Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of the research designed was to describe teacher competence in writing scientific papers based on Classroom Action Research (PTK) articles which can be published in electronic journals. This research was conducted at SDIT Ar Ruhul Jadid with a sample design of 70 respondents, but the data obtained by researchers was 42 respondents. Researchers used 2 methods which were carried out simultaneously, namely action research and descriptive quantitative. There are several achievement indicators that researchers want to explore in this study, including respondents' understanding of the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method; understanding related to scientific work; Furthermore, Classroom Action Research (PTK) is part of scientific work; as well as understanding regarding the Open Journal System (OJS) from the respondents. Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) yang dilakukan pada UMKM di Kecamatan Batujajar, Kabupaten Bandung Barat berupa pelatihan dan pendampingan pemasaran berbasis digital pada UMKM sentra kuliner. Tim PKM memilih pelatihan dan pendampingan sesuai dengan kebutuhan UMKM. Ditengah kondisi pandemik ini UMKM membutuhkan metode baru untuk mampu mempertahankan bisnisnya. Tim PKM menggunakan metode pelatihan dan pendampingan agar UKMK dapat menerapkan pemasaran digital pada bisnisnya. Hasil evaluasi yang dilakukan tim PKM memperlihatkan bahwa UMKM dapat menerapkan pemasaran digital pada sosial media, baik dalam hal kuantitas penggunaannya dan kualitas konten. Pentingnya penerapan pemasaran digital ini agar UMKM dapat secara mandiri dalam melakukan pemasaran digital sehingga UKMK dapat bertahan dalam bisnis untuk memasarkan produknya kepada pasara yang lbih luas, dengan demikian UMKM juga dapat mengembangkan bisnisnya. Program pelatihan dan pendampingan pemsaran digital dapat memberikan dampak UMKM bertahan dalam bisnis tersebut dan mengembangkan pasarnya.

Abstract

Studi ini meneliti pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kemampuan inovasi prajurit di Bengkel Pusat Peralatan TNI Angkatan Darat (Bengpuspalad), dengan manajemen pengetahuan sebagai variabel mediasi. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), data dikumpulkan dari 115 prajurit aktif melalui kuesioner dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap manajemen pengetahuan (? = 0,823, p < 0,001), dan secara tidak langsung meningkatkan kemampuan inovasi melalui manajemen pengetahuan (? = 0,659, p < 0,001). Namun, pengaruh langsung kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kemampuan inovasi tidak signifikan (? = 0,043, p = 0,801). Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya peran manajemen pengetahuan sebagai jembatan antara praktik kepemimpinan dan hasil inovasi dalam konteks militer. Studi ini memberikan wawasan praktis bagi para pemimpin militer untuk mendorong inovasi melalui penguatan sistem berbagi pengetahuan dan penerapan perilaku kepemimpinan transformasional.

Abstract

This study aims to describe a comparative analysis of the vocational high school (SMK) education systems in Indonesia and Germany, as viewed from the perspective of the Vice Principal for Student Affairs at SMKN 1 Kedawung. The research adopts a qualitative approach using descriptive methods. Data were obtained through documentation and interviews with key informants, specifically the Vice Principal for Student Affairs at SMKN 1 Kedawung in Cirebon. Data collection techniques included document analysis and semi-structured interviews, while data analysis was conducted through the processes of data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the vocational education system in Germany is highly integrated and well-established, particularly when compared to those of other developed countries. The Dual System (Ausbildung) model implemented in Germany is globally recognized as a prestigious framework for vocational education and training. This system provides numerous advantages for students, including a curriculum that is continuously updated and aligned with industry demands, opportunities to gain practical work experience, improved career prospects with competitive remuneration, and direct learning within actual work environments. In contrast, the adoption of the Dual System model in Indonesia continues to face several challenges, particularly in terms of relevance, quality, and industry engagement. Abstract

Anti-radicalism behavior between religious communities in the school environment, in an effort to maintain a healthy mentality, require assistance from all school members, especially counseling guidance teachers. The objectives of this study: (1) Knowing how student guidance and counseling services, (2) Knowing how the reflection of students 'anti-radicalism behavior (3) Knowing the extent of the relationship between guidance and counseling services with students' mental health in forming a person who is anti-radicalism (4) Knowing the extent to which differences in the effectiveness of guidance services and in forming students' personal anti-radicalism. This research uses quantitative methods. The research subjects were population, all students of class XI at SMAN 1 Jatitujuh and SMKN 1 Kuningan, the sample used refers to the statement of Franken and Wallen (1993: 92). The results of this study: (1) Counseling Guidance Service at SMKN1 Kuningan is in the percentage of 84% for the high category and 16% for the very high category and SMAN 1 Jatitujuh obtained 64% for the high category and 36% for the very high category. (2) The reflection of healthy behavior or mental health at SMKN 1 Kuningan is 88% or as many as 44 students of a total of 50 students are in the very high category and 6 students or 12% are in the high category. Meanwhile, at SMAN 1 Jatitujuh, it was obtained 92% in the very high category and only 8% in the high category. (3) Based on the correlation analysis carried out, the two schools showed positive results, it was true that there was a relationship between counseling guidance services and mental health. (4) In terms of the effectiveness of SMAN 1 Jatitujuh better than SMKN 1 Kuningan, the correlation value was 0.435 versus 0.388 Abstrak Perilaku terhadap radikalisme antar umat beragama di lingkungan sekolah, dalam usaha menjaga mental yang sehat, diperlukan bantuan dari seluruh warga sekolah, lebih khususnya pada guru bimbingan konseling. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini: (1) Mengetahui bagaimana layanan bimbingan dan konseling siswa, (2) Mengetahui bagaimana cerminan perilaku anti radikalisme siswa (3) Mengetahui sejauh mana hubungan antara layanan bimbingan dan konseling dengan kesehatan mental siswa dalam membentuk pribadi yang anti terhadap radikalisme (4) Mengetahui sejauh mana perbedaan efektifitas layanan bimbingan dan dalam membentuk pribadi siswa yang anti terhadap radikalisme. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Subyek penelitian berupa populasi, seluruh siswa kelas XI di SMAN 1 Jatitujuh dan SMKN 1 Kuningan, sampel yang digunakan merujuk pernyataan Franken dan Wallen (1993: 92). Hasil penelitian ini: (1) Layanan Bimbingan Konseling di SMKN1 Kuningan berada dalam prosentase 84% untuk kategori tinggi dan 16% sangat tinggi. Sementara di SMAN 1 Jatitujuh diperoleh 64% untuk kategori tinggi dan 36% untuk kategori sangat tinggi. (2) Cerminan perilakuatau mental yang sehat di SMKN 1 Kuningan yaitu 88% atau sebanyak 44 siswa dari total keseluruhan 50 orang siswa berada dalam kategori sangat tinggi dan 6 orang siswa atau 12 % dalam kategori tinggi. Sementara di SMAN 1 Jatitujuh diperoleh 92% dalam kategori sangat tinggi dan hanya 8% untuk kategori tinggi. (3) Berdasarkan analisis korelasi yang dilakukan, kedua sekolah tersebut menunjukan hasil yang positif, benar adanya terdapat hubungan antara layanan bimbingan konseling dengan kesehatan mental. (4) Dalam hal efektifitas SMAN 1 Jatitujuh lebih baik dari SMKN 1 Kuningan, nilai korelasi 0,435 berbanding 0,388.

