Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development of homestay tourist accommodation in Kenderan Village, Tegalalang District, Gianyar Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach. In this study, the data were analyzed and presented descriptively. The data collection used non-participant observation, structured interviews, literature studies, and document studies. The technique SWOT analysis used for data analysis. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it is evident that each homestay has strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges in managing it. In general, the strength of these seven homestays is the strong family atmosphere which is characteristic of each form of homestay. Then there is a weakness of the seven homestays, namely inadequate management due to limited human resources. The existence of culture and nature that are still beautiful is an opportunity for the seven homestays in Kenderan Village. Therefore, it is necessary to utilize existing resources so that they can be used as the main factor that attracts the attention of tourists to settle down. Next, regarding the challenges, those are generally experienced by the seven homestays are increasingly fierce and growing market competition. Abstract

A quality organizational culture and high work motivation of villa employees can cause an increase in villa room occupancy rates. The Claremont Luxury Villas has, however, a room occupancy rate that tends to fall due to poor organizational culture and low work motivation of the employees. This research aims at analyzing the room occupancy value of The Claremont Luxury Villas. This research seeks to identify the causes of the decline in room occupancy rates and the catalyst for the room occupancy rates at The Claremont Luxury Villas. This research was completed using qualitative methods. The primary data source for this research was obtained through field studies at The Claremont Luxury Villas. Secondary research data sources come from related literature. Observations were applied to collect primary data and document studies to obtain secondary data. The collected data were qualitatively analyzed with the help of knowledge power relations theory and practice theory. The results of the research are: 1) Organizational culture and employee work motivation can be concluded as a catalyst for the occupancy value of The Claremont Luxury Villa rooms; 2) The continuously deteriorating performance of organizational culture and increasingly low levels of employee motivation at work have resulted in a decline in the room occupancy rate at The Claremont Luxury Villa.

Abstract

Ibu hamil trimester III sangat rentan mengalami kecemasan, hal ini dikarenakan bahwa ibu hamil belum siap secara mental, spiritual dan fisik untuk menghadapi proses persalinannya. Ibu hamil yang cemas akan mempengaruhi kesiapan ibu dalam persalinan bahkan dapat mempengaruhi keadaan janin dalam kandungan jika kecemasan ibu berlanjut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis perbedaan kecemasan ibu hamil trimester III sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan tradisi melukat. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif dengan pendekatan onegroup preposttest design. Populasinya adalah seluruh ibu hamil di Desa Bungkulan dengan jumlah sampel minimal sebanyak 78 ibu hamil. eknik pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling dan instrumen penelitiannya menggunakan kuesioner kecemasan. Selanjutnya analisis yang digunakan secara univariat dan bivariat menggunakan wilcoxon dikarenakan data tidak berdistribusi normal. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan rata-rata kecemasan yang dirasakan oleh ibu sebelum dan sesudah melukat dengan nilai Z 4,65. Hasil ini juga signifikan secara statistik bahwa melukat merupakan kegiatan yang dapat menurunkan kecemasan ibu menjelang proses melahirkan trimester III. Simpulannya bahwa terdapat perbedaan kecemasan sebelum dan sesudah melukat pada ibu hamil.
