Abstract

Problems studied by the phenomenon and interviews in the field , namely the problem of students who have not completed the study. The purpose of the study described: 1) the personal problems of learners who have not completed the study. 2) The problem of social learners who have not completed the study. 3) The problems of learners who have not completed the study. This research is a quantitative study using descriptive methods. The study population was all students of SMP N 2 Batang Kapas . The techniques used in sampling is the total sampling , samples are taken by students who have not completed the value in learning as much as 53 people. Sources of data in this study is primary data and secondary data. The instrument used in this study is a questionnaire , while the use of data analysis techniques for percentages .Results of research conducted on students who experience problems in learning ketidaktuntasan in SMP N 2 Batang Kapas, the general problem of students who have not completed the study are the criteria a bit. The results based on subvariabel namely: 1) the personal problems of learners who have not completed the study in the category a bit. 2) Social Issues learners who have not completed the study in the category sukup lot. 3) Problems of learners who have not completed the study are in the category of pretty much

Abstract

Research was motivated by the numbers of divorce without thinking about the impact on adolescents. The purpose of this research is to investigate and describe the self-concept teenagers who came from a broken home visits of: (1) knowledge aspect, (2) hope aspect and (3) assessment aspect. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Informants in this research were young 5 people, informants supporting as many as 12 people (5 friends, 5 the mother and 2 teenage counseling teacher). The technique of collecting data through interviews and documentation studies. The accuracy of the data was tested by using triangulation of data, the data were analyzed with an interactive model that consists of data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusion. The research found that adolescents who self-concept comes from a broken home visits of: (1) knowledge aspect, in general adolescents can not accept her family situation and feel hopeless. The tendency is done often aloof, taciturn and morose, also affect daily activities and learning teens, (2) hope aspect, in general, adolescents have good expectations, (3) assessment aspect, low self-esteem of teenage friends others

Abstract

The problem in this research is the trouble that occur by the students (PPLBKS) when they do field training in giving group guidance and conseling. Significance of this research to describe 1) the trouble that face by the students of PPLBKS in conducting group guidance. 2) the trouble that face by the students of PPLBKS in appearing group dinamic when serve group guidance. The methodology of this research is descriptive that try to describe situation. The technique that apply in this researche is the simple random sampling. The population in this research are all of the students of PPLBKS 2013/2014, the number of the students are 197 students. Furthermore, the sample of this research are 66 students. The instruments of this research is questionaire. In addition, an analisys of this research is percent formula. The finding of this research are 1) the trouble that face by the students in understanding the implementation of group guidance and conseling have much trouble. 2) the trouble that face by the students of PPLBKS in appearing group dinamic when serving group guidance is more enough.

Abstract

This research motivated by presence of students special needs who have barriers learning . Learners  special needs not as fast as other students receive lessons. The purpose this study determine role of teacher in exposing counselor learning difficulties and  provision counseling services in overcoming learning difficulties . This study conducted with qualitative descriptive approach describes symptoms , facts and reality environment about the role of  teachers in overcoming learning difficulties BK learners special needs in inclusive education . As for  research informants are : counselor  and learners with special needs . Instrument used by writer in this study were interviews and observation techniques used in processing data through data reduction, data display conclutionThe results obtained are special needs students center and in front of the class room . Conduct interviews with parties such as parents , peers , teachers teach , students learn about difficulties and development, as well as direct observation and diagnostic tests for learners special needs, observe directly development learners with special needs .BK teachers role in overcoming learning difficulties of students  special needs in provision of services , namely : Inform teacher who taught for more attention to students special needs in teaching

Abstract

The Factors of causing stress in students learning comes from within themselves and the social environment. Causes of stress in themselves, such as: the pressure exerted inside. While the external self-learners or social environment, such as: family, teachers and friends. The purpose of this study describe: 1) internal factors cause stress in students learning. 2) external factors cause stress in students learning. This research is descriptive. This study population is all students of class VIII High School First State 4 Sutera, amounting to 252 people and for sampling using proportional random sampling, taken 20% of each class by the number 49. Sources of data are primary data and secondary data. The instrument used was a questionnaire, while the formula used for the data analysis Criterium Sturgess and Percentage. The results of the study found the factors causing stress students studying in class VIII in High School First State 4 Sutera in general are pretty much in the category. The results of this study of 1) internal factors are pretty much in the category. 2) external factors are pretty much in the category.

Abstract

This researched was based of  phenomenan which the researher looks in the field, such as conflict that are appeared every employee, employee often works happening conflict, least interaction, least seriously. Focus in research alike: 1) The problems are relationshiply of work that are experienced by employee. 2) The problems of different perception which are appeared for employee. 3) The problem of different purpose for employee.Kinds of this researh is qualitative research that are study case characteristic about giving complete effort, detail information, and intensif expressing the background of cause confilict that are experinced by employee at enterprise x. The technique of data analysis which is used narative analysis. Key informant in this research sums 2 person. 1 man that worked since 2 year, and 1 man which have worked since 2 year. Thus, adding informant 3 person include 1 leadership and 2 partner in working.The result of this research get points that 1) The problems are relationship working least feel by employee, because they want to only work lightly. Together working, need helping, and least interaction become conflict in working. 2) The problems of different perception are often experienced by employee, because they think good friend if leadership comes at office, and also among them corupted, because there is not clear money. 3) The problem of differen purpose in working, because employee have personality goal that want to get more lightly work that other employee, there are together work in order to advance technology. This research is hoped getting advantages for: 1) Employee. They can recognize the cause of conflict in working. 2) Writer. To add insight and knowledge about causing of conflict employee. 3) Leadership. To more wise and understand the condition of employee at office. 4) For office worker. They can prepare college students to get suggetions from the lecturer. 5) For the next researcher. In order to know the cause of conflict in work world and can continue about the step of finishing the conflict of employee in work world.