Abstract

Distance learning (DLE) has become an integral part of the global education system, especially with the advancement of technology and challenges such as the pandemic. However, DLE also faces several challenges, including low student engagement and accessibility issues. This paper aims to identify and analyze innovative solutions that can address these challenges. Through case studies and literature review, we explore strategies such as personalization of learning, use of interactive technologies, and inclusive approaches to increase student engagement and ensure equitable accessibility. The results show that a combination of these strategies can significantly improve the effectiveness of DLE.

Abstract

Masyarakat pada saat ini hampir seluruhnya memiliki akun di dunia maya, terutama akun Googlesebagai salah satu raksasa internet yang menyediakan berbagai macam fasilitas untuk memudahkan penggunanya, dengan fitur yang disediakan sebagai Application Programming Interface (API) yaitu API Google Calendarmerupakan salah satu fasiliitas yang digunakan untuk pengingat (reminder) dan penjadwalan kegiatan.Pondok Pesantren memiliki jadwal kegiatan dan informasi yang harus diketahui oleh anggota Pondok Pesantren sebagai pengetahuan dan panduan kegiatan belajar mengajar atau kegiatan lainya yang akan dilakukan. Pondok Pesantren ini jadwal kegiatan dan informasi dipublikasikan dengan cara manual, maka dibutuhkan suatu sistem yang mengelola jadwal kegiatan dan informasi, serta mempublikasikan menggunakan Google Calendaruntuk memberikan pengingat (reminder)atau notifikasi agar tersampaikan kepada anggota Pondok Pesantren. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi pengembangan sistem Personal Extreme Programming (PXP)dan hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu API Google Calendartelah berhasil diimplementasikan pada apliksi pesantren reminder, yang dapat mengelola kegiatan dan menyampaikan informasi kegiatan kepada anggota Pondok Pesantren menggunakan Google Calendar.

Abstract

Indonesia has demonstrated significant potential for zakat collection. Consequently, various organizations have been established to manage zakat, including Zakat Management Organizations. The National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS), as an entity responsible for managing and distributing zakat to those in need, must implement accounting practices in its daily records. This ensures the production of transparent, balanced, and equitable information for stakeholders. Zakat accounting is a reporting standard that provides financial information on the management of zakat by zakat institutions, specifically through the implementation of PSAK 109 on Zakat, Infaq, and Sadaqah Accounting. This study aims to examine the conditions of receipt, distribution, and accounting reporting at BAZNAS Subang Regency as reflected in the financial statements. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method to explore activities and uncover new knowledge previously unknown objectively. This is based on primary and secondary data obtained through observation and interviews. The analysis results indicate that BAZNAS Subang Regency has overall adhered to PSAK 109 on Zakat, Infaq, and Sadaqah Accounting in its financial statements and has implemented the SIMBA (BAZNAS Information Management System) application.

Abstract

Kampung Ramah Lingkungan (KRL) Kampoeng Berseri, Cileungsi, Bogor. Oleh karena itu, perlu diadakan program pemberdayaan masyarakat yang dapat membantu masyarakat mengolah sampah. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan pembuatan Pupuk Organik Cair (POC) sebagai salah satu solusi dalam pengelolaan sampah organik. Melalui pelatihan ini, masyarakat diajarkan cara mengolah sampah organik, seperti sisa makanan dan dedaunan, agar menjadi POC yang berguna untuk meningkatkan kesuburan tanah dan produktivitas tanaman. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman masyarakat tentang pentingnya pengelolaan sampah berbasis lingkungan. Metode pelatihan yang digunakan adalah kombinasi antara ceramah, demonstrasi, dan praktik langsung yang melibatkan seluruh lapisan masyarakat. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan antusiasme masyarakat dalam mengadopsi teknik pembuatan POC, serta adanya perubahan positif dalam cara pandang dan kebiasaan masyarakat dalam mengelola sampah. Diharapkan pelatihan ini dapat menjadi langkah awal yang efektif dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang lebih bersih dan sehat serta meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui pemanfaatan sampah organik.
