Abstract

Storytelling as a medium for cultivating Islamic characters in early childhood. The inculcation of Islamic character values ​​is the provision of an education that forms morals or manners that distinguish one person from another. The purpose of this PKM is to obtain data and information regarding abilities in storytelling activities, and the application of storytelling methods to instill Islamic character values ​​in early childhood. The type of approach used is a qualitative descriptive approach by taking observation data sources, interviews, and documentation. The expected result of this PKM activity is the formation of Islamic character in early childhood through storytelling activities. This PKM was held at Ummi Fauziah Kindergarten/PAUD in Padang Matinggi. From this activity, all participants gained knowledge and skills in instilling Islamic character values ​​through storytelling activities to improve quality and professionalism.

Abstract

This socialization raised the theme of the importance of maintaining simple cars for the community. This issue was raised because many people are currently driving private cars but they don't know how to maintain a car. This socialization was made into a public service advertisement that informs public drivers how to maintain cars in a good way. The main purpose of this socialization is for drivers to get information about car maintenance and be able to apply it daily.

Abstract

Revolution is change that happens quickly. The revolution had a huge impact on society. Society quickly accepted the effects of the new revolution. The revolution has undergone four changes during its development. Online games themselves have positive and negative impacts. The effect of the meaning of obtaining positive benefits from online games, namely: being able to develop one's visuospatial abilities by practicing processing spatial information from the monitor screen. Therefore, the right way to overcome this problem is through community service in the form of outreach. The purpose of this study is to find out how the use of gadget technology and online games in learning in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. This research is qualitative descriptive research. The research was conducted on students of SMP Negeri 3 Bilah Hulu, Labuhanbatu Regency.

Abstract

Garbage is part of human life. Garbage is left over objects that are not used. Garbage should receive serious attention and handling. Due to the lack of understanding of the community and the government, as well as the lack of funds and income for the majority of the community, the waste problem is often neglected. Currently, most people are aware of the effects of waste, which include causing adverse flooding, disease and odors that can interfere with life, but this is not balanced by the behavior of the people themselves. Changes in behavior can be done through habits that have been practiced since school age. Learning for school-age children is an important stage for habituation of behavior. This community service activity aims to increase public knowledge about waste starting at school age. This goal is realized by providing information about waste to SD 03 Rantau Selatan students. The methods used in this activity are presentations, demonstrations and practice of sorting waste. It is hoped that through this activity the children of SD 03 Rantau Selatan will be able to recognize, differentiate and practice waste sorting. The results of this activity were able to increase children's knowledge and habits in disposing of garbage in its place.

Abstract

The financial and banking industry has implemented digitalization as a marketing weapon and realized industry 4.0. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the implementation of banking digitalization in the expansion areas. The population of this research is the customers registered at Bank Sinar Mas Rantauprapat in 2021 as many as 1445 people. Research using multivariate data should use the number of samples in the survey as many as 200 samples with purposive sampling technique. Smart PLS data analysis through the stages of convergent validity, discriminant, composite reliability, Cronbach's alpha and R-square. The results show that customer trust is very important in the business practice of the financial or banking industry, this is because customer trust is the most effective weapon in the banking service industry based on digital transformation as banking services will be able to increase customer satisfaction and even loyalty and attract new customers. Digital transformation in the banking world is an important phenomenon as access to the realization of customer-company interactions through information and communication technology, making it easier for companies to win the competition and become a competitive advantage for banking.

