Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of organizational justice and effective leadership in shaping job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in the police environment. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of organizational justice and effective leadership on OCB with job satisfaction as a mediating variable in Sleman Police Traffic Division personnel. The research method used is a quantitative approach with the type of survey research. The research sample amounted to 170 respondents who were members of the Traffic Division of the Sleman Police. The data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires, while the analysis tool used was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of SmartPLS software. The results of the study show that organizational fairness has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and OCB, while effective leadership also has a significant effect on job satisfaction and OCB. In addition, job satisfaction has been shown to be a mediating variable that strengthens the relationship between organizational fairness and effective leadership with OCB. Although the majority of respondents had a positive perception, there are still aspects that need to be improved, especially related to procedural consistency, appreciation from leaders, and members' opportunities to convey ideas and develop careers.

Abstract

This study identifies some eco-cultural tourism attraction potentials that exist in PondokCabeUdik Village Tangerang Selatan Indonesia. In addition, it investigates local people's opinion on tourism development. The objective is to provide a preliminary overview of eco-tourism development. This study is a descriptive study that uses three types of instrument in data collection method, including questionnaire, interview and field observation. The data is then analyzed using SWOT analysis. The result indicated that natural potential include farming, lake and fish pond, and chicken hatchery. Cultural potentials include cultural diversity that depicted in praying houses and culinary. 194 respondents involved are the locals. The result showed thatthere is positive view from the local community on the availability of tourism potentials and development in the future. It is proposed that environmental awareness, education, ecotourism development, and consensus buildingare needed to implement eco cultural tourism concept. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan finansial mahasiswa yang mencerminkan perlunya penguatan perilaku dan pemahaman mengenai pengelolaan keuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh sikap individu, lingkungan ekonomi, dan literasi keuangan terhadap kebebasan finansial dengan pasar modal sebagai variabel mediasi. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner kepada 237 mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square melalui SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sikap individu, lingkungan ekonomi, dan literasi keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kebebasan finansial. Selain itu, pasar modal berperan sebagai mediator parsial yang memperkuat hubungan antara variabel independen ketiga dengan kebebasan finansial. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya penguatan literasi keuangan dan pengalaman investasi bagi mahasiswa untuk membangun kemandirian finansial. Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini menjadi landasan konseptual bagi institusi pendidikan dalam mengembangkan strategi pembelajaran yang dapat mendorong terbentuknya perilaku keuangan dan investasi yang rasional.

Abstract

The increasing cost of commercial feed has encouraged the exploration of alternative feed resources for poultry production. Rice bran is widely available in many agricultural regions but its utilization is limited due to high fiber content and the presence of anti-nutritional factors. Fermentation technology has been proposed to improve its nutritional quality and digestibility. This study aimed to analyze the effect of fermented rice bran-based feed on the production performance of meat ducks. The research applied an experimental design using four feed treatments with different levels of fermented rice bran inclusion. Parameters observed included feed consumption, body weight gain, and feed conversion ratio. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance followed by Duncan's multiple range test. The results showed that fermented rice bran significantly improved feed efficiency and body weight gain compared with conventional feed formulations. Ducks receiving diets containing fermented rice bran demonstrated better nutrient utilization and improved growth performance. These findings confirm that fermentation can enhance the nutritional value of rice bran and support sustainable duck production systems. The study contributes to the development of alternative feed strategies using locally available agricultural by-products.
