Abstract

This research aimed to improve the ability to recognize geometric shapes in group A at TK AL-Ihlas Pasuruan using the educational game tool Bamzle (Bamboe puzzle). Bamzle is an educational game tool created by the researchers made from bamboo, widely available in the TK Al-Ihlas school environment. This research is Classroom Action Research using the Kemis and Mc. Taggart's design model with four stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. This research was carried out in 2 cycles, each with 2 meetings. The research subjects were children from group A, TK Al-Ihlas Kindergarten, Capang Village, Purwodadi District, Pasuruan Regency. Data collection techniques used were observation and documentation. The research results showed that the ability to recognize geometry increased from initial observation activities by 27%, then in Cycle I, it reached 41.67%, and in Cycle II, it reached 79.67%. The use of bamzle by teachers and students was very effective, as shown by the observations of the use of bamzle by students reaching 89% and by teachers reaching 92.7%. This has proved that Bamzle could improve the ability to recognize geometric shapes in group A at TK Al-Ihlas Pasuruan.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the role of teachers in cultivating the character of diligent worship in early childhood at PAUD Tunas Harapan, Sukorejo village, Puhpelem subdistrict, Wonogiri district. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection using observation, interviews and documentation methods. The research results show that the formation of the character of diligent worship in early childhood cannot be separated from the role of the teacher, including: 1. The role of the teacher as a facilitator, namely the teacher provides an example as an example, namely the teacher arrives on time, the teacher gives an example when praying with good etiquette, provides an example in carrying out learning activities from start to finish. 2. The teacher acts as an inspirer, a teacher must be able to raise the enthusiasm of students by telling the story of Rosululloh and his companions to inspire students. 3. The teacher acts as a motivator, namely providing motivation to appreciate students who complete assignments well, giving rewards to children who excel, giving gifts and words of praise so that children are motivated to be enthusiastic about learning. 4. The teacher as a dynamist, namely the teacher has a view and attempts to build the character of students and has high creativity in finding a solution to every problem faced by students. 5. Teacher as evaluators have a role as people who carry out evaluations in learning at school. Evaluation in learning has an important role so that teachers know to what extent students have understood what the teacher/teacher has conveyed. Of the several roles teachers have carried out, the aim is to shape students at PAUD Tunas Harapan, Sukorejo village, Puhpelem sub-district into children who are diligent in worshiping, such as being accustomed to praying before doing assignments in class, accustomed to praying before and after eating, willing to learn to pray with joy, learning to perform ablution happily, accustomed to  coming to the mosque, willing to learn to memorize short letters happily and knowing the letters. hijaiyah with pleasure. All of this is instilled or developed as early as possible in early childhood because these are the fundamental religious teachings of every individual, community, nation and state's life.

Abstract

Ship procurement for shipping companies is a strategic and costly decision that requires careful consideration. The limited availability of secondhand container ships meeting the criteria forces companies to adjust the quality of purchased ships. This study employs the Pairwise Comparison (PC), Benefit-Cost Analysis (CBA), and Lean Administration methods to evaluate ship criteria, financial impacts, and acquisition process efficiency. PC assesses ship selection criteria from various stakeholder perspectives, while Lean Administration analyzes the acquisition process using Value Stream Mapping (VSM). CBA includes NPV, IRR, BCR, ROI, and PP to measure investment feasibility. Results show that ships with superior specifications are the top priority (49%), followed by payload (31%) and price (20%). Fuel consumption is the dominant sub-criterion under ship specifications, with a weight of 42%. Acquisition process analysis reveals that only 45% of the time adds value, while the rest is wasted, inflating acquisition costs by up to 10% of the ship's price. Although all ships show positive investment indicators, some parameters fall short of expectations, reducing profit margins. The assessment of ship conditions does not always reflect their economic value or acquisition efficiency due to the complexity of interrelated factors. Structured planning involving multiple perspectives is key to improving decision-making quality amid complex and suboptimal conditions in ship procurement.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify and obtain information about introduction of English vocabulary in early childhood in Pocenter, how processes in learning activities using flower card media. Data and information is collected through observations and interviews with teachers at the Pocenter. This study explains and gives an overview of the learning activities using the flower card media for the introduction of English vocabulary. The results of this study show that the learning activity of introducing English words to early childhood children using flower cards in its implementation still has many shortcomings and obstacles, but has been implemented optimally. The school also applies pre-learning habits to train the child's concentration to be more focused when learning begins later. Introduction to English vocabulary for children who are at Pocenter is essential because to go to the next level. The media flower card can also develop the child's fine motor aspects, art, creativity, and language.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of the Mind Mapping method in stimulating the creativity of children aged 5-6 years at TK PKK Talun, Desa Talun, Kecamatan Ngebel, Kabupaten Ponorogo. The approach used is field descriptive qualitative. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving 20 children, as well as teachers and parents. The results show that the Mind Mapping method is effective in enhancing children's creativity, as evidenced by the increase in creative thinking abilities such as generating new ideas and connecting concepts. Observations indicated that the children were more active and enthusiastic in learning activities. Interviews with teachers and parents revealed that this method helps children understand the material better and improves their memory. Documentation of the children's work showed improvements in uniqueness and innovation aspects. Based on these findings, the Mind Mapping method is recommended as a learning strategy to stimulate creativity in early childhood education at TK PKK Talun.

