Abstract

This study was aimed to identify and to compile both the primary and the secondary data of the technological products based on the technology of the 4th industrial revolution developed by public R&D institutions in Indonesia, then to analyze the emerging challenges from the development to the diffusion process. The primary data were obtained through the interview with experts. The secondary data were obtained from each institution’s website, report archives, and written publications. A qualitative analysis using SWOT approach was applied in this study. As the result, this study has identified as many as 33 technological products, in which the 15 products belong to agriculture as the leading sector, followed by fishery, healthcare, and other sectors. The majority of the products’ statuses are prototypes that still require further development. Four main challenges have emerged from the development to the diffusion process: (1) the supporting technologies are mostly imported components and the supplies are not regularly available; (2) the disbursement of the components budget is considered complicated; (3) there is no potential licensing with the private sectors; and (4) the diffusion of the products is considered difficult when it comes to deal with the users that have low level of digital literacy. Keywords: 4th industrial revolution, public R&D institution, technology, challenge, Indonesia

Abstract

According to Rahmawati (2016:3) it is stated that marketing is one of the activities that aims to identify or explain and find human needs, while marketing management itself according to Agustina Shinta (2011:2) marketing management is an effort to plan, implement (which consists of an activity of organizing, directing, and coordinating) as well as supervising and or controlling marketing activities in an organization in order to achieve the organization's goals effectively and efficiently. The population of this study is visitors at WEGO which amounted to 13,257 from the number that the author got from the management of Gondang Outbond Educational Tourism and calculated by the slovin formula, the sample result was 100 people. The analysis model used in this study is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the regression test, a value of Y of -0.470 + 0.342X^1 + 0.722X^2 + 0.118X^3, From this value it can be concluded that the most dominant factor for the bound variable (Interest in Returning Visits) is Price because it has the highest beta value of 0.554.

Abstract

Dalam peroses belajar mengajar tentunya tidak bisa terlepas dari komponen komponen pembelajaran itu sendiri. Salah satunya iyalah media itu sendiri yang merupakan sarana penyampai pesan kepda peserta didik, Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi khusunya media pembelajaran, membawa pengaruh bagi Dunia pendidikan, Akan tetapi dibalik hal itu media sebagai sarana pembelajaran tentunya mempunyi tantangan yang begitu besar yang harus dihadapi bersama. Pemilihan Media yang tepat merupakan salah satu solusi terhadap tantangan yang dapat dilakukan bagi para pendidik  untuk dapat mengoftimalkan peroses belajar mengajar, Dalam pemilihan media sebagai alat pembelajaran tentunya seorang pendidik harus memperhatiakn keakuratandan perinsif pemilihan  media yang akan digunakan tersebut, dalam arti seorang pendidik dalam memilih media pembelajaran harus melihat apakah media tersebuat sesuai atau tidaknya baik bagi peserta didik ataupun lingkungan belajar Dari uraian tersebut pendidik mempunyai peran yang begitu besar. Tentunya dalam pemilihan media pembelajaran. oleh karana itu seorang pendidik dituntut untak cermat, cakap, kereatif dalam pengunaan media pembelajaran sehinga diperlukan sebuah pelatihan yang harus dilakukan oleh seorang pendidik dalam penggunaan media pembelajaran demi tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran.

Abstract

Kemampuan motorik halus penting untuk dikuasai siswa berkebutuhan khusus, sebab segala aktivitas yang dilakukan anak-anak akan melibatkan gerakan motorik halus seperti: memegang sendok, menggunting, menggosok gigi, dan yang lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kreativitas handycraft terhadap kemampuan motorik halus dalam pendidikan inklusi di SD Muhammadiyah 1&2Taman. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan jenis one group pre-test post-test design. Subjek pada penelitian ini sebanyak 6 siswa inklusi di SD Muhammadiyah 1&2 Taman. Dilakukannya observasi untuk mendapatkan informasi sebelum dan sesudah diberikan perlakuan (treatment) yang berupa handycraft. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan yakni berupa tes kemampuan motoric halus. Teknik analisis data yang dipergunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu uji normalitas, uji hipotesis dan uji homogenitas. Dari hasil yang sudah ada, ditemukan adanya pengaruh sebelum dan sesudah melakukan kegiatan handycraft pada kemampuan motorik halus. Hal tersebut, dapat diamati dari hasil uji hipotesis sebesar 0,580 < 0,05, jadi bisa disimpulkan bahwa adanya pengaruh antara variabel motorik halus dengan variabel handycraft.

