Abstract

Servers are needed as a network infrastructure that supports services at various companies, the more services needed, the more servers are needed. The number of servers needed also requires a large fee. It takes a Cluster system on the Proxmox server so that the required services are run on a virtual machine so that each server can run various services and reduce the need for physical servers. The Proxmox server cluster system is implemented to be able to use a migration system that aims to move virtual machines from one node to another without stopping the services provided. The goal of moving virtual machines is to move virtual machines from nodes with small specifications to nodes with large specifications so that virtual machines can make better use of resources and the supported services continue to run.

Abstract

In this pandemic situation, English learning mostly has been done online. Hence it’s tutor job to be creative.  Moodle based e learning hoped give  solution.This study has purpose to: (1) produce an appropriate Moodle-based English e-learning product in improving language features of story understanding at Jovelin Course (2) find out how effective Moodle-based e-learning is on language features of story understanding at Jovelin Course. This research uses Research Development. Data collection instruments are interviews, questionnaires, and tests. The following is the study's findings. (1) An online Learning Management System (LMS) based on the Moodle application software version 3.1 was used to produce the e-learning offering. (2) Based on media expert validation with a score of 3.68 with "good" criteria, material expert validation with an average score of 4.29 with "very good" criteria, and user responses with a score of 4.28 with "very good" criteria, Moodle-based e-learning products were declared eligible as learning media. (3) The use of e-learning improved the learning results of Intermediate Level Jovelin Course Brebes students. The rise in learning outcomes, as measured by the percentage of pretest and postest, demonstrates the efficiency of the product for learning English in the capacity of recognizing linguistic aspects of tale on video. Abstract

The existence of industrial technology 4.0 plays a big role in aspects of human life. One of them is the increasing role of the internet in daily activities to find product/service information and social media to promote it. The low public interest in buying indicates that the competitiveness of Indonesian local cosmetic products is still lacking. The purpose of this study was to determine the description and influence of the celebrity endorser, purchase intention, and brand image variables. This research is descriptive verification with a quantitative approach. The research sample was 100 female respondents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The results showed that the celebrity endorser was in the fairly strong category, the brand image in the strong category, purchase intention in the fairly high category. Data analysis shows that there is a significant positive effect of the celebrity endorser, purchase intention, and brand image variables either directly or indirectly. The role of brand image in mediating the influence of celebrity endorsement on purchase intention shows that entrepreneurs of local cosmetic products must be able to manage and provide strategies for the sustainability of local cosmetic products. It aims to attract attention/attraction so that consumer buying interest increases.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the proportion of capital expenditure, the number of BUMD, intergovernmental revenue and local taxes affect the financial independence of local governments as a strengthening of fiscal decentralization. In this study, the number of research samples was 33 provinces. The independen variables are the proportion of capital expenditure, the total of BUMD, intergovernmental revenue and local taxes. Regional financial independence as the dependent variable. This type of research uses quantitative methods using secondary data obtained from DJPK. Methods of data analysis in research using descriptive statistical tests, data quality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing with SPSS. The results showed that partially the variable proportion of capital expenditure and intergovernmental revenue had a negatif effect on regional financial independence, the total of BUMD had no effect on regional financial independence, and regional taxes had a positive effect on regional financial independence. As for simultaneously the results of the study indicate that simultaneously the variable proportion of capital expenditure, the number of BUMD, intergovernmental revenue and regional taxes affect regional financial independence.

Abstract

Application of government accounting standards is one part of good government governance. Most countries in the world have realized the importance of applying international standards for accounting (IFRS) and auditing (ISA). This is done to show the country's role in the international community. Developments in the application of international standards in the private sector have not kept pace with developments in the public sector (IPSAS), including ASEAN countries. Human resources and supporting infrastructure is one of the problems faced by ASEAN countries in implementing IPSAS. Based on this, the purpose of this study is to determine the level of IPSAS disclosure in ASEAN government financial reports for the year ending 2019-2020.The exploratory quantitative method is the method used in this study with data analysis using descriptive statistics. Indonesia and Malaysia were selected as samples. Implementation of IPSAS disclosures in the 2019 by Indonesia State is 34% and Malaysia State is 29%. In 2020 IPSAS disclosure by the Indonesian State is 45% and Malaysia State is 30%. The results of the study show that although the application of IPSAS in Indonesia is greater than in Malaysia, in general IPSAS disclosure in these two countries still needs to be improved

Abstract

The Arabic translation process is one of the challenges for Arabic Language Education students. So in this era of increasingly sophisticated technology, the use of cell phones is no longer strange in helping students in learning, including in learning to translate Arabic into Indonesian or vice versa. This research aims to find out and analyze the intensity of Google Translate towards the Arabic translation process. This type of research is qualitative and the data collection technique uses a questionnaire in the form of a questionnaire. The results of this research show that the intensity of use of Google Translate in the Arabic translation process is quite large. So Google Translate can be a reference for use in translation.

Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat ini memiliki tujuan untuk memetakan potensi wirausaha di Desa Sidajaya yang merencanakan pengembangan desa wisata dengan bumdes sebagai organisasi penggerak bisnisnya. Kami mencoba untuk mengarahkan bagaimana para penggerak Bumdes Wira Usaha Sejahtera mampu memproyeksikan potensi bisnis dengan kerangka business model canvas. Sasaran peserta dari program pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah pengurus Bumdes Wira Usaha Sejahtera, Aparatur/ perangkat Desa Sidajaya, Mitra bisnis dari masyarakat. Penggunaan metode pelatihan dan simulasi business model canvas diharapkan dapat membantu peserta untuk menemukan model bisnis yang nantinya akan dijalankan. Dalam program ini juga ditemukan beberapa faktor yang berpotensi menghambat rintisan desa wisata seperti, belum tersebarnya mindset pengembangan desa wisata di tengah masyarakat, minimnya partisipasi dan dukungan masyarakat, serta belum munculnya mentalitas masyarakat yang mendukung struktur pariwisata. Manfaat utama dari program ini yaitu memberikan gambaran bagi Bumdes Wira Usaha Sejahtera dalam mengembangkan desa wisata yang berangkat dari potensi dan masalah yang ada di Desa Sidajaya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang peran kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan program bilingual di MA Terpadu Al Munawwaroh Ngemplak Ngudirejo Diwek Jombang. Kepala sekolah menjadi objek yang perannya cukup penting dalam sebuah lembaga pendidikan, utamanya dalam suksesnya pelaksanaan sebuah program didalamnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis studi kasus. Adapun informan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari enam orang, diantaranya ialah kepala sekolah, waka kurikulum, guru bilingual bahasa arab dan inggris, dan beberapa siswa/siswi MA Terpadu AL-Munawwaroh Ngemplak Ngudirejo Diwek Jombang. Analisis datanya menggunakan tahapan, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh ialah peran kepala sekolah MA Terpadu AL-Munawwaroh ialah sebagai pemimpin yang menggunakan asas kebersamaan dan mengedepankan keputusan yang diselesaikan dengan kekeluargaan, serta pembagian job discription kepada tim dalam struktur organisasi. Adapun cara kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan program bilingual dilakukan melalui memotivasi.

Abstract

Agriculture plays a very important role in the lives of Indonesian people. With technological advances and the increasing limitation of agricultural land, the patterns of matching crops in societies have changed. Innovations have been implemented, one of which is the use of technology such as hydroponic systems. One of the main factors that influence the success of hydroponic methods is temperature and humidity. The research aims to design and develop an autonomic control system that uses Fuzzy Logic to regulate the temperature and moisture of hydroponic plants, as well as to design the control of the nutrition and pH supply of hydrogen plants. Hydroponics plant control systems are implemented using microcontrollers and DHT22, TDS sensors, and pH sensors. In addition, an Android-based interface has been developed to monitor and control the system remotely via an internet connection. In this study the accuracy of the TDS sensor is 96.5%, the pH sensor was 98.19%, and the precision of the Fuzzy logic system at temperature and humidity is 100%

Abstract

Manajemen hubungan masyarakat adalah membangun dan menjalin hubungan baik dan harmonis antara lembaga lain di sekoalah dengan masyarakat dan media masa dengan memberikan informasi dan komunikasi melalui tulisan atau media social dengan cara memper erat kepentingan dan kebutuhan masyarakat dalam penyebaran informasi yang akurat. Tujuan awal diadakannya manajemen hubungan masyarakat ini untuk membantu masyarakat agar mengenal lembaga. Dalam hal ini hususnya Lembaga Pendidikan SMP A. Wahid Hasyim Tebuireng Jombang. Dengan fokus penelitian, Pertama, Bagaimana Manajemen Hubungan Masyarakat di SMP A. Wahid Hasyim,Tebuireng Jombang. Kedua, Bagaimana Peningkatan Pelayanan Informasi di SMP A. Wahid Hasyim Tebuireng, Jombang. Ketiga, Bagaimana Peningkatan Pelayanan Komunikasi di SMP A. Wahid Hasyimi Tebuireng Jombang. Keempat, Bagaimana Manajemen Hubungan Masyarakat dalam Peningkatan Pelayanan Informasi dan Komunikasi di SMP A. Wahid Hasyim Tebuireng ,Jombang.  Penelitian menggunakan jenis peneliti studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan Observasi, Wawancara, dan Dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan : Reduksi data, penyajian data, dan pemberian kesimpulan. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan dalam pelayanan komunikasi hubungan masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh SMP A. Wahid ,Hasyim Tebuireng Jombang adalah membangun dan menjalin hubungan yang baik dan harmonis antara lembaga lain. Pelayanan informasi mempunyai pengaruh yang sangat besar terhadap masyarakat. Pelayanan komunikasi memberikan pelayanan dalam bentuk tulisan secara langsung ataupun dengan cara mengumumkan melalui wali kelas. Dalam proses peningkatan untuk saling memajukan kualitas lembaga dalam peningkatan pelayanan informasi dan komunika.
