Abstract

Dengan masih tingginya kasus penyebaran Covid-19, pemerintah melakukan berbagai upaya untuk mecegah dan meminimalisir kasus positif Covid-19 dengan  menerapkannya protokol kesehatan, salah stunya pemerintah memberlakukan berbagai aturan yang dan salah satuna protokol kesehatan atau dikenal dengan nama Prokes 5 M yaitu Mencuci Tangan, Memakai Masker, Menjaga Jarak, Menjauhi Kerumunan, Mengurangi Mobilitas, yang diharapkan menjadi salah satu langkah pencegahan dan pengendalian infeksi virus corona. Namun masih saja ada masyarakat yang kurang komitmen dalam menjalankan protokol kesehatan, apalagi saat ini sudah ditemukannya varian baru dari virus corona yang di sebut dengan omicron yang juga sudah menjadi momok bagi masyarakat sama seperti Covid-19.Saat ini dapat kita sadari bahwa Virus Corona atau atau yang sering disebut Covid-19 itu bukan berarti tangung jawab pemerintah semata namun juga tanggung jawab kita bersama menerapkan protokol kesehatan.

Abstract

Patient satisfaction is influenced by the quality of services and health facilities. Hospitals must be able to maintain good quality services and health facilities for patients in order to compete with hospitals with better quality services and health facilities. Quality of service is a potential weapon to beat competitors. Health facilities are an important factor in influencing patient satisfaction. Friendly service and good health facilities can increase patient satisfaction resulting in an increase in patient visits. The purpose of this study was to determine or analyze the effect of service quality and health facilities on BPJS patient satisfaction at the hospital. Insani Stabat. This research was conducted at the hospital. Insani Stabat. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research. The results showed that the variables of service quality and health facilities had an effect either partially or simultaneously on the satisfaction of BPJS patients at the hospital. Insani Stabat. The R Square value of 80.5% indicates that 80.5% of the variable ability of service quality (X1) and health facilities (X2) has an effect on patient satisfaction (Y) at the hospital. Insani Stabat while the remaining 19.5% is the influence of other independent variables that are not explained or not examined by researchers in this study such as location, price and administrative system variables.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis (1) pengaruh diskon terhadap keputusan pembelian produk skincare pada RW Beauty klinik kecantikan Rantauprapat; (2) pengaruh citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian produk skincare pada RW Beauty klinik kecantikan Rantauprapat; (3) pengaruh suasana klinik terhadap keputusan pembelian produk skincare pada RW Beauty klinik kecantikan Rantauprapat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang dilaksanakan di klinik kosmetik pada bulan April-Juni 2022. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen kecantikan. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampling aksidental. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan (1) diskon berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian produk skincare pada RW Beauty klinik kecantikan Rantauprapat; (2) citra merek berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian produk skincare pada RW Beauty klinik kecantikan Rantauprapat; (3) suasana berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian produk skincare pada RW Beauty klinik kecantikan Rantauprapat.

Abstract

Pada Maret 2020, seperti halnya perguruan tinggi di seluruh dunia, perguruan tinggi di Indonesia kewalahan menghadapi dampak masif dari pandemi COVID-19 yang berdampak pada sektor vital (misalnya, sektor pendidikan dan ekonomi). Akibatnya, perguruan tinggi di Indonesia memilih untuk mengadopsi sistem pembelajaran online untuk melanjutkan proses pendidikan. Yang menjadi masalah adalah penerapan sistem pembelajaran online terjadi secara tiba-tiba. Akibatnya mendapat reaksi beragam baik dari dosen maupun mahasiswa. Beberapa mahasiswa tidak yakin akan manfaatnya atau tidak memenuhi syarat untuk mengatasi penerapan sistem pembelajaran online. Oleh karena itu, proses pembelajaran mengalami hambatan seperti hambatan dalam kemampuan mereka untuk menggunakan dan mengadopsi sistem pembelajaran online. Penelitian ini mengkaji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penggunaan sistem pembelajaran online oleh mahasiswa di Indonesia Penerapan teknologi yang sukses akan memberikan peluang bagi universitas contohnya bisa mengadakan kelas campuran daring dan luring, system penyampaian materi melalui media social sehingga mahasiswa dapat belajar sebelum masuk ke ruang kelas dan sebagainya.  Metode analisis yang digunakan disesuaikan berdasarkan tujuan penelitian yang ada, penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan paradigma positivistik yang mengutamakan kausalitas antar variabel (Neuman, 2014). Penelitian ini dirancang sebagai penelitian eksplanatori yang dapat menjelaskan buntuk menguji suatu teori untuk memperkuat atau menolak hipotesis penelitian. Dengan demikian, explanatory sangat tepat untuk penelitian ini sesuai tujuan penelitian, data dalam penelitian ini merupakan data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner online melalui aplikasi Google form. Untuk menguji kerangka konseptual dan hipotesis yang dikembangkan, peneliti menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS) untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi bagi literatur ilmiah di bidang pendidikan terutama literatur terkait adopsi penggunaan teknologi di negara berkembang. Secara praktis penelitian ini memberikan masukan kepada universitas tentang factor-faktor dominan yang dapat mempengaruhi kesuksesan adopsi teknologi dalam system pembelajaran.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how much knowledge about the influence of financial technology innovation on the development of small and medium enterprises in port of Batu. This study explains that the people in Batu Labuhan must be able to take advantage of financial technology (fintech), especially for MSMEs in Batu Labuhan because of financial technology (fintech), it is hoped that all regions, especially disadvantaged areas, will be able to advance and utilize their regional potential. Explanation of Sugiyono the Likert scale is used to measure the income and perceptions of a person or group of people about social events or phenomena. It can be concluded that the Likert scale is an alternative measurement that can be used to measure an event or social phenomenon which is then converted into numbers so that it is easy for researchers to conclude alternatives. The measurement model in this study consists of a reflective measurement model in which the financial technology variables, the development of small and medium enterprises and SMEs in Batu Labuhan are reflected. In Hair et al (2021) the reflective measurement model consists of loading > 0.70, composite reliability > 0.70 cronbach's alpha and average variance extracted and (AVE > 0.05) and evaluation of discriminant validity, namely Fornell and Lacker criteria and HTMT (heterotrait ratio) below 0.90 cross loading

