Abstract

A quality organizational culture and high work motivation of villa employees can cause an increase in villa room occupancy rates. The Claremont Luxury Villas has, however, a room occupancy rate that tends to fall due to poor organizational culture and low work motivation of the employees. This research aims at analyzing the room occupancy value of The Claremont Luxury Villas. This research seeks to identify the causes of the decline in room occupancy rates and the catalyst for the room occupancy rates at The Claremont Luxury Villas. This research was completed using qualitative methods. The primary data source for this research was obtained through field studies at The Claremont Luxury Villas. Secondary research data sources come from related literature. Observations were applied to collect primary data and document studies to obtain secondary data. The collected data were qualitatively analyzed with the help of knowledge power relations theory and practice theory. The results of the research are: 1) Organizational culture and employee work motivation can be concluded as a catalyst for the occupancy value of The Claremont Luxury Villa rooms; 2) The continuously deteriorating performance of organizational culture and increasingly low levels of employee motivation at work have resulted in a decline in the room occupancy rate at The Claremont Luxury Villa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh aksesibilitas dan fasilitas terhadap keputusan berkunjung wisatawan. Penelitian dilakukan di Lembah Bidadari, Taro, Tegallalang, Gianyar, Bali dengan jumlah 70 responden yang diambil menggunakan rumus Hair. Seluruh data yang diperoleh dari distribusi kuesioner dinyatakan layak dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda serta uji hipotesis (uji t dan uji F) Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Aksesibilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung wisatawan ke Lembah Bidadari, dengan nilai koefisien regresi 0,182 dan T-Stat = 3,790, signifikansi 0,002 (p < 0,05). Artinya, semakin baik aksesibilitas wisata maka semakin tinggi pula keputusan wisatawan untuk berkunjung.Fasilitas juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung, dengan koefisien regresi 0,435 dan T-Stat = 6,547, signifikansi 0,000 (p < 0,05). Ini berarti semakin baik fasilitas wisata, semakin besar kemungkinan wisatawan untuk berkunjung. Aksesibilitas dan fasilitas secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, dibuktikan dengan F-Stat = 35,967 dan signifikansi 0,000 (p < 0,05). Artinya, peningkatan kedua faktor tersebut secara bersama-sama dapat meningkatkan keputusan wisatawan untuk berkunjung kembali ke Lembah Bidadari. The Impact of Accessibility and Facilities on Tourists’ Intention to Revisit Lembah Bidadari, Taro, Tegallalang, Gianyar, BalicThis study aims to examine and analyze the influence of accessibility and facilities on tourists’ visiting decisions. The research was conducted at Lembah Bidadari, Taro, Tegallalang, Gianyar, Bali, involving a sample of 70 respondents, determined using Hair’s formula. Data collected through questionnaires were analyzed using multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing (t-test and F-test).The results show that: Accessibility has a positive and significant effect on tourists’ visiting decisions, with a regression coefficient (b1X1) of 0.182 and a T-statistic of 3.790, at a significance level of 0.002 (p < 0.05). Improved accessibility enhances tourists’ intention to visit. Facilities also have a positive and significant effect, with a regression coefficient (b2X2) of 0.435 and T-statistic of 6.547, at a significance level of 0.000 (p < 0.05), indicating that better facilities increase the likelihood of tourists revisiting the site.Accessibility and facilities together exert a positive and significant influence on tourists’ visiting decisions, proven by an F-statistic of 35.967 at a significance level of 0.000 (p < 0.05). This means the combined improvement of both factors strengthens tourists’ decision to visit Lembah Bidadari.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development of homestay tourist accommodation in Kenderan Village, Tegalalang District, Gianyar Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach. In this study, the data were analyzed and presented descriptively. The data collection used non-participant observation, structured interviews, literature studies, and document studies. The technique SWOT analysis used for data analysis. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it is evident that each homestay has strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges in managing it. In general, the strength of these seven homestays is the strong family atmosphere which is characteristic of each form of homestay. Then there is a weakness of the seven homestays, namely inadequate management due to limited human resources. The existence of culture and nature that are still beautiful is an opportunity for the seven homestays in Kenderan Village. Therefore, it is necessary to utilize existing resources so that they can be used as the main factor that attracts the attention of tourists to settle down. Next, regarding the challenges, those are generally experienced by the seven homestays are increasingly fierce and growing market competition.
