Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap pelayanan jasa Kereta Api Priority yang menghubungkan Jakarta dengan Surabaya menggunakan metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). PT Kereta Api Pariwisata (KAI Wisata) sebagai perusahaan penyedia layanan ini ingin mengevaluasi kualitas pelayanannya serta mendapatkan informasi mengenai atribut pelayanan yang dianggap penting oleh pelanggan dan sejauh mana kinerja perusahaan dalam memenuhi harapan tersebut. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan KAI Wisata yang menggunakan layanan Kereta Api Priority, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 90 orang. Data yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada pelanggan diolah menggunakan metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) untuk memetakan atribut-atribut layanan berdasarkan kepentingan dan kinerjanya. Hasil analisis tersebut memberikan gambaran mengenai atribut layanan yang dianggap penting oleh pelanggan namun memiliki kinerja perusahaan yang rendah. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga memberikan informasi mengenai atribut-atribut yang memiliki tingkat kepuasan pelanggan yang tinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa atribut pelayanan yang dianggap penting oleh pelanggan dan memerlukan perbaikan dalam kinerjanya. Dengan demikian, perusahaan dapat menggunakan hasil analisis ini sebagai panduan untuk merencanakan strategi perbaikan dan peningkatan layanan agar dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini juga berkontribusi dalam menjaga daya saing PT Kereta Api Pariwisata di industri pariwisata dan memperkuat citra perusahaan di mata pelanggan

Abstract

This study investigates virtual employee engagement using a bibliometric analysis methodology. The objective of this study is to collect information and data pertinent to virtual employee engagement. In conducting this study, the researcher collected and extracted data from the Scopus database. In July 2023, a total of 933 articles were discovered in the Scopus database. After that, VOSviewer is used for scientific mapping and analysis of publication performance, including identifying the contributions of authors, journals, countries, and the number of author keywords. The quantity of publications has increased significantly over the years. Several countries have contributed to publications on virtual employee engagement. The United States contributes the most to this publication subject, followed by India, the United Kingdom, Australia, China, Malaysia, the Netherlands, Germany, Pakistan, and France. Based on article documents production, the Personnel Review" is the journal with the greatest influence because it produces 32 documents. While, the highest value number of citations is "International Journal of Human Resource Management" with the total number of 1.015 citations. In the field of virtual employee engagement research, De Clercq D and Pereira R is regarded as the highest number of document publication author; and Knight C, Patterson M, et al. are the most cited authors with 297 citations. The keyword presents key terminology from the field organized into six distinct categories colors (red, blue, green, yellow, purple and light blue). This study has a broad implication for virtual employee engagement perceptions. The findings can benefit many researchers to can utilize the data for their investigations with depth of information encourages field research.

Abstract

The people of dusun Stanpat Girang Indragiri Village, Rancabali District, Bandung Regency are a community of tea plantation workers under PTPN VIII with the main activity of cultivating tea plants in the Rancabali sub-district. The development of immigrant communities with natives from around southern Bandung creates cultural diversity that affects the art of building and architectural styles of buildings. The beautiful nature in this plantation area is very attractive for immigrants to enjoy nature, and stop for a while to enjoy a meal in the cool air. This interaction and integration has led to a change in service according to the demands of migrants to become a warung that provides food with vegetables and traditional side dishes such as fish, chicken, birds and transforms into providing shelter, lodging and hotels. The potential natural tourist attraction of the Ciwidey and Rancabali areas is attractive because it is supported by supporting infrastructure and facilities such as gas stations, hotels, restaurants, and places of worship and the construction of the Seroja toll road that connects Soreang to the city of Bandung makes tourists come faster. Cultural attractions are also often held in tourism areas such as there Pateggan, Kawah Putih, Ciwalini Hot Springs, Rancaupas, and other new tours. Dusun Stanplat takes a market approach by presenting traditional concepts of cultural attractions and natural landscapes that are beautified by natural ornament buildings so that they are liked by the motorcycle community, car community and other communities to live and enjoy the beauty and cultural friendliness and make interactions between tourists and residents more fluid, cooking programs and stay in a traditional house with the locals and away from the hustle and bustle of the big city.

Abstract

This Research examine the influence of financial leverage measure by Debt Ratio there are Degree of Financial Leverage (DFL), Debt to Total Asset (DTA) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) to the systematic risk (beta) of stock, and also examine the difference influence of thus debt ratio to the systematic risk (beta) of stock in normal period and in the global financial crisis in the year of 2008. This research use the data of firms in the manufacture sector which is listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (Bursa Efek Indonesia) for the year of 2006 untill 2009. Using the purposive sampling method founded 87 firms for the sample. Research analysis use the panel data regression with General Least Square (GLS) method and 95% degree of confidence. The result of this research found that DFL, DTA and DER have a positive influence to the systematic risk (beta) of stock and also found that there is no difference influence of thus debt ratio to the systematic risk (beta) of stock in the normal period and on the global financial crisis in the year of 2008