Abstract

Language phenomena often occur in schools, especially politeness. Politeness is about the principles that consider whether a speech can be said to be polite or impolite. This research analyzes the types of Bahasa Indonesia used by SMK Tamansiswa Vocational School teachers. This research implements the theory of politeness proposed by Leech which includes six maxims, namely the namely tact maxim, generosity maxim, approbation maxim, modesty maxim, agreement maxim, and sympathy maxim. The aim of this research is to reveal which maxims Bahasa Indonesian teachers use in the daily teaching process of the six maxims. The method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques through observation, and recording. After the classification process, four maxims were found, namely the generosity maxim, approbation maxim, agreement maxim, and sympathy maxim. The total data found is 49 data. The 49 data consist of generosity maxim 33 data, approbation maxim 4 data, agreement maxim 3 data, and sympathy maxim 3 data. The research results found four maxims which include the generosity maxim, approbation maxim, agreement maxim, and sympathy maxim. Apart from that, two maxims were found that were not used by teachers, namely tact maxim, and modesty maxim. The total data found was 49 data. It can be concluded that Indonesian language teachers, especially at Tamansiswa Vocational School, have succeeded in implementing Leech politeness.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Islamic corporate governance and company size on the integrity of financial statements in Indonesian Islamic commercial banks in 2020-2023. This study uses quantitative research. The kind of data used in this study is secondary data obtained from data on good corporate governance reports and annual reports of Indonesian Sharia commercial banks registered with the Financial Services Authority in 2020-2023. The data collection techniques in this study are documentation and literature studies. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression using the IBM SPSS Version 25 tool. The results of this study show that Islamic corporate governance does not affect the integrity of financial statements. The size of the company does not affect the integrity of the financial statements. Islamic corporate governance and company size simultaneously do not affect the integrity of financial statements. Islamic corporate governance must be carried out in accordance with Sharia principles as stated in the Qur'an surah Al-Baqarah verse 282. Allah commands that every business activity be carried out with transparency and accountability.

Abstract

This study aims to implement gamification-based learning media as a strategy to increase learning motivation of class V.a students of MI NU Metro. Gamification that includes the implementation of game components that include points, levels, badges, and leaderboards can offer a fun and challenging learning experience for students. By using an experimental research style, this study uses quantitative techniques. This type of research randomly places participants into one of two groups: a control group and an experimental group. We study and identify the problems faced in implementing gamification media and its usefulness in increasing student learning motivation. Based on the results of this study, gamification media can increase students' enthusiasm for learning. Interactive media in the form of quiz games from (canva) is the most successful and significant gamification learning media in increasing learning motivation. Several challenges in its implementation, identified such as differences in technology access and the need for curriculum adaptation, this article recommends solutions such as teacher training and student involvement in gamification media. With the right strategy, gamification media has the potential to create a dynamic and student-centered learning atmosphere, thereby helping them achieve their maximum potential in education.

This research is motivated by the challenges faced in literacy levels in Indonesia. According to various international reports, Indonesia’s student literacy index is still relatively low compared to other countries. The low interest in reading and critical understanding hinders the learning process in schools and negatively affects students' academic performance. The aim of this study is to explore the implementation of building a literacy culture in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) lessons through the School Literacy Movement (GLS) in grade V at SDNU Kota Metro, Lampung. Using a qualitative approach, the study involves the principal and grade V teachers at SDNU Kota Metro, Lampung as informants. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and document studies, while data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman model, which consists of data collection, presentation, and verification stages. The results indicate that the implementation of the literacy culture in PAI lessons through the School Literacy Movement at SDNU Kota Metro, Lampung has been carried out in accordance with the government program, covering several stages, namely habituation, development, and learning.