Abstract

The retail business is a business that has very tight competition, as evidenced by a large number of retail outlets in each region. Therefore, it is necessary to know the factors that can make a retail business win the competition. Based on a literature study conducted by researchers, customer satisfaction is the most important factor to win the competition and get loyal customers. This study aims to analyze the effect of price, location, service, and product quality on consumer satisfaction at the supermarket of Brastagi Rantauprapat. This study used a quantitative approach with a sample of 247 people from 646 visiting populations. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires or primary data. Data analysis techniques using descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the F test calculation research show simultaneously that the variables price, location, service, and product quality have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction Fcount 30,135 > Ftable 2.37 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. The result of the determination value obtained is an R-value of 0.577 equal to 57.7% which indicates that the relationship between the variables of price, location, service, and product quality with consumer satisfaction has a fairly close relationship. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination is 0.332 or equal to 33.2%. This value means that 33.2% confirms that consumer satisfaction can be explained through the variables of price, location, service, and product quality. The remaining 66.8% is outside of this research variable.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the performance of employees at SAMSAT in the Motor Vehicle Transfer of Title Fee Service at the SAMSAT Rantauprapat Office and to find out the relationship and contribution of each factor that influences the Performance of Employees in the Motor Vehicle Transfer of Title Fee Service at the SAMSAT Rantauprapat Office. The method in this research is a quantitative method. In this research, the population used is people who process motor vehicle transfer fees at the Rantauprapat SAMSAT office. The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing (partial test, simultaneous test, and coefficient of determination). Based on the results of the t-test, it is known that four of the five service quality indicators have a positive and significant effect on the quality of BBN-KB performance at the Rantauprapat SAMSAT Office. The service quality indicator that has no partial effect is the Empathy indicator. Based on the F test, it is concluded that Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the Quality of BBN-KB Services at the Rantauprapat SAMSAT Office in terms of Sig < 0.05 and based on the calculated F value of 77,894 > from F table 2.31, Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the Quality of BBN-KB Performance at the Rantauprapat SAMSAT Office. Based on the Adjusted R-Square of 0.795, the contribution value of the simultaneous influence of Reliability, Tangible, Responsiveness, Empathy, and Assurance on the Quality of BBN-KB Services is 79.5% and the remaining 20.5% is influenced by other factors outside of this research.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh ketersediaan barang, personal selling, dan display produk terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada Safari Collection. Dalam situasi persaingan ritel yang semakin ketat, pemahaman terhadap faktor-faktor penentu keputusan konsumen menjadi krusial dalam mendukung strategi bisnis perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan bersifat kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada konsumen dan dianalisis dengan teknik regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, ketersediaan barang memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Ini menunjukkan bahwa ketika produk tersedia dengan cukup, kemungkinan konsumen untuk membeli akan meningkat. Personal selling juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, menandakan bahwa komunikasi langsung antara tenaga penjual dan konsumen mampu mempengaruhi keputusan akhir pembelian melalui pendekatan yang persuasif dan interaktif. Demikian pula, display produk terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Safari Collection, artinya display produk berperan dalam menarik perhatian konsumen dan memicu minat beli, sehingga berdampak positif terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut ketersediaan barang, personal selling, dan display produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen di Safari Collection. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya penerapan strategi pemasaran ritel yang terintegrasi dan berfokus pada pengalaman konsumen untuk meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan.Kata Kunci: Ketersediaan Barang, Personal Selling, Display Produk, Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan manajemen belajar dan kompetensi Bahasa Inggris dasar bagi siswa umum. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi mitra meliputi rendahnya keterampilan pengelolaan waktu belajar, lemahnya motivasi belajar, serta keterbatasan kemampuan komunikasi Bahasa Inggris dasar. Kegiatan dilaksanakan secara offline melalui metode pelatihan, praktik langsung, dan pendampingan. Materi yang diberikan mencakup manajemen belajar, perencanaan tujuan pendidikan, serta penggunaan ungkapan Bahasa Inggris dasar dalam komunikasi sehari-hari. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap manajemen belajar, meningkatnya motivasi belajar, serta bertambahnya kepercayaan diri dalam menggunakan Bahasa Inggris dasar. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam meningkatkan kualitas belajar siswa umum.

Abstract

This study aims to answer the influence of employee motivation and performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable in the village unit cooperative, Kampung Rakyat sub-district. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 35 members of the Kampung Rakyat cooperative. This study uses quantitative methods and performs data processing with the tools of IBM SPSS Statistic 22. This analysis includes reliability tests, validity tests, classical assumption tests, statistical tests, multiple linear regression tests and moderation tests using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of the tests conducted in this study indicate that job satisfaction (M) can moderate the effect of motivation (X1) on employee performance (Y). These results are shown through the regression equation with the interaction test or often referred to as Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) which shows the results that job satisfaction (M) influences or moderates the effect of motivational variables (X1) on employee performance (Y). The results of the t test show that the motivation variable (X1) provides a parameter coefficient value (?) of 0.012 with a significant level of 0.027 (significant), the job satisfaction variable (M) provides a parameter coefficient value (?) of 0.023 and a significant value of 0.000 (significant). ). Or in other words job satisfaction strengthens the influence of motivation on employee performance. Thus, the results of this study can prove hypothesis 2 that job satisfaction moderates the effect of motivation on employee performance.
