Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mengetahui motivasi wanita bekerja sebagai pedagang sayur, 2) mengetahui alokasi waktu kerja pedagang sayur, 3) mengetahui kontribusi pendapatan pedagang sayur wanita terhadap pendapatan rumah tangga. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Daerah penelitian ditentukan secara purposive method. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan incidental sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara dan penelusuran data secara online. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yakni sala likert, presentase alokasi waktu, dan presentase kontribusi pendapatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) motivasi wanita bekerja sebagai pedagang sayur adalah adanya kebutuhan dasar dan kebutuhan hubungan, 2) Alokasi waktu kerja pedagang sayur wanita untuk kegiatan ekonomi masih lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan kegiatan domestik, 3) kontribusi pendapatan pedagang sayur wanita terhadap pendapatan rumah tangga tergolong dalam kategori sedang dan tinggi, perbedaan ini dipengaruhi oleh metode penjualan, rincian pedagang sayur wanita tergolong berkontribusi tinggi adalah pedagang dengan metode penjualan  (membuka lapak dan berdagang keliling menggunakan motor) dan (membuka lapak dan keliling  jalan kaki), pedagang sayur wanita yang tergolong berkontribusi sedang adalah pedagang dengan metode penjualan (berdagang keliling dengan menggunakan motor).

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menentukan pendapatan penakar bibit jerum siam dan strategi pengembangannya. Penentuan lokasi penelitian dengan menggunakan purposive method.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis dan deskriptif. Metode sampling menggunakan simple random sampling. Analisis data dengan menggunakan analisis pendapatan,R/C rasio,analisis regresi linier berganda dan FFA. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Biaya usaha tani penangkaran bibit jerum siam efisien. Berdasarkan analisis linier berganda, faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan adalah biaya produksi,harga jual, dan jumlah produksi. Strategi fokus yang dipilih berdasarkan faktor kunci keberhasilan tertinggi dari faktor pendorong yakni pemerintah daerah tetap memberikan bantuan kepada penangkar pada Himpunan Penangkar Jeruk Sentosa di Desa Karangsono berupa pembinaan dan alat pertanian. Adanya penyuluhan oleh pemerintah telah meningkatkan motivasi penakar bibit jeruk untuk mengembangkan usahataninya. Motivasi yang tinggi ini akan mendorong penangkar untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas bibit jeruk siam yang dihasilkan, sehingga bibit jeruk siam tersebut memiliki harga jual yang tinggi. Strategi fokus yang dipilih berdasarkan faktor kunci keberhasilan tertinggi dari faktor penghambat yakni memberikan sertifikasi atau label pada bibit jeruk siam yang dihasilkan agar bibit jeruk siam memiliki harga jual yang lebih tinggi sehingga penangkar dapat memperluas jangkauan pasar untuk bibit jeruk siam yang dihasilkan.

