Abstract

This study aims to assess the water quality of the Pesouha River and identify key pollution-contributing parameters using various types of analysis. The Pollution Index Analysis values range from 0.617 to 2.47, indicating quality from good to light pollution. Additionally, the Water Quality Index (WQI-INA) analysis results range from 79.2 (fairly good) to 90.93 (very good). Correlation analysis of Cr6+ and iron (Fe) in water is 0.91; TSS and (Cr6+) is 0.85; TSS and Fe is 0.86; TSS and IP is 0.68; Cr6+ and IP is 0.72; Fe and IP is 0.6. Regression analysis using hexavalent chromium (Cr6+) as the independent variable (X) and the Pollution Index as the dependent variable (Y) yielded a multiple R-value of 0.722, indicating a strong correlation between X and Y. The Adjusted R2 value is 0.46, meaning X can explain Y, in this case, the parameter (Cr6+) can explain Y or Pollution Indeks by 46%, and other factors influence the rest. The regression equation formed is Y = (-0.099) + (0.12) X, meaning that if the value of X = 0. then the value of Y is (-0.99) with a positive relationship between parameters.

Abstract

Chinese language education in Indonesia is closely related to the social, political, and cultural dimensions of the country. The change of power in the country in 1998 affected the development of Chinese language. Since the ban imposed on Chinese language and culture since 1965 was lifted, there have been an increasing number of Chinese language schools. Under the theoretical frameworks of Gardner’s motivational orientations and Bourdieu’s cultural capital, this study explored varied motivations of Chinese Indonesians to learn Chinese, and how their perception of China influenced their efforts in learning the language. Data were obtained through focus group discussions and interviews. The findings showed that integrative and instrumental orientations were found among participants, but due to the learners’ social milieu, instrumentality of Chinese dominated their orientations. The instrumentality of Chinese and the positive perception of China worked together to make Chinese language as a cultural capital for these CHL learners.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to be able to improve the Hardskill ability of students by providing Hardskill Skills Education training through Logic Exploxer-Based handicrafts in Kolbano Village, TTS Regency regarding: (1) processing of plastic waste into handicrafts (2) processing of various shapes and colors of beach stones become handicrafts.. Implementation of hardskill skills education training service activities through Logic Exploxer-Based Handicraft in Kolbano Village, TTS Regency is conducted according to the planned program. The implementation method used in this community service activity is divided into 4 (four) stages including (1) initial observation of the activity area (2) problem mapping (3) activity socialization (4) training implementation by involving the community, students, and lecturers of the Primary School Teacher Training Study Program University of Muhammadiyah Kupang. The outcome of this activity is the understanding of the community and students about the processing of plastic and colored stone waste and the ability to develop students' hard skills.

Abstract

Creative Smart Balcony with Compulsory Education Concept is a mini building that was built and established as a place or place to store learning media as well as a place for the people of Koa Village to create a good and comfortable learning ecosystem. The teaching and learning process requires an intermediary tool or commonly called learning media. Learning media is basically a tool in the teaching and learning process that is able to facilitate teachers in conveying material so that students are able to understand the material presented by the teacher and facilitate the process of transferring knowledge. In addition to learning media, there are hard skills, soft skills and life skills that must be mastered and developed by students and society in general. Such as mastering technology, communicating properly and correctly, being able to think critically, being able to solve problems and make decisions, managing time as much as possible, skills to improve internal control centers, group work skills and many other skills.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan validitas dan reliabilitas terhadap instrumen pengukuran keterampilan komunikasi dan kolaborasi pada mata kuliah Bahasa Indoonesia. Peelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan instrumen asesmen keterampilan komunikasi dan keterampilan kolaborasi pada mata kuliah Bahasa Indonesia. Instrumen asesmen keterampilan komunikasi berupa angket dengan skala likert 1-5 sebanyak 8 item pernyataan. Instrumen asesmen keterampilan kolaborasiberupa angket dengan skala likert 1-5 sebanyak 8 item pernyataan. Data dikumpulkan dari 23 mahasiswa Program studi Akuntansi Politeknik Negeri Tanah Laut pada bulan April 2021. Sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian, data akan dianalisis secara statistik berbantuan SPSS untuk menguji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Uji validitas dilakukan dengan menggunakan Product Moment Pearson Correlation. Reliabilitas diuji dengan formula Alpha Cronbach yang dibantu dengan aplikasi SPSS. Simpulan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa 7 item pada instrumen pengukuran keterampilan komunikasi dan kolaborasi bersifat valid dan reliabel. Oleh karena itu dapat dilakukan penelitian lanjutan dengan menggunakan instrumen pengukuran keterampilan komunikasi dan kolaborasi pada mata kuliah Bahasa Indoonesia. Instrumen ini juga dapat dijadikan sebagai acuan pembuatan instrumen untuk materi atau mata kuliah lainnya.

