Abstract

Tanaman Mangga (Mangifera indica L.) merupakan tanaman yang berpotensi sebagai tanaman obat karena kandungan fitokimianya. Kandungan terbesar dari daun mangga adalah mangoferin yang salah satu fungsi nya sebagai antijamur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui formula terbaik sediaan sampo ekstrak daun mangga (Mangifera indica L.) sebagai antijamur. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan eksperimen Laboratorium. Bahan aktif yang digunakan yaitu Daun Mangga ((Mangifera indica L.). Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh tanaman mangga yang ada di Dok IX, dan jumlah sampel daun mangga sebanyak 3 kg. Metode ekstraksi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah maserasi dengan menggunakan pelarut etanol 70%. Evaluasi sediaan meliputi uji organoleptis, uji pH, uji homogenitas, dan uji tinggi busa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari ketiga formula yang diuji, diperoleh sediaan sampo terbaik pada formula I dimana memiliki warna cokelat, bentuk kental, dan bau khas menthol, pH sampo 7,5 pada uji pH, dan memiliki ketinggian busa yang paling besar pada uji tinggi busa yaitu 10 cm.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of celebrity endorsers on brand equity, brand equity on purchase intentions, celebrity endorsers on purchase intentions, and Celebrity Endorser on Brand Equity that have an impact on Purchase Intention. This study used 100 respondents online shop, using path analysis method. Data processing tools use SPSS 22.0. The results showed that Celebrity Endorser had a significant influence on consumers' online shop brand equity. Celebrity Endorser has a significant influence on Purchase Intention of online shop consumers. Brand Equity has an influence on Purchase Intention of online shop consumers and Celebrity Endorser has a significant influence on Brand Equity which has a positive impact on Purchase Intention of online shop consumers.

Abstract

Background: Children with temper tantrums show some reactions that are beyond the control of a child such as screaming, rolling and shouting,this may cause an impact, namely on the child’s intellectual and social development, which becomes less balanced, and that the child often uses tantrums as a pressure to fulfill his desires. Mothers’ lack of knowledge in dealing with children with temper tantrums have a negative impact on the child, therefore, knowledge about handling temper tantrums is needed. Education using booklets and audiovisuals is effective in increasing knowledge, because the media is interesting, not boring and easy to carry everywhere. Objective: To determine the difference between education using booklet and using audiovisual media on mother's knowledge about handling children with temper tantrums. Research Method: This is a quantitative research which uses a quasi-experimental design with pre-test and post-test nonequivalent control group, the research samples are 36 parents selected a purposive sampling technique. The research instrument a questionnaire. Data collected in this research is analyzed using an independent t-test. Results : The mean result before being given health education using booklet media is 13.83 ± 1.465 and after is 17.28 ± 1.320. The mean result of knowledge before being given health education using audiovisual media 13.67 ± 2.114 and after is 17.72 ± 1.708. The paired t-test with booklet media shows a p-value of 0.000 and using audiovisual media shows a p-value of 0.000, while the p-value of the independent t-test test results is 0.524. Conclusion: There is no difference between education using booklet and using audiovisual media on mother'sknowledgeabouthandlingchildrenwithtempertantrums. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh implementasi e-commerce terhadap terhadap keberlangsungan usaha, dan pengaruh literasi keuangan terhadap keberlangsungan usaha pada pelaku UMKM di Kota Makassar era new normal covid-19. Variabel penelitian yang diuji yaitu implementasi e-commerce, literasi keuangan dan keberlangsungan usaha. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif, melakukan Uji Kualitas data, Uji Koefiseien determinasi, Uji Asumsi Klasik dan uji Hipotesis. Menggunakan Purpossive Sampling sebagai teknik penentuan sampel. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 105 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi e-commerce berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keberlangsungan usaha, serta literasi keuangan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keberlangsungan usaha. Hasil Penelitian ini dapat berimplikasi pada pemerintah, pelaku dan calon pelaku UMKM bahwa literasi keuangan yang dimiliki para pelaku UMKM sangat berpengaruh terhadap keberlangsungan usaha mereka terlebih dengan adanya pandemi covid-19, masa era New normal seperti saat ini yang mengakibatkan adanya PPKM sehingga dengan implementasi e-commerce dalam melanjutkan usaha mereka sangat dibutuhkan demi menjaga keberlangsungan usaha para pelaku UMKM di kota Makassarar demi meningkatkan serta mempertahankan perekonomian masyarakat. Kata Kunci: E-Commerce; Literasi; Keuanga; Kelangsungan; Usaha. Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of e-commerce implementation on business continuity and the effect of financial literacy on business sustainability for MSME actors in Makassar City in the new normal era of covid- 19. Research variables tested were e-commerce implementation, financial literacy, and business continuity. The research method uses quantitative research, performs data quality test, coefficient of determination test, classic hypothesis test, and hypothesis test. Use of reasoned sampling as a sampling technique. The sample for this research is 105 respondents. The results show that the implementation of e-commerce has a significant positive effect on business continuity and that financial literacy has a significant positive effect on the sustainability of businesses. The results of this study may have implications for government, stakeholders and potential MSME stakeholders that the financial literacy held by MSME stakeholders is very influential on the sustainability of their business, especially with the Covid-19 pandemic. , the new normal era as it is today. which resulted in the PPKM, so that the implementation of e-commerce in the pursuit of their activities is essential in order to maintain the business continuity of the MSME actors in the city of Makassarar in order to improve and maintain the economy of the community. Abstract

