Abstract

Dikawasan Jemur Andayani merupakan wilayah yang terdapat perumahan tak hanya ituperumahan ini berstatus perumahan campuran, yang dimana perumahan ini terbagi menjadi 2perumahan, yaitu perumahan dinas dan perkantoran rumah tersebut terdapat pegawai ataukaryawan yang bekerja di tempat itu. Diantaranya Kampus Politeknik Penerbangan Surabaya yangkebetulan di bagian kawasan yang agak minim orang atau sepi. Seharusnya kawasan sekelilingperumahan tersebut tidak kosong melainkan dikarenakan situasi, kondisi temapt sekitar memilikiaturan pakai dan adapun rumah dinas yang tidak seluruhnya terisi semua itu sangat berpengaruhterhadap para mahasiswa atau yang dikenal di Politeknik ini adalah Taruna, agar tidak terganggudalam situasi yang kondusif ini sangat mempermudah para Taruna menjalankan kegiatannya diKampus Politeknik Penerbangan Surabaya ini. Selain itu di wilayah kawasan perumahan dinas inisangat ketat dengan adanya pantauan kamera pengaman yang dipaasang setiap titik (CCTV) disetiap lokasi yang dianggap kurang aman atau rawan hal yang tidak diinginkan dan agar menambahkenyamanan bagi pengguna dan orang sekitar yang terdapat di wilayah tersebut. Jemur Andayaniini sangat memperlukan rancangan bangun dan realisasi sistem pengendalian nirkabel Pan TiltWebCam yang akan ditempatkan pada formasi penempatan yang strategis dan pemasangan ituberfokus keamanan lingkungan sekitar dan penempatan itu paling terpenting menggunakanteknologi yang menarik bagi masyarakat umum guna pantauan yang terjamin.

Abstract

Internet saat ini telah menjadi kebutuhan dasar dalam memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat di era digital. Pada masa pandemic COVID-19, interaksi langsung dibatasi untuk mencegah penyebaran virus. Pemerintah telah melakukan digitalisasi untuk mendukung masyarakat dalam bekerja dan belajar, yang membutuhkan jaringan internet yang lancar di setiap wilayah. Di Desa Supiturang, yang terletak di Kecamatan Pronojiwo, Kabuapaten Lumajang, merupakan salah satu daerah yang sulit dijangkau oleh masyarakat lain karena medan jalan yang sulit dilalui. Namun, jaringan internet sangat dibutuhkan untuk menginformasikan perkembangan wilayah tersebut. Permasalahannya adalah bagaimana Desa Supiturang memerlukan pembangunan jaringan internet dana apa tujuan mereka dalam membangun jaringan internet. Selain itu, bagaimana cara membuka usaha baru dengan memanfaatkan teknologi internet dan bagaimana mendapatkan keuntungan dari kemajuan teknologi jaringan internet yang telah dibangun oleh salah satu warga disana. Tujuan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah menyediakan wahana untuk memacu dan mengembangkan keterampilan warga Desa Supiturang dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membuat jaringan komputer dan jaringan internet desa. Kegiatan ini juga dapat meningkatkan wawasan warga Desa Supiturang untuk mengetahui proses pembuatan jaringan komputer dan jaringan internet desa.

Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the teaching and learning process, especially in practical courses that were originally face-to-face, turned to online. This change has had several impacts on lectures, especially in learning outcomes and the quality of graduates in terms of skills. Therefore, it is very necessary to conduct an evaluation in this learning process using the CIPP model developed by Stufflebeam. This evaluation model aims to find out how effective the use of virtual laboratories in daring practical courses is. This research is an evaluative research that uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Where the data used in this study is qualitative data with analytical methods. The technique used in this research is to examine the existing data using grounded research methods. From the results of this study, the largest percentage is that the use of virtual laboratories has been quite effective in daring learning during the covid 19 pandemic, with the improvement and development of media and learning models that are more innovative and creative. In addition, efforts in skills that directly deal with equipment directly still need to be fulfilled in real laboratories in order to increase enrichment and deeper understanding and skills in work procedures in the world of work later.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of the Inquiry-Based Learning model on students' critical thinking ability in two locations, namely Makassar Aviation Polytechnic and Surabaya Aviation Polytechnic. The research sample consisted of 48 learners selected in total sampling. The research method used was a pretest-posttest design with a single group (one group pretest-posttest design). The data obtained were analyzed using an independent T-test. The results showed that simultaneously, the Inquiry-Based Learning model did not significantly influence students' critical thinking ability. It means that there are no other variables that can cause a decrease in the value of critical thinking ability (variable Y). However, it should be noted that this study was only conducted with one group with no comparison or control group, so the results may be limited in generalizing the results broadly. Thus, further research can be carried out by adding variables or the number of samples to deepen understanding of the Inquiry-Based Learning model's influence on students' critical thinking ability.

