Abstract

AbstractThe lack of interest in entrepreneurship is the study of this study. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of university support, perceived feasibility and perceived desire, towards intention entrepreneurial. The research method used is descriptive verification. The study population was 19,919 students with a sample size of 366 respondents. Data collection uses a numerical scale questionnaire. After testing the instrument of validity and reliability, then the data is processed using path analysis. The results of the research show that in the substructure of one university support, a positive and significant effect on perceived feasibility, the amount of influence is 24.9%. In the second substructure, university support and perceived feasibility had a positive effect on perceived desirability, the magnitude of influence was 72.1%, while simultaneously, the effect of university support, perceived feasibility and perceived desirability had a positive effect on intention entrepreneurial, the magnitude of influence was 54, 8%. Based on testing these hypotheses, perceived feasibility and perceived desireability mediate the influence of university support on intention entrepreneurial. Based on the results of the study it is recommended to increase the university support variables, especially indicators of business development support, the perceived feasibility variable is an indicator of self-efficacy, the perceived desire variable is social norms and the intention entrepreneurial variable is an indicator of expectation.Keywords: university support, perceived desirability, perceived desirability, Intention entrepreneurshipAbstrakRendahnya minat berwirausaha merupakan kajian penelitian ini. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah pengaruh dukungan universitas, kelayakan yang dirasakan dan keinginan yang dirasakan, terhadap minat berwirausaha. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dekriptif verifikatif. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 19.919 mahasiswa dengan ukuran sampel 366 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket berskala numerik. Setelah dilakukan pengujian instrumen validitas dan reliabilitas, kemudian data diolah dengan menggunakan analisis Jalur (path analysis) Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dalam substruktur satu dukungan universitas, berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kelayakan yang dirasakan, besarnya pengaruh sebesar 24,9%. Pada substruktur kedua dukungan universitas dan kelayakan yang dirasakan berpengaruh positif terhadap keinginan yang dirasakan, besarnya pengaruh sebesar 72,1%, Sedangkan secara simultan, pengaruh dukungan universitas, kelayakan yang dirasakan dan keinginan yang dirasakan berpengaruh positif terhadap minat berwirausaha, besarnya pengaruh sebesar 54,8%. Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis tersebut, kelayakan yang dirasakan dan keinginan yang dirasakan menjadi mediator pengaruh dukungan universitas terhadap minat berwirausaha. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disarankan untuk meningkatkan variabel dukungan universitas terutama indikator dukungan pengembangan bisnis, variabel kelayakan yang dirasakan yaitu indikator kemampuan diri, variabel keinginan yang dirasakan yaitu norma sosial dan variabel minat berwirausaha yaitu indikator harapan.Kata Kunci: dukungan universitas, kelayakan yang dirasakan, keinginan yang dirasakan, Intensi berwirausaha

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui tingkat kondisi fisik pada pebulutangkis kelompok usia 10-12 tahun di PB. Sunrise melalui tes kelincahan (agility test), daya tahan otot (sit-up), kekuatan otot lengan (push-up), power (vertical jump), kecepatan (sprint 35 meter), kelentukan (sit and reach), daya tahan cardiovascular (MFT). Jenis penelitian ini deskriptif kuantitatif. Desain penelitian adalah survei tes dan pengukuran. Subyek penelitian adalah pebulutangkis PB. Sunrise yang berjumlah 20. Teknik penelitian adalah total sampling. Metode penelitian adalah analisis deskriptif dan data yang diperoleh berupa data kuantitatif. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan tingkat kondisi fisik pebulutangkis usia 10-12 tahun di PB. Sunrise tahun 2019 ke dalam tujuh komponen diantaranya tes kelincahan rata-rata 17.105 (baik), daya tahan otot rata-rata 24.05 (baik sekali), kekuatan otot lengan rata-rata 23.15 (baik), power rata-rata 51.10 (baik), kecepatan rata-rata 7.26 (cukup), kelentukan rata-rata 24.85 (baik sekali), dan daya tahan cardiovascular rata-rata 36.09 (baik) Disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan kondisi fisik pebulutangkis usia 10-12 tahun di PB. Sunrise Kabupaten Purbalingga rata-rata baik. Saran untuk pebulutangkis PB. Sunrise perlu meningkatkan kondisi fisiknya harus menyeluruh, agar semua pebulutangkis memiliki fisik yang baik. Perlu juga adanya pelatihan khusus agar lebih baik lagi

