Abstract

The main problem revealed in this study is how the influence of principal leadership and education financing management affects school productivity both partially and collectively. The research method used was the explanatory survey method, with a five-category Likert scale questionnaire data collection technique, on 124 state high school teachers in Bandung City. The data processing technique used is path analysis modeling. This technique is used to determine the direct and indirect influence of exogenous variables on endogenous variables. The significance test uses the F-test and the t-test. The results showed that school productivity in state high schools tends to be high, as indicated by the indicators that form school productivity, which tend to be high as well. The high level of school productivity is influenced by the leadership of high-level principals who are able to manage education financing properly. This study recommends to schools that they improve the factors that are still considered low, as shown by the average score of the indicators that can be seen in the discussion of this study at Bandung.

Abstract

Keamanan jaringan menjadi salah satu elemen utama yang harus diperhatikan dalam era Industri 4.0, di mana peran konektivitas WiFi sangat penting untuk mendukung proses otomatisasi dan komunikasi. Studi ini berfokus pada analisis dan implementasi mekanisme keamanan Multiple Port Knocking pada perangkat Mikrotik untuk meningkatkan perlindungan akses WiFi. Teknik Port Knocking bekerja dengan cara mengautentikasi pengguna melalui serangkaian pola koneksi ke port tertentu sebelum akses diizinkan, sehingga mampu mencegah akses ilegal. Dalam penelitian ini, digunakan pendekatan NDLC (Network Development Life Cycle) untuk merancang, mengimplementasikan, dan mengevaluasi Multiple Port Knocking pada jaringan WiFi. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa metode ini mampu mengurangi risiko serangan seperti brute force dan akses tidak sah, sekaligus memungkinkan integrasi dengan sistem keamanan lain tanpa menurunkan performa jaringan secara signifikan. Dengan kemudahan implementasi dan fleksibilitas yang tinggi, Multiple Port Knocking menjadi solusi efektif dan efisien untuk meningkatkan keamanan jaringan WiFi berbasis Mikrotik di tengah perkembangan era digital.

Abstract

The startup ecosystem starts from parties that encourage MSMEs in entrepreneurship training. because entrepreneurship training can help MSMEs develop business networks, motivate MSMEs and gain wider access to business assistance. Pamulang Estate is one of the MSME communities in South Tangerang, specifically in Pamulang Timur Village. Pamulang Estate UMKM is a community of several businesses owned by residents who live in the Pamulang Estate Complex. UMKM Pamulang Estate has 68 business actors who are its members. Some of them are food and beverage businesses and handicrafts. Pamulang Estate UMKM members are dominated by housewives whose business is limited to trading and who have not yet focused on developing their business. This PKM aims to provide (1) Pamulang Estate MSMEs with an understanding of the concept of entrepreneurship training. (2) Pamulang Estate MSMEs gain a wider business network in the startup ecosystem environment. (3) Pamulang Estate MSMEs understand the importance of business incubators. Participants understand the importance of promotion and joint marketing. As a result of this PKM, Pamulang Estate MSMEs can understand the importance of entrepreneurship training and participating in business incubators to develop their business. Abstrak Ekosistem start-up dimulai dari pihak-pihak yang mendorong UMKM dalam pelatihan kewirausahaan. Karena pelatihan kewirausahaan dapat membantu UMKM mengembangkan jaringan bisnis, memotivasi UMKM, dan mendapatkan akses yang lebih luas terhadap bantuan bisnis. Pamulang Estate adalah salah satu komunitas UMKM di Tangerang Selatan, khususnya di Desa Pamulang Timur. UMKM Pamulang Estate adalah komunitas dari beberapa usaha yang dimiliki oleh warga yang tinggal di Kompleks Pamulang Estate. UMKM Pamulang Estate memiliki 68 pelaku usaha yang menjadi anggotanya. Beberapa di antaranya adalah usaha makanan dan minuman serta kerajinan tangan. Anggota UMKM Pamulang Estate didominasi oleh ibu rumah tangga yang usaha mereka terbatas pada perdagangan dan belum fokus pada pengembangan usaha. Tujuan dari PKM ini adalah untuk memberikan (1) pemahaman kepada UMKM Pamulang Estate tentang konsep pelatihan kewirausahaan. (2) UMKM Pamulang Estate mendapatkan jaringan bisnis yang lebih luas dalam lingkungan ekosistem start-up. (3) UMKM Pamulang Estate memahami pentingnya inkubator bisnis. Peserta memahami pentingnya promosi dan pemasaran bersama. Sebagai hasil dari PKM ini, UMKM Pamulang Estate dapat memahami pentingnya pelatihan kewirausahaan dan pentingnya berpartisipasi dalam inkubator bisnis untuk mengembangkan usaha mereka. Kata kunci: UMKM Pamulang Estate, Pelatihan Kewirausahaan, Ekosistem Start-Up.

