Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of access to taxes, facilities, service quality and perceptions of the existence of rewards for taxpayer compliance registered at SAMSAT Subang. This study uses descriptive quantitative method using primary data. Data collection techniques are questionnaires and literature studies. The population in this study were all motor vehicle taxpayers registered at SAMSAT Subang, and samples in this study were 187 respondents. Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear analysis. The results of this study indicate that access to tax, service quality and perceptions of reward have a positive effect on taxpayer compliance. Whereas facilities do not affect motor vehicle taxpayer compliance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the effect of money ethics on tax evasion, (2) to know intrinsic religiosity moderate the effect of money ethics on tax evasion, and (3) to know materialism moderate the effect of money ethics on tax evasion This study uses survey method and population is Individual Taxpayer registered in Tax Office Pratama Subang, sampling technique using incidental sampling technique. The data used consist of primary data, derived from the distribution of questionnaires to Individual Taxpayers registered in the Office of Tax Service Pratama Subang. Analysis of the data used is stepwise regression analysis using SPSS version 22 data processing program. Results from this study are (1) money ethics has a positive effect on tax evasion, (2) intrinsic religiosity does not moderate the effect of money ethics on tax evasion, and (3) materialism does not moderate the effect of money ethics on tax evasion.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of the marketing mix at Curug Ciangin River Side Camp as a camping destination. The research method uses a qualitative approach with descriptive techniques. Data were collected through interviews with managers and visitors as well as direct observations on site. The findings reveal that the marketing mix, which consists of product, price, promotion, place, people, process, and physical evidence, plays a significant role in attracting and retaining tourists' interest in visiting Curug Ciangin River Side Camp. The analysis shows that the product offered, such as camping packages with strategic locations by the riverside, is the main attraction for tourists. Additionally, competitive pricing, word-of-mouth promotion, and an enjoyable location also contribute to attracting visitors. Human resource management involving local residents from Desa Cibeusi is one important strategy in increasing local community participation and reducing unemployment. Efficient service processes, from booking and registration to facilities provided and after-sales service, ensure the satisfaction and needs of tourists are met. Furthermore, physical evidence such as a comfortable environment and natural beauty also play a determining role in tourists' decisions to choose Curug Ciangin River Side Camp as a camping destination. Based on the analysis, this study provides several recommendations for the development of Curug Ciangin River Side Camp. These recommendations include enhancing local resident training, diversifying facilities, strengthening digital promotion, managing the environment well, and regularly collecting feedback from visitors. By implementing these suggestions, it is hoped that Curug Ciangin River Side Camp can continue to grow as an attractive tourist destination and provide sustainable benefits for the local community.

Abstract

Vocational high school 3 of Cimahi has 3 business units there are culinary, designer and laundry business with the standard like a Hotel. Product Inventory is one of the problems on VHS 3 of Cimahi. The gap arises because of uncertainty of information such as demand and delivery schedule. The important aims of this issue is supply chain management is doing well coordination between a several activities and connected with all off the supply chain until the product can flow smoothly and arrived on time, from the production process until distribution, and ensure the distribution from company to distributors, then the distributors until the product arrives to customers. This society service program provides the solution to increase the student competence on VHS 3 of Cimahi where at the student are equipped with supply chain management knowledge which has benefits if applied by students in the future, it will improve good coordination.

Abstract

The potential for waste in West Java is very large. The average amount of waste production in 27 districts/cities of West Java in 2023 will be 2200 tons per day. The largest waste composition based on type of waste is food waste, and the largest waste composition based on source is household waste. Therefore, household waste processing is increasingly being encouraged in Bogor Regency through community empowerment. Household waste can be managed using maggots. Maggot cultivation training by resource persons was carried out offline and was attended by 20 participants consisting of residents and village stakeholders. Maggot cultivation being developed is dry maggots, live maggots and maggot eggs. The PNJ Lecturer Team, which collaborates between ICT KBK IoT-network and KBK Civil Engineering construction management, is making efforts to develop knowledge of waste management by providing facilities to manage household waste using Maggot cultivation.

Abstract

Stres kerja dan job insecurity yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja dapat mempengaruhi turnover intention. Turnover intention yang tinggi dapat menjadi indikasi bahwa pengelolaan sumber daya manusia dalam suatu perusahaan buruk. Pengelolaan sumber daya manusia sebaiknya dapat diperbaiki guna menciptakan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas demi kemajuan perusahaan. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 operator kontrak bagian produksi dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dan slovin. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi wawancara, kuesioner, dan observasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan Structural equation modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh positif stres kerja terhadap turnover intention, adanya pengaruh positif job insecurity terhadap turnover intention, adanya pengaruh negatif stres kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, adanya pengaruh negatif job insecurity terhadap kepuasan kerja, adanya pengaruh negatif kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention, dan kepuasan kerja berhasil memediasi pengaruh stres kerja dan job insecurity terhadap turnover intention.