Abstract

This study aims to create a didactic design of learning based on students' learning obstacles on the material volume of cubes and beams. The participants of this research were conducted in the fifth grade of elementary school in Sumedang Regency with 42 students consisting of 17 male students and 25 female students. The method used is the DDR (Didactical Design Research) method with data collection techniques used through observation, interviews, and documentation. The instrument used is a written test instrument. Data were analyzed qualitatively to determine student Learning obstacle, then make hypothetical learning trajectories and pedagogical didactic anticipation. Learning obstacle are identified, namely obstacles related to multiplication and division in finding volume, understanding the concept of volume, and understanding the story in the concept of cubes and beams. The results of this research are the improvement and development of didactic designs in mathematics that have mathematical connections with cube and beam material in elementary schools. Learning activities are carried out using a variety of methods including lecture, demonstration, practice and training methods, as well as using modified learning media and also using smartboards. From the results of the study it can be concluded that this didactic design can make learning situations more active so as to minimize Learning obstacle and make students easier to understand the subject matter

Abstract

The objective of this study is to find out the significant effect of using Reading Racetracks on students‟ vocabulary mastery at SMPN 1 Konawe Selatan. Reading Racetracks as technique in learning teaching process. This research used quasi experimental design, the population was eighth grade students, and the sample was class VIII/A as the experimental group and VIII/D as control group. The experimental group consisted of 24 students and control group consisted of 20 students. The research instrument consisted of 30 multiple choices and 5 cloze test of vocabulary test. To collect the data, pre-test was given and taught by using Reading Racetracks technique, and giving post-test. Mean of post-test (77.58) in experimental class was higher than pre-test score (53.33). While, in control class was also had improvement but not too significant. It could be seen on post-test score (67.65) was higher than pre-test score (40.30).Based on the calculation of T-test, it showed that tcount = 2.199, while t-table = 2.010 at level of α = 0.05 with DF = 42. It means that tcount was higher than ttable, Therefore, H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. This could be concluded that there was a significant effect of using Reading Racetracks to improve students‟ vocabulary mastery at Class VIII/A of SMPN 1 Konawe Selatan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui minat mahasiswa akuntansi dalam menggunakan e-money. Penelitian ini menggunakan Theory of Acceptance Model (TAM) untuk melihat dampak perceived ease of use, perceived of usefulness, attitude toward using, IT self efficacy, dan IT anxiety terhadap minat mahasiswa akuntansi dalam menggunakan e-money. Dengan menggunakan metode convenience sampling, penelitian ini menganalisis 156 mahasiswa akuntansi dan data diolah dengan teknik Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dan didukung oleh perangkat lunak LISREL 8.80. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa minat untuk menggunakan e-money dipengaruhi oleh attitude toward using dan IT self efficacy. Abstract. This study aims to find out intentions of accounting student in using of e-money. This research using Theory of Acceptance Model (TAM) to see the effect of perceived ease of use, perceived of usefulness, attitude toward using, IT self efficacy, and IT anxiety that affected behavioral intention to use of accounting student in using of e-money. Using convenience sampling methods this research analyzed 156 accounting students and data is processed with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique and supported by LISREL 8.80 software. The result shows that the behavioral intention to use of e-money affected by attitude toward using and IT self efficacy.

Abstract

Servers are needed as a network infrastructure that supports services at various companies, the more services needed, the more servers are needed. The number of servers needed also requires a large fee. It takes a Cluster system on the Proxmox server so that the required services are run on a virtual machine so that each server can run various services and reduce the need for physical servers. The Proxmox server cluster system is implemented to be able to use a migration system that aims to move virtual machines from one node to another without stopping the services provided. The goal of moving virtual machines is to move virtual machines from nodes with small specifications to nodes with large specifications so that virtual machines can make better use of resources and the supported services continue to run.