Abstract

Multicast Radar data is a concept in modern radar systems that aims to efficiently transmit and receive data from multiple receivers (receiver) simultaneously. Radar is an important technology in the surveillance and monitoring of various areas, both in military and civilian applications. In situations where the data from the radar must be accessed by multiple receivers, use of the technique multicast be an efficient choice for sending the data to multiple destinations simultaneously. The method used in this study uses the ADDIE development method. The ADDIE method makes it easier to make transmissions Multicast Radar data Padang - Pekanbaru using the method tunnel in tunnel.This transmission consists of components hardware and software as a material in transmission planning Multicast Radar data Padang – Pekanbaru uses hardware laptop or PC and software virtualbox, winbox64.exe, ASTModoS.exe, wireshark. The data analysis technique carried out by the author is assessing quality of Service (QoS) of the Radar Data transmission design that has been made by the author.

Abstract

The life of cadets at Aviation Polytechnic of Surabaya involves a tight schedule and activities such as classroom learning and dormitory engagements that influence the surrounding air quality. The aim of this research is to provide users with information about the air quality at Aviation Polytechnic of Surabaya using Internet of Things technology. The research method employed is the 4D development method. Based on the research results, the product validation achieved a consistent score of 96.3%, with the note that it can be used with some revisions. The CO gas level indicates a value of <12, and the CO2 level shows a value of <175, ensuring that both gases remain within safe limits and do not exceed reference values. Temperature and humidity readings with the smallest differences indoors occur in the evening (0.1°C), and humidity shows the same outcome (0%). Outdoors, temperature readings with the smallest difference occur in the afternoon (0.5°C), while humidity variations are most pronounced in the morning (3.4%).

Abstract

YouTube serves as a valuable alternative learning platform in education that offers a variety of instructional videos to improve learning outcomes. YouTube positively influences student learning by increasing skills, competence, motivation, and level of engagement in learning. YouTube's diverse content, accessibility, and engaging format make it a rich and enjoyable learning resource, especially when integrated into an excellent pedagogical context. YouTube is also expected to become an alternative learning media in education, especially vocational education and training. Therefore, it is necessary to review journals that discuss YouTube as an alternative learning media for vocational education. The method used in this research is a systematic literature review of journal papers published from 2017-2024. Journal articles came from three database sources, namely Scopus, Google Scholar, and Crossref, with search results of 2,157 journal articles; then, four stages of systematic literature review were carried out, with the final result being 86 research articles from related journals. The findings of this research are as follows: First, YouTube is recognized as an effective medium for learning, providing the ability to adapt, personalize, and develop autonomy and critical thinking. Second, instructional videos mediate vocational skills and facilitate vocational learning, incredibly interactive services. Third, YouTube has proven to be a very effective learning medium for practical competencies, providing a more accessible and more precise understanding of concepts. These conclusions highlight the value and potential of YouTube as a digital resource for continuing education and vocational learning.

Abstract

Multicast data radar adalah sebuah konsep dalam sistem radar modern yang bertujuan untuk efisien mengirimkan dan menerima data dari banyak penerima (receiver) secara bersamaan. Radar merupakan teknologi yang penting dalam pengawasan dan pemantauan berbagai wilayah, baik dalam aplikasi militer maupun sipil. Dalam situasi di mana data dari radar harus diakses oleh beberapa penerima, penggunaan teknik multicast menjadi pilihan yang efisien untuk mengirimkan data tersebut ke beberapa tujuan secara bersamaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan ADDIE. Pada metode ADDIE ini dapat memudahkan dalam membuat transmisi Multicast Data Radar Padang – Pekanbaru menggunakan metode tunnel in tunnel. Transmisi ini terdiri dari komponen hardware dan software sebagai bahan dalam perancangan transmisi Multicast Data Radar Padang – Pekanbaru menggunakan 1 hardware leptop atau PC dan software virtualbox, winbox64.exe, ASTModoS.exe, wireshark. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan penulis yaitu menilai quality of Service (QoS) dari rancangan transmisi Data Radar yang telah dibuat oleh penulis.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan pemasangan dan pengaturan peralatan Internet of Things (IoT) terkait jadwal sholat di Masjid Al Falah dan Masjid Burhan Tlukan, Desa Kanigoro, Kecamatan Kanigoro, Kabupaten Blitar, Jawa Timur. Pelatihan ini ditujukan kepada masyarakat desa, terutama tim Dewan Kemakmuran Masjid (DKM) untuk meningkatkan kemampuan teknis mereka dalam mengoperasikan dan memelihara sistem IoT, sehingga dapat membantu masjid dalam mengelola jadwal sholat secara efisien dan tepat waktu. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 26 September 2024 ini melibatkan 20 peserta dari perwakilan kedua masjid. Pelatihan berlangsung dengan antusiasme tinggi, melibatkan diskusi, tanya jawab, serta praktik instalasi perangkat "Khalifah Controller" untuk jadwal sholat. Hasilnya, sistem berhasil terpasang di kedua masjid sesuai dengan lokasi dan waktu yang tepat. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah pelaksanaan berjalan dengan baik sesuai rencana, dan peserta berharap program pengabdian masyarakat ini dapat dilakukan secara konsisten setiap tahun serta diperluas dengan pelatihan IoT pada peralatan lainnya. Kata Kunci: Pelatihan, IoT, Jadwal Sholat, Masjid, Pengabdian Masyarakat, Teknologi, Blitar.
