools is a supporting factor for student achievement. Because in salafi Islamic boarding schools, children study a lot of religious knowledge taught by a kiyai. Learning achievement is evidence of learning success or one's ability to carry out learning activities in accordance with the weight achieved. The question is how does the educational background of children at Salafi Islamic boarding schools affect student achievement at MA Al-Islah Cikeusal. Based on the background of the problems above, the formulation The problems in this study are: 1) What are the differences between children who study at salafi Islamic boarding schools and children who do not study at salafi Islamic boarding schools? 2) How is student achievement in fiqh subjects at MA Al-Islah Cikeusal? 3) What is the influence of the educational background of children in salafi Islamic boarding schools on student achievement in fiqh subjects at MA Al-Islah Cikeusal? The aims of this study were: 1) to find out the differences between children who study at salafi Islamic boarding schools and children who do not study at salafi Islamic boarding schools 2) to determine student achievement in fiqh subjects at MA Al-Islah Cikeusal. 3) to determine the effect of the educational background of children in salafi Islamic boarding schools on student achievement in fiqh subjects at MA Al-Islah Cikeusal. This research was conducted at MA Al-Islah Cikeusal. With a total sample of 40 people from a population of 200 students. The population was taken from all students of class XI and class XII MA Al-Islah Cikeusal. The method used is field research, namely research conducted directly to the subject through a questionnaire technique, a series of questions that must be answered by the respondent. The approach used in this thesis is a correlational analysis approach, namely testing the effect of the educational background of children in salafi Islamic boarding schools (Variable X) on student achievement (Variable Y) using the product moment correlation formula. The conclusions obtained from the results of this study are: Based on the results of correlation analysis using Product Moment, it shows a correlation position of rxy 0.31. This shows a low correlation, this is shown by the results of 41.39 th which is greater than tt 0.95, so tcount is greater than ttable. As for the influence of the contribution (coefficient of determination) of the educational background of children in salafi Islamic boarding schools (Variable X) on student achievement (Variable Y) of 9.61%, the remaining 90.39% is influenced by other factors that can be re-examined both internally and externally. external. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja pegawai Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) di Kelurahan Meruya Selatan, Jakarta Barat. Dalam era reformasi birokrasi dan peningkatan tuntutan pelayanan publik, efektivitas kepemimpinan menjadi faktor krusial dalam mendorong kinerja pegawai. Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, yang mencakup pengaruh ideal, motivasi inspiratif, stimulasi intelektual, dan pertimbangan individual, diyakini mampu menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif, memotivasi pegawai, serta meningkatkan produktivitas dan kualitas layanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 110 ASN yang bekerja di lingkungan Kelurahan Meruya Selatan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel kepemimpinan transformasional dan kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja ASN, terutama pada dimensi motivasi inspiratif dan perhatian individual. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya peran kepemimpinan dalam menciptakan perubahan positif di lingkungan kerja ASN. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya peningkatan kapasitas kepemimpinan transformasional di tingkat kelurahan melalui pelatihan dan pengembangan kompetensi manajerial. Penelitian ini juga membuka peluang bagi studi lanjutan yang mengkaji peran variabel mediasi seperti motivasi kerja atau komitmen organisasi dalam hubungan antara kepemimpinan dan kinerja ASN.

Abstract

This research uses a qualitative approach with field research, integrating historical, anthropological, and religious approaches. The sources of data for this research involved the Karama Village Head, Karama Village culturists, Karama Village religious leaders, and Karama Village Village Head. The data collection methods include observation, interviews, photovoice, and documentation. The data analysis was carried out through three stages: data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that acculturation in the Saeyyang Pattuqduq tradition involves elements of local culture such as Mandarese language, music, and traditional clothing influenced by Islamic teachings. This process occurs through an inclusive cultural approach, fostering unity and harmony, and respect for customs, which preachers and ulama carry out in harmonising local cultural elements with Islamic teachings. Islamization is evident in the changes in prayer readings, ritual implementation, and the orientation of the purpose of the activity, which was originally magical, turning into a thanksgiving ritual based on faith in Allah SWT. The implications of this research are expected to provide insight into the form of acculturation in the Saeyyang Pattuqduq tradition in Karama Village, as well as enrich understanding of the dynamics of the relationship between local culture and Islam in the local community.