Abstract

This research explores the implementation of iddah for husbands as part of Islamic family law reform to achieve gender equality in Indonesia. Qualitative research methods with a descriptive-analytical approach were used to examine this concept through literature studies and in-depth interviews with legal and psychology experts. The research results show that although the traditional concept of iddah does not regulate a waiting period for husbands, implementing iddah for husbands can provide emotional and psychological benefits, as well as help achieve equality of rights and obligations between husband and wife. Implementation of iddah for husbands also requires support through awareness campaigns, counseling services and a clear legal framework. Therefore, legal reform that includes iddah for husbands is proposed as an important step in creating justice and prosperity in Muslim families in Indonesia.

Abstract

Manajemen kesiswaan adalah pengaturan atau pengendalian seluruh unsur kegiatan siswa, khususnya sejak mereka masuk sekolah atau fasilitas pendidikan lainnya sampai lulus. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca siswa Madrasah pengguna Kitab Kuning Santri melalui manajemen kesiswaan. Manajemen kesiswaan merupakan suatu proses berkelanjutan yang melibatkan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan memerlukan bantuan untuk setiap kegiatan. Merencanakan dan mengawasi berbagai tugas yang berhubungan dengan siswa adalah salah satu tujuan manajemen siswa, memungkinkan mereka berfungsi secara konsisten, metodis, dan rutin untuk mencapai tujuan mereka. Masalah yang berkaitan dengan rendahnya kemampuan siswa dalam membaca Kitab Kuning harus diatasi. Manajemen Kesiswaan, atau proses perencanaan kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan siswa dalam rangka mencapai tujuan pendidikan, tidak dapat dipisahkan dari keluaran siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian studi kasus dengan metodologi deskriptif-kualitatif. Teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi digunakan oleh peneliti untuk mengumpulkan data penelitian ini dari sumber data primer dan sekunder.  Peneliti menemukan bahwa: (1) seluruh kitab kuning yang ada di madrasah lebih unggul dibandingkan kitab-kitab lainnya, (2) kitab kuning yang diteliti konsisten dengan karya-karya yang ditulis oleh para ulama masa lalu maupun masa kini. Madrasah Mu’allimin Hasyim Asy’ari Tebuireg Jombang menggunakan metode lalaran (diskusi), metode sorogan, metode bandongan, dan metode musyawarah sebagai teknik pembelajaran kitab kuningnya. (3) Ustadz atau orang yang bisa membaca kitab kuning menjadi penyebab yang mendorong pembelajaran kitab kuning di Madrasah Mu'allimin Hasyim Asy'ari Tebuireng Jombang. Di sisi lain, sebagian santri merasa kesulitan dalam menguasai ilmu nahwu/sharof atau ilmu alat.

Abstract

Based on the experience of vocational high school students, this article aims to present a new marketing mix. Opinions and perspectives on vocational high school marketing efforts in Indonesia. In their attempt to attract students to vocational education, the vocational educational market becomes increasingly aggressive. Over the years, conventional marketing tools grouped into four P (product, price, location, promotion), and 5 P (adding people), and 7P (adding processes and facilities physically). This tool may be short on the market today. This method uses a quantitative survey of vocational school students in the city of Cirebon. Finding: The factor data analyzed showed seven very different key factors in marketing these vocational high school activities. Some of these factors include traditional integration elements of marketing such as people, promotions, and prices. Nevertheless, there are four different components: program, excellence, prospectus, and premium. This study only looked at small and medium-sized students in the city of Cirebon. However, the results suggest that, as initially assumed, the marketing of this mixed traditional service may not benefit the vocational secondary education sector. With this 7P, the development of marketing strategies can be done better.

Abstract

Technology and computerization in hospitals are very important, to improve health services. Hospitals need changes in the registration section where in Lembang Hospital there are still frequent delays in service due to the treatment identity cards owned by patients are easily damaged or faded because they are still handwritten on paper cards, this study aims to make the electronic medical identity card system a a card made from vpc which is not easily damaged and this can help to improve services at the Lembang Hospital. This research method uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach which is carried out by observation, interviews, literature studies and system development methods using the SLDC method. The tools used are in the form of DFD diagrams and programming using Visual Studio 2010. Sowith this system, it is hoped that the quality of service will increase because patients can store medical identity cards safely and medical record officers can easily find patient data on the system.