Abstract

Perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang retail perlu memperhatikan perilaku konsumen. Pada perusahaan retail, perilaku konsumen dapat bermanfaat untuk menyusun sebuah tata letak yang dapat menciptakan kenyamana serta kemudahan bagi konsumen maupun karyawan dalam melakukan kegiatan di area tersebut. hal ini dapat memberikan nilai tambah bagi perusahaan serta meningkatkan profit penjualan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui serta mendefinisikan bagaimana cara penerapan metode MBA untuk mendapatkan layout yang tepat pada perusahaan retail. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Dari hasil pengolahan data menggunakan metode MBA didapatkan layout usulan dimana produk yang mendominasi ditempatkan secara bersamaan serta selanjutnya produk lainnya dikelompokkan sesuai dengan jenis produk yang harapannya akan memudahkan konsumen ketika ingin membandingkan produk yang memikiki kategori yang sama.

Abstract

This community service program aims to improve the postharvest efficiency of corn farmers in Trimoharjo Village, Semendawai Suku III District, Ogan Komering Ulu Timur Regency, through the application of appropriate technology in the form of a solar-powered maize sheller. The main problems faced by farmers are low productivity due to manual shelling and high operational costs of fossil fuel-based machines. The implementation method adopts an engineering design and participatory approach, including needs assessment, design, fabrication, technical training, field implementation, and evaluation. The results show a 300% increase in work efficiency compared to manual methods, with a shelling capacity of 65 kg per hour and a kernel intactness rate of 90–95%. The 200 Wp solar power system can supply energy for 3–4 hours of operation with a full battery charge time of about 5 hours under optimal sunlight. Additionally, the program successfully enhanced farmers’ knowledge of equipment operation and maintenance while fostering local energy independence. This activity not only provided economic benefits through reduced operational costs but also contributed to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly in clean energy and local economic growth.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect knowledge of syariah banking products and services, confidence, skills, intrinsic religiosity of syariah banking on taking of credits. The population in this study were 150 respondents from the Bank Syariah Mandiri customers. The sampling technique was carried out using non probability sampling. Data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires, Observation, and Library Research. The method used is quantitative. The analytical tool used in this research is logistic regression and hypothesis significant individual parameters test (test wald), significant simultaneous test (Omnibus of model coefficients), test coefficient determinasi (Cox dan Snell’s R Square dan Nagelkerke R Square). The results of this study indicate that a variable knowledge of positive and significant effect against the decision in taking credit, confidence of positive and significant effect against the decision in taking credit, skills have no effect signifikan effect against the decision in taking credit,while intrinsic religiosity significant effect against the decision in taking credit.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in the economy but often face challenges in finding strategic business locations and building collaboration. This study aims to design a web-based business space recommendation system to support MSMEs in Depok City. The system was developed using the Waterfall model and a content-based filtering approach for its recommendation algorithm. Laravel and React.js were used for the system development, integrated with a Python Flask-based recommendation service. The results show that the system functions effectively with 100% success in black box testing. The System Usability Scale (SUS) score reached 79%, and the User Acceptance Test (UAT) score was 86.8%, indicating high user acceptance. The recommendation system achieved a precision rate of 80%, demonstrating the algorithm’s effectiveness in providing relevant location suggestions. This system is expected to serve as a digital solution to enhance MSMEs’ visibility and collaboration opportunities.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has transformed teachers’ approaches to conducting learning assessments. The transition from conventional to digital assessment requires teachers to master technological tools and develop innovations to ensure that evaluation processes are effective, accurate, and aligned with students’ learning needs. This study aims to analyze teachers’ innovations in technology-based assessment, identify the challenges they face, and examine the strategies implemented to optimize assessment practices at SMAN 1 Pontang. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, using interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings reveal that teachers have utilized various digital platforms such as Google Forms, local CBT systems, LMS platforms, and gamification-based applications. Nevertheless, challenges remain, including limited digital competence, infrastructural issues, technical errors, and pedagogical constraints. The school addresses these challenges through continuous training, infrastructure improvement, digital assessment policies, and collaborative teacher practices. The study concludes that technology-based assessment positively impacts the effectiveness of evaluation but requires systemic support and ongoing competency development.

Abstract

Firms in developing economies operate under persistent pressure from volatile competition, inflationary dynamics, infrastructural constraints, and regulatory rigidity. This study advances the literature by positioning organizational capability as an endogenous mediating mechanism that explains how external environmental conditions are converted into firm-level performance outcomes in a traditional manufacturing B2B context. Using a quantitative design, data were collected from 212 embroidery SMEs through random sampling and analyzed using descriptive and inferential techniques. The analysis indicates that organizational capability conditions the extent to which environmental pressures are associated with variations in business performance, suggesting that firms with stronger internal capabilities are more able to coordinate resources, process information, and align differentiated offerings with customer demands.