Abstract

This research critically examines the strategy of the Social Service in implementing the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Barugaya Village, East Polongbangkeng District, Takalar Regency, with a specific focus on the transformative da'wah approach. The research, conducted using a qualitative approach, gathered primary data through interviews, observations, and documentation from PKH assistants, PKH Coordinators, beneficiaries, and other related parties. The findings revealed that the PKH program in Barugaya Village provides crucial cash assistance for education and health. The implementation of this program, which includes a data verification process, socialization, group meetings, and the distribution of assistance, is designed to heighten community awareness of the importance of education and health to break the cycle of poverty. The research underscores the necessity for PKH assistants to possess advanced social assistance skills to bolster beneficiaries' capacity and ensure maximum impact. The implications of this research underscore the transformative da'wah's role in PKH, which focuses on providing material assistance and plays a pivotal role in community empowerment through active mentoring. The transformative da'wah approach, focusing on community empowerment, fortifies the community's social base and hastens the achievement of sustainable social change. As a result, the PKH program emerges as a potent tool in enhancing the community's quality of life through education and health, and in breaking the chain of poverty.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the impact of the Corona Virus Disease-19 (Covid-19) pandemic on the performance of PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk. Cabang Magetan, and analyzed the scheme design which contains the most neededstrategic steps to correct the weakening of its performance. The method used in this research is descriptive statistics. The data used are financial statements in financial ratios, including BOPO, NIM, NPL, and CKPN. This study indicates that there has been a change and a slowdown in the financial performance of PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk. Cabang Magetan, both in terms of CKPN, NPL, BOPO, and NIM. Meanwhile, the policy that has been taken to correct these weaknesses is the implementation of a stress test preparation for the fixed effects industry level with the estimation of the ordinary least square model and the balance sheet approach, which can capture the dynamics of individual banks in surviving the shocks given in the stress test scenario (PD, LGD, and EAD) to see industrial resilience. Abstract

Perkembangan di era sekarang banyak sekali perubahan dari segi teknologi. Perkembangan teknologi ini meliputi desain grafis, pemrograman, aplikasi dan sebagainya. Hal inilah yang membuat penulis sebagai pendidik untuk melakukan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan cara melakukan sebuah workshop dengan tema “Pelatihan Desain Slide dengan Canva” yang bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan membuat sebuah desain pada slide presentasi dengan baik, rapih dan interaktif sebagai media penyampaian pembelajarannya. Pelatihan Desain Slide dengan Canva ini juga didukung oleh Universitas Buddhi Dharma sebagai tempat dilaksanakannya pelatihan ini. Para peserta dari Pelatihan Desain Slide dengan Canva ini diikuti oleh para romo dan rahmani dari Magabudhi Kota Tangerang. Hasil dari pelatihan ini akan di implementasikan dalam pembuatan presentasi sebagai media pembelajaran.

Abstract

Dibanding dengan ayam ras, secara umum ayam buras atau juga dikenal dengan ayam kampung lebih digemari masyarakat karena rasanya lezat alami dan menyehatkan. Daging ayam kampung mempunyai peran penting dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan gizi masyarakat, karena kaya akan protein, lemak, mineral, dan vitamin yang penting untuk kelancaran proses metabolisme dalam tubuh. Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah untuk menganalisis berbagai macam faktor (ekonomi dan non-ekonomi) yang mempengaruhi konsumsi daging ayam kampung pada masyarakat Desa Pundong Kecamatan Diwek Kabupaten Jombang. Analisis yang digunakan adalah menggunakan analisis faktor. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ada dua faktor utama yang mempengaruhi konsumsi daging ayam kampung pada masyarakat Desa Pundong Kecamatan Diwek Kabupaten Jombang, yaitu (a) faktor ekonomi yang meliputi harga bahan bakar, jumlah anggota keluarga, harga daging ayam kampung dan pendapatan; dan (b) Faktor non-ekonomi yang meliputi selera, tingkat pendidikan, sosial budaya dan pola pangan. Berdasar hasil tersebut maka rekomendasi kebijakan yang terpenting dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa untuk meningkatkan konsumsi daging ayam kampung maka intervensi terhadap harga bahan bakar sangat diperlukan.