Abstract

Guru memiliki peran penting dalam membangkitkan motivasi belajar anak usia dini. Guru menerapkan strategi menarik agar anak merasa senang dan terdorong belajar. Minimnya minat anak usia dini menghafal Al-Qur’an dipengaruhi perasaan tidak mampu, sehingga semangat menghafal kurang. Kurangnya penguasaan tajwid, makharijul huruf, dan kelancaran membaca Al-Qur’an juga menjadi faktor kurangnya motivasi siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mendeskripsikan peran guru terhadap motivasi menghafal siswa di RA Tahfizh Al Furqon Ponorogo, (2) Mendeskripsikan faktor pendukung dan penghambat peran guru terhadap motivasi menghafal siswa. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data meliputi pengumpulan, reduksi, penyajian, serta penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Peran guru dalam memotivasi siswa meliputi: (a) guru sebagai suri tauladan (role model), (b) guru sebagai penyedia dan pengelola lingkungan belajar yang nyaman dan kondusif, serta (c) guru sebagai motivator. (2) Faktor pendukung meliputi kehadiran guru yang konsisten, kualitas dan kredibilitas guru tahfidz yang mendukung program, serta disiplin guru saat mengajar. Faktor penghambat adalah suasana kelas yang terkadang bising karena siswa bermain atau berbicara. Namun, guru mengatasinya dengan nasehat lembut dan peringatan edukatif, seperti mengajak murojaah bersama. Selain peran guru dalam motivasi, kerjasama dengan keluarga dan lingkungan sekitar sangat diperlukan agar pembelajaran tahfidz berjalan optimal dan siswa dapat mencapai target yang ditentukan.

Abstract

PAUD berfungsi sebagai wadah optimalisasi tumbuh kembang anak, salah satunya mendorong perkembangan motorik halus yang menunjang perkembangan kecakapan hidup anak. Tujuan dari kegiatan belajar melalui stimulasi ecoprint ini adalah untuk menganalisis fungsi perkembangan motorik halus menggunakan analisis kasus kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik observasi, penelitian dokumenter dan wawancara terhadap tiga informan yang dipilih melalui metode purposive sampling dan analisis data pada saat penjumlahan data, penyajian dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan yang mengembangkan motorik halus anak mulai berkembang sejak satu bulan, pembelajaran dirangsang dengan memukul menggunakan alat tutuk kayu, menempelkan benda pada lembaran kain, menggabungkan beberapa bunga dan daun, mengajarkan cara memegang alat dan melakukan tutuk yang benar dan mempelajari kegiatan serta menggunakan alat-alat unik. Evaluasi kinerja dilakukan dengan penilaian kinerja, observasi dan penugasan sesuai metrik yang telah ditentukan