Abstract

Abstrak Sistem pertanian terpadu ayam-ikan merupakan model agroekologis yang menggabungkan pemeliharaan ayam petelur dan budidaya ikan lele dalam satu siklus produksi. Sistem ini mampu menurunkan biaya pakan hingga 30–40% melalui pemanfaatan kotoran ayam sebagai sumber nutrien bagi ikan. Meskipun memberikan manfaat ekonomi, sistem ini memiliki potensi risiko lingkungan yang signifikan apabila air kolam tidak dikelola dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi potensi pencemaran dari buangan air kolam lele dalam sistem terpadu di Kabupaten Blitar dengan menganalisis parameter kualitas air, meliputi pH, suhu, oksigen terlarut (DO), total padatan terlarut (TDS), total padatan tersuspensi (TSS), kebutuhan oksigen biologis (BOD), kebutuhan oksigen kimiawi (COD), amonia, nitrat, nitrogen total (TN), fosfat total (TP), dan fecal coliform. Studi dilakukan di tiga lokasi, masing-masing terdiri atas dua kolam terpadu, satu kolam kontrol, dan satu sumber air baku. Kolam terpadu menunjukkan kadar BOD, COD, dan fecal coliform tertinggi, yang mengindikasikan kontaminasi organik dan mikrobiologis yang signifikan. Uji-t independen menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan (p<0,05) antara kolam terpadu dan kolam kontrol, sedangkan kolam kontrol tidak berbeda signifikan dengan air baku. Berdasarkan Indeks Pencemar (IP) yang dihitung mengacu pada Kepmen LH No. 115/2003, seluruh kolam terpadu diklasifikasikan dalam kategori tercemar berat (IP>10), dengan beberapa nilai melebihi 2200. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi baru melalui penerapan analisis kuantitatif dan klasifikasi indeks pencemaran pada model budidaya yang masih jarang diteliti, serta menegaskan pentingnya penerapan strategi pengolahan air limbah untuk menjaga keberlanjutan lingkungan dalam praktik akuakultur terpadu.   Abstract The integrated chicken-fish farming system is an agroecological model that combines layer chicken rearing and catfish aquaculture within a single production cycle. This system reduces feed costs by up to 30–40% through the utilization of chicken manure as a nutrient source for fish. Despite its economic benefits, the system poses a significant environmental risk if pond water is not managed correctly. This study aimed to evaluate the pollution potential of catfish pond effluents within integrated systems in Blitar Regency by analyzing key water quality parameters, including pH, temperature, dissolved oxygen (DO), total dissolved solids (TDS), total suspended solids (TSS), biochemical oxygen demand (BOD), chemical oxygen demand (COD), ammonia, nitrate, total nitrogen (TN), total phosphate (TP), and fecal coliform. The study was conducted at three sites, each comprising two integrated ponds, one control pond, and one raw water source. The integrated ponds exhibited the highest BOD, COD, and fecal coliform levels, indicating substantial organic and microbial contamination. Independent t-tests revealed significant differences (p<0.05) between integrated and control ponds, while control ponds showed no significant difference from raw water. Based on the Pollution Index (PI) calculated using the Decree of Minister of Environment of The Republic of Indonesia Number 115 of 2003, all integrated ponds were classified as heavily polluted (PI>10), with some values exceeding 2200. This study provides a novel contribution by applying quantitative pollution indexing to a rarely assessed farming model, offering empirical evidence that supports the urgent need for wastewater treatment strategies to ensure the environmental sustainability of integrated aquaculture practices.

Abstract

Anemia is a problem that is generally experienced by pregnant women, changes in the composition of the content also affect the body's metabolism. Pregnant women tend to get anemia due to increased circulation changes to the placenta and the fetus also accumulates iron reserves. In addition, the relationship between iron and anemia is also continuous with morbidity in pregnant women. Bleeding due to anemia is the main factor in maternal mortality, which is 31.25%. The type of research used in this study is descriptive analytic. This research was conducted at Bandar Khalipah Public Health Center from May to July 2022. This examination was carried out on 10 pregnant women using the Sahli method. Based on the results of the examination, it was found that 7 people (70%) Haemoglobin increased and 3 people (30%) others did not increase. Based on the results of the examination on pregnant women who have been given Fe tablets, it can be concluded that the increase in hemoglobin levels is due to consuming iron (Fe) tablets containing iron and folic acid. Meanwhile, the hemoglobin level did not increase even though they had consumed Fe tablets because pregnant women had not received a balanced intake and diet. Pregnant women can adjust their diet, take prenatal vitamins which usually contain iron and folic acid which are good for the blood and take Fe tablets so that hemoglobin remains stable during pregnancy.