Abstract

This community service program aims to strengthen the religious character of participants through a structured mentoring and character development system carried out at the Badan Pusat Kecemerlangan Diri (BPKD) in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia. The main problems identified include the weak internalization of religious values among participants, low discipline in worship, limited ethical conduct in social interaction, and the absence of a practical module to support the systematic development of religious character. To address these challenges, this program was implemented through a participatory and continuous approach consisting of needs assessment, development of a contextual religious character module, capacity building for local facilitators, implementation of mentoring and habituation programs, and structured monitoring and evaluation. The results showed a significant increase in participants’ understanding and practice of religious behavior, especially in performing prayers on time, regular Qur’an recitation, respectful communication, self-discipline, and responsibility in daily life. The “21-Day Religious Habituation Program” proved effective in shaping consistent religious routines and supporting long-term behavioral change. In addition, the program succeeded in strengthening the competence of BPKD facilitators in facilitation, character observation, and use of evaluation instruments, enabling them to independently continue mentoring activities. This mentoring model contributed not only to improving participants’ religious character but also to ensuring the sustainability of character development activities within the institution. The model developed in this program has the potential to be replicated in other community-based Islamic character education initiatives in Malaysia and Southeast Asia.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of assertive training in improving Arabic speaking skills (mahārah kalām) among students of MTsN 4 Surabaya. The research is grounded in the observation that many learners face psychological barriers such as shyness, low self-confidence, and fear of making mistakes when speaking Arabic. Assertive training was selected as the intervention because it emphasizes confidence-building, appropriate self-expression, and the courage to communicate without pressure. A quasi-experimental design with a non-equivalent control group was employed, involving an experimental group receiving assertive training and a control group using conventional instruction. Research instruments consisted of a speaking test and observational checklists assessing oral performance. The results reveal a significant improvement in the experimental group’s posttest scores compared to the control group, as demonstrated through a t-test with a p-value < 0.05. These findings indicate that assertive training effectively enhances students’ fluency, accuracy, and communicative confidence in speaking Arabic. Therefore, assertive training is recommended as an alternative pedagogical strategy for Arabic language instruction, particularly in strengthening communicative competence. Further research is suggested to expand variables related to affective factors and the integration of interactive digital media in communicative learning contexts.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran generative artificial intelligence (AI) sebagai learning companion dalam mendukung otonomi belajar siswa sekolah menengah berbasis self-regulated learning (SRL), sehingga dapat dijadikan dasar konseptual dalam pengembangan desain pembelajaran berbasis AI yang berorientasi pada siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan konseptual berbasis kajian literatur dengan desain integrative conceptual review. Data yang digunakan berupa sumber sekunder yang diperoleh dari publikasi ilmiah bereputasi periode 2022–2025 yang membahas generative AI dalam pendidikan, otonomi siswa, SRL, serta aspek etika dan kebijakan AI. Literatur yang terpilih dianalisis secara tematik untuk mengidentifikasi keterkaitan antara fungsi generative AI, fase-fase SRL, dan dimensi otonomi siswa. Berdasarkan hasil sintesis literatur, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa generative AI berpotensi mendukung otonomi siswa ketika digunakan sebagai cognitive dan metacognitive scaffold dalam proses perencanaan, pemantauan, dan refleksi belajar. Namun demikian, efektivitas peran tersebut dipengaruhi oleh tingkat literasi AI dan kemampuan regulasi diri siswa, serta dimoderasi oleh faktor kontekstual seperti akses teknologi, kebijakan sekolah, dan regulasi etis. Kerangka konseptual yang dihasilkan diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan evaluatif dan dasar penelitian empiris lanjutan dalam implementasi generative AI di pendidikan menengah, khususnya di Indonesia.