Abstract

Susu memiliki gizi yang tinggi dan dapat digunakan sebagai makanan pendamping manusia dalam segala usia, sehingga susu merupakan makanan yang dapat dikatakan sempurna.Susu kambing peranakan etawa (PE) merupakan susu yang memiliki gizi yang sangat tinggi. Susutidak hanya dihasilkan oleh kambing akan tetapi dapat pula dihasilkan oleh ternak lain misalnyakerbau, sapi perah, kuda dan domba. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menentukan tingkat motivasi,faktor apa saja yang berhubungan secara signifikan dengan motivasi, pendapatan dan kontribusinyaterhadap pendapatan peternak kambing peranakan etawa (PE). Penentuan daerah penelitianmenggunakan purposive method. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yaitumetode deskriptif dan korelasional. Analisis data menggunakan tabulasi skor, analisis korelasiRank Spearman (rs), analisis pendapatan dan analisis statistik dengan presentase kontribusi. Hasilmenunjukan bahwa tingkat motivasi tentang usaha ternak susu kambing peranakan etawa (PE)tinggi. Faktor ekstrinsik yang berkorelasi adalah kegiatan kelompok. Pendapatan peternak adalahmenguntungkan. Kontribusi pendapatan usaha ternak susu kambing peranakan etawa (PE) totalpendapatan keluarga peternak adalah sedang.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze a BUM Desa development strategy in Lumajang Regency. The research was conducted at BUM Desa Labruk Lor according to recommendations from the Lumajang Regency Government of East Java Province. The business units managed by BUM Desa Labruk Lor are fisheries, trade, agriculture, and culinary tourism businesses. Data were analyzed using the FFA (Force Field Analysis) approach by considering the driving factors for the development of BUM Desa (D) and the factors inhibiting the development of BUM Desa (H). The results show that the driving factor (key) is having formal legality (Village Regulations and AD/ART) and the formation of management is carried out democratically, while the inhibiting factor (key) is that business activities are still limited to the provision of production facilities and marketing services for fish-based processed products of catfish. The conclusion of this research is that the value of the strength field is smaller than the field of weakness, so it requires certain efforts to develop BUM Desa Labruk Lor. The recommendation for the BUM Desa development strategy is by expanding the network of cooperation with suppliers of fishery production facilities and the use of information technology as a medium for processed marketing.  Tujuan penelitian ini ialah menganalisis strategi pengembangan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUM Desa) di Kabupaten Lumajang. Penelitian dilakukan pada BUM Desa Labruk Lor sesuai rekomendasi dari Pemerintah Kabupaten Lumajang Provinsi Jawa Timur. Unit usaha yang dikelola BUM Desa Labruk Lor ialah usaha perikanan, perdagangan, pertanian, dan wisata kuliner. Data dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan FFA (Force Field Analysis) dengan mempertimbangkan faktor pendorong pengembangan BUM Desa dan faktor penghambat pengembangan BUM Desa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor pendorong (kunci) ialah memiliki legalitas formal (Peraturan Desa dan AD/ART) dan pembentukan kepengurusan dilakukan secara demokratis, sedangkan faktor penghambat (kunci) ialah kegiatan usaha masih terbatas pada pengadaan sarana produksi dan jasa pemasaran produk olahan berbasis ikan lele. Kesimpulan penelitian didapatkan bahwa nilai medan kekuatan lebih kecil jika dibandingkan dengan nilai medan kelemahan, sehingga membutuhkan upaya-upaya tertentu untuk pengembangan BUM Desa Labruk Lor. Rekomendasi strategi pengembangan BUM Desa dengan cara memperluas jaringan kerjasama dengan pemasok sarana produksi perikanan dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi sebagai media pemasaran olahan.

Abstract

Goatzilla Farm & Cafe is agroindustry in Lumajang which processes goat milk into various products and has several business units that related to enduro goat farms. The main product of Goatzilla Farm and Cafe is pasteurized goat milk. the scale of goat milk pasteurized production is still small category because the labour used is labour in the family, the supply of fresh goat milk is uncertain, and product marketing is still limited due to BPOM's permit constraints. Therefore, it is necessary to make efforts to develop pasteurized milk products at Goatzilla Farm & Cafe. This research aims to determine supply chain, value-added, and development strategy of goat pasteurized milk at Goatzilla Farm & Cafe. The location of the research was determined by the purposive method. The research method used descriptive and analytic methods. The result of the research showed that the links involved in the supply chain of pasteurized goat milk are Goatzilla farm units, partner farmers, collectors, the processing unit of Senduro Goatmilk Indonesia, Goatzilla Farm & Cafe, Senduro Goatmilk Indonesia outlet, and consumers. The processing of fresh goat milk into pasteurized goat milk provides positive value-added and can be classified as a medium category. The recommended strategy for the development of pasteurized goat milk based on the FKK value of the highest driving and inhibiting factors is to form a cooperative business entity engaged in agribusiness of Senduro goat milk.

