Abstract

The research aims to get definition of implementation scholarship programe of indigenous community in education department Bengkalis regency. Especially : (1) The scholarship programe of indigenous communities; (2) Focus of programe input the expediency human resource, facilities and infrastructure, fund and programe budget; (3) The process program include the time of implementation programe, the mechanism of implementation program, the factors inhibitors of implementation program and organization of partnership; (4)  The product of programe include quality and quantity obtained from organizers scholarship program of indigenous communities and indigenous community’s student. The search method is evaluation search use of qualitative approachment and evaluation model used is CIPP ( Context, Input, Process, and Product). The technics data are documentation, interview, observation. The Source of data research are organizers, executor committe and comitte of verification of data, presentation of data, and conclusion. The data results are : (1) the context the program is said to be good because it is one of communities; (2) In input aspect is said to be good to expendiancy of human resource is the selection of members of the communities. While from the aspect of facilities and infrastructure have not complied with objective standart of indequate feasibility; (3) the program implemtation process is said to be less good because aspects only one that matches the feasibility standart. While from implmentation of time. Programe implementation mechanism is not suitable with guidelines  so causing an inhibition of implementation; (4) the results of program implementation is said to be good, quantity and quality participants.

Abstract

This research aimed to gain an understanding the process implementation of curriculum based environment policy in SMK Negeri Pertanian Terpadu Provinsi Riau. The sub focus research consist of 1).  The programs of excellent in the implementation of curriculum based environment policy, 2). The contribution of school citizens in the implementation of curriculum based environment policy, and 3). The achievement of implementation curriculum based environment. Data was collected by interview, observation, and documentation. The results found that implementation of the curriculum based environment policy in SMK Negeri Pertanian Terpadu Provinsi Riau was implemented through flagship programmes in the form of lessons subjects, extracurricular, conditioning of infrastructure and the routine activities of the school. Citizen of school contribute to succeed the implementation of the programmes by means of school creation and inovation, utilizing partner school as tutor, and build partnership for environmental learning. The school’s achievements in implementing curriculum based environment can be seen from the school’s achievements, relationships with partner schools, and achievement of the school vision.

Abstract

The objective of this study was to analyze the implementation of ‘Permenpanand Birokrasi’ No. 16/2009 on Teachers’ Functional Position and their credit points and itsimpacts on elementary school teachers’ career development at state elementary schools (SDNs)in Kandis Sub-district, Siak District. The study focused on (1) teachers’ understanding of thecontent of the ministerial decree, (2) the procedures of teacher promotion in accordance withthe ministerial decree, (3) the impacts of the implementation of the ministerial decree on theteacher promotion. The study employed the qualitative approach with descriptive method andthe data were collected using interview, observation and documentation. The interview dataindicated that more than fifty percent of the government employed teachers did not understoodthe contents of the ministerial decree because they were not much kept informed by thegovernment through the department concerned. Half of the remaining respondents did notbother about their promotion. The findings of the research also showed that a small number ofteachers understood the contents of the ministerial decree but they found it difficult to deal withthe promotion process. The Ministerial Decree for Empowerment of National Apparatus andBureaucracy No. 16/2009 has given a positive impact on teachers’ promotion and careerdevelopment and also has given a negative impact on the teachers’ career development in theform of no payment for their professional allowance and the postponement of promotion withinsix years.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan, untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi dan kompensasi baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap  kinerja guru di SMK Negeri se-­kota Pekanbaru, dan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh budaya organisasi dan kompensasi baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap  kinerja guru di SMK Negeri Se­kota Pekanbaru. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif, yaitu untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai kondisi yang sebenarnya yang ada di tempat penelitian dan pembuktian hipotesis mengenai keterkaitan variabel penelitian: budaya organisasi, kompensasi, dan kinerja guru. Populasi penelitian ini guru PNS di SMK Negeri se-Kota Pekanbaru yang berjumlah 397 orang, sedangkan sampel sebanyak 80 orang. Hasil penelitian ini berdasarkan analisa regresi berganda menunjukan bahwa, secara simultan budaya organisasi dan kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru, sebesar 57,3%. sementara secara parsial budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja guru, sebesar 5,00% dan secara parsial menunjukkan Kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru  sebesar 5,32%; Berdasarkan uraian di atas dapat disimpulkan, bahwa budaya organisasi dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja guru baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara komunikasi interpersonal dengan semangat kerja guru, hubungan antara lingkungan kerja fisik dengan semangat kerja guru, dan hubungan antara komunikasi interpersonal dan lingkungan kerja fisik secara bersama-sama dengan semangat kerja guru. Studi ini dilakukan di seluruh SMP Negeri di kecamatan Kotanopan Sumatera Utara. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, dokumentasi, pengamatan, dan wawancara. Responden dalam studi ini berjumlah 113 orang. Responden diambil menggunakan teknik proporsionate stratified random sampling. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa: pertama,terdapat hubungan yang positif antara komunikasi interpersonal dengan semangat kerja guru dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,801. Kedua, terdapat hubungan yang positif antara lingkungan kerja fisik dengan semangat kerja guru dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,688. Ketiga, terdapat hubungan yang positif antara komunikasi interpersonal dan lingkungan kerja fisik  secara bersama-sama dengan semangat kerja guru dengan nilai koefisien korelasi jamak sebesar 0,846.