Abstract

Background o this research is level of comprehension students about social development assigment teenager. Base on the researcher’s observation in SMK N 6 Padang at 2st September 2013 that teenager less understand about their assignment as teenager and teenager less comprehension about social development assigment teenager. So, many experience problems students such as: students less polite in speak, students choose riend in relationsip, students not able to make good connection with different gendre, students not polite to teacher, students disparage to teacher and their expand: 1) level of students comprehension about development comprehension in guide good connection with member group. 2) level of students comprehension about development assigment. This research is kuantitatif describtive research the researcher decided totake the data by using simple random sampling technique. Sample of this research is students and the students as main respondent the total students 79 addition. Respondent is counselor teacher and subject teacher. The instrumentation in this research is questionnaire. While data analysis uses percentage technique. The result of this research are: 1). Level of comprehension students about social development teenager in guide good connection with member group in low category 83, 54% from respondent. 2). Level of comprenhension students about social development assigment teenager in social duty development in high category 81,01% from respondent.

Abstract

The background of this research  is about participants’ perception about work motivation of course and concelingteacher. In the field, it is foundedcourse and conceling teacher that is still least dicipline in doing main purpose. Alike: course and conceling teacher comes which is late at school and abcent while time work. Many course and conceling teachers only sit down at office when time work in order to service of course and conceling that do not walk with good. Course and conceling teacher can cause behaviour of participants which appear problems such as, get out from the class, fighting, disturb friends which is studied, not dicipline for the teacher and run away while teaching learning process. Focus of this research is about: 1. Work motivation of course and conceling teacher in giving service of course and conceling at school. 2. Work motivation of course and conceling teacher doing support activity service of course and conceling at school. This research is Qualitative Descriptive Reseach to describe real condition. Population of the research is all of participants class XI SMAN 1 Basa Ampek Balai tahun 2013/2014 that is amount 289 person. Sample of the research sums 72 person, take of sampling uses Simple Random Sampling. Tool of collecting the data uses questionares. The data analysis is used percentage formula. The result of the research expresses that: 1. Work motivation of teacher in giving service of course and conceling at school that is fit enough of 44,61%. 2. Work motivation of teacher to do supporting activity of course and conceling at school which is appropriate enough of 38,88%.

Abstract

Communication error between couples who married between ethnic, and married couples who are not able to inter-ethnic adapt both within the family and in society. The study describes the problems faced by married couples seen from the aspect of inter-ethnic communication and aspects of adjustment in Kenagarian Aia Angek Sub district Sijunjung District Sinjunjung. This study used a descriptive analysis approach. The population includes individuals who were married between ethnic residing in Kenagarian Aia Angek Sub district Sijunjung District Sinjunjung that all research sample of 30 people. This research tool was a questionnaire. Analysis using the percentage formula. Results showed that married couples in inter-ethnic Kenagarian Aia Angek Sijunjung Sijunjung district including the District established a pretty good relationship. Neither of the way they communicate and of how adaptation to the family and society. This is evidenced from the results, the average alternative answers of respondents to the statements they give variable results obtained for communications at 48.42%, which means to do pretty well so its quite a problem occurs. So also of the way they conform to the average obtained alternative answers given by 47.4% of respondents are meant to do quite well, so it is quite a problem occurs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi adanya kemandirian belajar peserta didik yang masih rendah dan masih adanya Guru Bimbingan Konseling yang belum menggunakan metode yang bervariasi dalam melaksanakan bimbingan kelompok. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan: 1) Profil kemandirian belajar peserta didik, 2) Pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan kelompok oleh guru BK menggunakan metode diskusi, 3) Model rancangan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan menggunakan metode diskusi dalam membantu meningkatkan kemandirian belajar peserta didik. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan mixed method. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan 36 partisipan. Sedangkan penelitian kualitatif, informan kunci penelitian yaitu 1 Guru Bimbingan Konseling kelas X MIPA 2 dan 2 orang informan tambahan. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu berupa Angket dan pedoman wawancara. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan diolah melalui teknik presentase. Untuk analisis data kualitatif melalui reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa kemandirian belajar peserta didik secara umum sudah berada pada kategori cukup tinggi, namun pelaksanan BKP masih belum bervariasi. Model rancangan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan menggunakan metode diskusi dalam membantu meningkatkan kemandirian belajar disusun berdasarkan data dan pelaksanaan bimbingan kelompok oleh guru BK. Dari hasil penelitian ini maka dapat direkomendasikan agar Guru BK bisa melakukan bimbingan kelompok dengan menggunakan beberapa metode yang terdapat di Bimbingan dan Konseling.