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pengembangan bisnis pada startup kuliner Sagomak yangmenyajikan mie gomak, makanan khas Medan, kepada masyarakat urban di Kota Bandung. Sagomak hadir sebagaialternatif kuliner lokal dalam pasar yang multikultural dan memiliki minat tinggi terhadap makanan tradisional. Metodepenelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancaratatap muka dan daring, serta studi pustaka.Analisis dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan Business Model Canvas (BMC) untuk memetakan sembilan elemen utamamodel bisnis, dan dilengkapi dengan analisis SWOT serta matriks TOWS sebagai dasar perumusan strategi. Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan bahwa keunggulan utama Sagomak terletak pada cita rasa autentik dan nilai emosional produk.Kelemahan berupa keterbatasan SDM dan produksi menjadi hambatan yang perlu diatasi. Peluang datang dari trenmakanan lokal, sedangkan tantangan utama adalah kompetisi dan kendala distribusi bahan baku. Strategi yangdisarankan meliputi optimalisasi kanal distribusi digital, pengembangan produk, serta kolaborasi strategis dengan mitralokal.Dengan penerapan strategi yang tepat, Sagomak memiliki potensi untuk berkembang sebagai bisnis kuliner lokal yanginovatif dan berkelanjutan.Kata Kunci: Business Model Canvas, SWOT, strategi bisnis, startup kuliner, mie gomak

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan merumuskan strategi pengelolaan keuangan yang efektif bagi ReviveAutoPaintworks, sebuah bisnis jasa pengecatan motor. Dalam industri jasa yang kompetitif, pengelolaan keuangan yang optimalmenjadi krusial untuk memastikan keberlanjutan dan pertumbuhan bisnis. Fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk menjadi acuanpengambilan keputusan dalam strategi keuangan yang harus diterapkan. Studi ini mengadopsi pendekatan kualitatif dengandata yang diambil dari wawancara kepada pihak internal dan eksternal untuk mendalami praktik pengelolaan keuangan yangsaat ini diterapkan oleh ReviveAuto Paintworks. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ReviveAuto Paintworks menghadapitantangan dalam arus kas, penetapan harga jasa, dan alokasi anggaran untuk pengembangan usaha. Meskipun demikian, bisnisini memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan profitabilitas melalui efisiensi biaya operasional, diversifikasi sumberpendapatan, dan implementasi sistem pencatatan keuangan yang lebih terstruktur. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, penelitian inimerekomendasikan strategi pengelolaan keuangan yang meliputi: penyusunan anggaran berbasis aktivitas, optimalisasipersediaan bahan baku cat, pengembangan paket layanan inovatif, serta investasi dalam pemasaran digital dan peningkatankapasitas sumber daya manusia. Diharapkan, strategi ini dapat membantu ReviveAuto Paintworks mencapai stabilitaskeuangan, meningkatkan daya saing, dan mewujudkan pertumbuhan bisnis yang berkelanjutan di masa depan.Kata Kunci : strategi pengelolaan keuangan, profitabilitas, investasi

Abstract

The tourism industry is highly vulnerable to shifting global demographics and unprecedented crises, making strategic human resource management and talent retention critical for organizational resilience and competitive advantage. Despite its strategic importance, research on talent management (TM) within this specific sector remains fragmented and lacks a solid theoretical foundation. To address this gap, this study conducts a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) to consolidate empirical evidence on TM applications in the tourism industry and proposes a comprehensive multi-level framework encompassing TM practices, determinants, and results. Guided by the PRISMA framework, 30 peer-reviewed articles sourced from the Scopus database were systematically selected and critically analyzed. The synthesis reveals that current TM research in tourism predominantly focuses on practical, objective methods for advancing talent management systems. Notably, 80% of the reviewed publications focus narrowly on exploring and assessing organizational TM improvements, while only 6 studies integrate crucial strategic elements, such as knowledge management and broader talent development. By highlighting these conceptual blind spots, this review emphasizes the urgent need to transition from traditional HR functions to resilient, knowledge-based talent ecosystems. The proposed framework provides actionable insights for industry practitioners to enhance talent management strategies and outlines a robust agenda for future academic inquiry.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine: 1) Competence, Motivation, Corporate Culture and Performance of Employees in the Private-owned Politechnic; 2) to determine the effect of Competence on Employee Performance, 3) to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance; 4) to determine the effect of Company Culture Employee Performance; 5) to determine the effect of Competence, Motivation and the Culture Company simultaneously on Employee Performance Private-owned Politechnic. The method is a method of research used census (population) of 121 respondents using descriptive analysis and verifikatif. From the results of descriptive analysis showed that the total effect of Competency (X1) of the Employee Performance (Y) of 26.16%, the total effect of motivation (X2) of the Employee Performance (Y) of 32.40%, and the total effect of Work Culture (X3) Performance of Employees (Y) of 25.22%. While the influence of Competence, Motivation, Corporate Culture of Performance jointly or simultaneously have the effect of a total of 83.79%.

Abstract

The problem that becomes the study of this research is about employee promotion decisions. The core of the study focused on the factors that influence employee promotion decisions. One of these factors is communication, namely formal communication. Based on this, the main problem revealed in this study is there any influence of formal communication on employee promotion decisions. The research method used is the descriptive method, with questionnaire data collection techniques on a scale of five Likert categories, to 54 employees who have experienced appointment at the Regional Civil Service Agency of West Java Province. The data analysis technique used is a simple regression test. Based on the calculations obtained by the results of alternative hypotheses stating "There is the Effect of Formal Communication (X) on Employee Promotion Decision Making (Y) in the Regional Civil Service Agency of West Java Province." While the magnitude of the influence of formal communication on employee promotion decisions is equal to 15.60%, the remaining 84.4% influenced by other factors
