The utilization of Decision Support Systems can help humans decide things quickly, accurately and consistently. Dehasen University Library has difficulty in considering library services that need to be improved. The research method used in this research is the waterfall model method carried out is a needs analysis, namely determining needs, system design from needs analysis, making programs to design by writing program code, program implementation and testing of the system created. This decision support system is made using the native php programming language so as to speed up the determination of landfills by implementing the moora method. This SPK is also integrated into the MySQL database. From the results of research with this system more accelerate the selection ranking with several alternatives, and testing done with the manual process there is no difference.

Build an intranet Web server is a method or action to solve the problems faced by schools are not reached by the internet. In this study the authors used Linux since using linux Authors can specify the criteria and weights are in want to build an Intranet Web Server in SMP N 38 Seluma. In building an Intranet Web Server researchers using PHP programming language and MySQL database are integrated in the package XAMPP 1.6.4 for Linux as well as the integration of technology LTSP (Linux Terminal Service Project) and Linux-based operating system Ubuntu 10.10 servers authors can easily build a web server in the intranet .

This research is to design an online game based on calculations using Macromedia Flash 8.0so as to help children around the world in online learning multiplication . With the website ofthis multiplication game that people can easily access games multiplication calculations quicklywithout requiring a lot of time .The research method used is the System Development Method . Information obtained by the manual will be developed in the direction of Computerized through the website so that peoplecan directly see and play the online multiplication calculations . The game was implemented to hire a Linux -based Hosting and Domain so that the website can more quickly access and security can be guaranteed .Based on the results of testing the system in the calculation of Multiplication Based GamesOnline Using Flash can assist users in learning multiplication calculations .

The zoning system implemented by the Ministry of Education and Culture in the process of Accepting New Students in schools aims to equalize the right to education for school-aged children. The aim of this research is to develop a Zoning-Based Application for Accepting New Students at State junior high school 6 Bengkulu City. The methods used in this research are interviews, literature study, analysis, system design, testing and implementation. Residential property business, an activity in which someone invests in one or more houses, the implementation of which does not involve production costs. Because it does not use its own production costs, of course it is very safe for business people to control it, and the results can be taken at any time in the future in the form of profits. Currently, housing business players generally still market products manually, namely face to face (coming directly to the marketing location) to provide information to consumers about the housing sold by the developer. The online market application for housing developers in Bengkulu City is a medium that can be used by developers to market the housing they manage, and also to provide information to the public about housing in Bengkulu City. The domain of this online market application can be accessed via www.olmarketplacedevperumahan.online. In this online market there are 3 access rights for applications, namely administrator (can be placed in housing and data developers in Bengkulu City), developer (can update developer data and housing data applications), and community (can see developer information, housing, as well as installment simulations). In order for developers to access this online market application, developers must enter themselves into APERSI directly by entering the developer's profile. Then APERSI will provide a username and password to the developer, so that the developer can access this online marketplace application

ABSTRACT:Image segmentation is the process of placing a label for each pixel in an image therefore pixels with the same label share certain visual characteristics. One of the algorithms that can be applied in accelerating the segmentation process is K-Means Clustering. K-means is a non-hierarchical clustering method that tries to partition existing data into one or more clusters. This method partitions data into clusters so that data with the same characteristics are grouped into the same cluster and data with different characteristics are grouped into other clusters. The implementation of the system uses the Visual Basic 2010 programming language and the method used in this research is the waterfall method. The results of the analysis carried out show that the similarity of the identified images based on the proximity of the color values and the accuracy produced is quite good, especially for objects that have special colors or colors that have become characteristics of the object.