Abstract

In this pandemic situation, English learning mostly has been done online. Hence it’s tutor job to be creative.  Moodle based e learning hoped give  solution.This study has purpose to: (1) produce an appropriate Moodle-based English e-learning product in improving language features of story understanding at Jovelin Course (2) find out how effective Moodle-based e-learning is on language features of story understanding at Jovelin Course. This research uses Research Development. Data collection instruments are interviews, questionnaires, and tests. The following is the study's findings. (1) An online Learning Management System (LMS) based on the Moodle application software version 3.1 was used to produce the e-learning offering. (2) Based on media expert validation with a score of 3.68 with "good" criteria, material expert validation with an average score of 4.29 with "very good" criteria, and user responses with a score of 4.28 with "very good" criteria, Moodle-based e-learning products were declared eligible as learning media. (3) The use of e-learning improved the learning results of Intermediate Level Jovelin Course Brebes students. The rise in learning outcomes, as measured by the percentage of pretest and postest, demonstrates the efficiency of the product for learning English in the capacity of recognizing linguistic aspects of tale on video. Abstract

The existence of industrial technology 4.0 plays a big role in aspects of human life. One of them is the increasing role of the internet in daily activities to find product/service information and social media to promote it. The low public interest in buying indicates that the competitiveness of Indonesian local cosmetic products is still lacking. The purpose of this study was to determine the description and influence of the celebrity endorser, purchase intention, and brand image variables. This research is descriptive verification with a quantitative approach. The research sample was 100 female respondents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The results showed that the celebrity endorser was in the fairly strong category, the brand image in the strong category, purchase intention in the fairly high category. Data analysis shows that there is a significant positive effect of the celebrity endorser, purchase intention, and brand image variables either directly or indirectly. The role of brand image in mediating the influence of celebrity endorsement on purchase intention shows that entrepreneurs of local cosmetic products must be able to manage and provide strategies for the sustainability of local cosmetic products. It aims to attract attention/attraction so that consumer buying interest increases.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the proportion of capital expenditure, the number of BUMD, intergovernmental revenue and local taxes affect the financial independence of local governments as a strengthening of fiscal decentralization. In this study, the number of research samples was 33 provinces. The independen variables are the proportion of capital expenditure, the total of BUMD, intergovernmental revenue and local taxes. Regional financial independence as the dependent variable. This type of research uses quantitative methods using secondary data obtained from DJPK. Methods of data analysis in research using descriptive statistical tests, data quality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing with SPSS. The results showed that partially the variable proportion of capital expenditure and intergovernmental revenue had a negatif effect on regional financial independence, the total of BUMD had no effect on regional financial independence, and regional taxes had a positive effect on regional financial independence. As for simultaneously the results of the study indicate that simultaneously the variable proportion of capital expenditure, the number of BUMD, intergovernmental revenue and regional taxes affect regional financial independence.

Abstract

Application of government accounting standards is one part of good government governance. Most countries in the world have realized the importance of applying international standards for accounting (IFRS) and auditing (ISA). This is done to show the country's role in the international community. Developments in the application of international standards in the private sector have not kept pace with developments in the public sector (IPSAS), including ASEAN countries. Human resources and supporting infrastructure is one of the problems faced by ASEAN countries in implementing IPSAS. Based on this, the purpose of this study is to determine the level of IPSAS disclosure in ASEAN government financial reports for the year ending 2019-2020.The exploratory quantitative method is the method used in this study with data analysis using descriptive statistics. Indonesia and Malaysia were selected as samples. Implementation of IPSAS disclosures in the 2019 by Indonesia State is 34% and Malaysia State is 29%. In 2020 IPSAS disclosure by the Indonesian State is 45% and Malaysia State is 30%. The results of the study show that although the application of IPSAS in Indonesia is greater than in Malaysia, in general IPSAS disclosure in these two countries still needs to be improved