Abstract

Tujuan dalam pengabdian ini adalah untuk dapat membantu memberikan tambahan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat desa tanjung medan dalam hal pengembangan bisnis dan memberikan motivasi dalam menjalani kehidupan kearah yang lebih baik. Metode dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian ini meliputi beberapa kegiatan mulai dari kegiatasn survei Lokasi, Pemberian materi dan diskusi. Tahap pemberian materi diberikan oleh beberapa dosen dengan teknik ceramah dan tanya jawab, materi yang diberikan yaitu penguatan wirausaha, mengubah paradigma seorang wirausaha dan memunculkan ide baru dalam wirausaha. Hasil yang didapatkan dalam pengabdian ini adalah dapat meningkatkan keberanian dalam mengambil resiko, memunculkan ide ide kreatif usaha baru dan pemecahan masalah yang terjadi pada unit usaha masyarakat sekitar

Abstract

Community Service for Household Financial Management aims to increase knowledge in broadening the understanding of housewives when recording family financial management. A household certainly has the goal of a financially prosperous family, with prosperous finances, of course, the financial management that occurs in the family must have carried out good and efficient financial planning. Financial conditions that are already prosperous must have a savings or investment fund, this is because it will have an impact on the future life of the family. The method used when carrying out this activity is using training and discussion sessions or questions and answers on the elaboration of household financial management. Housewives were trained by giving one problem illustrating a family, of the 15 participants who attended they were very active and responded to the ongoing training activities on the questions they were working on. Participants in the activity, namely housewives as financial managers in a family, must understand the concept of financial planning in the future, to turn a family into a prosperous family.

Abstract

This activity is motivated by data showing that the results obtained when observing small tofu factories are still very low. In response to this, the researchers conducted the research aiming to increase the productivity of the tofu factory SMEs in the village of Clifflinggahara by providing knowledge on how to calculate the cost of production (HPP). The objectives to be achieved in this service include (1) knowing the implementation of the experimental method at the tofu factory SMEs in the Cliff Linggahara Village, (2) knowing the increase in productivity results at the Tofu Factory in the Cliff Linggahara Village (3) being able to apply how to calculate the cost of goods sold (HPP) to make it easier to set the selling price of the product. This service is carried out in the village of Tebig Linggahara. This study measured all production results carried out by the tofu factory UMKM in the village of Cliff Linggahara. From the results of the study it showed an increase on certain days. From the research conducted, the method of trading MSMEs in the village of Clifflinggahara was quite good and resulted in a fairly stable economic increase.

Abstract

The retail business is a business that has very tight competition, as evidenced by a large number of retail outlets in each region. Therefore, it is necessary to know the factors that can make a retail business win the competition. Based on a literature study conducted by researchers, customer satisfaction is the most important factor to win the competition and get loyal customers. This study aims to analyze the effect of price, location, service, and product quality on consumer satisfaction at the supermarket of Brastagi Rantauprapat. This study used a quantitative approach with a sample of 247 people from 646 visiting populations. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires or primary data. Data analysis techniques using descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the F test calculation research show simultaneously that the variables price, location, service, and product quality have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction Fcount 30,135 > Ftable 2.37 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. The result of the determination value obtained is an R-value of 0.577 equal to 57.7% which indicates that the relationship between the variables of price, location, service, and product quality with consumer satisfaction has a fairly close relationship. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination is 0.332 or equal to 33.2%. This value means that 33.2% confirms that consumer satisfaction can be explained through the variables of price, location, service, and product quality. The remaining 66.8% is outside of this research variable.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the performance of employees at SAMSAT in the Motor Vehicle Transfer of Title Fee Service at the SAMSAT Rantauprapat Office and to find out the relationship and contribution of each factor that influences the Performance of Employees in the Motor Vehicle Transfer of Title Fee Service at the SAMSAT Rantauprapat Office. The method in this research is a quantitative method. In this research, the population used is people who process motor vehicle transfer fees at the Rantauprapat SAMSAT office. The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing (partial test, simultaneous test, and coefficient of determination). Based on the results of the t-test, it is known that four of the five service quality indicators have a positive and significant effect on the quality of BBN-KB performance at the Rantauprapat SAMSAT Office. The service quality indicator that has no partial effect is the Empathy indicator. Based on the F test, it is concluded that Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the Quality of BBN-KB Services at the Rantauprapat SAMSAT Office in terms of Sig < 0.05 and based on the calculated F value of 77,894 > from F table 2.31, Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the Quality of BBN-KB Performance at the Rantauprapat SAMSAT Office. Based on the Adjusted R-Square of 0.795, the contribution value of the simultaneous influence of Reliability, Tangible, Responsiveness, Empathy, and Assurance on the Quality of BBN-KB Services is 79.5% and the remaining 20.5% is influenced by other factors outside of this research.