Abstract

Anak usia dini cenderung meniru perilaku orang-orang di sekitarnya, terutama keluarga. Perilaku sopan santun anak sangat ditentukan  oleh orang tua yang menjadi pendidik utama. Tujuan penulisan ini ialah untuk mendiskripsikan bagaimana peran orang tua dalam menanamkan perilaku sopan santun di usia dini dan strategi yang digunakan untuk melakukannya. Penelitian dilakukan di TK Krajan 1 Kecamatan Parang Kabupaten Magetan dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi sebagai bagian dari metodologi penulisan deskriptif kualitatif. Analisis data, reduksi, penyajian, dan pengambilan kesimpulan digunakan dalam proses analisis. Temuan penulisan menunjukkan bahwa orang tua mempunyai tugas penting dalam menumbuhkan perilaku sopan  santun dengan berperan sebagai pengawas, panutan, motivator, dan penasihat. Cara yang dapat dilakukan antara lain mengajarkan anak untuk menggunakan kata "tolong," "maaf," dan "terima kasih," menunjukkan contoh di dunia nyata, dan berkomunikasi dengan pendidik untuk mengawasi perilaku anak secara konsisten. strategi yang paling menonjol dalam data tersebut ialah kebiasaan dan panutan. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan orang tua secara teratur dan aktif mempunyai tugas penting dalam menanamkan perilaku sopan santun anak sejak usia dini. Dengan demikian, perilaku sopan  santun anak dalam kehidupan sehari-hari benar-benar didasarkan pada peran yang dimainkan orang tua.

Abstract

Sentul Learning Studio is a form of tutoring for undocumented migrant children to obtain an education. The ethnic and linguistic diversity enhances the profile of Pancasila students with global diversity, as teachers incorporate this into their teaching. This research aims to understand how teachers contribute to strengthening the Pancasila Global Diversity student profile in Malaysian learning centers. The study utilizes a qualitative research method. Research findings show that raising the profile of Pancasila students with global diversity involves understanding and valuing various cultures, engaging in intercultural communication during interactions, and reflecting on and taking responsibility for diverse experiences. Conclusion This research explores the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum, which allows Pancasila education teachers at the Sentul Malaysia learning center to design student-tailored learning experiences. The center originally had 7 students, increasing to 13, 24, 37, and now 41 students, with 6 students currently inactive. The curriculum emphasizes global diversity competencies. Teachers integrate Indonesia's cultural heritage through activities such as traditional dances and games, including the Jathilan dance and the Ampar-Ampar Pisang folk song. Two students are fluent in Javanese and Indonesian. Activities such as celebrating Mother's Day and making crafts from recycled materials foster curiosity about Indonesian culture. Gymnastics and games with Indonesian roots such as Senam 123, Gemo Famire, and penguin gymnastics are also included. Learning the Jathilan dance, jumping rope, and making soybean tempeh exposes students to authentic Indonesian culture, fostering acceptance, appreciation, and a desire to learn.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mendeskripsikan strategi guru dalam pembentukan akhlak pribadi melalui pembiasaan pada anak usia 4-5 tahun dan mengidentifikasi faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat proses ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di TK Desa Klecorejo menjadi lokasi penelitian, dengan partisipan 1 kepala sekolah, 3 guru, serta murid berumur 4-5 tahun sebagai sumber data penelitian ini. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data : 1). pengumpulan data, 2). Reduksi data, 3). Penyajian data, dan 4). penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru menggunakan berbagai pembiasaan seperti membiasakan siswa untuk berjabat tangan, mengucapkan salam, berdoa sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan belajar, serta melakukan shalat dhuha bersama. Pembiasaan, pengulangan yang teratur, dan penguatan positif ialah kunci untuk berhasil membentuk akhlak pribadi anak. Selain itu dukungan orang tua serta lingkungan juga turut berkontribusi, meskipun terdapat tantangan yaitu ketidakkonsistenan perilaku anak, kestabilan emosi anak,  serta keterbatasan waktu dan energi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pembiasaan yang dilakukan secara berkelanjutan serta keteladanan dari guru merupakan elemen kunci dalam membentuk akhlak pribadi anak umur dini.