Abstract

ABSTRAK                                                                        Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui peramalan populasi sapi potong, diversifikasi produk daging sapi potong, dan strategi pengembangan sapi potong di Jawa Timur. Penelitian dilakukan di Jawa Timur. Metode yang dipergunakan dalam kajian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan korelasional. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dengan melakukan wawancara langsung dan FGD dan data sekunder yang diambil dari BPS, dinas terkait, buku-buku referensi dan internet. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis time series menggunakan metode Box-Jenkins (ARIMA) dengan Eviews, analisis nilai tambah dan analisis SWOT. Hasil yang diperoleh dari peramalan produksi sapi potong pada tahun 2017 hingga 2022 cenderung meningkat. Diversifikasi produk pengolahan sapi potong yaitu bakso dan abon daging. Hasil analisis nilai tambah, margin untuk keuntungan usaha bakso yaitu 22,18%, lebih kecil daripada marjin pendapatan atau imbalan tenaga kerja yaitu 32,73%. Margin untuk keuntungan industri usaha abon daging yaitu 23,12%, lebih besar daripada marjin pendapatan atau imbalan tenaga kerja yaitu 18,29%. Hasil analisis SWOT menunjukkan bahwa posisi kompetitif relatif dan berada pada kuadran SPEKULATIF dengan nilai IFAS 1,99 dan EFAS 3,72. Pengembangan sapi potong di Jawa Timur memiliki peluang yang prospektif akan tetapi produsen belum mampu mengembangkannya.Kata Kunci : diversifikasi, populasi, spi potong, strategi pengembanganABSTRACTThe purpose of this research was to forecast beef cattle population, diversification of beef products, and strategies of developing beef cattle in East Java. The study was conducted in East Java. The method used in this study was descriptive and co-relational methods. The data used in this study are primary data obtained by conducting direct interviews and FGDs; and secondary data taken from BPS, related agencies, reference books, and the internet. The method of data analysis used was time series analysis using the Box-Jenkins (ARIMA) method with Eviews, value-added analysis, and SWOT analysis. The results obtained from forecasting beef cattle production in 2017 to 2022 show an increased trend. Diversification of beef processed products are meatballs (bakso) and meat floss (abon). The results of value-added analysis showed the margin for the profit of the meatball business was 22.18%, relatively smaller than the income margin or labor benefits, which was 32.73%. The margin for the industrial profits of the shredded meat business was 23.12%, which was greater than the income margin or labor benefit (18.29%). The results of the SWOT analysis indicated that the relative competitive position is in the SPECULATIVE quadrant with IFAS value of 1.99 and EFAS 3.72. This means that beef cattle development in East Java has a prospective opportunity but producers have not been able to develop it.Keywords: beef, diversification, development strategy, population

Abstract

ABSTRACT One of the supporters of the national parks of Meru Betiri National Park (TNMB) in land rehabilitation is for the purpose of enhancing the ability and independence community in benefiting forest resource and land optimally. Chilli plant is a plant endemic to Java, which is in the Meru Betiri National Park National Park (TNMB) in addition Java is chili plants intercrop in Meru Betiri National Park as it can grow under the shade of a tree of principal. In addition the existence of the programme planning of aquaculture farming Java Chilli can also increase the income of farmers in land rehabilitation of Meru Betiri National Park National Park (TNMB). This research aims to know the: (1) financial feasibility analysis of effort of land rehabilitation Resort Java Chilli Wonoasri Meru Betiri National Park National Park (TNMB) District Jember; (2) the sensitivity of farming Java Chili against the decline in production and a decrease in the price of production. The research results showed that: (1) analysis ofthe feasibility of farming chili Java at Resort Wonoasri Garden Meru Betiri National Park (TNMB) with the investment criteria of Jember District shows the result with the value as follows: Net Present Value (NPV) worth Rp 94,783,796; PR worth 13.63; Net benefit Cost (Net/B/C) worth 13.63; Gross Benefit Cost Ratio (Gross B/C) worth 3.71 and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) is worth 43.7%. Based on the results of financial eligibility criteria then Java chili farming deserves to be run and developed. (2) J ava chili farming is not sensitive to a decrease in production of 40% so that the Java chili farming is still eligible to run and developed and insensitive Java chili farming is taking action against a price reduction of 18%.Keywords: Java Chili, Feasibility Analysis, Sensitivity Analysis ABSTRAK Salah satu kegiatan pendukung Taman Nasional Meru Betiri (TNMB) di lahan rehabilitasi adalah dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dan kemandirian masyarakat dalam mendapatkan manfaat sumberdaya hutan dan lahan secara optimal. Tanaman cabe jawa merupakan tanaman endemik yang berada di kawasan Taman Nasional Meru Betiri (TNMB) selain itu tanaman cabe jawa merupakan tanaman sela di Taman Nasional Meru Betiri karena dapat tumbuh dibawah naungan pohon pokok. Selain itu dengan adanya program tersebut perencanaan budidaya usahatani cabe jawa juga dapat meningkatkan pendapatan petani di lahan rehabilitasi Taman Nasional Meru Betiri (TNMB). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) analisis kelayakan finansial usaha cabe jawa lahan rehabilitasi Resort Wonoasri Taman Nasional Meru Betiri (TNMB) Kabupaten Jember; (2) sensitivitas usahatani cabe jawa terhadap penurunan produksi dan penurunan harga produksi. Hasil penelitianmenunjukan bahwa: (1) analisis kelayakan usahatani cabe jawa di Resort Wonoasri Taman Nasional Meru Betiri (TNMB) Kabupaten Jember dengan kriteria investasi menunjukkan hasil dengan nilai sebagai berikut: Net Present Value (NPV) bernilai Rp 94.783.796; PR bernilai 13,63; Net benefit Cost (Net B/C) bernilai 13,63; Gross Benefit Cost Ratio (Gross B/C) bernilai 3, 71 dan Internal Rate of Return (IRR) bernilai 43,7%. Berdasarkan hasil kriteria kelayakan finansial maka usahatani cabe jawa layak untuk dijalankan dan dikembangkan. (2) Usahatani cabe jawa tidak peka terhadap penurunan produksi sebesar 40% sehingga usahatani cabe jawa masih layak untuk dijalankan dan dikembangkan dan usahatani cabe jawa tidak peka tehadap penurunan harga sebesar 18%. Abstract