Abstract

The aim of the study is to know the correlation between personality and careerdevelopment educators with service quality in the school as-shofa foundation. The source ofdata in this study is 112 teachers in as-shofa fuoundation who were selected using randomsampling technique. Data was analyzed that using correlation analysis. The result of this researchindicate that positive relationship between personality with service quality. The correlationcoefficient is 0,47 or positive relationship. The correlation career development with servicequality is 0,66. While relationship between personality and career development with servicequality is 0,71. The conclusion from correlation personality (X1) and career development (X2)with service quality (Y) is owning direction positive.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh (1) supervisi kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru bimbingan konseling, (2) pelatihan terhadap kinerja guru  bimbingan konseling, (3) self efficacy terhadap kinerja guru bimbingan konseling, dan (4) supervisi kepala sekolah, pelatihan, dan self efficacy secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru bimbingan konseling SMA Kota Pekanbaru. Penelitian  ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik sampling. Pengambilan sampel dari anggota populasi secara acak dengan menggunakan teknik sampling random. Jumah sampel berjumlah 71 orang guru. Analisis data yang digunakan  yaitu analisis deskriptif, analisis statistik infrensial dan pengujian hioptesis.   Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan : (1) supervisi kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 40,7%, (2) pelatihan terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 38,9%, (3) self efficacy terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 57,7%, (4) supervisi kepala sekolah, pelatihan dan self efficacy terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 28,5%. Variabel self efficacy memberikan sumbangan efektif terbesar di antara ketiga variabel bebas tersebut terhadap kinerja guru bimbingan konseling SMA Kota Pekanbaru. Hal ini berarti bahwa baik tidaknya kinerja guru bimbingan konseling SMA Kota pekanbaru dapat dipengaruhi oleh supervisi kepala sekolah, pelatihan, dan self efficacy.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) Value-based leadership directly affect positivelyand significantly to the work culture (2) Value-based leadership directly affect positively andsignificantly to job satisfaction of teachers (3) Working culture directly affect positively andsignificantly to job satisfaction of teachers (4) value-based leadership and work culture positiveand significant direct effect on job satisfaction of teachers in junior high school sub-district SaloKampar regency. The population of as many as 95 teachers. With cluster random sampling,sample obtained 77 respondents. Data analysis using path analysis (path analysis). The finalconclusion (1) The values-based leadership has positive influence on the work culture at 96.3%,meaning that the higher the value of value-based leadership can create a better working culture(2) a value-based leadership positive effect on job satisfaction of teachers 96.5 %, meaningthat the higher the value of value-based leadership the higher the job satisfaction of teachers tothe school (3) working culture positive effect on job satisfaction of teachers by 95%, that is, thebetter the work culture that exist in school, the higher the job satisfaction of teachers in theseschools (4) the values-based leadership and work culture positive effect on job satisfaction ofteachers by 96.8%, meaning that the higher the value of value-based leadership and workculture that is created in school, the higher the job satisfaction of teachers in junior secondaryschool in the District Salo, Kampar

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between job involvementand job satisfaction with the Organizational Citizenship Behavior.This research was conductedin faculty of education Islamic University of Riau Pekanbaru.This is a survey reserch. Thepopulation was 103 lecturers wich was taken as sample totally 82 using simple random samplingtechnique. Instruments used to collect data was corrective using instrument over 3 variablethan data was analyze using Product Momentand Alpha Cronbachformulas. The reserch found1)there isasignificant relationship between Job Involvement (x1) with the Organizational CitizenshipBehavior (y) with the coefficient of determination 0,553. 2)there is a significant relationship ofJob Satisfaction (x2) with the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (y) with the coefficient ofdetermination 0.381.3. 3)there is a significant relationship of Job Involvement (x1) and JobSatisfaction (x2) with the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (y) with the coefficient ofdetermination 0,644. The conclusion of the study shows that the Organizational CitizenshipBehavior can be improved through Job Involvement and Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Islam As-Shofa Pekanbaru. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif ini memperoleh data dari responden sebanyak 60 orang guru. Data diambil dengan menggunakan kuesioner (angket), kemudian data dianalisis dengan regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat  pengaruh positif dan signifikan kompetensi pedagogik terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai koefisien korelasi r = 0,784 dan determiniasi sebesar r2 = 0,615 (61,5% ), (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai koefisien korelasi r = 0,709 dan determinasinya r2 = 0,503 (50,3%), dan  (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kompetensi pedagogik dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai koefisien korelasi r = 0,844 dan determinasinya r2 = 0,712 (71,2%). Dengan demikian pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru kategori tinggi. Peneliti menyarankan perlu dilakukan upaya peningkatan mutu guru secara terus menerus, dengan melaksanakan tugas pokok dan fungsinya, melakukan perbaikan dan evaluasi terhadap kinerja guru serta meningkatkan motivasi dan semangat yang tinggi untuk bekerja.