Research has been carried out on the level of patient satisfaction with drug information services at the Doa Bunda Sentani Pharmacy. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of patient satisfaction in drug information services at the Doa Bunda Sentani Pharmacy, Jayapura Regency. The study was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 100 patients who came for treatment from April to June 2022. This type of research is descriptive by filling out questionnaires to visitors to the Doa Bunda Sentani pharmacy, Jayapura Regency. The results showed that the mean score for measuring the level of patient satisfaction with each measurement indicator, namely for responsiveness was 81.7% which indicated that the patient was satisfied, and the mean score for reliability was 80.5% which indicated that the patient was satisfied, the mean score for empathy is 84% ​​which indicates that the patient is satisfied, the mean score for direct evidence is 72%, which indicates that the patient is very satisfied. It can be concluded that the average value is 78.1%. This shows that in this study the level of patient satisfaction with drug information services at the Doa Bunda Sentani Pharmacy, Jayapura Regency, was in the satisfied category.

Abstract

Tanaman obat dapat meningkatkan kekebalan tubuh karena dapat mencegah penyakit melalui kandungan metabolit sekunder yang dikandungnya. Gingiro pada jahe dan santoriso pada temulawak merupakan salah satu contoh metabolit sekunder yang mampu meningkatkan sistem kekebalan tubuh. Sosialisasi penggunaan tanaman obat keluarga ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat Desa Leppe Kecamatan Soropia dalam memanfaatkan tanaman obat keluarga. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan melalui beberapa tahapan yaitu tahap persiapan dan tahap pelaksanaan. Tahap persiapan dilakukan dengan mempersiapkan bibit dari tanaman obat keluarga (TOGA) yang ada di sekitar rumah warga kemudian disiapkan untuk ditanam kembali pada lahan yang telah disediakan. Tahapan pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan pembuatan dan penanaman TOGA serta memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat terkait manfaat dan khasiat tanaman obat keluarga. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini diharapkan mampu membantu masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan tanaman TOGA untuk meningkatkan imunitas tubuh.

Abstract

Milkfish is one of the export commodities known as milkfish. Amplang ikan bandeng or in Sulawesi is called sponge fish, which is a snack type of cracker with a distinctive taste and aroma of fish. PT Ahar Sentosa bki is an individual PT which was established in 2012 which is one of the businesses that produce Amplang. At PT Ahar sentosa bki, there is a decrease in turnover in certain months, especially in January due to the influence of weather. The phenomenon that occurs in this company is that the calculation has not used the method of calculating the cost of goods produced correctly, only calculating in a simple or traditional way, not detailing all costs incurred. The purpose of this study is to analyze the production cost of milkfish Amplang using the full costing method at PT Ahar Sentosa Bki Mamuju. The analysis method used is quantitative descriptive using a report on the production cost of milkfish amplang. The data used was obtained from PT Ahar Sentosa Bki Mamuju The analysis of production costs uses the full costing method to produce the cost of goods produced. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that the cost of production of milkfish amplang at PT Ahar Sentosa using the full costing method is Rp.505,193,766 and according to the company Rp. 493,684,600 has a difference of Rp. 11,509,166. and the difference in the cost of goods produced by packs Rp.128.

Abstract

The selection of the right model will facilitate the process of forming knowledge in students. One model that can be used in the process is the guided discovery model, the purpose of this study is to find several points as follows: the influence of the Guided Discovery model on understanding students 'concepts in straight motion material, the students' responses after their application, the teacher's activities when applying the guided model discovery on straight motion material. The results of the study can be concluded as: 1. Ha is accepted if t-count is greater than t-table. From the above calculation, it is clear that t-count> t-table (11.30> 1,725). This indicates that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. Therefore, the influence of the guided discovery model can affect the understanding of the concept of students in SMA N 1 Baitussalam Aceh Besar. 2. The response of students looks very good. 3. That the results of observations of teacher activity in the learning process by using the guided discovery model of understanding the concepts of students get a very active value that is 87.45%. While observations of the activities of educators in the learning process by using the guided discovery model of understanding the concepts of students get a very active value of 83.87%.

Abstract

This research examines the impact of the use of cloud storage by companies on various types of security breaches, both in the short and long term. Adoption of cloud storage is associated with an increase in external breaches and unintentional internal errors in the short term. However, over time, the positive relationship between use of Cloud storage and external infringement becomes less significant in the long term. Research findings show that use of cloud Storage can reduce the risk of unexpected internal error in the longer term, but does not have a significant relationship with harmful internal breach. This research confirms the importance of companies allocating resources wisely to manage security risks in using cloud storage for both short- and long-term purposes. The researchers contributed to an understanding of the security of cloud storage by applying the theory of attention, which highlighted the importance of paying attention to temporal aspects in the management of enterprise IT security through various attention mechanisms.