Abstract

Curup Kereta is in the Rambang Jaya village area, Umpu Semenguk District, Way Kanan Regency, Lampung Province. Curup is a tourist destination with very promising potential because its beauty is stunning and beautiful. So it moved the lecturers at Mahakarya Asia University, Baturaja Campus, to help increase the promotion of the potential of train steeplechase tourism through cyberspace. This activity is carried out using direct counseling and assistance methods to create promotional content, both in the form of videos and images and directly uploading them on various social media platforms. With the increase in promotions through cyberspace, currently train cursing is becoming increasingly well known by the wider community. This is proven by the large number of people who see and watch the results of posts on social media from lecturers, students and the Rambang Jaya village community. So that the train curve is increasingly known to the wider community, not only local residents but also people outside the Way Kanan district, so that it can increase the number of tourists who visit the train curve. By increasing the number of tourists visiting, it can improve the economy of the RambangJaya village community.

Abstract

Lanjut usia (Lansia) adalah individu yang telah berada pada usia 60 tahun keatas yang mengalami penurunan secara terus-menerus secara alamiah baik secara fisik maupun psikisnya. Salah satu permasalahan yang sering terjadi pada lansia adalah jatuh. Untuk mencegah risiko jatuh pada lansia adalah dengan menggunakan latihan keseimbangan berupa Otago Modification Exercise. Tujuan penelitian ini diketahuinya pengaruh Otago Modification Exercise dalam menurunkan risiko jatuh pada lansia di Posyandu Bina Sejahtera Palembang tahun 2023. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian One Group Pre-Post Test Design menggunakan kuisoner Morse Fall Scale. Populasinya yaitu seluruh lansia yang ada di Posyandu Lansia Bina Sejahtera Palembang sebanyak 54 lansia. Penelitian ini menggunakan tehnik purposive sampling dan mendapatkan 20 sampel sesuai kriteria inklusi. Berdasarkan analisis uji statistik diperoleh nilai signifikan untuk menurunkan risiko jatuh berdasarkan uji wilcoxon sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari taraf signifikan 5% atau (p value = 0,000 < 0,05) maka dapat dinyatakan ada pengaruh yang signifikan Otago Modification Exercise dalam menurunkan risiko jatuh pada lansia di posyandu lansia Bina Sejahtera Palembang. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat menambah pengetahuan tentang Otago Modification Exercise sehingga kita mampu mengaplikasikannya pada lansia yang mengalami gangguan keseimbangan dan sebagai intervensi untuk pencegahan dan penurunan resiko jatuh pada lansia.

Abstract

The 2019 Presidential Election in Dusun Kebun Sayur Desa Mengkubang, Belitung Timur resulted in Jokowi-Maruf Amin coming out as the winners. The percentage of votes in Dusun Kebun Sayur, Jokowi-Maruf Amin got 80.05% and Prabowo-Sandiaga Uno got 19.95%. One of the biggest votes in Jokowi’s victory came from the Chinese Ethnic group. The purpose of this research is to explain why the Ethnic Chinese in Dusun Kebun Sayur choose the Jokowi-Maruf Amin in the 2019 Presidential Election and to find out if there is true a fear of Ethnic Chinese who will be threatened if the Prabowo is elected president. The theory used in this study is Multiculturalism of Fear (Jacob Levy, 2000). This study used descriptive qualitative method. The data collection techniques used in this study is interviews and documentation. The results of this study showed that the majority of Ethnic Chinese in Dusun Kebun Sayur chose Jokowi-Maruf Amin because of fears about Parbowo's if elected President of Republic of Indonesia. Based on the findings in the field, the Ethnic Chinese fear towards Prabowo because they claimed that Prabowo was the figure responsible for the 1998 riots, this caused Ethnic Chinese trauma to prabowo. On the other side, They are also afraid of Prabowo's supporters who consist of hard-line Islamic groups like FPI. This caused to majority of the Chinese Ethnic in Dusun Kebun Sayur in 2019 presidential election to dominate Jokowi and Maruf Amin.