Development strategy research purposes agribusiness and agro food crops subsector in the district Situbondo are : (1) to determine the subsector agribusiness development centers crops , (2) to determine the trend of food commodities , (3) to analyze the value added of agro based food crops and (4) to strategize the development of agribusiness and agro food crop subsector in Situbondo. Research methods lead to the descriptive and analytical methods. The data used in this study is primary data and secondary data . Analysis tools to be used in the study are: (1) Location Quetion (LQ analysis ); (2) Trend Line Test with Total Least Squares Method, (3) value added analysis, and (4) FFA (Field Force Analysis). Discussion of results (1) Rice, maize, soybean, cassava , peanuts, green is a sector basis in some areas in Situbondo ,(2) types of food crops in 2010-2014 increased production are maize, cassava, peanuts, green beans, (3) agro based agricultural commodities community cultivated in Situbondo positive gain added value, and (4) alternative development strategy aimed at facilitating the establishment of agri terminal , which is supported by the activities of agroindustry incubator and cluster based agro commodities agriculture.   Key Words : Agribusiness, agro-industry, food crops

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine (1) the condition of the real farms by farmers in selected areas; (2) the characteristics of farm income in selected areas; (3) efforts to increase production, productivity and quality of coffee commodity; and (4) recommendations to increase production, productivity and quality of coffee commodity. The supporting analysis tools were used: (1) analysis of costs , revenues and earnings; (2) descriptive analysis; and (3) force fields analysis. Coffee crop farming activities by applying Sidomulyo Village coffee farmers planting multiple cropping system, implemented by planting plants in garden coffee sidelines near the coffee plants of economic value as well as shade plants such as plants apukat coffee, coconut, banana, yam, sengon and mahogany. Coffee processing logs into the system in the form of coffee ose, divided into two ways , namely wet processing systems and processing systems to dry. Average revenue per hectare coffee farm in 2010 for coffee if the system dry with around Rp 15.750.000 per Ha. Revenue in the system if the wet spring (HS) is Rp 20.325.000 per ha and if the form OSE generated revenues of approximately Rp 30.075.000 per Ha. There is a difference in income between the system if the system is semi-dry if wet, which if wet systems provide income (profit) is relatively higher than dry system. Difference in difference with semi- wet (HS) is Rp 4.575.000 per ha and if wet (OSE) Rp 14.325.000 per Ha. In addition, there are differences in income between coffee system if wet HS and OSE, which is 9.750.000 per ha or 67,6 percent. Efforts to increase production , productivity and quality should still consider the four (4) important factors , namely : (1) input factors are controlled ; (2) the input factor that is not controlled ; (3) the desired output factors ; and (4) factors that are not desired outputs Keywords : Strategy, Production, Productivity and Quality of Coffee

Abstract

Soy milk agroindustry is one of soy commodity processing with the aim to get added value by processingsoy milk product. This research aimed to determine: (1) the soy raw material stock, (2) the soy milk agroindustry income, (3) the efficiency of soy milk agroindustry production cost, (4) the value added of soy milk agroindustry, and (5) the development prospect of soy milk agroindustry. Research method used is descriptive and analysis methods. The sampling method using purposive sampling method. The result of this study showed that (1) the soy milk agroindustry have a total raw material cost which was bigger than EOQ total cost. (2) The income of soy milk agroindustry for home scale was Rp 15.987,95; Rp167.748,31 for small scale; and Rp 1.909.549,09 for medium scale industry.(3) The soy milk agroindustry production cost were efficient. (4) the value added of soy milk agroindustry in various scale are have been able to give the positive values.(5) the SWOT analysis result of soy milk agroindustry in Jember area showed that the industry were in white area (strengths - opportunities) which showed the industry have a prospect to be developed.Keywords : Soy milk Agroindustry, raw material stock , income, efficiency, Value added, SWOT
